POSITRACTION : Stay in control at all times by distributing power to both sides, ensuring a proper grip at all times.

She's filling in but doesn't have a name, winging it with little practice, but finding the groove and pushing the beat. Her eyes close as her face reaches toward the sky, and as her hands come down one after the other, her stringy hair flings sweat droplets with the breakdown. She can subdivide and drop to halftime, but his eyes burn holes in her face mask from the side of his world's stage. The black smoke makeup obscures her features, but he's sure he's seen those eyes before, even from a distance he feels drawn in. She's oblivious but secure in her anonymity. The whole group keeps hidden by cloth and avoids the spotlight despite showing their souls for a bigger and bigger crowd each time. Soon, they'll be on their way to a featured guest, but now the lead will make the decision to replace his heartbeat with another. She'd go with if he asked - if either one asked in fact.

She caught a glimpse of the tall frame for just a split moment before being ushered off away from prying eyes. A figment, she was sure. It wasn't until the chords played out and electronic pulses came in that a shot down her spine rang out louder than the silence in her chest. The siren song of long ago and the pain it carried with it.

Chevrolet Corvair Yenko Stinger, 1966. An edition of 100 cars built by Chev dealer and tuner Don Yenko who applied to the SCCA to approve the Chevrolet Corvair Corsa for competition. The Yenko Stingers were Central Office Production Order (COPO) cars, optioned with four-speed manual transmissions, Positraction axles, special suspensions and steering equipment. At Yenko Chevrolet rear seats were removed and the C-pillars strengthened. The factory decklid was replaced by a fibreglass version with a spoiler and adjustable air scoops. All Yenko Stingers were finished in Ermine White and most were painted with blue stripes and accents. There were four of different performance tunes: Stage I produced 160hp, Stage II was good for 190hp, Stage III made 220, and the purely competition Stage IV made 240hp from the 2.7 litre flat-6.
