I’ve been on and off thinkin about Jack lately and. I’m really excited for my Disney trip in March 🥺

it’s got me remembering the first time I went to Disney without my parents, the day before I turned 14, and I scared myself silly on the haunted mansion ahdkfl but then I rode the pirates ride and my crush on Jack was so new, like less than a year old and I was so happy to see him and when I went to bed that night it was in a hotel room by myself and I was terrified but. I just imagined Jack holding me and then I was able to sleep even tho I was a kid in a strange hotel without my parents, on a trip I didn’t wanna be on, who rode a scary ride they shouldn’t have. He’s just. Been such a comfort and helped me so much, for like. Half my life at this point 🥺💕

Ugh I'm so tempted to talk about all the U.mbrella A.cademy stuff I've plotted but at the same time I wanna write up to it all and reveal that way for once. What I will say tho, I've got 3 verses/timelines. One that works with the show, one for the U.mbrella A.cademy in general, and one for the S.parrow A.cademy in general. They each end up a bit different for Eira and so in line with things imo and I'm just so excited to write about it.

So if anyone else wants to hmu 👀

Something to ramble about tho... Let's talk about... Btw this is a good moment to realize I don’t have much in the way of AUs in the first place. T.U.A., mutant / M.C.U / etc., Band AU... Oo! I’ll talk about the meta-ish Actor AU! The next one I answer will be about the “reverse verse” type stuff.

So for the meta!Actor AU, as in the muses are actually just actors playing their characters, I’ve always kinda thought Eira and Aeron’s actors were cousins or something. You get sibling pairs directing / acting, so I just thought that’d be interesting and fun :3

I also picture Eira’s actress to be kinda snooty and dramatic. Probably be like “Oh my poor baby” about her character, but in a way that makes Eira sound helpless and pathetic rather than conflicted and desperate to be loved.

Aeron’s actor on the other hand is pretty mellow. Kind of generally A Chill Dude. Talks about his experience in exploring someone who is so fragile and scared that he pushes people away by being defensive and standoffish all the time. It’s exhausting and he hopes Aeron will chill out a little.

Oliver’s actor is a mix of the two, in the sense that he can give off that classic Tortured Male Writer vibe, talking about his character and wanting to make him complex and all. Not without making a few good points here and there though. He’s still A Nice Guy, occasionally even sweet, and people like him.

Lorelei’s actress is the sweetest and the silliest of them though. She doesn’t get much screen time but she still manages to hold up film shoots by being a goofball. Lovable and adorable. Given the kind of person her character is though, she tends to get the most inappropriate questions. Aeron’s actor will try to steal them when he’s around or she’ll work her way around it or keep it vague.

Tripp’s actor is surprisingly shy and quiet, and kinda awkward, but endearing, of course. He doesn’t have much screen time either. It’s also awkward because they have him around for interviews but he doesn’t really talk. Though rumor has it, he has a crush on one of the actresses so that’s sparking some fan discussion.

Hi, my name's Jake, I'm a little different as you can see. My owner did the best they could to help me even if it meant I got some metal work, I think it looks cool, it sets me apart from the others. I certainly wont get lost in the flock!

Anyway, I didn't have a great start in life. Best guess is that I got trapped in a pop green house and noone was around to set me free. Panicked and alone I got stuck at the bottom tryna squeeze out and that's where I remained until Al found me.

Al then set about tryna fix me, I spent a short while in the freezer, it was on the chilly side but it stopped any unwanted hitchhikers escaping.

After that I had a bath and a sort, a few bits of flesh were removed and I was left to dry whilst Al tried to figure out what to do with my missing parts. In the end Al chose this great green wire from a sho called Tiger.

So now Im clean and dry, Im ordered and my contruction can begin, Al used loctite prescion super glue (they're very impatient) so we got stuck together alot, I suppose you could say we have a strong bond! It took a few nights and some research as Al had never done an articulation that was in so many parts before, that's cheating you know Al.

Im complete but incomplete at this stage. Al very kindly went back to the site I was found and found a few missing parts! So I was taken apart again a little and parts added, although I think we both miss some of the green. Apparently altas bones (the bone at the base of my skull that connects to the vertebrae) are really tricky to reattach, safe to say my head was dropped alot.

But now look at me! A handsome chappie who's cutely incomplete. And now I'm running a blog, through my experiences I'll be talking about bodies and bones. We'll learn about laws and techniques and hopefully have fun!

Pirates pirates pirates I have been obsessed with them since I was a kid but my obsession got reignited last year with starting to play sea of th.ieves and then falling in love with Jack S.parrow all over again and since then I’ve been on a pirate rampage and I’ve never been more obsessed with anything else ahfjfl

May I recommend a book to you if you wanna learn more about the golden age of piracy? I’ve checked it out so many times from the library that they’re making me take a break, it’s that good adfhjkl it’s called “The Republic of Pirates : Being the True and Surprising Story of the Caribbean Pirates and the Man Who Brought Them Down” by Colin Woodward and the storytelling is so good but also the information is delightfully dense and I found myself taking notes the whole time even tho I don’t do that while reading shfjfl it was a treasure!!

Of course!! I'm so excited to write it, I'd love to give a lil intro!

So to give the gist of the show ( @klavz - you're welcome to correct me or anything lol ), 43 women around the world suddenly gave birth. Ooo weird mysterious. This asshole R.eginald H.argreeves then goes around trying to take these babies off their hands, adopting them. He gets 7 of them. And guess what, these babies were born with powers! Wow, so crazy! Reg raises trains these 7 kids to be some kid superheroes called the U.mbrella A.cademy. In an alternate timelime, due to some timey wimey stuff that happened in the show ( dunno if you want me to keep spoilers to myself in case you go watch ), this is called the S.parrow A.cademy with a different set of kids.

Moving on to Eira's place in this verse(s), she's one of the other 36 kids that Reg didn't adopt! Her father refused to give her up. Her family tree is the same aka she still has an older brother, who does not have powers. So she grows up, not understanding these voices ( people's thoughts ) that she hears from her powers, and goes to the S.parrow A.cademy later when she sees other kids like her. Aka she exists in the alternate timeline. ( Of course this can bend depending on thread/plot/au of this verse/etc. )

She's selectively mute after a particular incident as a kid, which made it difficult to prove she's like them. Befriending Sloane ( one of the Sparrows ), she helps Eira prove herself so she can get help with her powers.

She begins rigorous training with the Sparrows until the big day.

She competes against them in order until she can defeat one, and take their place. How ironic that the one who helped her get in, would be the one to be kicked out. It was a dirty play, using their friendship against Sloane, something Reg praised her for. Securing her place in the Academy, Eira earns respect from some and definitely resentment from others. But one thing they all agreed on, she was NOT one of them. Just a lucky outsider.
