Nick Close, Lark, and Sparrow regularly call their dads by their first names. It is a form of endearment for Lark and Sparrow, and for Nick it is because he treats Glenn as his best friend. Notably, Nicholas Foster does not do this.

“Don’t look at them, baby, look at me.” Anakin’s heated words shoot straight through you to your core, and obediently you tear your gaze from the chaos of bodies surrounding you to land on him. Lying on your upper back, your ass is up in the air, knees folded up next to your ears as he’s fucking your gaping hole. The orgy of Krayt House girls fills the room with various noises. Squelching, slapping, keening. Wet figures falling all over themselves in pursuit of pleasure wherever they see fit, pilling on top of one another to cover every surface in the room. Yet Anakin’s gaze remains entirely on you, rolling his hips into your hole at an angle that makes you bite down on your lower lip.
“I can’t help it, Daddy, I’m worried.” you whine, squirming to relieve pressure from your spine. His thick hands that grip your ass like a handle keep you where he wants you. “What if they’re jealous? They’re all doing this for you—”
“Everyone’s having fun, they’re not doing this for me.” he reassures, darting his tongue out to moisten his lips. “You like watching ‘em, huh? Like seeing naked girls slide all over each other?”
“Stop!” you chide with a giggle, your pussy loosening around him when he laughs at you. He slacks, pulling out, only to dip down and pick you up by your arms. In a swift maneuver, he raises you into the air, catching you with your inner knees over his biceps. Standing to his full height, he re-enters you, swinging your body into his thrusts as you wrap your arms around his neck to secure yourself.
“You wanna know a secret?” he speaks through winded strain, blowing hot breath through his nose as he pistons into you. Collective pre-cum creams around the base of his cock.
Your features skewed, you nod to him, desperate to hear whatever he might say.
Affectionately, he nuzzles his cheek against yours, murmuring plump lips against the shell of your ear. “This is our last day together. And out of everybody here, I’m gonna miss you the most.”
The season finale of Krayt House’s ending shot is a panoramic view of every body a part of this project. Sex workers exhausted, and coated in cum, lay around on any surface available. Anakin, who sits in the middle of a couch with poor girls draped all over him, gestures to the camera. “Say bye, everybody.”
Tired, lazy arms raise to wave, a chorus of voices repeating as he orders, “Bye!”

Poverty Reduction: Charity Donation Boxes (and the Unhoused/Homeless)
Donation boxes for various charities have been seen a few times.
The toy “Mr. Monkeyjocks” leaves the Heeler family when he is put in this donation bin, so he can go to a new home.
We also see an (either regular dog or a dog-person-infant) -shaped donation bin at the supermarket and a donation bin (possibly for clothes?) by the pre-school Bingo goes to.
Like some other children’s shows (I’m thinking of PBS’s “Arthur”) needing charity/being homeless is something that has come up.
Dad imagined being without a job in the episode S1E31 “Work” when he was fired from the pretend drainpipe factory. He had to become a street performer (in the rain.)
That said, there is at least one visible homeless dog-person in Bluey-Brisbane, not including the two street performers I’ve spotted (music busker dog and gold-guy dog)
Specifically talking about this grey dog, spotted downtown on the pedestrian mall in “The Quiet Game” - the bulldog guy drops a $5 bill in his hat.
We see him again at South Bank near the end of S2E47 “Ice Cream”. He walks past, glances at the trash container (maybe looking for food) and continues on.
Note Dad watches him, as does Bingo (who is slightly more considerate than Bluey?). Either one or more things is probably occurring to Dad:
This could easily be him; Dad has a good life, enjoying time in an upscale part of town with his kids, spending money freely on things like ice creams, etc.
Dad could also be thinking about what being homeless is like, recalling the “Work” story;
He might have been thinking of sharing his remaining ice cream with this homeless dog (but maybe not, not many fathers of very young children would want to “go here”);
He might just be keeping an eye on the guy. Would not want a fun day to be ruined if the homeless dog acted inappropriately, etc. The homeless dog just continues on its way, it doesn’t ask Dad for money, etc.
Homelessness / being unhoused / poverty reduction is an issue (and a complex, multifaceted one) in many cities. Bluey is a relatively realistic depiction of life in a modern city for young families, so it’s interesting it is lightly touched upon in a way that can stay “in the background” or become a conversation-starter for viewers.
Would not be surprised if this comes up again in a future episode.
S1E31 Mobile Suit Victory Gundam (1993)
Composer: Akira Senju (千住 明)
(also composer of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
The first few measures after the episode title sound just like the beginning of "Opening" from the FFVII OST. (makes me think "Opening" is a nice borrow)
But also stay for the hesitant and gentle discordance underlying the tender theme in the violins. It well suits the action because things will of course go badly soon, as they always do in Victory Gundam.
Masterpost for every Bad Heroes episode and where to find them! This will be updated periodically.
Season/Campaign 1 of Bad Heroes (which is still ongoing) is broken up into Arcs and Interludes. Arcs are the main missions our heroes are sent on, and can be considered mini-seasons in their own right. Interludes take place between arcs and dive deeper into the main characters' personal stories and growth.
Where to start listening
From the very beginning, with Episode 1
For better audio quality, listen to the recap version of Ep. 16 and then jump to Ep. 17 in the main feed to catch the final exciting episodes of Arc One
Another good entry point is the beginning of Arc Two. Read or listen to this recap of Ep. 1-25 and then skip ahead to Ep. 26 for the start of The Wild Hunt
one thing that's interesting to me about monkees music videos that were repeated... sometimes the color/cropping is different. take valleri:
^ this is valleri from s1e22 (captain crocodile)
^ this is valleri from a later episode, s1e31 (monkees at the movies) -- note the color difference, it's a bit more washed out
i think this would be because when they reused the footage for the repeat, they used the finished print from the first episode, versus using workprint/source footage? (i'm NOT a film expert though so i might be totally thinking about this wrong)
here are some other examples (left is the 1st time, right is the repeat)
idk i just think it's Neat! it makes me think about how tedious it must have been to edit the really quick cuts they had on later music videos, since you'd be working with actual film... all those itsy bitsy tiny pieces that would need to be conglomerated into a full music video
