Here we go gamers, saints rambling on his main again let’s go-

OKAY

There’s just,, something so reassuring in being trans masc and referring to yourself as a guy. Like yea!! I am a guy, I’m a little man stumbling around and trying to make his way through the world.

Like for the longest time I was just unsure if I was trans because of Trauma ™️ but like,, when I think of people referring to me as a girl, woman, with she/her it just,, doesn’t hit the same. It feels wrong, like there’s some sort of mis placement in their judgement. Like I tried using she/her again and it still made me sick despite I had full control over whether or not close friends could use those pronouns with me.

Being a man feels right, people referring to me as a man and using he/him pronouns is just right. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. It makes me sad to see a lot of hate and bad stigma against men, like yes absolutely there are god awful men out there but,, that doesn’t warrant hate against every single man you interact with.

It also oddly sucks when transmen get excluded from the whole “I hate men” thing. Like I’ve seen so many posts and things friends have send where it was something along the lines of, “I hate men, but not transmen.” Or “I hate cis/bio men” like people go out of their way to exclude transmen from that stigma-and sure it can,, feel nice? Because we’re not being roped into this bad stigma but it’s also very isolating and very invalidating because we’re being separated from cis men as if we aren’t as much of a man as they are.

It also just,, sucks when transmen are excluded from being referred to as a man/guy/boy whatever. People often feel the need to exclude transmen from being referred to as a man, or they do it too much to the point where they say shit that you would never even say to a cisman. Like “You look so manly today!!” Sure that can feel validating but at the same time,, would you say that to a cis man? Why do you feel the need to point that out unless the person your talking to specifically asks for that.

But yea here’s my little rant abt some things I’ve noticed when being more open that yea, I am, in fact, a transman. (Before I would try to hide and act as Cis ™️ as possible). Feel free to share your thoughts about this, and I am not dogging on anyone in specific, and if you’ve done any of these things it isn’t the end of the world, there’s always room for improvement and things like what I mentioned can be okay in certain situations, (depending on the person,) but just be mindful and ask questions :]

a little late, but please tell me about your carlos lives au!

basically after the playa finds carlos they manage to get him unchained and rush him to the hospital similar to rushing johnny to the hospital. and heres a quick like. bullet list of all the stuff that happens

Quickly rushed to ER.

Severe road rash post-incident, large portions of the left and front sides of his body are covered in scarring.

Left ear torn deep, blind in left eye.

Severe limp; walks with a cane.

Skin grafts cover the largest affected areas, but smaller areas were left to scar.

Minor plastic surgery to clean up ear and regain mobility in arm and hand.

Still considers himself part of the Saints even though his limited mobility prevents him from directly contributing.

Stays in Stilwater for the duration of SR:TT, placed in a simulation and rescued for SRIV.

Simulation deals with the Brotherhood part SR2

Pierce's loyalty quest no longer involves Maero, and completing Carlos' loyalty quest unlocks Maero instead.

essentially i refuse to let him die at all so he survives into SRIV and beyond, but with carlos’ sim dealing w the brotherhood and his loyalty quest unlocking maero possibly, i still have to figure out what pierce’s loyalty quest gets turned into.
