Remember, you can't make everyone happy all of the time ‼️ First, you have to put yourself, your needs and your happiness above all others. Do what you need to do for you before you concern yourself with what other people may think or worry about what they might say. I know from personal experience that it was super hard to stop being a #peoplepleaser ~~ Some days I just wanted to be told that I am doing something right .....
