Because Devils/Non mi uccidere AU it's today's writing mood (that will probably never see the light of Google Docs): Spadì taking this picture with Aureliano's phone and making it his lock screen just to piss him off.
So "fun" when you start reading the criminal history of the city and it tells you that Aureliano is basically Spadino's cousin. (They couldn't have married anyway because omosexuality is a plauge to them... but you know where I'm going...😬)
So in Suburra book/movie the fact that they know each other is because they're part of the same fam (and had a crush on each other, why not).
hello! I think you should check the suburra and spadino x aureliano tag. It's an italian "mafia" netflix show and spadino's actor reminds me of jamie tartt's especially the eyes and the character is gay in the show (no happy ending tho)
have a good day!
thank you for the rec! I will check it out.
I spend all my time adding things to my Netflix watchlist and never have the time to watch it
🤦
I'm intrigued tho, so this might get fast tracked.
"remember when you told me i changed your life? my life has changed, too. you've always been there, you never abandoned me. not even when i was out of my mind or when i told you to fuck off. i love you, spadì. for real."
When you see the trailer of Rosanero and then go for a walk at Villa Borghese and:
- hear a guy speaking to his 4/5 years old son 'when we go to school I'll tell your teacher how impossible you have become. How you treat your sister badly. Why did you took your shoe off?' (in a calmly way and his son was behind him guilty, looking at the floor) and you think about Aureliano scolding his son leading the stroller.
- a family of 5, with the father helping one kid sit on a statue to take a picture and the mother 'Be careful! It's empty behind, he'll fall down! No!" and then manages to sit all the three kids. You: he was totally a Gennaro version and the woman a Spadino, imagine also Ciro sitting at the park bench watching the scene laughing with the little Imma (my new original character) who really loves his earring. And Aureliano smiling big at Spadino and Gennaro trying to make the kids not fall down while taking pictures.
AFTER THAT you finally decide to watch La Cena Perfetta and Drive me home and dreaming that freaking perfect crossover where instead of going to Napoli Agostino goes to Rome and someone advises him to go eating at "Il picchio blu" but when he goes there he thinks that's not the place for him... he sees Carmine and decides to enter. AND THEN HISTORY STARTS. THEY'RE TOO CUTE NOT TO END UP TOGETHER.
(Carmine and Consuelo are very good besties not romantic at all and Agostino will introduce him to Antonio - when he will finally go back home - who'll be so happy for his best friend✌✌)
