While I’m excited and can’t wait to get a Switch eventually I’m disappointed in some of Nintendo’s decisions as of late.

Not putting miiverse on the Switch surprised me, then suddenly abruptly terminating it on both the Wii U and the 3DS seems like such an ass move to pull especially since the 3DS is still quite alive (and the Wii U side of miiverse isn’t that dead yet). Not to mention 99% of the 3DS library relies on the miiverse application to even take screenshots and from their faq of the miiverse shutdown it doesn’t sound like that’s getting an alternate solution so looks like there goes clean screenshots.

Also replacing Club Nintendo with MyNintendo sounded promising at first, and some of the cool rewards at first were neat such as a DSiware version of WarioWare Touched, Flipnote Studio3D, and that Twilight Princess Picross game, however that degraded quick to freaking jpeg wallpapers and swapdoodle dlc (which honestly the latter wouldn’t be bad if there was just more good rewards).

Heck I feel less content with the current mynintendo then the old my nintendo account on the nintendo website before the international club nintendo. I at least got a three month free subscription to Nintendo Power from it that convinced me to buy more for years.

I wonder if these in a way resulted from a change of management post-Iwata’s passing (may he rest in peace). Nintendo, please consider your actions more on how they reflect on you.

Edit: The Price Discounts are still there but they just didn’t show up at first from the pages I was at. Removed the sentence about that in my rant.

I did up the tatoo on her face bit it is a bought skin so cannot sell or give that away. Fun thing is that I can do that with real people too. It is lots of fun for me.
