notes: i'm delusional about these two so i must write about them as i rot in bed with the flu :3 i went on and on with akito i'm sorry but he's so mipy

akito is... well, himself.

it's kind of a tough love sorta thing with him; obviously he isn't going to baby you through it. he knows you're self-sufficient. however, he's definitely concerned for you.

when you text akito you're sick, he enthusiastically responds with 'ok' and then leaves you on delivered for the next hour.

next thing you know, he appears in your doorway with a grocery bag filled with medicine, cough drops, and some snacks to get you through your sickness.

when you thank him, all he does is shrug it off.

"it's what i have to do, right?" akito shakes his head. "no need to make a big deal of it."

typically, akito leaves after that with a small kiss on your forehead. if you really want him to stay, he'll grab a chair and sit by you while you watch a movie or something.

as much as he's a cuddlebug, he's against cuddling when you're sick (if you're contagious). he'll squeeze your shoulder every now and then to check in on you, but that's about it.

akito is very stern on meds, he will constantly remind you to take what you need to. no matter how much you protest, he will forcefeed it to you if that's what it takes.

he just wants you to feel better :)

shizu is FULL BIG SISTER MODE.

i am not exaggerating when i say as soon as you text her telling her you're sick, she drops everything to be with you.

"oh, y/n," she sighs, stepping in the doorway. her heart wrenches with pity at the sight of you. "i came as soon as i heard. do you need anything?"

unlike akito, she's very lovey-dovey. shizuku will stay as long as you need her to. if cuddles are the best remedy, she'll snuggle up right by you.

she has a lot of experience with tending to shiho when she's sick, so she uses a lot of the same methods (aka she will sing to you).

shizu will definitely make a hot meal for you, go shopping for meds, she will literally do anything to see you better.

it genuinely pains her to see you bedridden and sick like this.

despite her doting nature, she will give you personal space if you need it! she understands that sometimes you may not want her to see you in such a state (though if that's the case, shizuku will assure you that she'll love you even if you're snotty).

notes: self indulgent drabble,, i had this in my drafts i just forgot about it

to say that haruka adores you was an understatement.

you are her world. she appreciates even the smallest of gestures, including the fact that she can't show much affection in public. after all, she has an image to maintain.

even still, every time you lean in for a hug, you can feel her paranoid eyes scan the area before squeezing you gently. it pains you to see her like this, but what can you do? if paparazzi were to find out about haruka kiritani's love life, her career could be jeopardized.

despite her reluctance to show you off in public, she compensates for it when the two of you are alone.

when haruka sees you reclining on her bed, she slings an arm around you. you look up to see her eyebrows furrow.

"y/n," she starts. "are you... ever bothered by my behavior in public?"

when you hesitate, she automatically assumes the worst.

"i understand the need to conceal me for your career, haruka. i knew that well enough when we started to go out. though i can't lie and say it doesn't hurt to be rejected sometimes, i know you still love me."

haruka's face softens. a smile graces her features, and she turns to kiss your lips.

"i promise i'll be better to you," she says.

"so you'll hold my hand in public now?"

"...maybe."
