I'm basically supportive of the show's decision to make Nynaeve and Egwene ta'veren, to match the three boys. But I feel like among the fandom, there's a divergence in rationale for the change.
For me, it makes sense because Nynaeve has basically always been ta'veren (even more than Egwene). How much random insane bullshit has Nynaeve gotten herself into that she barely managed to get out of? (Randomly running into Moghedien in Tanchico, being the one to knock Birgitte from TAR, being in the right frame of mind to cure Stilling, and so-on).
For a lot of others, I get this sense of "that Nynaeve and Egwene are not ta'veren is unjust and makes them less than the boys". And thus, making them ta'veren rights some sort of fundamental wrong in the story.

consider: if the three male ta'veren arent all neurodivergent why do they all think the other two are vastly better at interacting with at least 50% of the human population

Even though they weren't ta'veren, I think the history books will say all the Wonder Girls were.

I love how each of the wondergirls believes that the other two are more brave than her. And that they draw strength from thinking what the other two would do.
Meanwhile, each of the ta'veren boys simply thinks the other two are better with girls.

Ok so I forgot this part of Origins but Michael Livingston is talking about it on Barside Chats but one of Jordan's original ideas was having Rand get shipwrecked in Seanchan (before having the Seanchan actually come to the Westlands) and he named the Aryth Ocean specifically in reference to parting the Red Sea, so Rand's arc there would have him help free the damane and da'covale and that is loads better than having Rand put up with the Seanchan continue to enslave people

The Pattern: ah, I see the Dark One is stirring in his prison, that's not good.
The Pattern: I shall just drop a nice Dragon Reborn in there, that's should solve it
The Pattern, five seconds later: Actually....uh, he's gonna need some help. Hmmm. Oh, I have it! I shall drop 4 ta'veren down there with him. that'll do it

it’s so silly that mat and perrin are ta’veren only so that they can deal with padan fain and slayer while nynaeve and egwene arguably play more important roles and generally accomplish more things which have ta’veren energy.

been thinking about what I'd want from a Wheel of Time TTRPG, like beyond the standard of being the sort of mid-crunch skill-based adventure game that I like
a decent combat system for both individual and mass combat
a social intrigue and politics system
a bunch of feats or virtues or whatever to enable all the funky weirdness, so wolf brothers, being able to smell violence, foretelling and the like
a ta'veren weirdness system, currently envisioned as a meta-currency, allowing both the ta'veren and the GM to twist events, dice-tricks rerolls, and the like (not just dice the ta'veren rolls, rolls happening around that character)
a magic system, constructed casting, but also learning specific weaves, angreal, ter'angreal the whole shebang, probably wouldn't go as far as to have separate Saidar and Saidin systems, just a check box for which you're able to use, with an optional taint system depending on when your campaign is set
anything else I'm missing

wot gif meme: 4 relationships: 4/4 rand al’thor, perrin aybara & mat cauthon
“The Light willing, we will see one another again,” Rand said. He held out his hand to Perrin. “Watch out for Mat. I’m honestly not sure what he’s going to do, but I have a feeling it will be highly dangerous for all involved.” “Not like us,” Perrin said, clasping Rand’s forearm. “You and I, we’re much better at keeping to the safe paths.”  Rand smiled. “May the Light shelter you, Perrin Aybara.” “And you, Rand al’Thor.” Perrin hesitated, and realized what was happening. They were saying goodbye. He took Rand in an embrace. a memory of light. chapter 13. brandon sanderson.
Mat seemed to sense his thought. Despite the hood of his cloak, the rain had plastered Mat’s hair across his face. “Rand,” he said, “you won’t leave me, will you? If I can’t keep up?” His voice quavered. “I won’t leave you.” Rand tightened his grip on his friend’s hand. “I won’t leave you no matter what.” the eye of the world. chapter 33. robert jordan.

I found my old ta'veren tees in storage! Still bitter that they lost licensing, they had so much great stuff.

These are midriff shirts on me now but maybe if I cave and buy some high-waisted pants...

with alanna and verin freeing rand and helping him escape, it makes sense they will end up strangled in the middle of nowhere (aka the two rivers) together for season 3
