Jimmy, Kim, Chuck, and Howard are but a series of interlocking tragedies, and the saddest part is they all could have saved each other but chose to destroy each other (and themselves) instead.
Leverage ML AU, but the team is just Marinette (ring leader), Alya (hacker), Marinette (miss parkour), Kagami (muscle man), and Marinette (femme fatale)
the corinthian x nightmare!reader whose purpose it is to look pretty and delightful and cause excruciating pain with just a single touch of skin on skin in people’s nightmares that carries over even in the waking world so they always cover up and wear gloves, and despite his better judgment and all attempts not to the corinthian still manages to fall in love with their words and actions
Okay I fully agree with the theory that Anya lied about her age because she read Loid’s mind about the minimum age requirements and she’s actually, like, four.
And I want us all to imagine the absolute best possible time for that information to be revealed to the other characters. It will not be during Project Strix, of course, unless Loid manages to keep it going for over a decade with increasingly-flimsy excuses and/or ‘look, I’ve decided I’m keeping my not-actually-fake-anymore family so you’re either going to accept that or I quit and I WILL fight every other agent and win for this.’ (Yor is not mentioned in this ultimatum. Yor figured she’d give them the chance to make the right choice willingly before stepping in, and is waiting for a signal. Let her be a surprise.)
No, it will be at some point in the future, when Anya is in her late teens and just got her unrestricted driver’s license. And then, while everyone’s celebrating, she will reveal that she’s been lying for her age the last twelve years, having realized at some point when she was like eight that she could get away with way more if she didn’t admit she was two years younger than Loid and Yor thought. The last few years she’s been holding out so she could learn to drive sooner.
Okay, you’re sad that the character died. I get it. But do you know why they died? Did it serve a greater narrative purpose? Was it important to the story? Was it important to the character? Was it important to other characters around them? You can bring people back in fanfiction all you want but it’s always good to acknowledge why they died in the first place
