Definitely Three Nights. My only fic w/a sad ending (which is why I wrote Three More Nights b/c I couldn’t handle having a sad ending. I had to fix it.)

I honestly couldn’t say. I’m here to have a good time and to make sure all my favs also have a good time, so I’m always actively trying to give them the happiest possible endings.

Yes. It was kinda funny b/c out of all the fics, it was “Me” a 5k deathshipping one shot that is one of my least popular works. But like...I don’t really think they were *trying* to steal it so much as homage it? But they were too young and unskilled to know how to rework something properly, so it was almost an exact copy of my fic. I tried to go over it and show them how to rewrite parts in order for it to be more original (Like, you can give YM piercings, just don’t give him the exact same piercings. You can have YM play with his hair/clothes/presentation in order to explore his identity, but pick different things that are more unique and how *you* would imagine YM being as his own person, instead of just copying exactly what I did).

11 - have you ever had a fic translated?

There’s an Italian version of Storm of White on ao3 (go kudo bomb it!)

12 - have you ever co written a fic before?

Lots! I love colabs <3 The last one I did was Conspire With You, but there was also A Way Home, and I’ve co-written a few things with SuperSteffy. Please support all the other writers who worked hard on these fics with me! (kudo-bomb the hell out of them)

I can’t...choose one. Thiefshipping and Deathshipping were my first favorites, but like...damn, Kingshipping and Trapshipping have honestly ruined me. And Arrestshipping...Euroshipping...Rustshipping...Boundshipping...LISTEN!!! If it’s any combination of Seto/Atem/Yugi/TKB-YB/Ryou B/YamiMa/Malik it’s my favorite, okay? I’m a dragon who hoards ships. Especially polyships. I will literally froth at the mouth at any combo of those 7. Now let’s move on to the next question before I add more characters to the list........

14 - what’s a wip that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

That demon/angel au I was working on years and years ago. A shame, since I think there was a lemon that spilled into 3 chapters in that and it’s what Bakura deserves, but the plot was just...meh.

15/16 - writing strengths and weaknesses

Strengths: Dialogue, sometimes imagery, projecting the right trauma/personality traits on the right characters in a way that can make scenes relatable/authentic.

Weaknesses: I can be lazy with some plot points b/c it’s fanfiction, and I’m only here to have a good time, so eff it. And I will absolutely “sum up” certain chapters in order to finish a story at 80% potential. Anons used to get on my ass about this, and some commenters too, but I refuse to repent of my hasty ways. I write a lot of stories, and sometimes it’s better to get 3 80% stories out instead of one 100% story (for me. absolutely nothing wrong with ppl who want to write their best all the time. Like, mad respect to those peeps). Anyway, the ppl who complain are 100% accurate, right, and valid, but again, If you call me out on this I’ll just shrug at you and remind you of my commission prices b/c I’ll be happy to personally tailor a story for any angry anon-- if they want to put their money where their critique is *blows kiss*

17 - what are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

Depends on the context and how it’s used.

19- what’s your favorite fic you’ve ever written?

I honestly love so many of my stories. I honestly re-read my own stuff all the time for comfort/self-care. I especially love a lot of the more intense, emotional pwp one-shots. It’s extremely difficult to pick one, but let’s go with humor and link

Gotta love Bakura’s monster **** And the interaction involved with writing that story made it so much more fun. I really miss the days where you could slap a vote on tumblr and get a lot of responses, and dammit I miss Abby throwing random things into my ask box (like Bakura’s monster ****)

Whenever I take the official radiant quiz as Del, it tells me she’s a Windrunner which is hilarious to me because she’d be an OK but not great Windrunner. It’s definitely not her most likely Order. Which inspired me to look at all the Orders and work out which would work best for her, from most to least plausible:

Skybreaker (obviously) — I’m gonna feel like a broken record typing this. So I won’t. [insert everything I stress 24/7 about her fighting to exact true justice and protect victims etc etc]

Edgedancer — if Cultivation hadn’t fucked up her life and made her an empath, Edgedancer would be her Order, hands down. Remembering the forgotten? Fighting to protect the downtrodden common man? Absolutely her jam.

Bondsmith — “I will unite instead of divide” is a concept that is very important to Del, not just because her empathy means she can see similarities that most cannot, but also because of her beliefs in the One. She’s with Ym in that all actions should be taken with a view to benefiting those of the One; all living people. Also that connections to those a person cares about can be all that keep them going. BUT she’s not a natural leader, so that would require work 🤔

Truthwatcher — tbh, yeah! It works! Finding the truth and presenting it honestly is intrinsic to who she is; most of her time in Jasnah’s service has been for this cause. Also assessing whether or not a leader is using their power correctly? YES, a big thing for her. If there were more Truthwatchers at any given time [finger guns] hell y*a

Windrunner — despite how often I love to talk about the similarities between Windrunners and Skybreakers, and it being a driving theme in Del’s story, she’d not be a great Windrunner. For all she believes everyone must contribute to the whole, she is a lone wolf, and very solitary even when it’s necessary to work in a team environment. Nor is she a leader, just a facilitator. Also, for a number of reasons I’ll go into another time, she’s lost her faith in everyone’s ability to discern right from wrong; herself included! So... nah.

Dustbringer — really, not as unlikely as I’d once thought! Del is peaceful by nature, and not destructive, but she definitely sees the value of breaking harmful traditions, and that is strong enough that it could work! HOWEVER, she’s already got self control in spades, and if anything, her personal progression should involve LOSING a little of that excessive self control, which is kinda the reverse of the progression of Dustbringer oaths (IM ASSUMING bc we don’t have any info yet 🙃 pls it’s one of my fav orders)

Stoneward — Del does not have a competitive bone in her body, nor is she stubborn unless lives are being impacted, BUT being there when she is needed is a big thing for her, and she recurringly shows up (if possible) when people dear to her are near breaking point, so it’s not as WHOLLY unlikely. But it is amusing to think of her in the himbo order.

Willshaper — also a sexy order but it just does not quite work for her. It’s not that she doesn’t wish freedom for people that deserve it; she does. That’s part of why she’s a Skybreaker. But her experiences have shaped her as she is, complete freedom has proven to be harmful to many around her, and it just wouldn’t be her primary focus.

Elsecaller — not at all. She has no personal drive to improve herself and reach her full potential, beyond doing what she must to benefit those around her. It just fundamentally doesn’t work. And with so few inkpsren looking to bond [humans], their eyes would be on far more fitting candidates.

Lightweaver — 0/10 she’d be an outright awful Lightweaver. Good or bad, she is all about BRUTAL honesty. She can’t even bring herself to lie to make someone feel better, nor is she very creative in the arts department. She was trained to assimilate seamlessly into Alethi culture and DIDN’T because she felt that was deceitful. Without Jevanna’s insistence and help, she stands out like a sore thumb. What kind of dumbass intentionally travels to a Vorin country with their EYES COVERED, their accent irritating everyone, their foreign hair out on display, seeing no need to cover that up? Del. Dear Cryptics, you have many, much better options.

Oh boiI defiantely feel like I’ve improved a lot since I started, mostly on tecniques and approach, like I belive I spent more time working for this

than for that

And about missing ym old style buh... it was DIFFERENT I used to try draw more realistic, but it was something that on the long run was just causing me stress and anxiety, so I slowly dropped it off for a more “toony” style.(also most of my old art was influenced by my conditions, wich is something I really dont wanna go back again)But like look at that, i spent LITTERAL DAYS on this and I wasnt satisfied at all

while this took me about the same time, but It’s one of my fav works tbh

I started practice more when I realized I wanted move on and that I wanted work with my art.I’m still not satisfied with my works and I’m practicing more because I want to be

25, 31 and 43!! (✿❛◡❛)

thank you for sending in some questions! answers below the cut bc i rambled/infodumped, as always. (okay, it's not that long, but it's 3 answers so..)

25. Linear or non-linear, and why?

(had to google what this meant lol) non-linear! partially because after many, many years of writing, i've learnt that if idon't write somethign when i have the inspo/motivation for it, i'm gonna forget it. so i just... write it when i feel it. a lot of the times i know what i want the climax to be/how it should play out, or i know what the resoluion is before i know how (or even what) the beginning/inciting incident is. the other partial reason (but also something i've learnt) is that if i let my "creative juices flow" (as they say) i'll figure out the rest of the story. while i'm on a roll writing dialogue for scene C or D, i'll figure out/get inspo for small details for scenes A or B. also, sometimes its not about the beginning or the inciting incident. I just don't know how to set the scene? esp. for shorter blurbs/timestamps. probably the biggest reason i write nonlinear tho is bc i get dialogue inspo way more than anything else, so it's very easy for me to just write dialogue and then go back and fill in the blanks.

31. Hardest character to write.

jeongin. i am so sorry but jeongin. i have my own mental perceptions of most of the other members in my mind (in regards to writing them as characters) but jeongin is still... fuzzy. it's a working process. i've thought about asking for jeongin-specific requests so i can write mini timestamps for him and try to flesh out what i want my writings of him to be like, but i'm Scared.

43. Are you an avid reader?

100% yes, in the context of "i have so many unread books and i keep buying more because i wanna read them but i keep rereading the same books." i think i'm in a bit of a reading slump right now. there are so many things i want to reread (or just. read for the first time @ tbr books) but whenever i start i just NJDSKVNDJSK sigh. the only thing that i could pick up and jsut read all in a day is the shadowhunter chronicles (a book a day, not all 20smth of them). um. i am getting very overwhelmed by this question bc reading is one of ym fav things and i have so much to say about the stuff i read (generally and specifically) but i don't wanna write an essay so. i will leave it here. BUT to relate this more to fanfic-y stuff. i used to read a lot of fanfics for another fandom, but these days i really only read skz ones every now and then.

Soo-Won makes a good ruler and I’d actually prefer for him to stay king? Yona makes a fantastic mercenary imo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯she’ll be the ruler that gets more shit done in people’s lives while Soo-Won makes sure they aren’t overrun/the generals stay in linehow’d you find it: *glares @likestoimagine16 * someone decided i needed more nerds to c ry over random thoughts: I just???? love this manga so much???? beyond the gajillion found family tropes (with dragons) i love so much, i love the healing in the story- Yona and Hak and their different ways of coping with their trauma, their relationship with Yoon and the four dragons, how they all find hope and recovery through helping others and their nerds. i love that there’s so many kickass ladies. i think most of all, i just love how there’s many dark elements in the story (the ever-looming threat of war from all sides, the drug threats, awful people in power who were able to thrive under king il’s rule, the violence, etc) but it’s really a story of hope and recovery and finding strength in standing with others and im?? blubbering like always oops. i just. i love this manga so much friends ;;_;;

the chronicle of the Adventure i had in p5 on 5th december 20xx. justice confidant spoilers to follow.

this is so long. this is really just for me because i want to remember whatever the hell tonight was

i’m exhausted rn but today was an Experience (a sequel to “yesterday i completely ignored akira’s friends texts and deliriously ran circles in his room at 4:30am”--wow that was actually this morning wasn’t it, mom help)

so i saved the night of 12/4 and originally wasted 12/5 to find i had nothing to do that evening so i reloaded my save file and went to the palace. thereafter i completed the entire palace in one in-game day (also an irl day actually wow) which involved shoving big bang burgers, coffee, and curry down the party’s throats a lot.

restaurant dude and pool dude were easy but getting to the tv guy took me like four tries because i’m like 10 levels below average or something? i had to take a break irl to eat and relax and then i fused some new personae and stuff because i didn’t have anything strong to ice and my anti-phys and heals were getting old. i had enough slots to finish the strength confidant here so yay go me, this is important because now i can fuse personae above my level............

i take a risk and get rid of fat elephant persona with repel phys and fuse justice melchizedek because he looks like a power ranger which i think akechi would appreciate and that makes me laugh

ANYWAY SO by the time it came for IT boss i was super tired of ambushing shadows, low on SP, and unwilling to replenish in case i needed those items later, so i just sprinted past all enemies to the point of increasing our presence to like 88%? but i managed to take the guard on the side deck down and climbed up to IT man. thereafter party was Suffering and we desperately needed to save so i jumped down and low and behold there’s a shadow in front of the closest safe room with a red laser scanner.

okay. okay guys we can do this. i consider using a covertizer but i don’t. i try to run past it. the shadow ambushes us. we have a bad time and i have to spend a master coffee on joker. futaba is honestly a life saver. but we make it. post-battle screen, rewards, ALRIGHT SPRINT FOR THE SAFE R--HOLY SHIT ANOTHER SHADOW 96% ABORT MISSION RUN RUN RUN RUN LEAP JOKER SHIT MENU SCREEN GOHO-M BOYS!!!! GOHO-M

breathe. oh ym god. save. alright akira has ~90SP and i hate when you split the dungeon 90%/10% and waste a day you could’ve been dating yusuke so let’s do the cleaner boss fight and get this awful adventure over with.

i use two covertizers to get us down to 33%

by the way it was very incidental that right before this i discovered the mooks the cleaner sends after you are weak to hama. i like, forgot that’s a late game persona thing. thank god? anyway i one shot them. we run after the cleaner. i go backwards in the tunnels. it’s fine, this is fine

vs cleaner i equip my new fav persona, my man melchidezek, who blocks or repels literally everything this desperate loser sends after me. victory. oh my god my party is so tired makoto is out of sp, i had to use morgana as my healer for once, morgana is out of sp, i debate using a goho-m but decide hey we should be able to make it to the side deck to save and i can pick up here tomorrow

by the way what is with the phantom thieves being so nice to akechi. ryuji is so consistently rude throughout the entire game and haru the guy murdered your father in order to get accepted by his own??? i understand like joker specifically caring about akechi because of their slink but he was such a class a dick to everyone else and normally they aren’t that forgiving

Talking about what I find attractive I’m going to say brains but it’s less being a smarty-pants and more personality-wise that gets along with me because like, as I said above stubborn and talkative I’m not /always/ easy to get along with for extended periods of time.
