TUA Musician Normal AU

Luther

Luther plays the piano. He arranges his own music. He’s shy to sing, but has a great voice. Eventually, he teams up with Allison as a friend and fellow celebrity to write and perform together. His music would be heartfelt and about life. He doesn’t want to perform for the fame or money---instead, he sincerely enjoys composing.

Diego

Diego is a punk rock singer. All of his songs are about politics and his opinions about things. He’s well-known for being controversial and having simple instrument parts that stick in people’s heads. He doesn’t have any training in music, he just picked up an instrument one day and didn’t put it down.

Allison

Allison writes musicals. She became quite famous when she acted in the lead role of her own musical. Her musicals are always fantasy on the outside, but once someone looks closely, they have messages about society. She loves to help design the costumes of characters in her shows. Eventually, she reached out to a lesser-known artist, Luther, and got him to help her write complex instrumental backgrounds to her shows.

Klaus

Klaus is an alternative artist. He writes spooky songs with cheery instruments, but insanely ominous lyrics. He uses mainly synthesizers and sound mixing for his music that isn’t a typical variety of instrument. People either love him, fear him a little, or haven’t heard of him. He’s famous mainly on social media, instead of tours.

Five

Five is a DJ. He doesn’t have any coherent lyrics in his songs. His music is mainly about electronic techniques and trying to sound different. He has collaborated with Diego on one song, which became a one-hit-wonder, much to both of their dismays.

Ben

Ben’s style is most like Dodie or Hozier. Most of his songs convey an aesthetic of “what could have been”, or even are about a totally different world. Online, people speculate about him not being 100% human. He started on his road to fame as a semi-famous photographer. 

Vanya

Vanya composes instrumental songs only. They’re typically around 7 minutes long. She posts her songs online under the username WhiteViolin. She’s quite popular, but doesn’t earn any money from anything except ad revenue. She also posts YouTube tutorials for how to play some of her songs. She always films them in an aesthetic way.
