How would the companions/advisors, Romanced and non-romanced (+Krem, if possible because I just wanna kiss my Krem-puff! DANG IT BIOWARE!) react to a Quizzy who sleeps sprawled out like a starfish... until someone gets close, at which point, they grab whoever it is, and pull them into a tight hug, refusing to let go and only loosening their grip when the person they’ve grabbed realizes that resistance is futile, and accepts their fate.

The Iron Bull actively encourages the snuggle. Sleeping alone has been almost strange since leaving Haven, as he’s always been used to the company of the Chargers on the road, and before that his unit among the Ben-Hassrath on Seheron. He holds his Kadan just as tightly as they do, taking solace that whatever else happens, whatever else he is now, this is real.

Blackwall finds out one unfortunate night that his new lover has a penchant for smacking him in the face. He’s grown used to sneaking into bed, curling up on the very edge of the bed so they’re comfortable and sighs with a soft good natured smile as he’s left up half the night. He doesn’t mind keeping watch, and every once in a while, it’s worth it when he gets to close to be held, even if it’s a bit too tight. He kisses the Inquisitors forehead as they sleep, grateful as ever to be so blessed as to have them at all. A little uncomfortable sleep is nothing compared to his beloveds early morning and well rested smile.

Dorian tosses and turns with a nasty habit of hogging the blankets and so he and the Inquisitor find themselves at odds. All bets are off when they both go to sleep, and it’s always a gamble if they’ll end up with one of them on the floor or a mangled mess of limbs come morning. Either way, no matter who asserts dominance of the bed that night, they both wake up happy and content to see one another’s face.

You could mistake Sera for having no bones in her body at all as she molds around her lover like a content alleycat. She has no qualms about being knocked around as she’s sure she too gives a few good kicks in the night to her woman. Inevitably at some point her girl gets a hold of her and she’s squeezed in a death grip cuddle, an occasional twitch here and there and they both end up with knocks and bruises but all is forgiven in the morning.

Cullen has trouble sleeping at all, and usually works long into the night unless his Inquisitor practically drags him to bed. When they’re alone, he’s seen them stretch to fill the entire bed and he can’t imagine how they manage it really they’re so much tinier than him. He’s usually content to keep watch over them, falling asleep at his desk and tucking them in. But on the rare nights he’s pulled into bed, he gets around the bed hogging by pulling them into a tight cuddle of his own and they seem to settle down. He won’t admit it but he likes those nights best, and it makes the burning of the lyrium in his veins more manageable.

Cassandra doesn’t give her lover time to take up the bed or clutch into her and doesn’t believe former tent mates when they claim the Inquisitor is an awful bedfellow. Since their first tentative night together she’s gotten in the habit of expectantly waiting for him to come to bed and immediately attaches to him, tucking her head under his chin and wrapping her arms around his waist, forcing him to adjust the pillows just so, in order to keep both of them comfortable. He usually returns the grip right away and they don’t move the rest of the night, waking with sleepy grins and playing with the others hair each morning.

Solas refuses to share a bed with the Inquisitor. Dreamer they may be but their body is hardly ever still at night, and suffocating others. Instead, he doses in the chaise next to the bed, his hand reaching over to lightly hold theirs hanging off the side as they spend all night walking the Fade together in comfort and adoration. When he leaves, he finds it more difficult to fall asleep than in any century before, and finds himself staring at his cold hand, grasping out for the warmth of his vhenan.

Josephine, at first, finds it awkward but endearing that the Inquisitor simply flops into bed and falls asleep immediately splayed out like that. She understands, of course, how very tired they are and end up getting relaxing candles, heated oils and the fluffiest of pillows to mound upon their bed to help their Inquisitor settle better. After a while she figures out the best method is to simply tuck herself into their side and become another pillow for them to snuggle, though she has to playfully fuss come morning when her Inquisitor won’t let her leave to start her early day and groans in protest as she kisses their temple and leaves.

Krem is a very deep sleeper. He’s had to be, not only was Tevene a cramped place with his family on top of one another at all times, the Chargers dont leave much room in their tents either, but Krem shoves them aside so his Inquisitor can find their place among them. Usually he’s on the bottom of the pile, snoring and splayed out as badly as his sweetheart, who’s generally starfished on top of him until they curl up just right. Between the snoring and the pushing away in their sleep the rest of the company demands they go sleep in the Inquisitors quarters. To this day Krem and the Inquisitor don’t know why they’re complaining so bad and find eachother excellent companions, with the bonus of being able to get rowdy anytime they want now that the whole company’s not breathing over their shoulders. Of all the Inquisition, the pair annoyingly gets the best sleep in all of Skyhold.

Hello dear Sheep! Since you want it so bad, here's your BATIM ask: Norman, Shawn and Susie and Reader taking care of a bunch of orphan puppies and/or kittens. This is super cute, you can't deny!

Shawn Flynn:

Shawn is a very nice man, he gets excited with little kids and animals of all kind, there is no kid that he can’t befriend. He can even befriend little demons, so 2 to 5-year-old kids are no problem to him. ;)

And count the fact he’s a toymaker, little kids and animals love some good old plushie! Boris can say it himself. Everyone can be old in age but be a child in heart! So, it’s very normal that he loves baby animals.

When you said to him that you didn’t want kids he was…kinda devastated. We wanted kids since he has known himself. He would have been an excellent father and he’s pretty sure you have been an excellent parent as well! But hey, he just has to wait right? Everyone wants kids someday.

It’s the 20′s, give him a break.

When you saw him down for a whole week, (even if he said various times that he was okay) you decided to make his parenthood dream reality. But not kinda exactly the way he was thinking about…

When he came home one day and saw a kitten and a puppy on your lap sleeping…his hearted stopped from the happiness.

If he was a cartoon, his eyes would have stars on them.

You had never seen him so happy before, he was like a little kid with a new Christmas gift right in front of him, the one they have been talking about since July when people don’t even think about Christmas.

He’s not a dad of a little human, but of two beautiful little animals. He’s so happy that he has you as his lover. Just you to have that kind of idea when everything around you seems hopeless.

You swear with all your heart, he would have been the perfect father. He takes them for walks, he builds them toys to play with, he pets and plays with them for hours when he can. Heck, you even think that he cares more about the babies being near him sleeping than you being near him sleeping. He spoils them more than he spoils you!

Alright, that is a lie, sometimes the truth, but he can’t help it! They are like little balls of fur.

The only thing he really lacks is punishments. They are so cute that he evens forgets that they can be really naughty sometimes. You lost count of how many times your pets had nibbled the furniture and he said absolute nothing instead of scolding them. You’ll have to talk to him about that and scold him yourself.

He’s very happy about this new life. You had, maybe, sacrificed your own peace to make him happy and he doesn’t believe that anyone besides you would have ever done the same thing. He’s very glad about having you in his life.

Norman Polk:

Alright, I’m pretty sure some of you have those relatives or parents in your life that “hated” animals and “I swear to God that if you bring any disgusting creature to our home, you and it will have to find a new place to live!” but then when you brought a pet, after 2 months or less they treated it better than they treat you.

So, that’s Norman.

He already has lots of work, you know! It’s not just Mister out-of-his-mind Drew that makes him want to pull out his own hair out of his head. Mister Sammy Lawrence is super annoying as well and the projectionist’s life would be way easier if everyone started to use their own common sense and worked together as a family instead of talking about each other behind closed doors (and even you cause him some headaches sometimes).

One day, while he was drinking his tea at home, you got inside with a little black puppy in your arms. You claimed that you found him in a box outside the supermarket and decided to adopt him to bring a little more of joy into your household! Your love seems always so tired, maybe you and your new little son can help!

…Oh man, why.

It’s not that Norman doesn’t like animals, it’s just that he’s not the young guy he was 20 years ago and his patience is below hell now that Joey decided that would be a good idea to have an angel diva living in the studio. Besides, pets are just another annoyance in everyone’s life. They make messes everywhere, they poop on the floor, they fight with other pets, they destroy your furniture, they need too much attention and time and the list goes on for our Mr.Polk. But it seems that he will have to accept his fate, is not like he can kick you out because of the dog.

(Because he even tried to convince you to not adopt the puppy but you threaten to leave as well if the dog left and he doesn’t want to lose his precious yet stubborn light of his life. Sooo here we go Norman, you can’t run from this one.)

At least you could have chosen other color. Black remembers him of that stinky ink, ugh.

At first, Norman didn’t really care about the new being living in your house. He didn’t pay attention to them and rarely petted or played with them. The newspaper seemed more interesting anyway. The only thing that he didn’t miss was his food. He can not like the pet at all but he’s not letting anyone starve under his own roof. About the walks he just gave the excuse of his legs being tired from work but that’s bullshit.

After a while, things got better. He started to play more with him, take him for walks, even taught him some cool tricks! He even asks you every day if your pet needs something so he can go to the supermarket and take care of it. Seems that your grumpy boy has now changed his view about animals and sees life with more happy colors instead of black and white.

You are relieved that you change your man at least a bit. Your relationship/life has never been so good and you both love that dog like he is your own children! The only thing that would improve this whole new fantasy is Norman getting a job on a better studio. Things are starting to get suspicious there…

Susie Campbell:

Oh Susie, Susie…Susie. This dreaming big diva is very possessive of you, completely unintentionally! It’s not like she wants to be jealous of everything! It’s just…gosh, if you had her life, you would understand her side.

So, as she knows she’s wrong in that matter, (even if she hates to admit when she’s wrong) she decided to change this way of being and decided to adopt a kitten! Y’know, you both live together and that kitty will always be with you two no matter what! It’s not like she can be jealous of a kitten for being with you! It’s a kitten! A pet! It’s impossible that she gets jealous of such cute thing!

Oh man, how wrong she was.

It all started well. She bought the things behind your back so it would be a surprise and you never knew something was going on until the day you saw a tiny white ball sleeping in your couch.

Heh, at least the money Susie was gaining from her job in that “cursed studio” like you called it has proven to be useful. After all, that smile in your lips and your shining eyes seemed to support her decision.~

You didn’t even think Susie was being serious when she asked you your opinion of having a little pet! You thought that it was to, like, know you even better or something! You were not suspecting at all two big eyes looking at you with curiosity!

Yes! You were happy, Susie was happy, she hoped your new little girl was happy and everything just had to be the way Susie wanted so soon enough she could prove to herself that she can be a better person!

But not everything in life is perfect and, soon enough, Susie got caught in her own web.

You tried to do your best to give equal affection to both of them and you kind did well your job. But Susie is your girlfriend, so she should be getting all the attention! SHE’S THE LITTLE AND ADORABLE ANGEL HERE GODAMMIT!

Susie knows she’s wrong, it’s a kitten. Kittens and animals, in general, need attention like anyone of us. And she’s adorable! Who wouldn’t be in love with those little paws? But it feels like you love more that ball of fur than her! She knows that is not true, even if it feels like it for our angel. Why is she getting jealous of a pet????

You notice that Susie is quite down and thinking all the time when you are around her with your little daughter. It confuses you, Susie normally isn’t like that. Is something wrong? And if it is, why hasn’t she told you? You are there for her and she knows, at least you mentioned it to her.

One day, you kinda “trapped” her in your bed, you on one side and the white kitty on the other, and order her to tell you what’s going on. Not completely at ease about the matter, she ended up telling you everything, very nervous and afraid of what you might think of her after this. Gosh, only a psycho would be jealous of a fluffy little creature. You hate her now, don’t you?

No, you don’t. You are used with Campbell’s possessiveness so it doesn’t surprise you at all that she’s jealous of your kitten. With your help, she will overcome this negative feeling and you will be the perfect family that anyone could ask for to your little kitty cat.

One of your favorite activities is too lay down together while cuddling and playing with your daughter on top of your bed. Lazy afternoons with cats are the best!

Ndrv3 boys taking care of sick s/o, please?

I will have you know, anon, I absolutely adore anything that involves sickness. Sounds weird, but it's true

Shuichi Saihara

He's instantly worried when he finds out you're sick

He acts like a frantic mother the entire time, asking if you need anything literally every five seconds

"Do you need medicine? Do you need another blanket? Should I turn off the lights? Do you want a movie on?"

He cares way more than he should and overworks himself a little bit

Saihara honey calm down

Whenever you get sick he kind of just... sits there awkwardly, trying to say something encouraging but stuttering and sounding like an idiot

Makes you literal gallons of tea in case you get thirsty

Whenever you have a cup, so does he. Even when you don't drink any, he has a cup. It distracts him

He's probably drank so much tea that he's running solely off of the sugar in the tea

He'll sit next to you and stroke your arm while you rest, even though his hands shake a little from both the sugar rush and his worry over your health

When he catches your illness it's sudden because he's drank so much tea and sugar that his body is like "nah" and fights it but then the caffeine wears off and he has a worst flu than you did

Rantaro Amami

Manages to keep a cool head, even if you're extremely sick

When you explain that you feel bad, he checks you over so he can give you the care that you need to feel better faster ("Who needs a doctor when you have me?")

Then he sets you up on the couch, making sure you're comfortable enough to get some sleep

Then he goes to the store and buys a bunch of stuff to help you feel better, mostly soup

When you get sick, he'll hold your hair back and comfort you, whispering sweet things to encourage you

When you're finished, he attempts to carry you everywhere so you don't overwork yourself

He probably throws his back out/nearly drops you at least once LMAO

Despite you warning him that he'll get sick, you two snuggle together on the couch and watch movies while you get better

He eventually does get sick, and you tell him "I told you so"

He doesn't regret it one bit because now you get to take care of him

Kokichi Ouma

He doesn't joke around one bit if you're sick

Like if it's just a cold and you keep sneezing, he'll tease you about that because he finds your sneezes adorable

But if it's bad sickness (like the flu), then he's in Care Mode

He immediately interrogates asks you what hurts, what he can do to help you feel better

He's incredibly worried if your condition worsens in any way

Offers you crackers and tea so you don't get malnourished

If you get physically sick, he'll not only hold your hair back if it's long, but he'll rub your back and assure you that it'll be over soon

"It's okay, Y/N-chan... You're stronger than any member of my organization right now! I know it hurts but it'll be over real soon, yeah?"

Offers to cuddle you if you start feeling a lot worse

If you don't want to cuddle, he'll let you use his lap as a pillow, and he'll run his hands through your hair to ease you to sleep

Shockingly one of the most worried of the boys (and easily one of the most caring)

Kiibo

He's not very experienced with caring for sick people at all

He has to research it, but when he does, he's an excellent caretaker!

He makes sure you take the proper medicine and get the right amount of rest and whatnot

He's also very good at lowering your fever and helping with nausea!!

But when you get physically sick... he has no clue what to do

He doesn't really understand how you feel, since he can't get sick like that

But he sits there and encourages you to keep going, despite the pain; you'll feel better once you're finished!

You use his shoulder as a pillow whenever you rest

He'll sit there and hold your hand while you sleep, rubbing his own hand across the top of it to relax you

One of the calmest of the boys when caring for you

Gonta Gokuhara

Like Saihara, he's determined that you need to rest as much as possible and he needs to do everything

Fortunately he's used to doing a lot in the woods, so he's not terribly affected by it

But when it comes to actually caring for you... he barely knows anything

One thing he's amazing at is making tea out of certain herbs from the outdoors!!

He's very smart with the plants in the area so he can give you tea that makes you feel better much faster than any medicine would

When you get sick the poor thing has no idea what to do because he's never gotten sick like that before

But he knows you're in pain so he'll sit there and assure you that once you're done, you'll feel so much better!!

Like Rantaro, he carries you everywhere and is much more successful at it because he's incredibly strong

Also, because he's naturally warm, you usually use him as a bed because he's incredibly comfortable

Sometimes he'll take you in the fresh air so you aren't confined to one space

It's extremely wonderful, and you fall asleep outside in his arms more than once before you get better

Ryoma Hoshi

Poor thing has no idea how to care for sick people either

But he tries his best!

The second you say you don't feel well he gets you set up on the couch with a bucket (just in case)

The smell of vomit makes him feel sick so if you need to use that bucket, he'll just sit behind you and try not to vomit himself

But he'll comfort you nonetheless, mostly by leaning against your back and quietly assuring you that he was right there if you needed him

Then you use him as a teddy bear so you can sleep

He makes sure you take medicine and he'll put a cold cloth on your forehead and he asks you all the time if you need anything

He offers you saltines because he heard that they help sick people feel a little better

If someone even makes the slightest noise while you're resting, he shushes them and tells them to be quiet so you can sleep

If he spends too much time around you while caring for you, then he turns around and gets sick

But he doesn't mind since you passed your illness onto him and got better

Korekiyo Shinguuji

Never in this boy's life has he been so grateful for his mask

Has probably read stories about sickness and people dying from sickness

And this means that he's a pretty decent caretaker!!

He's probably also studied symptoms of certain diseases and such, so he knows what kind of sickness you have and how to treat it

He makes sure that you rest as much as possible because no matter the illness, rest is the most important thing

When you get physically sick, all he's worried about is you being comfortable

So he'll comb his fingers through your hair (while simultaneously keeping it out of your face) and assure you that it'll be over soon

When you're finished, he sets you up on the couch and sits by your head (and if you want, you use his lap as a pillow)

He tells you a long, drawn out, relaxing story to help bore lull you to sleep

You get better very quickly because of him

Kaito Momota

Extremely insistent on you getting rest

He doesn't want you moving out of bed unless you absolutely need to

He tries to do everything he can for you (far more than any of the other boys) and probably wears himself out while doing so

This is ultimately how he catches your sickness!

If you have long hair, he always holds it out of your face if you get sick

He knows a lot of ways to fight nausea (I'm sure a lot of people at the space station got sick after training or something like that), so he gives you pieces of ginger/ginger ale or tea to help you feel better

If you can't sleep because of how crappy you feel, he'll offer to let you use him as a bed

He'll sit down on the couch and hold you in his lap, throwing a blanket over the both of you and rubbing your back to help you relax and fall asleep

Tries repeatedly to get you to take medicine, even if he knows it tastes gross

Probably takes a dose of it himself so you don't feel excluded

He regrets it

But he may as well get used to it because now he's sick too!
