F2P's DPS Baizhu is doing pretty darn well for not having a crit book, and has even been carrying weekly bosses with Kuki, Xingqui, and a baby level 20 Charlotte on the team mooching friendship xp and procing Noblesse. I'm liking the recent-ish event book on doctah-mon for its passive, since Wanderer won't let go of his Lost Prayer for anything and Yanfei has threatened legal action if I take the account's single R1 Widsith away from her (partly because Wanderer stole Lost Prayer from her to begin with... that case is still ongoing).

Meanwhile on the EU low spenders side of the universe, building Thoma has turned out to be a blast even before future Albedo's arrival. I plan to run alchemy boi with Thoma and hopefully C6 Bennett (he's C5 now, at worst I'll buy the last constellation out of the store when Benny's month arrives again). But yeah, Thoma has been helping Nahida hunt substats for her DPS deepwood set, and gameplay in that domain went from leisurely hyperbloom shielded by Layla, to "OMG WHO CALLED IN THE NUCLEAR STRIKE!???" That'd be the house-husbando, ladies.

Main account finally pulled Venti, finishing my collection of the current playable Genshin Impact archons. He's going DPS as his baby-build shows. Needs more crit rate, but it's not bad for hand-me-down artifacts. I specifically pulled Thundering Pulse for him back during madam pathological-liar's last rerun. Now to pile some resin into talents and finish off them ascension bosses.

Really hoping Furina isn't actually the hydro archon, because she may be the first one I refuse to pull. I have a tiny bit of hope from whispers in the plot... pleeease let her be a weekly boss so that someone way less heckin' annoying can be the water goddess. Please.

Welp... after doing some calculations with the f2p challenge gang, I realized they were 10 fates short of the 240 "worst case scenario" weapon banner amount, if I converted dust to fates. Redhorn Thresher has been on the wishlist for their C6 Noelle for quite a while, and while I want Neuvillette and Baizhu cons... this particular banner combination may never rerun and Chiori's sword is now Albedo's BIS. So... Venti bless us, here we go.

50 wishes in, all the luck for this account arrived: my second double-5-star result in the history of playing Genshin Impact. The EU not-really-low-spenders-anymore actually got the first one yesterday but I'd forgotten to screenshot it. (They R4'd Chiori's sword for their C6 Albedo and R4'd Noelle a Thresher in the process because they have insane luck and I had top-up bonuses still so it was time to spoil them.) Wow. Uh, I'll take it! And maybe Neuvie can get a con once his banner reruns or I'll just forward the stash to Baizhu if there's a Liyue legacy banner sooner than later because his C1 is kind of a big priority. Hmm!

Been playing Aloy more lately on both my AR60 accounts, fishing around for a good build for her. She's... honestly rough to gear, and ironically after trying several variants and team comps, I think I like my original build for her from back when she was my niche superconduct cryo applier when the f2p challenge gang's Traveler was running phys build in dendro mode. That puts Aloy in 4pc Noblesse with high ER, and my main account Neuvillette already grabbed her for his freeze-cheese team as they haven't had a noblesse user.

Meanwhile on the EU low-spenders side of things, support Benny is scary in DPS Nahida's team (usually runs Kuki for hyperbloom but one of today's bounties decided to be immune). Bennett has been C6 for a while now, and I finally rolled a tolerable DPS set for him (showing off an uncharged skill hit in the third pic) so he's using Mistsplitter while the eternal wait for Albedo rerun continues. Benny will go back to his support build once alchemy boi arrives, and Albedo will be rocking the shiny purple sword of doom with Bennett's burst infusion or an alternate option of Chongyun's skill.

The No Wishing challenge gang on Asia hit AR57 the other day, during talent farming for the unluckiest boy. So very happy (and surprised) that the devs gave us Bennett as an event character, I thought for sure he was one we'd never see for free. O.o Mondstadt talent domain max difficulty is finally, officially no longer hell. Boken da boken!

This be one of my f2p challenge gang's favorite team comps attempting to fix Albedo's crit ratio. It's getting better... now if only he could get a crit rate hat that rolls actual crit damage in subs. At all. Noelle's hat is decent but we don't steal her gear. The dutiful maid keeps her scary, dutiful goodies.

Meanwhile, today I did EU's archon story quest from the start of Fontaine prison to the end / narwhal unlock, plus Arlecchino's story quest with them and the Asia no-wishing challenge. Her story quest got done with the main account on Wednesday and the f2p challenge yesterday, which is a grand total of four times in three days. Y'all get to be on bare minimum maintenance for the next few days, a'ight? A'ight.

Making the kiddos fight their own battle on the No Wishing challenge.

Father one-shot Freminet right before the end of the story mode fight. She one-shot him twice during the max-level weekly boss variant, once about half way through phase two and once right before the end. I think I'll have them farm the level 80 variant, since it's quite a struggle on max and I have no idea if/when they'll even need the drops. That's been the case with Apep for quite a while now, even though they can technically out-DPS phase two on a good day... it just ain't worth the braincells.
