Hiii :)
Hope ur doing okay <3. I wanted to ask if u could make a part 2 of Tokyo revengers member with a hijabi girl but this time they’re married and it’s like a headcanon of how the guys act in public, or if they help her to dress up please ! :) (if u do it, I’m okay with all characters but can u add mitsuya plzzz)
I rlly don’t know if that’s clear bc English isn’t my first language but I hope it is and sorry for the typos !!
Btw hello from France, I love ur headcanons hehee :))
Heyyy, I hope everything is okay over there, France looks like it's burning rn from the news I'm getting. Also yeah I am totally doing this!
Also your english is pretty good so don't worry sweetheart,
Also I did not proofread
Characters : Ran, Rindou, Sanzu, Baji, Mitsuya
Tokyo revengers with a muslim wife :D
Part one , part two -> tr with a muslim friend
Ran
This slick mf
this click model lanky ass dude mf
how did you even get to date him? With his fvking braids???
Anyways, back to the now where he has a better haircut-
Since he is what we could say the main leader of Roppongi, he must also have access to many clothing shops
and when I tell you he let his underlings install as many modest shops as possible-
just to go on a walk with you and be like-
"Oh, that is new. Wanna go in and see some dresses or skirts for you?"
again, he is a slick mf
but you somehow love him so i let you vibbeeeee
"Oh, that looks nice- oop, nope, not for me.", you muttered after you checked the price on the tag of a pretty looking dress
but ran just took it and put it on his underarm like a waiter would
you felt bad the whole time
cuz like, everything is so expensive???
but no shit cuz it has qualityyyyy
chile anyways
you got like ten dresses and two abayas you wanted to "just try out"
mind you ran is actually planning to buy the whole store for you
but you are also no better, you are a lil shit as well
when you got to the place where they hung the hijabs, you smirked at him mischieviously
your were trying to hold in your laugh as you tapped him on the shoulder
"He-hey Ran...w-wanna try this out?", and you couldn't do no more than to burst out laughing
ran just smiled at you in fondness while he thought back to the day where you first led him to one of the stores you frequented and he wanted to make you laugh
so he put on a headshawl, but he looked more like a grandma than a modest woman
and you had that exact picture in mind as you were giggling
at least he was your husband now
he pays for everything, he is sweet to you, and you feel comfortable around him, even in public
y'all look like a power couple tbh
he looks rich and you're his precious woman
damn I'm feeling so single now. Thanks for requesting this. It's a great reminder on how I'll never find a rich man like him.
Rindou
shy, still surprised and happy that you decided to marry him
like, you married him? he was bald on both sides of his head in his teen age gírl!
he looks better now-
enough of the bullying, this tsundere man (I still know nothing about these guys) had the same idea as his older brother and so, there were many shops, but under his name. He financed them, and so it was no surprise when he took you out on a shopping spree, only for you to take whatever you want
safe to say he fell in love all over again when he saw you happily strolling ahead and picked some clothes for yourself
he also loves showing you off
like, he's also lucky that you don't mind stepping out in public with him
y'all also look like a power couple
and honestly, he thinks that you look absolutely beautiful, covered in the finest silk and smiling that sweet smile of yours
Sanzu
You were the reason he stopped falling into the abyss of temporary ecstasy, which would lead to his death
He was surprised that you didn't look at him weirdly
and now, he is happy to call himself your husband
he loves touching the different susbances like jersey, silk, or cotton cloth, which you would use to cover your head with
"This one looks nice! Want me to buy it for you?"
Such a sweet man for you
always tells you when there's hair visible, also stands in front of you, looking down on you with a fond smile as you hurriedly fix your hijab
loves holding your hand and swinging it around
Feels much better when you tell him about Islam and stories from the prophets
wants to protect you at all costs because you're just so beautiful and sweet and he wouldn't be able to live alone anymore if something happened to you,
I mean,
you saved him from the drugs and alcohol, he wants to save you form all the bastards outside
Baji
You guys got together because he beated up a few guys who were harrassing you
stares at the men who look at you for longer than 0.0000001 second
like Baji...
please-
anyways
hates it when you wash your stuff and he has to iron them then, because he fears that he'd either not iron it perfectly, or the iron burns your precious and expensive cloths
you always tell him to let you do it yourself, his deadass response is always:
"If I can't iron my wife's clothes then what type of man am I?!?"
We love Baji
Is also in love with your cooking? Or when you go to a restaurant which has your traditional food, he is all in
wants to have kids with you, like in the first month of being married, he was like, "would you like to start a family? I'd love to see my daughters wearing hijabs as well"
Goals
we got him, sisters
You smile, "Let's wait a little"
Like c'mon Baji, let your wife have a calm live, kids can come later
but he still managed to put you into a baby fever
Sends you fucking videos of mothers playing with their daughters
little girls putting on niqabs
little biys praying alongside or behind their father
Baji got taught how to pray by you, your father, or his newly found friends in mosques
he wants to have children so bad, and the fact that Islam is not just a religion but the way of living life, he wants to teach his younglings as well
(How did I think about kids all of a sudden???)
Mitsuya
You better believe that when you ask him to go buy clothes with you, he's only looking for ideal cotton which won't irritate your skin
will make you feel guilty by saying: "don't you trust my skills?"
damn another gaslighter, but in a healthy way
I mean, sure, buying cotton itself is expensive, but at least he knows what fits you spot on and you don't have to look for stuff that you'll only wear once a month
takes lessons on how to make the perfect hijab and dress for you
I've said it once but I'll say it again,
GOALSSS
ok now here again
will have the same idea as baji and ask you if you'd like to have kids
to make them hijabs as well
In his next fashion meeting, he introduces the idea of having his models run the stage with modest clothing, and got accepted
when I tell you their marketing skyrocketed-
You're happy that your husband launches modest clothing for other muslims as well
---
Sorry if it got shorter and shorter but that was all I could come up with. And now looking back, I'm confused as to why Ran's is so long, I don't even like him, like wtf?
Anyways, I hope you liked it!
Leave a like or a comment! Reblog if you want to!
Read you in the next post!

Hey, fun fact! As a swing state voter whose state went to Trump in 2016 and Biden in 2020, I voted Dem in both those elections. But if Biden is the nom in 2024 I will be voting 3rd party, since enabling a genocide should be a red line for anyone with even a shred of morality. If Trump wins because of that, that sucks, but I'm not willing to put my comfort and safety above the right of Palestinians to exist.
So you truly think Tr*mp would be better for Palestine, or any other oppressed peoples on the face of the planet? Genuinely. Is that what you think? Do you have amnesia? Have you suffered a head injury?
You can’t reverse 70 years of diplomacy in just a few weeks. You just can’t. If you think that Joe Biden, a man who lost both his wife and his son, doesn’t personally mourn the genocide happening right now while also being handcuffed by 70 years of American diplomatic policy, then I don’t know what to tell you. And if you Tr*mp gives a flying *fuck* about anything other than flattering his own ego, then once again. I don’t know what to tell you.
For all of you out there saying you’re going to vote 3rd party because of this and if Tr*mp wins “so be it,” do you think he would be a better choice in this situation? He wants to give drug dealers automatic death sentences. He wants to end birthright citizenship. He wants to reinstate his Muslim ban. He wants to put the guy who invented the child separation policy back in charge of ICE. But you think that guy would be doing a better job during a diplomatic and humanitarian crisis? The same guy who let hundreds of thousands of Americans die of covid just because he didn’t want to admit there was a problem?
We have no idea what’s being said behind closed doors. What we do know is that the Israeli government is a further right, more conservative, more anti-Palestinian government than they’ve ever had before. They’ve been itching for an excuse to do this exact thing, and very little short of full-on invasion is going to stop them.
Comparing what’s happening now to any of the bullshit Israel has pulled before doesn’t work, because Israel has never had a government so hell-bent on wiping any memory of Palestine off the face of the planet before.
I get you’re sick and upset and horrified by what’s happening in Palestine, and that you hate our government’s reaction to it. I feel the exact same way. But saying “my own comfort” like the things Tr*mp wants to do with a second term are tra la no big deal is…I’m sorry. It’s naive and childish. He wants to end Democracy as we know it. He wants to become a dictator. Would checks and balances stop him? Mostly, probably, IF Rs aren’t controlling the House and Senate too.
So I mean sit at home or vote 3rd party if that’s what you need to do, but when this country turns to absolute HELL (and I don’t say that lightly) for women, minorities, queer ppl, disabled ppl, poor ppl…at least you’ll sleep well knowing Tr*mp cares about Palestine.
OH wait no he fucking does not.

OMFGGGGGGGGG.
One of my team members was praising Tr*mp today for all the cuts being proposed... I don’t want to lose my job so I just told him we shouldn’t be discussing this at work. It took everything in me not to respond. But I REALLY do not want to get fired. Dude’s not one to let shit go though. He keeps pressing me. Just keeps asking “What, you an Obama lover?” I couldn’t keep it in any longer. I kept my composure though and I asked why he was okay with Dipshit and his wife costing us money or an increase in military spending but not okay with these government programs. At this point he gets very loud and just screams “You are! You’re an Obama lover. He’s the worst Muslim of them all. None of my problems started until he took office. Where’d you hear the Tr*mps where costing us money, The fake news? I’m fine with paying for Melania’s safety. I’m fine with that...” I couldn’t help but laugh in his fucking face. He told me I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about. All I could do was laugh and tell him he and President Jackfuck were ridiculous. So.... He’s probably going to report me to the union. oops

01/8Allu Arjun turns 37: 7 Best Performances of Tollywood’s Stylish Star
Allu Arjun always manages to stay amid the headlines be it for his on-screen performances or off-screen style statements. His superior dancing skills, charismatic screen-presence and the ability to entertain has struck the right chord with the younger audience of both the Telugu states, Kerala and some parts of north India. Popularly called as the Stylish Star of South cinema, the ‘Arya’ actor has recently delivered the highest-grossing film of his 17-year-old film career titled Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.
Allu Arjun is celebrating his 37th birthday on April 8 (Wednesday). Amid the prevailing lockdown in the country, he is enjoying his self-quarantine by spending some quality time with his family. Recently, a leaked video showed the Mega hero and his wife Sneha Reddy getting mesmerised by their kids’ performance at a school event. On the work front, Allu Arjun is gearing up for Sukumar’s rustic actioner featuring Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist. On his special day, check out some of Bunny’s best performances on the celluloid.

02/8Arya (2004)
Sukumar’s directorial debut “Arya” was certainly that one film that turned the tables for Allu Arjun in Telugu cinema. Though he made a successful debut with “Gangotri”, major chunk of the credit went to K Raghavendra Rao and MM Keeravani. But with Arya, Allu Arjun proved his versatility when it came to emoting skills, screen-presence and dance. He looked natural in his histrionics, believable in stunts and impeccable in pulling off some hard dance moves. When compared to his debut film, he even got a makeover and worked on his body and looks big-time.

03/8Vedam (2010)
Allu Arjun’s portrayal as Cable Raju in “Vedam” is considered as one of his finest performances till date. Especially, his emotional act towards the climax has left the audience teary-eyed. Starring an ensemble star cast of Anushka Shetty, Manchu Manoj and Manoj Bajpayee in lead roles, Vedam is the second directorial of Krish Jagarlamudi and perhaps his best, as he defied stereotypes and presented a powerful story using the hyperlink format. The anthology film dealt with several social issues like the Hindu-Muslim conflicts, lives of prostitutes, exploitation of the poor by the money-lenders, and the ever-prevailing financial disparity.

04/8Rudhramadevi (2015)
While Anushka Shetty delivered a terrific performance in the titular role of Rani Rudrama Devi, Allu Arjun stole the show as the enigmatic and rebellious, Gona Ganna Reddy in “Rudhramadevi”. Despite having a short runtime, the Stylish Star shined in some whistle-worthy scenes in the film and his impeccable dialogues in Telangana diction went on to create a rage in the theaters. He looked believable as Gona Ganna Reddy in the specially designed black outfit and attracted the masses big-time.

05/8Julayi (2012)
Julayi marked the first collaboration between Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas, and the duo didn’t disappoint. Revolving around a bank robbery, the action comedy connected with the audience big-time owing to the engaging narration, commercial elements and the terrific performances of seasoned actors like Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sonu Sood, Rajendra Prasad and Brahmanandam. Starring Ileana D’Cruz as the female lead, the Devi Sri Prasad musical grossed a worldwide total of approx. Rs 40 crore.

06/8S/O Satyamurthy (2015)

07/8Sarrainodu (2016)
Director Boyapati Srinu succeeded in bringing out the aggressive side of Bunny in the 2016 high-octane actioner Sarrainodu. Starring Rakul Preet Singh and Catherine Tresa as the leading ladies, the film ended up as a major commercial success at the global box-office. While Allu Arjun stole the show with his dynamic act, Aadhi Pinisetty looked menacing as the antagonist. Besides the peppy numbers, the action sequences in the film worked well with the viewers. Sarrainodu grossed a worldwide gross of approx. Rs 127 crore in its full run.

08/8Race Gurram (2014)
Race Gurram registered a stupendous victory in 2014 by grossing a worldwide total of approx. Rs 59 crore. via Today Bharat nbsp; Across political parties, there is a meagre representation of women in terms of tickets allotted for the Assembly elections. Even as the All India Congress Committee spokesperson Khushbu Sundar lambasted the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) last week for being anti-women, the Congress was scrambling to prepare for Sonia Gandhirsquo;s first meeting in the state. Except, barring Sonia, the posters only had photos of male leaders. This was questioned by Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee star campaigner Vijayashanti, who said, ldquo;The people are asking whether the programme is only for men.rdquo; Post this, the Congress redid the posters, but all that happened was that Vijayashantirsquo;s face was included. This, perhaps, encapsulates best where women stand in Telangana politics. To put it simply, they donrsquo;t. With polls barely a week away and party manifestos promising the world to women ndash; including safety, education, employment ndash; and parties shouting themselves hoarse about womenrsquo;s empowerment, the reality in their own parties shows otherwise. Across political parties, there is a meagre representation of women in terms of tickets allotted for the Assembly elections. Unlike local body elections, Assembly and Parliament donrsquo;t have a womenrsquo;s quota, and not more than 51 women are contesting the upcoming Telangana elections from all the main parties put together. For a state whose first Legislative Assembly didn't see a single woman in its cabinet, it is now running for its next election after four-and-a-half years of a male-dominated government with no real change. Medak MLA Padma Devender Reddy was the only one to hold a high-profile post in the last Assembly ndash; that of Deputy Speaker. While the minuscule number of women who were given tickets reflects irony that political parties are impervious to, most of those women who were granted tickets come from politically prominent and upper caste backgrounds, which shows that nepotism is at play. This, despite there being more women voters in some crucial constituencies in the state. According to the final electoral rolls released by the Election Commission, female voters outnumber male ones in many constituencies. For example, in Sircilla, where 1,11,177 women account for 50.92% of the total voters compared to 1,07,146 men (49.07%), out of the total 2,18,323 voters. This is where incumbent IT Minister KT Rama Rao is contesting from. Even in Gajwel, from where caretaker Chief Minister and TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao is contesting, there are only 700 more men than women on voter rolls. In Siddipet constituency, a bastion of the TRS where Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao is up for re-election, 1,04,045 men account for 49.70% of the electorate, as compared to 1,05,275 women, who make up for 50.29% of the total 2,09,335 voters. In Huzurnagar, where Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief Uttam Kumar Reddy is contesting from, there are 1,10,338 male voters (49.34%) compared to 1,13,259 (50.66%) female voters out of the total 2,23,607 voters registered with the Election Commission. Herersquo;s how each party has fared. Peoplersquo;s Front The Congress, which often speaks about social justice and boasts about giving the country its first woman Prime Minister, has given only 11 tickets to women ndash; and most of them were given to candidates from politically influential families. For example, Padmavathi Reddy, wife of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee chief Uttam Kumar Reddy, former ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy, Sunitha Laxmareddy, J Geeta Reddy and few others obtained tickets besides DK Aruna from Gadwal, who hails from a family of Congress leaders. The Telugu Desam Party decided to give the Kukatpally ticket to Nandamuri Suhasini, the daughter of late actor-politician Nandamuri Harikrishna and granddaughter of TDP founder and late Chief Minister NT Rama Rao. Meanwhile, Prof Kodandaram led Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) gave the Siddipet ticket to Bhavani Reddy, and the Communist Party of India gave the Wyra (ST reserved) constituency seat to Banothu Vijaya. Bahujan Left Front headed by the CPI(M) Bahujan Left Front, being headed by the CPI(M), is a conglomeration of as many as 25 left parties and progressive outfits. It has given 10 seats to women, including activist and trans woman Chandramukhi Muvvala. Most of these 10 people have been a part of social movements and Left circles. BJP The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) seems to have performed best as it has given tickets to 15 women, including Syed Shehzadi, a Muslim candidate, to take on AIMIMrsquo;s Akbaruddin Owaisi in Chandrayangutta. It also gave tickets to three women each from the SC and ST communities. TRS The incumbent TRS, headed by K Chandrasekhar Rao, seems to firmly believe that having a lesser number of women in the Assembly and the decision-making process will not be in an impediment in their goal of achieving lsquo;Bangaru Telanganarsquo; as only four women have been given tickets. Former Deputy Speaker Padma Devender Reddy has been given the Medak ticket, Gongidi Sunitha has been allotted Alair, Kova Lakshmi for Asifabad and Rekha Nayak in Khanapur. The final two are ST reserved constituencies. One of the criticisms that the KCRrsquo;s former government received is that it does not have female representation in decision making. There were no women ministers on KCR's cabinet despite four women being elected from the party. Dr A Suneetha, a political theorist and activist with Hyderabad-based Anveshi Research Centre for Womenrsquo;s Studies told TNM said that poor representation of women in the upcoming polls reflects the state of society. "Ours is a society which does not yet completely tolerate/agree that women can also represent the people and be assertive.rdquo; She said that even the few tickets allotted will go to candidates with political influence, and that ldquo;as long as there is no pressure from the bottom, there is no reason for the situation to change.rdquo; Dr Siliveru Harinath, a research associate with the Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS) opined that lsquo;patriarchal institutionsrsquo; cannot digest a woman being the decision-maker. Stressing the need for a larger movement for the political representation of women in the legislature, he said, ldquo;Women should raise their voice for political reservations in the legislature, and this should include the marginalised. Only then will parties give them a share in power.rdquo; nbsp;

Tokyo revengers with a muslim friend :D
part two , tr with a muslim wife
Hey guys, I just wanted to write a quick blurb on how the tokyo rev characters would react/ or have a friend who is a muslim, sth like an exchange student. It's going to be character x fem!reader mostly. Also, I am writing this for a friend who is a muslim and she wanted me to write this because "Ramadan" => fasting season for the muslims is arriving in less than five days, so yeah, happy reading!
Its sfw, with mostly platonic things but getting a little romantig and crush like for the characters and yeah, I also Indulged Hinata and Emma cuz I love Them
Also I have never really watched tokyo revengers, so I'll try to make it into headcannons:D
Warnings: cursing, stupid boys trying to be polite and whatnot
Characters: Mikey, Draken, Takemichi, Hinata, Emma, Angry, Smiley, Mitsuya, Chifuyu, Baji
---
Scenario: You moved to Japan because your parents had better salaray here and now your are here, in a new school and with many people you don't know, and of course, you are asked about the thing around your head, why you never wear pants and just long skirts, and in over all, always vanish at a certain time - multiple times a day.
...
Mikey:
man had no idea why your hair was covered
Mikey thought that you had cancer or something to be honest
when you explained him why you were wearing it, he understood. Partly.
When you also told him about ramadan and about the fasting season, mans was not having it.
"wait does that mean that you're not allowed to eat and drink anything for a whole month?!"
he was feeling pity on you (you had to explain that you'd be fasting everyday form four in the morning to the fourth praying time around 18 o'clock and that it was actually fine
then you had to explain to him that it was actually okay and that you cherished this season because you could repent to your god and beg for forgiveness for all the "sins" you committed
like girl shut up you are too pure and precious, the most you could've done is steal a lollypop when you were eight
he didn't really make a huge deal out of anything else but just freaked out at the food part bc why would you fast a whole month??
Mans just loving food and can't understand why you'd do it even when you give him valid reasons
also doesn't understand when you sometimes look at your phone before excusing yourself quickly
thinks that you have an important meeting but you return like ten minutes later? Whenever you guys meet up with the others, and you guys are doing sth from 12 to 16 o'clock, you vanish at 1 and 15 and come back shortly
Mikey doesn't like that whole dissappearing thing and just decides to follow you one day
He finds you in the girls bathroom at first and you step out after a few minutes with a wet face and socks in your hands, going into an empty classroom
As he opens the door, he sees you standing in the room on a rectangular carpet and hands folded on top of each other on your chest while facing a specific direction
he tries to analyse what you're doing but doesn't get the hang of it
then you bow with your upper body going down with your hands on your knees and straight legs in a 90° manner, stand up, raise your hands to your heads level, and lower your whole body this time, then sitting up, and bowing down again all the while muttering something
as you were doing this movement a three more times and you were at the end where you look to your right choulder and then to your left, you fold your hands in front of you and close your eyes while muttering something
Mikey just stood there, watching you as you finished...whatever you were doing and then asked you about it.
"praying five times a day? So often? and you have to wash your hands, face, ears, hair, neck, arms and feet for that?" "Yes, to be clean for my prayer. Sorry that I didn't tell you sooner.."
Assures you that it's okay, apologizes for following you and now knows why you always dissapear, but doesn't understand what you are doing at the end of your prayer
When he asks you about it, you just go: "It's called a "dua". There, I can ask god for whatever I crave and "insha allah"(=if god wills, it will happen), I will get it. I usually pray for us all to have a bright future, my family staying wealthy and healthy, my brothers finding good wives and for all kind of the living in this world to find their way to heaven."
at that, Mikey blushed a little and his eyes lit up
you were really praying for everybody and everything to be okay
his heart started beating faster when he thought about how you were praying for him too to come to heaven
As you are talking about your religion so passionately, he can't help but wonder more.
You are also very nice to him and he never heard you swear to be honest
he also asks deep questions about if he'll ever see the gates to "Jannah" (=heaven), and you answer him that he should just pray, think about his actions and weigh them from if they are rally that important to make or if he really should do that (when beating up thugs)
he wants to try fasting too but ends up forgetting after an hour and starts eating taiyaki in front of you and when you look away with a strained smile, he remembers and freaks out, quickly stuffing the food away from your gaze while apologizing
And since you give around such a calm vibe, he doesn't have the energy to fight thugs and whatnot, just wants to stay where you are and talk
Honestly feels at the most peace with you
Draken:
He actually knew about islam and that you were a muslim when looking at your hijab and long skirt as well as your jacket or long sleeved shirts which always covered your whole body except your hands and face
didn't really think that he'd get to meet a muslim tbh, let alone get a muslim friend
since you were the new transfer student from ___, he didn't really know you and what your intentions were but you were actually looking like the most peaceful person who walked on earth
thought you looked rather cute with that sweet smile and blushed when you asked him for a pen cuz you forgot your pencil case at home one time
notices that you're not eating anything one day and offers his bento to you only to decline and telling him that you were fasting
didn't really get it so he asked about it and found out that Ramadan had started the day prior and in the time zone from march, tuesday the 21st or thursday 23rd and ending on thursday the 20th on april
was really shocked cuz why would you fast when it was getting rather hot in Japan?
when you told him your reasons, he didn't really seem satisfied with your answers but accepted it when it was your religion
also asked himself whenever you left randomly and returned in the span of 20 minutes
so he asked and you told him that you were just praying
he also didn't understand and just looked it up on his phone and then he read the story about how the humans much earlier should have actually prayed 50 or 55 times a day, but one prophet asked for god to reduce it to five times, and so, you were praying every day in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening and night
bro couldn't understand how you could do that, he can't even brush his teeth twice a day
Then he does more research about your religion and finds out that muslims shouldn't/weren't allowed to get a tattoo
he deflates at that, his heart squeezing painfully at the though of you rejecting him for the tattoo on the side of his head and his hairstyle overall
suddenly doesn't wants to have bald sides, thinks about letting his hair grow
he also starts panicking if you'll ever think about dating him in the first place
aside from his love life crisis, actually thinks it's pretty cool that you're just happily living out to your religion and develops a big crush on you
cuz like, you're actually pretty nice, sweet, calm and polite
tries to fast with you but gives up after a week
then you praise him for doing such a great job he gains courage again
only completes another week but still happy, congratulating you for fasting through the hole month
Takemichi:
Never heard of Islam, always in his own little world with spending time with toman, hanging out with his friends and trying to study
so when he sees you, bro was bamboozled
what is that? a-a hijam? Hijaaaaa? Hijab! Ah, now he got it! no he didn't
Is one of the kids who surrounds you at the start of the day and asks questions about that cloth hiding your hair and you answer with a smile
asks you various things about your religion and why you never yell when you are getting bullied or just fight them
"Because Allah will praise me for not raising my fists against those who don't know better than to start a fight."
Bro was mesmerized by those wise words and tries not to engage in fights that much
also used the excuse on some thugs and he just left them dumbfounded
one of them even cried after Takemichi quoted your words
his life just got a lot more easier from then on
one time he got called "the philosoph of Japan" for that and he just snickered to himself
occasionally invites you to hang out with toman but you only agree when Emma or Hinata or any other girl is there too
when asked why, you answered him that you were neither allowed to be alone with a bunch of guys- only with your brothers or father
and that you also didn't feel really that comfy around so many boys
from then on, always asks the girls and then you if you'd like to come sometime, also reduces his meetup with the boys from half of the toman gang to just him, mikey, Draken, smiley, angry, mitsuya, chifuyu and Baji
Hinata:
Thinks you look very pretty
like honestly, you have such a pretty smile and you are also so calm about everything
Your customised school uniform is also very cute, and your casual clothes fit your personality perfectly
you don't really wear tight stuff, more like wide shirts and skirts which don't give away your body form
she honestly doesn't even know herself if you're thin or thick, and she doesn't really care either, cuz what counts is the PERSONALITY
when you get bullied by the other girls for covering your hair and wearing "baggy", you either laugh along with them or ignore them
When she asked you why you didn't do anything against it, you simply answered: "Allah warned us to watch our mouths around snakes, otherwise you'll taste the venom and become a one yourself." (ok allah never said that I just added it for dramatic-ness)
Sis was amazed and took -just like Takemichi- your advice to heart
when she got bullied then sometimes, she just ignored the bullies like you and didn't think about their rude words
girl had an easier life from then on
also finds it cute how you are not trying to raise attantion on yourself, only engaging in conversation when another party starts it
highkey wants to protect you
is protecting you actually
Emma:
When Emma saw you for the first time, she honestly thought you were some kind of model
The way your face looked like with sweet plump lips, thick eyebrows and long eyelashes and make up kept to a minimum
and you also wore stylish clothes, despite wearing that cloth on your head and covering everything up except your face and hands
thought you were one of the most beautiful girls she had seen
wants your fashion style
and like the others, she asked about that whole religious thing and you also answered her with a smile and soft voice
sister is lowkey developing a protection sense for you but can't help but look at you like a grown up
you're just...so mature for your age that in her sentences, she sometimes let's "older sister" slip out a few times on accident
tries to act all mature too from now on but can't help but crave a few things like sweets
doesn't understand the amount of tea you drink everyday
Angry (Souya):
When he saw you, boy was so confused but also mesmerized by the amount of rizz you had
no but like when he saw you, he thought of you as very gorgeous-which you are!
poor baby boy was too shy to start talking to you, but he wanted to know why you were even wearing stuff like that.. n-not that it was bad! you look amazing! Just...why?
We can not forget that all these boys are lowkey dumb so i imagine that he might have an ounce of what your religion is, but also not more than that
luckily-or unlickily for him, because when his brother sees him trying to start a conversation with you, smiley knows that angry is nervous and most possibly developing a crush on you
so he embarrasses his brother as much as possible
aside from that, you could be complimenting his baby blue hair and he'd become a blushing mess and stuttering out a quiet "th-thank you...!", with not being able to stand eyecontact or even your gaze on him
also doesn't really get that whole fasting thing, like, are you happy that you're not eating? will you be okay to not eat at all from morning till night?
poor baby is concerned about your health :( <3
tries to participate to get a feeling on how it'd be to not eat anything for a day
boy was exhausted by lunchtime
how could you live like it was no problem???
wanted to buy himself food but stopped when he remembered that he should be fasting
his stomach growled very loudly in disagreement in class the whole day and bro was in pain
he also had sport with you, but you were only sweating lightly while he was ringing for air
stormed into the bathroom to drink water form tap, but no drinking either so he didn't drink and just sat by the sink, thirsty as hell
felt like he'd pass out
when you found him, you gave him a water bottle and ordered him to drink, scolding him when he explained that he wanted to try fasting too
"Souya, you know that I've been doing that since I was eight, and aside from the fasting month, I usually also fast monday's and thursday's."
bro was flabbergasted, cuz why would you fast voluntarily??
"It's so that I can catch up to the times I was unable to fast." What you meant by that was that when muslim girls and women are on their period, they are either unable to fast or pray, but you forgot to share that info with him out of embarrassment for even thinking about bringing it up
angry doesn't really understand but doesn't want to pry either
tries to be as polite and touch you as little as possible
lowkey wants to ask you out but doesn't know if it's okay when looking into your religious mind
Smiley (Nahoya):
Ah yes, another dummy
thought that you were just a normal girl who had some sickness
nonetheless, started becoming friends with you cuz you were really nice and sweet
bro didn't understand that whole praying thing
When you explained, he asked in the end what you were mumbling, and when you said that you were reciting "sura" verses in arabic, bro was livid
"So you can speak arabic?" "yes/ no, sadly"
gets more interested in you and your precious religion
asks you about all that tea you're consuming with a close-eyed smile, and you said that you really loved black tea (chai tea..? I have no idea how to spell that)
gave it a try and fell in love with the tea
Also tries to participate in it, but looses it the moment his stomach growls
tries the other day but also only succeeds halfway
going on a rampage on how well you were doing despite not eating anything at all
tries again for the third time but gives into the food again when he was missing three hours until he could break the fasting
mans just loving food too much
also you have his respect cuz you're like, not really bothered by the lack of food in your tummy???
Mitsuya:
Like Emma, bro is mesmerized by your beauty and thought you were a model too
likes the sweet little emboidments on your scarf and skirt, inspires him to designing similar clothes to yours for a little more diversity
asked you where you got it from and when you mentioned the shop's/company's name, bro searched it up and was having a heart attack
the places you were shopping from were having the best looking clothes he's ever seen
from elegant to pastel coloured to prideful looking hijabs, niqabs and other types of shawls
or skirts and dresses and shirts with amazing cotton quality and sweet little logos
when he talks to you, he can't help but wonder why you never really looked him in the eyes or how calm your voice was
lowkey thought you hated him
but baby for what could you hate him!?!?
When he searched on google, he found out the reason
girls should not get in touch with boys
so he was a little more than arms length away from you
somehow fell in love when with the sight of you when he saw you staying by the traffic lights while the wind blowed and your hijab and skirt were swaying beautifully with the wind
tries to get to know you even better and finds out that you love children (my friend's family has aunts with three to seven kids and she herself is a child of four)
tries to woo you by meeting up with the girls, boys, and his little sisters
his sisters fall in love with you, complimenting your headshawl and you coo and giggle at their preciousness and he falls in love with you even more when he sees you interact with them so peacefully
googles or asks into chatgbt what type of guy a muslim girl shouldn't date and he saw that muslim boys shouldn't wear tattoos or piercings, he grabbed his one piercing and the side of his head in horror
was lowkey depressed for a while
Chifuyu:
Bro was not getting it
you were a muslim? but other muslim girls don't even go that far as you to wear long clothes and a headshawl
anyways, he found it nice of you to share your notes in class and fell in love with your handwriting
it was so...well, cursive, but straight, and as if you'd have to adapt form an oriental language to the asian one
bro didn't want ot give you your notes back but remembered that he could just take a pic
one time, he saw you petting a cat and it was honestly the cutest sight he's ever seen, cuz when you stroked one cat, another came and then another one and in the end, you were surrounded by cats and every single one demanded headpats
He went over to you to pet some of the cats too and asked you about them
"Oh, it's just...I really love cats. they're very cute"
'and so are you', but he never voiced out that thought, instead opting to just pet the cats next to you
lowkey planned the wedding for you guys cuz you were just so pretty and you treated cats with such big respect
bro was mad inlove
when you were fasting, Chifuyu was concerned just like Angry and asked you if you were okay every hour
one time you were holding your head with a frown and boy was he scared
"You need something? Water? Uh- that-th-that tea you always drink?? Uhhh, want sushi!?"
You just reassured him that it was sometimes like this when you didn't feel so good and you had migraine sometimes or you didn't feel well
Baji:
he thought that muslims were terrorists, cuz he played many racist games without thinking deeper into it, like cmon he's like what, thirteen? fourteen?
When I tell you that he was just looking at you with a big frown, his fangs accentuating the downwards-turned corners of his mouth
he honestly expected some kind of ugly and scary looking guy whose face was covered up and who'd be throwing his backpack somewhere into the classroom and then running away while laughing evilly
like, baji...NO-
when he sees you, his idea of the religion does a 360°
like, how can games represent muslims in such a bad way when there was such a sweet girl with a headshawl around her head cutely introducing herself with that soft smile and calm voice???
thought ramadan was a relative of yours at first
didn't believe you when you said you'd be fasting for a whole month
bro was looking at you with suspicion written all over his face
Baji didn't really understand your religion
"so you fast to get a feeling on how the poor people must have felt like?" "Yes :D"
"Why are you washing yourself so often?" "To pray :D"
"Why aren't you eating anything?" "I'm fasting :D"
Then, a few weeks later
"What are you drinking???" "Black tea :D"
bro was concerned on a whole other level
desperately wants to know if you have a second head like that one guy in harry potter
or if you have short or long hair
like, chill, you will tell him what you're willing to spill
unlike the others, he actually fights the ones who try to bully you, but before he can land a hit, your voice echoes in an angry echo through the classroom, hallway, and his soul
He lets go of the bitch who tried to talk shit about you behind your back and it runs of like the rat it is
baji faces you with a deep frown, asking you why you stopped him, cuz he was defending you
"The one's who try to make the living of other people miserable will end up with the worst life."
Bro didn't fight anybody that day
you got my man really into thinking, huh?
anyways, tries to get on your good side because he thinks that you might not like him for getting violent, and you hate violence, but you cherished that he stood up for you
wants to know if you really are fasting or if you're secretely eating something from time ot time
bro is just suspicious like that :/
BONUS: It was the end of the fasting month and you invited the ones closest to you over at your pace for them to taste what you and your mother (/and sisters) cooked or baked. when the doorbell rang, you went over and opened it, happy to see that all your friends had made it. "Come in guys! Before the food gets cold!"
And none of the kids didn't want to be told twice. Baji and Mikey were the first ones to take of their shoes and followed after you like eager puppies, with Chifuyu and Takemichi running after them a little clumsily. Angry and Smiley went with no haste while Draken, Mityua, Emma and Hinata were wandering around your sweet home where there were no family pictures, but more like, arabic terms or big paintings of landscapes or a forest with a house or a sea in the forest.
When they all arrived in the dining room, they couldn't believe their eyes; sure, there were other kids present from your siblings' side, but there was enough for everybody.
You quickly served the table for everyone, giving them either juice, tea, water or sprite and cake, other, homecooked meals and the best of all: Dates.
"They look weird.", Baji stated. Smiley and Draken confirmed with a nod.
"Why are they so soft, yet so firm?", Chifuyu asked, while he, Angry and Takemichi inspected the weird fruit in childish wonder.
"And they are really sweet?", Mikey asked, squinting his eyes at the treat. Emma and Hinata, and even Mitsuya were giving each other uneasy glances while you just nodded eagerly.
"C'Mon guys, I also always eat sushi and whatnot with you, just give it a try!"
And so they bite in. Mikey is the first one ot moan in delight, closely followed by Baji who gave out a satisfied groan and the others also hummed their new found love for the nice fruit.
Baji and Mikey end up taking three packages with them while the others take one or two of the dates you offered. in the end, everybody got to take something to eat with them and they were all happy that they got to be your friends.
They were all glad that you introduced your religion to them, if not, they'd never have understood you and maybe thought that you might be a weirdo.
"You'll invite us next year again, right?", Mikey asked, a hopeful glimmer in his eyes to which you nodded reassuringly. "Yes, of course! You guys are my best friends!", at that, all the boys had a pained expression on their face.
Well, seems like they'll have to be more gentleman-like from now on.
---
Hey guys? How was that? I am also fasting alongside my friend and it's actually pretty fun! Sure, you might feel very hungry from time to time, but it's really worth it in the end!
Should I make a part two out of that? If yes, please tell me in the comment or via asking box for who I should write next.
Read you in the next post!

In the Southside of Chicago, Ali Rashad works with a group of men to rebuild the community they live in; environmentally, spiritually, and economically. As the manager of the Inner-City Muslim Action Network’s Green ReEntry Program, Rashad helps formerly incarcerated individuals find jobs that are rooted in sustainability.
The program, which has been operating for the last seven years, aims to provide these Chicago residents economic opportunity by rehabbing and revitalizing homes in Chicago Lawn, a neighborhood on the city’s southwest side that has experienced decades of white-flight, segregation, and changing demographics.
The Green ReEntry Initiative runs a fully accredited program that helps members become certified for HVAC installations, carpentry, and electrical work. But in each step, the program emphasizes the use of environmentally friendly products and processes—from disposing of debris during construction to installing tankless water heaters and high efficiency furnaces. The organization is actively expanding its green jobs as well. Soon, they may include a solar panel installation track, further reducing the group’s environmental impact.
Green ReEntry’s approach is part of a larger network of environmental justice organizations across the nation. Historically, low income and minority communities have been on the receiving end of pollution, toxic waste, and other environmental problems at rates much higher than middle-class white Americans. Many of these communities have also been on the discriminatory end of the criminal justice system, public school funding, and access to amenities like parks and grocery stores.
“The whole spirit of organizations like ours,” says Green ReEntry’s Rashad, “is a spirit of wanting to right social wrongs.”
Communities like Chicago Lawn have experienced first-hand environmental and social injustices for decades, but it wasn’t until 24 years ago that this idea of environmental justice came to be legally recognized. On February 11, 1994, President Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 12898, which mandated that federal government agencies had to take into account principles of environmental justice in their work.
“What the environmental justice movement has been able to do, and do well, is redefine what environmentalism is and what the environment is,” says Robert Bullard, a professor at Texas Southern University’s School of Public Affairs. “It takes environmentalism out of the neat little boxes,” he says.
Whereas environmentalism is steeped in the language of wildlife, wetlands, and nature, Bullard explains, environmental justice adds the built environment to the list of places that should be protected: where we live, work, play, learn, and worship.
Bullard has been at the forefront of the American environmental justice movement from its start; he witnessed Clinton signing the Executive Order. But the movement predates Clinton’s order by years— centuries, in fact. America’s history of environmental injustice is as long and storied as its history of environmental protection.
What the environmental justice movement has been able to do, and do well, is redefine what environmentalism is and what the environment is.”
The men who founded the crown jewels of the country’s National Parks did so by forcibly removing Native Americans from their indigenous lands. Gifford Pinchot, who crystallized American conservationist thought in the 1900’s, was a known eugenicist. His ideals were closely linked to ensuring the viability of the natural world to sustain and entertain the “superior racial stock.” Nine years after John Muir founded the Sierra Club in 1892, he published a series of essays collected in a book called “Our National Parks,” an extended love letter to Yosemite. “The Indians are dead now… Arrows, bullets, scalping-knives, need no longer be feared; and all the wilderness is peacefully open,” he wrote in a 1901 essay. For most of our country’s history, most efforts to protect the environment were actually only meant to preserve it for a select few. And that often meant deliberately placing pollutants in the neighborhoods of marginalized Americans.
“Back in the [1970s], there were environmentalists who [still] said, no, what you’re talking about is a social issue,” says Bullard. “We don’t work on social issues. No, you’re talking about civil rights or human rights. We don’t work on that.”
Bullard work turned from academia to activism when his wife, attorney Linda McKeever, asked him to help her collect data for a class action lawsuit she had filed over the location of city owned-landfills in Houston. Every single one was located in a predominantly African American neighborhood, and causing health issues from the proximity to environmental toxins. The initial lawsuit was among the first to challenge environmental injustices on the basis of civil rights. Although the judge ultimately denied an injunction, Bullard continued working on issues of environmental justice—and the momentum behind it was building.
Thousands of miles away, a similar crisis made national headlines in Warren County, North Carolina in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The state government needed to build a landfill for the thousands of tons of contaminated soil that carried polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs, a toxic industrial chemical that had been illegally dumped on roadsides. The North Carolina government decided to construct the landfill in one of the state’s poorest rural towns, in which three quarters of the population was African American.
PCBs are a known carcinogen that can cause a litany of health and developmental problems, particularly among children. PCBs also remain in the environment for a long time, meaning that contamination in soil, water, and air can last for decades. As such, they can often accumulate in the tissue of organisms—including humans—that encounter it. Community advocates wanted the landfill stopped, but in order to do so they had to prove beyond a doubt that the facility’s slated location had been racially motivated—a claim that state officials successfully denied in court.
The effort to compile and map the link between race and environmental hazards was monumental. At the time, no easily accessible databases from the EPA existed. That started to change after Ronald Reagan signed a law creating the EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory (TR) in 1984. Spurred by gruesome industrial incidents like the nuclear meltdown at Three Mile Island, and the gas leak at a Union Carbide chemical plant that killed more than 20,000 people in Bhopal, India and left generations exposed to toxins that caused birth defects, the law mandated that industrial facilities report information on chemical releases to the government and the public.
“The TRI database is something we take for granted today,” Bullard says. “Ordinary individuals can put in their zip code and address and identify what’s near schools and parks, what chemicals are released and stored. That information in the hands of ordinary people makes a lot of difference. That’s very empowering.”
Having data and technology readily available allows community members to actively engage and participate in every step of the civic process, from identifying problems to proposing solutions. Organizations like Texas Environmental Justice Advocacy Services in Houston, for example, monitor chemical leaks and spills in Houston’s industrial corridors with sophisticated equipment like thermal imaging cameras. This equipment detects toxic emissions that nearby residents of the predominantly Latino and African American neighborhoods might be breathing in, even if they can’t smell or see the substances. After Hurricane Harvey, TEJAS also partnered with researchers from Texas A&M University to record contanimation from floodwaters in environmental justice neighborhoods.
Last October, a local branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, one of the country’s most prominent civil rights organizations, introduced a program to help middle school students in the heavily polluted and industrial Indiana town of East Chicago test their own water for lead contamination.
After seeing little progress from public officials, the Indiana NAACP decided to put the scientific tools in the hands of its own citizens. Some residents in the area lived in a housing complex that was literally built on top of a known lead refinery, according to local news reports. The complex is now an EPA Superfund site, although the contamination occurred decades before it was recognized as one.
The NAACP’s Environmental and Climate Justice Program was officially established in the late 2000s, but the organization has been engaged in advocating for clean water and clean air since the height of the civil rights era. “The association has been looking at these issues for a very long time, but it was largely framed as a public health issue,” says Marcus Franklin, the research and systems manager for the environmental program. In fact, the organization was one of many that sued the state of North Carolina on behalf of residents of Warren County.
At the national level, Franklin works on reports that are produced by the NAACP in partnership with scientific or environmental organizations, providing key data and analysis for local organizers. “One of the goals of our program is to bring the equity framework out there,” Franklin says. “We usually try to connect our units with universities and other organizations that can help facilitate data collection, and when we can, we advance projects that incorporate aspects of participatory science.”
Recently, the NAACP collaborated with the Clean Air Task Force on a report titled “Fumes Across the Fenceline”, documenting the high concentration of African Americans living near oil and natural gas facilities that release carcinogens like benzene and volatile organic compounds. African Americans were also 75 percent more likely to live in such communities than white Americans and as a result, had higher rates of cancer and asthma than the general population. That’s no coincidence: It’s a legacy of decades of segregationist housing policy as much as lax environmental regulations.
At the heart of it, pollution and environmental issues are an intensely local problem: families and communities are the front lines of exposure. It’s the same ethos that infuses the work of Green Re-Entry, in Chicago: community-based action is vital to lifting up neighborhoods that are glossed over when the focus rests squarely on national averages and indicators.
For West Harlem Environmental Action, or We Act, as it’s known, community-led civic engagement grounds the organization’s advocacy. “Yes, the big green groups have been creating environmental change for decades, with things like the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act,” says Peggy Sheppard, the executive director of We Act. “But we are concerned with what’s happening in our neighborhoods. Not just that national air quality is better, but that air quality is better in all of our neighborhoods. In many respects, that’s harder work.”
In the early 2000’s, We Act filed a civil rights complaint against New York’s Metropolitan Transit Authority for siting several bus depots in Harlem and Washington Heights, causing air pollution to increase in those neighborhoods because of the number of diesel vehicles that were crossing through them, including right in front of schools and parks in low-income neighborhoods. The group’s grassroots campaign helped influence the city to begin switching or retrofitting its fleet to hybrid engines with more filters for particulate matter that would, in effect, reduce this air pollution. “[Local] elected officials live in these neighborhoods,” Shepard says. “But they never thought about requiring that buses be cleaner— their priority is jobs. If they’re not pushed to think about it, and understand the impact, they’re not working on it.”
That’s why, advocates say, knocking on doors and bringing residents to the table is crucial to environmental justice. “You work with the people who are most affected, who are living closest to those problems, so that people can speak to the issues, and talk to their elected officials. They can go to Albany or Washington, and be a strong voice for the conditions they are experiencing.”
More recently, as part of its healthy homes campaign, We Act has focused on the impacts of indoor air pollution, which is a major cause of asthma and other illnesses. It took two years of organizing to build a city-wide coalition and pass the Asthma Free Housing Act which mandates that landlords conduct annual inspections for mold, pests and other allergens. “Air quality, chemicals—it affects pregnant women and children intergenerationally,” says Shepard. “You have to look at transit that is not spewing pollution, at the quality of food, and open spaces for recreation. All of these add up to a healthy community.”
There is still work to be done. And under the Trump administration, that work has taken on a new urgency. In March of 2017, the EPA’s top environmental justice adviser, Mustafa Ali, resigned from his position when the agency’s new director Scott Pruitt proposed gutting the environmental justice program’s budget. The cuts would mean losing staff and funding for programs that primarily assisted low-income communities and communities of color, if not the elimination of the entire environmental justice program itself. Ali was a founding member of that office, and the EPA did not comment on whether or not his vacancy has been staffed as of yet.
“When I hear we are considering making cuts to grant programs… which have assisted over 1,400 communities, I wonder if our new leadership has had the opportunity to converse with those who need our help the most,” Ali wrote in his resignation letter.
Pruitt has also repealed numerous environmental regulations writ large that impact clean air, water, and other environmental contamination affecting all communities in the U.S.
“Our groups are already not very well protected by these policies and rollbacks,” says Franklin. “But if you take a look back and look at the entire system, can we ever say that our people were better off? It’s the same fights. The same struggles persist.”
As for Bullard, who has been fighting this fight since the 1970s, the Trump administration’s environmental policies are just one of many ups and downs he’s witnessed. Bullard points out that the environmental justice movement has also grown to recognize climate justice, an international movement that advocates for those who contribute the least to climate change in terms of emissions, but will be affected the most by changing weather patterns and access to food and water.
“Environmental justice did not originate from the government,” Bullard says. “It was born out of struggle in communities that face threats. So there will continue to be environmental justice and climate justice movements as long as there is injustice. In the end, I’m optimistic that we will get to justice and fairness for all.”

The husband contacted the airline to make their Valentine's Day flight extra special.
A couple from Malaysia held a romantic ceremony to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary on Tuesday on a Vietnam Airlines flight from Kuala Lumpur to Ho Chi Minh City.
With assistance from crewmembers, Daniel F. presented his wife, Linda F., a bunch of roses, before cutting a wedding cake and drinking wine together.
Daniel said Vietnam Airlines had been quick to give the all-clear for his idea after he contacted them.

Hi, I read Toman and Muslim Reader a while ago and I like it So since Eid al-Adha is near, can you write a second part with the addition of Tenjiku and Yuzuha?
And I wonder what their reaction will be when they discover that a reader cannot marry a person who is not a Muslim unless he converts to Islam and performs all the religious duties as it should.(It was funny when reading Mitsuya and Draken's reaction when they found out that Muslims don't get tattoos 😂😂)
Of course love! Also please tell me how you want to be called. Someone claimed the 🍰nom as an anonymous, you can have a name too!
I think Imma convert to Islam to be honest 'cuz it's such a cool and peaceful and beautiful religion and I honestly hate anyone who thinks of them as terrorists or some other bad thing.
Is what you said 'Eid al-Adha' this festival where you kill/sacrifice a goat or sheep or something? My friend told me that she would do it this wednesday or thursday, as in the festival being two days long or something...? Also she said that she'd fast on the 27th...oh well
Anyways, I actually laughed my ass off when I thought about their shocked faces and then also thinking of each other like 'damn, Draken/Mitsuya has one too!' and then the first one calling the other and berating each other about getting their tattoos removed lol
Also, I'm going to write stuff which is sadly not happening canonly, and I'm only at chapter 139, so please bear with me. Also you didn't tell me which ones, so I just did these below plus your precious Yuzuha.
Also sorry for only posting it now...
Characters: Izana Kurokawa, Kakucho, Ran Haitani, Yuzuha Shiba
I did not proofread.
---
Tokyo revengers with a muslim friend :D , part two
part one , tr with a muslim wife
Izana Kurokawa
Nah bruh, that's not it.
he saw you for the first time when he craved some food in the convenience store
didn't really think much of you at first, but he didn't really see you before
you also didn't really look like a japanese woman, more like a foreigner
so, he just watched you for a bit
you were actually having a pretty good life, and he was a little jealous
but then, one day, you were quickly making your way to a bigger shop, while talking to somebody in a stressed manner, you were sweating and looking around fevereshly
over the time he watched you, he grew somwehat protective of you
and when he saw you like this? He didn't like it
he thought that somebody was after you, and what would be the best way to introduce himself to you?
After all, many people here knew him and also not to mess with him
"my name is Izana Kurokawa, and I noticed that you didn't look very well. Are you alright?"
and when you noticed him, like really staring into his eyes, he lost it
you were the most beautiful woman he's ever met actually, and he felt his breath hitch
"Huh? Oh no, it's alright love, just preparing for a festival is all!"
Festival? But there were no Japanese festivals announced yet-
"Oh, let me introcuce myself first. My name is ____ ______ and I'm from ______. I'm a muslim, as in my religion is Islam, and in a week, a day called Eid-Adha will come and there we will sacrifice a sheep/goat and share some meat with our aquaintances and eat it along with friends and families."
This was too much input, but he managed to understand
"Do you guys have a sheep yet?"
"Sadly no, we also can't buy slughtered meat from the meathouse because it's not halal."
"And what does that mean?"
"It means that the sheep is not slaughtered by a muslim."
"...and what if I bring you an alive sheep? would that be okay?"
"What? Oh, no. No no, please, you don't have to stress yourself, Kurokawa, it's alright!"
Nah, it was not. Your parents were in dire need of a sheep actually
And safe to say, you were secretely happy that the friend you made the day prior did not only help you with your groceries, he also brought you a sheep the next day
...but where did he get that animal from?
after your confrontation, Izana had no choice but to tell you the truth.
He told you about everything that happened and expected you to give him a scared expression and then run away
but you gave him a sad look.
"I can somewhat relate to what you're going through right now. But doing all this because you're holding a grudge against his little brother is not going to lift your spirit, you know?"
You poured him a cup of tea and he thanked you silently.
Izana was surprised that you still talked to him. He really expected you to run away
"would Shinichiro be okay with you trying to hurt his brother? You're Emma's brother, after all. Have you gotten in contact with her yet? I'm sure she'd love to see her sibling again."
Emma...?
Tears spilled from his eyes. His shoulders shook.
"Izana...it's okay. let it all out. God knows what you're going through. He is testing you."
"why..? Why is god doing that to me...?", the leader croaked, and you could see a spark in his eyes.
"Because he loves you. God loves every single living form in this planet. He created us, after all. And he is also the most forgiving of us all.
Talk to Mikey, talk to Emma. Talk to everyone you don't like and see what happens. Hope for the best, pray for the best thing to happen. Imagine how happy Shinichiro would be if he saw his two brothers getting along! Imagine how happy Emma would be to see you again!"
He thought about it, but he was not so sure.
But he tried.
He asked you to accompany him, and you said yes with a smile. you were glad to aid as emotional support.
What you didn't tell him though, was that you already knew Mikey and Toman.
Izana didn't.
And so, Izana met with Mikey, who firstly greeted you, and then also greeted Izana, but with a little less respect.
"Listen, Manjiro Sano, I'm sorry. Surely, you must've read my letters by now,", he started as he noticed a carton boy with opened letters that looked an awful lot like the ones he and Shin sent each other.
"I...was jealous of you. That you were his...real brother. I wanted to be his brother too, but well..."
Mikey understood. "then let's be brothers, Izana."
Izana looked at him with more widened eyes, then he looked at you. You smiled at him.
From that day on, Tenjiku and Toman were good with each other, thanks to a little help of yours.
Izana also felt closer to you. He felt at ease with you. He wanted to know more about you.
Izana wasn't really a religious person, so it gave him a little whiplash when you told him that you could only marry a muslim or a converted muslim.
He never knew that he'd want to try to become or do something for someone
but if it was you, then he'd for sure try.
and it was actually the best experience he had
praying fives times a day was no problem, as you and him frequented a mosque that wasn't too far away from you
he was a little sad by the fact that he couldn't pray with you, but the brothers on the other side welcomed him with open arms
Izana would've actually liked to stay there longer and listen to the men, but he remembered that he had to meet up with you in two minutes
like an excited puppy did he tell you about everything he knew, and only after a second did he realize that you knew most of it already
still, you gave him a smile and encouraged him to learn more
Kakucho
That guy is just as stupid as the others.
He also just noticed you recently, but he found you to be a pretty foreigner
He actually wanted to hang out with you, and so he also introduced himself
"Name's Kakucho, may I know your's, pretty lady?", he was actually quite the charmer (my headcannon)
you smiled, his heart pounded, and you said your name as well
still, you asked him about his scar, which was...very visible
"Ah, just a little accident!"
"Really? Poor you ...Oh, it's time for me to go, it was nice hanging out with you! See you soon!"
and with that, you left.
like Izana, Kakucho felt the strong need to look after you.
I mean, c'mon, who wouldn't want to protect a pretty girl like you?
Kakucho also hoped that he'd have a chance with you, but we'll come to that later
Safe to say, you two saw each other very soon
some nameless delinquents were cornering you and you had no other choice but to scream
Out of curiosity, Izana's "brother", looked at the source
and he saw red.
you were holding your purse close to your chest and pressed yourself against the wall, and in front of you were three guys with knifes in their hands
"give us you-" *CRUNCH*
the first one fell down, two more to go
You stared at the body on the ground, he must've given the guy a concussion
then you looked at your savior, who just punched the other two away and came to you
"Are you alright, ____?" "Yeah, I'm fine. But you didn't have to beat them up like that. but...but still, thank you."
he smiled and blushed and felt so happy that he saved you
"It was no big deal, but hey-; what were you doing at this hour? It's already past six!"
"I had to pick up my little brother from his friend's house. um, would you like to accompany me? I don't want to get attacked again, you know? I mean, if you're free at the moment...!"
Could this day get any better?
"Sure! You know where he lives?"
"Yup!"
and so, you two talked and laughed along the way here.
the topics lead to religion, and how you loved doing your prayers, spending money for charities, to your ideal type of husband,...somehow
"...and, well, my husband has to be a muslim as well!"
"Really? So...uh, if we're speaking of a friend, and he really likes that girl, but she is muslim, but they are close friends, and the guy thinks he has a chance with her...then...should he just-- convert to Islam?"
You felt your cheeks heat up. Why? guess we'll never know
"Uh, yeah! Y-yeah, sure! But! I-it shouldn't be taken lightly! Fulfilling the five prayers is not easy, or reading the Quran, or learning arabic, or doing your best at all times. Of course, the religion is beautiful and makes a better human out of you, but it is not to be taken lightly, and shouldn't be accepted because out of love to a person, but to Allah.
He created us after all. And the only thing he wants from us is to believe in him, to look for him when times get rough, to search assurements from him when you do not feel well, to thank him for having such a life as yours, even if it's bad. It could always get worse, so always be grateful for your creator."
Kakucho then started thinking more of the religion than of you
mans never had such a peaceful feeling when he was listening to podcasts of converted muslims and men or sheikhs talking about things that can or shouldn't be done
Kakucho thought that he'd never see heaven, but he prayed
"dear god, sorry for only talking to you now, but there's this girl I like-no, I love her! And well, it's kinda stupid of me to say this, because you know, 'cuz you created us and shit, but...could you maybe bring us together? I'll also try my best in becoming a muslim!"
He just hopes his prayers were heard
Eid-Adha came and you were busy as heck
you didn't have time to pick up kakucho's phone (let's imagine they have phones in that timeline) because of making all the food and cleaning up the house
boy did he get worried
he was already by your door and ready to know when his phone rang
it was you
he didn't even let it ring the second time and picked up the call
"Y-yeah?"
"Kakucho? Are you alright? Why did you call me so often? Did something happen?"
Again, he relished the fact that you were worried about him
"Ah, it's nothing, I was just asking you if you'd like to hang out with me today?"
"I'm sorry, but I'm still preparing the food for our holiday!"
"Oh! I'm sorry! I totally forgot about it-"
"Hey boy, stop standing in the way!", a male interrupted
the man was carrying a cut sheep
Kakucho thought about punching the man but started helping him when he remembered in front of who's house he stood
'if that guy is her father, then I have to leave the best first impressions!'
Kakucho. You were still in your gang uniform. YOU HAVE A SCAR ON YOUR FACE.
But the man didn't let a single emotion be noticed than hard work and fatigue, so he didn't really fight the delinquent who shockingly offered his help in a sweet tone and nice smile
"Dad, you're late- Kakucho?!", you yelped.
"You two know each other?", your mother chimed in as she examined the boy who was now standing with the cut sheep, your father let himself fall on a leathered chair
"Yeah, he's the one who saved me from the bad guys!"
'YOU TOLD THEM ABOUT ME?!?!?'
his day couldn't get any better
"Hello, my name is Kakucho, and I'm glad I could help, I'll be taking my leave now-"
"Stay."
Kakucho and you looked at your dad with surprised faces
"Who'll help me cut it into smaller pieces? My wife is tired and my daughter is not strong enough"
of course you objected because well, you're a girlboss/feminist
but eh
let the men do something for a change
and that's how kakucho ended up laughing at your parents stories of you being the clumsiest baby they had, with you dying out of embarrassment of course
your dad took him out for a moment
"Do you like me daughter?"
"Y-yes sir."
"You know that you have to be a muslim to marry her, right?"
"Yes sir."
"Tomorrow. 1. at this address, and don't you dare come late."
It was the address to a mosque
what could happen next?
Ran Haitani
That twisted mf
he actually couldn't have cared less about who you were
he actually was just strolling around Roppongi, looking for trouble to deal with
then he saw you
sweet, in your own little world, happily walking your way
bro nah
of course he followed you and made himself known
"Oh, hello? can I help you?"
"Yeah, uh...tell me. What's a sweet little thing like you doing here? And all alone?"
Please I'd punch that guy
"Well, I just had to do my groceries, and I just can't seem to find this store...do you know where it is? It's one of the only stores here that sell halal food"
he didn't know what halal meant but he'd for sure ask you later
And of course he knew every single shop here
he and Rindou owned Roppongi after all
when I tell you that he's been through the five stages of confusion
1. staring at the name, then the shop
2. then smiling reassuringly at you
3. looking at the shop's name again with a frown this time
4. calling one of his allies
5. telling you the truth
you being down, him feeling unwell
ran could've been a little dissappointed in himself for not knowing that shop, but oh well
"according to google maps, I should cross this road!"
'she has a phone? It looks rather new too-'
"Aw, man...there's so much traffic...how am I going to cross it?"
this 'gentleman' told you to follow him
all the damn cars stopped
you were shocked but also happy
ran's pride flared up
and you guys actually made it to the shop
this is the second part of five stages of confusion
1. why is there a different smell in every direction he breathes?
2. why is there such a wide variety of tea??
3. why are there sausages, onions and fish hanging from the ceiling?
4. why was there a cat on the cash register?
5. what did you need from here?
an elder man came to view and you bowed politely
ran felt somewhat out of place when you talked to the grandpa in a foreign language
the man studied your paper and put everything you needed in a bag
then he said something which made you mad
you quickly fished out your money and slammed it on the counter
the man yelled something
you yelled something
you pushed ran out of the shop
you ran out
but not before petting the sweet cat, which purred in return
and you sighed angrily
"uhm...what was that??"
"he didn't want to accept the money."
"so? good for you."
"wha- no! I was the first customer there. He had this shop only opened recently. and I felt pity on him, so I gave him thrice from the actual price I had to pay."
"why?"
"Because that's what people from my family do!"
He didn't understand you
but he wanted to get to know you more
so he tried to accompany you as much as possible
and well, you two became friends
and you talked about your religion a lot
ran liked that about you
that you were a kind young lady, who only wanted the best for everybody
but he froze when you once spilled the tea about one od your cousins from your dad's side
"and she wants to marry an American, I mean, can you believe it?!"
"wait, what's so special about it? I mean, if she loves him, then...you know...?"
"Yes, but he is not muslim. And he doesn't want to convert to Islam. That's the problem."
"...I don't- I don't understand-"
"A muslim woman has to marry a muslim man. This is tradition and religion."
"Oh.", that's when he froze.
Ran also came to terms that he really liked you from that moment.
Like, he really really liked you.
that...that might be a problem.
"So...marriages between a muslim woman and a non-muslim man are not allowed?"
"Nope."
"And what about you? would you marry a non-muslim man?"
And you laughed. Was this a joke to you?
"Why would I marry a non-muslim man? I don't need a person who hasn't got the same beliefs as I do. Also, I don't need a man even half as much as I need Allah, Ran."
'Huh'
Guess he'll convert to Islam then.
Yuzuha Shiba
This precious baby girl
She actually knew you from Emma and Hina (let's pretend they know each other)
she loves how modest you dress and how mature you act
she loves how you can cook sweet oriental food and also tell the craziest stories which you had with your cousins
this girl
however
doesn't get
why you don't have a boyfriend yet
like
the first option would be her brother, because Yuzuha thinks that you would be the best wife for him
and uh, well, she doesn't really know anybody else
but
she doesn't like that you have to marry a muslim guy
like c'mon
"why can't you just marry Hakkai, ____?"
"Aren't you christians? And Hakkai always freezes up when I'm near-"
"sheesh, he'll get over it. And he can convert."
"Yuzuha, no. I don't want him to accept another religion because of a girl. He has to accept it himself. and why are you so mad about the fact that I have to marry a muslim? I wouldn't want to marry any of these guys here. every single boy in our age is a delinquent."
"But...does that mean that you'll go back to your country? What if we never see each other again?"
"....Are you guilt-tripping me right now?"
"...is it working?"
You two cried after a few seconds while hugging each other
your precious holiday came near where you sadly had to kill one of your goats
you didn't kill, your father and his friends, but still
you cried when you saw the head
you wanted to irk your bestie out
"look what they did to him...!", you said over the phone.
"What do you- EEEEEWWWW, ____! Why'd you show me that?! Euehzfg....Heuvghghg, I think I'm gonna puke-"
You heard puking sounds and you gagged as well, but you also chuckled.
"I c r i e d when I saw the head. I don't wanna suffer alone, love."
"But why me though?!"
"Cuz you're my bestieeeee <3"
please just pretend they all have phones.
"Also do you wanna eat? I made food. It's our holiday after all!!!"
of course she came over
But she was mad surprised when she saw the amount of food there
she's never seen so different looking stuff
she wanted to eat something from every plate
and she did
little by little
you two gained at least two pounds
you two were not happy
but full.
and that's all that matters. :D
---
guys I wrote stuff that might not suit your expectations or what is not correct, because again, it is all from the knowledge my muslim friend gave me.
but also please feel free to correct me if I made a mistake!

via Today Bharat Activists and intellectualsnbsp;on Tuesdaynbsp;evening condemned the move by the Pune police to conduct searches across Hyderabad and arrest writer and leftist thinker Vara Vara Rao. Speaking to reporters at Sundarayya Vignana Vedika in Hyderabad, those who had gathered demanded that the police release the writer. While officials refused to comment on the issue, the raids and subsequent arrests were reportedly part of an investigation intonbsp;plans to allegedly assassinate Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a plot that many of those raided have vehemently denied having any knowledge about. Raids were also conducted in Mumbai, Delhi, Ranchi and Goa, and prominent human rights advocate Sudha Bhardwaj and writer Vernon Gonsalves have been detained. Among those present at the press meet in Hyderabad were Vara Vara Rao's son-in-law, KV Kurmanath, a journalist with The Hindu, and Kranthi Tekula, a journalist with Namaste Telangana. The residence of Professor K Satyanarayana from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), who is also Rao's son-in-law, was also raided earlier in the day. He could not be present at the press meet, as searches were continuing at his place as ofnbsp;Tuesdaynbsp;evening. "They came atnbsp;6 am.nbsp; We asked them if they had an arrest warrant and they said that they didn't need it. They almost barged in and searched everything. This time, they even raided my daughters' houses. I want everyone to condemn it. He's almost 80 years old. I don't know how he will hold up in prison," said Hemalatha, Rao's wife, as she broke into tears. After hours of questioning the writer at his home in Hyderabad, the police escorted him out, took him for a medical check-up at the state-run Gandhi Hospital and are expected to present him before anbsp;local magistrate in the city, before shifting him to Pune. Speaking about the raid, Kranthi Tekula said, "They came in betweennbsp;8 am and 9 amnbsp;in the morning and seized my laptop and phone before I could process anything. I was sleeping when they came. They didn't tell us anything. My mother is a heart patient and she was extremely worried. When I asked them if my name was mentioned in any FIR, they said that they don't have my name, but they have clues. They spoke in Marathi and I don't know what they were speaking.rdquo; Kurmanath, whose house was also raided, told the gathering, ldquo; As usual, I went to walking at Indira park, when 6 to 7 people in civil clothes rounded me up and seized my phone. They took me in my car. The entire task was carried at 2 am, I could understand their language. They just did the raid atnbsp;6 am.nbsp;Apart from seizing my phone and cutting my landline, they seized my laptop which had all my children's photos. I don't even have a copy of it. The Telangana police also aided them in this atrocity. When police asked me about a book, I told them that it was a book about a Telangana martyr. But, the Telangana police said to them that the book was that of a Maoist." Those who had gathered, also lashed out at Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. "KCR has done total lsquo;Padabhishekamrsquo; to Modi. His idea is to make his son, KT Rama Rao, a CM. He has colluded with Modi and has attacked us," Kurmanath alleged, adding, ldquo; It is the state police who helped the Maharashtra police. Ahead of elections, to thwart dissent, this has been done. On one hand, KCR will get appreciation from Modi and on the other, he has managed to curb those who were critical of his government.rdquo; A letter in Marathi was also handed to Kurmanath, that sought for his arrest, for lsquo;aidingrsquo; Vara Vara Rao's activities. Speaking to TNM after the event, Kurmanath added, "This entire plot is devised to garner Hindutva support. Modi is already losing support and he wants to gather sympathy by stating that a Hindu leader is going to be killed. This Bhima Koregaon, an assertion of Dalits is a barricade to the Hindutva politics, so they want to taint it." "It is an orchestrated attack to curb dissent. Both TRS and BJP, which is losing popularity, keeping elections in mind, have done this. The government doesn't want activists to side with Dalits, Muslims and other marginalised communities. The assassination letter was fabricated by them (police), and used as evidence to arrest innocent people," said Professor C Kasim from the Osmania University. "After several hours of harassment, before leaving, they gave a panchanama document, which was written in Marathi. Panchanama should be written in a language that the accused can understand. We don't know what's written in it. They could have written that there was a bomb recovered also," said Venugopal, the editor of Veekshanam. Meanwhile, in a video statement released online, CPI national secretary K Narayana said, "We strongly condemn the arrest of well-known Left intellectual Vara Vara Rao. How can the Pune police come here conduct a search? What is the state government doing and behaving as if nothing is happening? From when the Modi-government has come into power, they are trying to kill intellectuals." "They killed Govind Pansare, Gauri Lankesh and Kalburgi and they have also imprisoned GN Saibaba. They have arrested Vara Vara Rao only with the intention of killing him. Is the PM really that weak, to be killed so easily?" he asked.nbsp; Background In June, police in Pune had allegedly recovered a letter mentioning a plan to assassinate Modi from the house of one of the five persons arrested in connection with the Bhima Koregaon violence. The letter written by a person identified only as 'R' reportedly mentions a plot to kill the Prime Minister on the lines of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. It also referred to requirement of Rs 8 crore to purchase a M-4 rifle and four lakh rounds to execute the plot. The letter reportedly mentions Varvara Rao's name. Varvara Rao, who heads 'Virasam', an association of revolutionary writers, had strongly denied the allegations. He had said that all five arrested in the case were working for the betterment of downtrodden. Speaking to reportersnbsp;in Hyderabad at the time, Rao had said, ldquo;I have absolutely nothing to do with the claims made in the letter. The police cannot do anything other than arrest me and foist false cases against me. The people arrested by the Pune police had all been working for the downtrodden and the release of political prisoners. They are not involved in murder politics.rdquo; He had also alleged that the letter was planted.
