SAM and his familiar~ When you wish upon a star~
Gah I’m still shy to share those concept, but it truly made me wonder why the "star wish" event didn't have alternate outfit~ Except our little Ortho (precious, best gear each time)! Anyway let's follow again our dear Sam in his scholarship journey!! He came from the Disney which is literally related to "the famous Disney star wish"!! It definitely has an important place for him~ Also thank you for all your feedback for Sam!!! I am happy for him!! You little one are so lovely!! Thank you!
They're celebrating the star wish event at the Mystery's S shop, Sam didn't belong to any dorm as his scholarship is similar to student exchange, he resides either at his grandpa's shop or at Ombrorio (just like Yuu and Grimm)~
Being far away from Jubilee port they still celebrate the event like they should in their home fashion way, singing, dancing, grooving and praying for "Evangeline".
Being outcast from others students (as they declared that Sam was cursed and brought misfortune) noone came to ask for his wish.
Sam couldn't care less as "a better wish is to stay a mystery", making his friends on the other side worried about him not having human friends.
Eventually K with Sam's grandpa's help could sew some outfits, get some star wish crystals and decorate the shop backyard to enjoy with everyone. They enjoyed their night and waited for shooting star praying for "puppet becoming true little boy", "lost boys fighting pirates from the second star" and "Evangeline being with her lover"!
The next morning K and Sam were recycling their outfit and jewelry as lucky charm fortune to sell to others students, like a "lucky shot only work once"! Smiling and laughing that human are so naive...

“Oi, pipsqueak!”
A group of boys cornered you at the bottom of one of Night Raven’s many staircases as you backed up against the iron railing as much as you could. Your first thought was to run back upstairs to Professor Trein’s classroom for sanctuary but realized that a couple of them had already blocked your way to exit through there. So much for trying to catch up on your studies, you guessed. With not much to do, your mind started to wander to get yourself away from the stress, wondering one question to yourself.
How did it come to this?
Well, the answer simplifies in the fact that you were not supposed to attend Night Raven College at all. Not that you really could as someone who could not control any magic. And yet Headmaster Crowley saw potential in you - that you held a special knack for teamwork with your newfound companion, Grim. But even so, there was nothing outgoing about you.
Back in your world, you were never the best at socializing with others. You always kept to yourself, and would often do double the amount of work in school just to keep up with your classes. No one really saw the need to talk to you either, so for the most part, you were just left alone. Whether or not this was bad or not, you really couldn’t tell, but nonetheless grew anxious the more you felt like you had to talk to people other than your family.
So when you suddenly woke up in the middle of the night inside of a coffin, your heart sank as you feared for your life whilst being chased by your now furry familiar. When all was set and done, though, not much had changed in how you interacted with others. Yes, you had Ace Trapolla and Deuce Spade from Heartslabyul, but you still had your moments where you felt too intimidated to approach them. Combining them with Grim’s arrogant persona, and you often found yourself reclusing back to your own dorm to escape the chaos.
Of course, it was never going to be that easy while residing in this academy. Being the sole female student in this school, you often got stares by some of the other boys in the hallways. It was almost comedic, if not a little weird at seeing their expressions, almost as if they had never seen a woman in their entire life. Some of them tried to even approach you - there was that the dorm leader of Scarabia mustered up some small talk on the spot, but his vice leader was able to pull him off to his next class before he got too close to your liking. It wasn’t uncomfortable, just a little awkward for you. In fact, most of whoever you did interact with was on a neutral footing. Either that or they just ignored you, simple as that.
However... that did not stop a certain group of classmates from making you feel repulsed.
These guys didn’t do so much as stare at you as they did stare you down. No matter where you went, you could feel piercing eyes stare at you like a predator stares at its prey. You could see from the bands on their arms that a lot of them came from Savanaclaw - the dorm built on their students’ pride. You posed no threat to them, but they still looked down upon you like a helpless little herbivore. You realized pretty quickly that they were itching for your reaction, desperate to watch you cower underneath them.
So what was your solution? Evasion and hiding. Yes, you realized that this probably wasn’t the best plan, but it was one that worked best for you. For a while, you sought to run away from them as urgently as possible. You rushed between hallways to avoid social interaction and get to your classes quicker. You sat as close to the dining hall’s door to rush through your meal and hide in your next classroom. You sometimes took the long way back to your dorm by learning about the school’s layout and planning your route from there. And sometimes, you even hid in the library when you suspected something amiss, then awaited until nightfall for you to return to your room unscathed.
These habits soon controlled your life to an unhealthy degree. Sometimes, your familiar Grim would try to pry answers from you when you got back home, but you just shrugged it off and moved on with the conversation. After all... what could you do? Your existence in this world rendered as much as a fly avoiding the next frog or venus flytrap it flew across.
Unfortunately for you, the day you decided to stay after class for an extra study session was the exact same day one of those predators found you.
“Hey, Herbivore!” Another one of the students from Savanaclaw yelled at you, snapping out of your daze. “It’s been a while, hasn’t it? How does it feel knowing that someone weak like you has managed to survive this long?”
Your voice gets caught up in your throat, forcing you to only gulp as your heart beats faster, pounding in your eardrums. You could feel your palms start to sweat as your hand grew clammy on the stair railing. Was this it, you wondered? Was this the fear that they wanted to get from you? Either way, it was working.
“Hey, we’re talking to you!”
You yelped as another one gripped the back of your blazer and dragged you from the stair railing to the floor. All of them laughed as they watched you trip over your feet and fall to your knees, your petrified eyes gazing up at them as if it’s the last thing they’ll be able to see.
“Please...” You muttered under your breath.
“Huh? Please what?” Another guy chimed in, smirking. “Don’t think that timid act of yours is gonna save you, herbivore. C’mon, why not entertain us for a moment? Fight back, use your words...” He chuckled, his words of ‘encouragement’ leaning more on cynicism. Every word he spoke left a tinge of bile in your mouth as your felt ashamed for letting these guys get under your skin so easily.
Of course, you said nothing - you couldn’t say anything. Your heart was beating at the speed of light, your voice hitching up an octave to the point of inaudibility the more you whimpered, your tear ducts on the verge of explosion from the sheer fear you were feeling. None of it could’ve helped you as you saw the same boy’s condescending smile turn into a demeaning scowl like he was disappointed you didn’t snap back at him - that you didn’t entertain him.
“Tch... worthless!”
As soon as he said that, he rose his fist in the air only to swing back down at you. You shut your eyes tight and tried your best to cover them with your wrist, but you knew that could only work so well in this predicament. Was this it? Was this going to be your demise? Were you going to the infirmary later with a severe concussion as you barely recalled the same boys that accosted you, rooting each other on with cheers of encouragement?
And yet... you didn’t feel anything.
You didn’t hear anything beyond your heartbeat.
The same voices seemed to deafen in a matter of seconds. You keep your eyes shut, confused. Did you lose consciousness already?
No. You could still hear your heartbeat. You could still feel your palms layered with a sheen of sweat. And for a moment in time, you could feel a single teardrop escape from the corner of your eye and fall down your cheek.
You slowly opened your eyes, wondering what in the world happened. Suddenly, all the boys surrounding you were all on the floor, either groaning in excruciating pain or knocked out cold. Your gaze wandered from boy to boy, letting out a sigh of relief that you were ok for now.
“Hey.”
You jerked your head around to the source of the voice behind you, your heart starting to beat faster again. Behind you was another guy, larger than any of the upperclassmen that harassed you before. His skin was a light tan that contrasted with his piercing golden eyes and white hair. What stood him out from the rest were his wolf-like ears that perched on the top of his head, the hair fusing from an ivory white to a dark grey at the tips. Behind him, he had a tail of similar characteristics that sprouted out of the back of his uniform.
The boy held his arm out for you to grab and get you back onto your feet. However, you froze in fear upon closer inspection at the band on his sleeve, only to scurry away from him the more he reached out to you.
Another student from Savanaclaw. Just like those boys before
He took a step back, confused as to why you flinched away from him. However, upon seeing the fear on your face, he took a deep breath as if he figured it out, averting your gaze to contemplate what to do next. Finally, he took another step back before kneeling to your eye level, relaxing his posture before asking in the most gentle voice he could muster.
“... Are you alright? Don’t worry, I don’t wanna hurt you.”
(A/N: I would like to thank you guys again for these requests! These are a lot of fun to make! Just to let you guys know, I am just about this close to opening requests again. When that happens, feel free to offer some suggestions! I want to try writing more for different fandoms, so if you have a suggestion, let me know!!!
With All Appreciation,
Echo)

Sa Ngalan Ng Pag-Ibig
(This has been in the works since September? I only got around to finishing this because of EBG haha. This fic was largely inspired by an Osomatsu-san animatic of ‘Sakura’ by Funky Monkey Babys and ‘Sa Ngalan Ng Pag-Ibig’ by December Avenue.

WARNING: Character death, angst, uhm... sad Leona-san?
Hope you enjoy? :3
....
The scent of iron lingers in the air before he sees you.
Leona frowns to himself when you greet him with a smile on your face, eyes roving over your form to ensure there were no injuries.
“Is something wrong, Leona-senpai?” Your voice pulled him out of his thoughts, concern evident on your face as you peered down at him. “You’re making a weird face.”
The brunet clicked his tongue as he turned away, ignoring the giggles that escaped your lips at his expense. “Don’t you have idiots to watch, herbivore?”
“Don’t you have classes to attend, Leona-senpai?” You say in response.
Groaning at the sound of your voice, the beastman turned away in feigned sleep, his tail giving away his annoyance.
“Leona-senpai,” you say with your hands on your hips. “Come on, you don’t want to repeat another year, do you?”
You bend down to pull at the beastman, letting out a squeak in surprise when you find yourself being pulled into his arms instead. “S-s-senpai!”
“Herbivore.”
You stop struggling at his silent reprimand, reluctantly melting in his embrace as you let out a defeated sigh. “Just this once, okay?” You whisper quietly with eyes closed.
Leona adjusted his hold on your form, ensuring that you would be comfortable as you slept in his arms.
“Just for a while,” he quietly whispered, wishing with all his heart that this moment would never last. “Just for now.”
….
The scent of iron lingers in the air before he sees you.
Leona wrinkles his nose at the sharp metallic scent in the air, grumbling in feigned displeasure as you wrap your arms around his waist in greeting.
“Leona-senpai!”
Ruggie waves at you from the lion’s other side, laughing at his dorm leader’s disgruntled look. “(Y/N)-chan~! Hello, hello!”
“No classes today?” Leona let out a grunt at your question, earning a laugh as you skip to match his long strides. “It’s a serious question!”
Leona quickens his pace enough to stay ahead of you, but still within your reach. “We have a free period today,” he tells you with a smirk curling at his lips. “Ah, but first years have to attend their classes, don’t they?”
Ruggie watches from behind as Leona continues to tease you with a smile on his face, quick to silence his laughter when you attempt to tackle the tall third year.
It was times like this when the hyena could appreciate your presence.
Only you could put a smile on the Savanaclaw dorm leader’s face like this.
….
The scent of iron lingers in the air before he sees you.
He doesn’t have to wonder, this time.
There’s blood on your lips and in your hands. Thick with that familiar metallic scent and red, so very red.
Leona is beside you in minutes, gently pulling away your bloody hands from smearing the red on your face. “How did this happen?” He tightens his grip on your wrist, not enough to hurt you, but tight enough to dissuade you from pulling away from him.
“I--” you cough harshly, expelling more blood as you do. “I’m okay, really!”
“Leona-senpai,” Jack’s voice interrupts from the side, his ears drooping down, betraying the harsh look on his face.
“What is it?” Leona says with a growl, impatient with the hesitant wolf before him.
“It’s not his fault,” you tell him after giving Jack what you hoped was a reassuring smile. “It’s my fault, really.”
Leona frowns at you in disbelief, his tail swishing agitatedly behind him; the only indication of his current mood.
“I-It’s hard to explain,” you mumble to yourself, your words clear to him despite the low volume. “You don’t have to trouble yourse--”
“Try.” Leona rumbled out.
Jack offers to explain to his dorm leader, willing to brave the storm should you say so.
“It’s okay,” you tell your fellow first year. “I can-- I can explain.”
And so Jack leaves, tail stiff as he eyes the dark look on his dorm leader’s face, but reassured still with the promise you silently give him with your smile.
“Can--” you hesitantly start. “Can I clean myself first? I-- It’s hard to talk with all the blood…”
....
Leona storms out of the Ramshackle Dorm after you tell him the truth of your condition.
“Magic and I don’t go well together,” you told him over tea and snacks. “Headmaster theorised that because of the lack of magic in me, because of the foreign magic I’ve been exposed to all year, well, it’s taking a toll on me.”
How the magic of Twisted Wonderland was truly twisted, you thought as you watched Leona’s figure leave the grounds on which you had started to call home.
“It’s like an allergic reaction. I had no magic to begin with, no resistance; nothing.”
You had no defense, nothing to your name, and so no protection was offered. It was cruel.
“So it’s killing you,” is his only reply.
You would forever remember the look in Leona’s eyes as he told you what you had feared. It would haunt you, you decided with a shudder.
“Yes, i-it’s killing me.”
The look he’d given you would have made even the strongest and bravest of men falter.
Sighing to yourself, you busied in cleaning the room. Smiling wryly when you found the dusty remains of the teacup you had offered the proud lion. “Honestly,” you huffed, violently coughing into your fist when your body sensed the magic from the sand.
“Ah…” Crumbling down from beside the couch, you force yourself to ignore the pain in your throat. It would surely pass, is what you tell yourself.
Soon you succumb to the pain, your body deciding to shut down from the onslaught of pain and magic in your system. Sleep overtakes your form as gravity cradles you in its arms.
….
You don’t see neither hide nor hair of the Savanaclaw dorm leader in the following days.
It left you feeling empty, whenever you’d see yellow vests pass from the corner of your eye. You knew he wasn’t the only one to forgo the blazer, but still you couldn’t help but hope.
Jack did his best to bring you news of the wayward dorm leader, but even then it wasn’t enough. Ace and Deuce did their best, but the chaos they wrought with Grim in tow was too much, and so their interactions with you were heavily restricted.
Epel often came along with apple pies and the class notes, somedays found him ranting from beside you about his troubles with his own dorm leader. He would go on for hours, checking up on you in between rants before resuming. Rook would come most days, to bring the wandering Monsieur Small Apple back to their dorm. It brought a smile on your face to see the two interact with each other, so Epel swallowed his complaints and allowed the blond hunter to bother him.
As for Sebek… Well, you had always wondered, but now you had your answers. He was like magic. The longer he stayed with you, the weaker you got. It certainly surprised everyone when you collapsed before the young retainer, his panicked shouts alerting both teachers and students alike. That was the last time you saw any Diasomnia students.
The rest of the first years stayed with you when Grim was barred from doing so, he was a magical creature and would only be a detriment to your health. You hated it, that slowly, but surely, you were being isolated.
Time passed slowly for you, until finally, you found yourself quarantined in the room you’d chosen for yourself in Ramshackle, all those months ago.
You were too weak now, to stand and walk on your own.
Crowley would visit, but his visits were so sporadic you often wondered whether it was a hallucination that he came flying from the window, declaring himself your gracious nurse for the day.
“I wonder how Leona-senpai is doing,” you whisper quietly to yourself, on one the days Ruggie came to visit with Jack. “He’s usually sleeping at this hour, isn’t he?”
Ruggie avoids your eyes as he practically shoves the bowl of soup into your hands, laughing as he excuses himself. Jack follows after his senior after you finish your soup.
He’d stayed silent as well, when you asked.
….
He had avoided you for too long, and it had taken its toll on the proud prince. Leona had decided, that day you shared with him the truth, to help you. Even if you were to part from him, at least he knew you were alive and well.
Crowley often brought up how his graciousness continued to search for a way to your home, but Leona found himself doubting the headmaster.
So he took to the library, going as far as to attend the classes he had missed. The bastard hunter eyed him with a knowing look before singing praises his way, it made his skin crawl. Leona hoarded everything he’d learned, locking himself in the laboratories during his free period.
All so he could save you.
It took a long while, but he finally found an answer after one too many discussions with Pomefiore’s vice dorm leader.
If you had no magic to protect yourself from the foreign magic found everywhere, why not slowly introduce magic into your system. The idea came to him during class one day, and Trein was very much displeased when he excused himself by jumping out the window.
Leona rushed to the laboratories then, and may have started a small fire. Crewel threatened to ban him, but that wasn’t important in the end. He had succeeded! And that was enough for him.
“Be prepared, herbivore.” Leona grins with all the confidence of a man emerging victorious from a hard won battle as he makes his way to the Ramshackle dorm.
....
The scent of iron lingers in the air before he sees you.
It isn’t a pretty picture, the one he walks into.
There is too much red on the white sheets of your bed, everything is too clean and yet, there is blood on your bed.
Leona almost attacks the ghosts that haunt the dorm, watching with mounting dread as the three shake their heads at his silent question, hats lowered in their hands to pay their respects.
“She was getting weaker everyday,” the slim ghost tells him, but there is cotton in his ears. “(Y/N) could barely even lift herself, but she tried still.”
“We left her for a while,” the largest ghost continues, ignorant of the cold seeping into Leona’s bones. “For lunch. When we came back, this is how we found her.”
Leona desperately fights the stinging in his eyes, deluding himself into thinking it was the dust from the old dorm.
You looked so peaceful, if not for the blood on your clothes and sheets, no one would have wondered whether you were asleep or not.
“No one was with her,” the last ghost says, and it is the last straw for the once proud lion.
Leona sinks down unto his knees, hands clutching at your cold ones like a child clinging to their mother. He doesn’t notice the ghosts leave, doesn’t move from beside your quiet heartbeat as he cries out in pain.
Everything he did, it all amounted to nothing in the end. Nothing he did would be rewarded. He was a curse; to everyone around him, to you, the one person he loved.
Unbidden, a memory resurfaces to the front of his mind.
It was when you had come to wake him, to try and make him attend his classes. Before everything snowballed down.
He had asked then, what you would do once given the chance to return home.
“Hmm?” Leona grumbled when the sunlight hit his eyes as you moved away. “Well, I don’t know…”
“Hah? Don’t you miss your family, or something?”
You playfully gasp at his hypocrisy, laughing out loud when his tail swats at you in displeasure. You tackled the downed brunet, crying out in surprise when he rolled out of the way and scooped you up before you could fall.
He should have paid better attention.
“I’m waiting for something,” you told him when you left the gardens. “Or well, I’m waiting for someone…”
He should have listened.
Leona cries into the bloodied sheets of your bed, hands holding tight to yours, wishing with all his heart, that this moment never came to pass.
If only he had stayed by your side, then maybe he could have seen you smile, one last time.

Why can’t I have a normal day for once?! (Twisted Wonderland Scenario Part I)
Hello so this is the first piece I written for the Twisted Wonderland series. I tried to incorporate the game elements, where you can choose what you want to say. Also I tried my best to make it reader-insert but I feel that its a bit OC. I’ll try to make it not OC but if it becomes an OC, then I might create it and redo the stories I make. Shoutout to these accounts for inspiring me to create this and help spark some creativity:
@twstdreams
@twisted-fics
@riktorwrites
@twistedtranslations
@no-luck-styn
________________________________________________________________
So it’s another normal day (or should I say less uneventful day?), with just you and Grim. You’re finished with your classes and you were at your dorm, reviewing for Crewel’s classes because he LOVES calling on students out of nowhere when least expected. Especially as Night Raven’s only student that can’t use magic, you try your best to at least keep up with your studies. One that you don’t like being underestimated for not being able to use magic and mostly to pick up Grim’s slack.
Meanwhile, Grim is mumbling to himself, absorbed into a book. You, knowing that Grim is not the type to hit the books, you questioned him. “Grim, what are you doing?” He shushed you in response. “Hey stop distracting me, (y/n)! You’re ruining my train of thought!” You took a closer look at the book. Ancient Spells written in scripted, with slightly torn pages and a tattered cover. You raise an eyebrow,
A.  “Grim, can you even read that?”
B.  “Grim, what are you reading exactly?”
Grim give you a smug look. “Hmph! This book is a book filled with interesting yet old spells. Yes, these spells are written in an ancient language. But when you are with a genius like me, something like that isn’t a problem!” *flashbacks of Grim causing so much trouble for everyone, making MC a tired parent at this point* You decided to let it go and continue your studies. You were soon interrupted by Grim letting out a cheer. “Okay, I think got the pronunciation down! Alright, here we go!”
Unum est anima et corpus, et unus alio potest etiam ad operari simul!*
You suddenly felt light, like you were on clouds. But that moment didn’t last long. You then were hit with a weird fluffy sensation. “Grim, I don’t know what you did just now, but I hope you didn’t do anything weird again.” You realized that your voice sounds very familiar, but you couldn’t put a finger on it. “Hey, what does that supposed to mean?!” You look down at your hands, or should I say, paws?
A.  “Wait, are these paws? And fur?”
B.  “Was that my voice just now?”
You slowly look up to see yourself in front of you. You saw someone that looks really similar to you. ‘No, no…that can’t be. It must be another bad dream. Yea, that’s it. Haha…’ But no matter how you looked at it, this person looked like you, no, this person is you. “Is that…ME?!” The person jumped up, following a grumpy look on their face. “Hey! Don’t scream like that-” They froze, slowly pointing at you. “Is that…me?” You quickly tried to get up to find a mirror, but you were suddenly felt yourself being thrown up to the ceiling, hitting it pretty hard. “OW! Wha-how did I end up at the ceiling?!” You looked down to see the floor. “Am I flying?” You saw yourself run up to a nearby mirror. “Wait, why I look like you, (y/n)?.” Your face slowly displaying discomfort and worry. “Then…does that mean, we swapped bodies?”
“ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!”
(At this point, it is going to be confusing on who is actually talking. So I tried to put a new dialogue system. You will encounter a character’s name follow by [another character’s name]. That means that the character is speaking but since bodies are being swapped, its actually another character talking. So if I put, y/n [Grim], it means that Grim is talking but since he is in your body, so to other people it looks like you are talking. Hope this is less confusing for you!)
Grim [y/n]:
A. “Grim, explain yourself! How did we end up in this mess anyway?!”
B. “Well, you got us into this mess, how do you go about fixing this?”
y/n [Grim]: “I don’t know! I was trying to cast a spell that would give me a huge power up but somehow it made us swap our bodies!”
Grim [y/n]: *sigh* “Okay, well, first of all it would be nice if you help me get down from here. I don’t know how to get myself down exactly…”
After Grim helped you get down from the ceiling, you quickly got the book and flipped through the pages. You came across a page that described spells with different effects, sorted by what types of effects and how effective they are. Some of them ranged from love spells to curses that can last for a lifetime. You also realized why Grim can read it is because most of it is in English except for the spells that are written in the ancient language. You then saw a spell that described how it would increase one’s magic powers. The spell reads,
Animarum et corporum una est et unum alium potest etiam ad operari simul**
As you kept reading, you saw a warning that states, “If at one point the caster does not perform the spell correctly, the effects can differ depending on what the caster’s intentions are.” But then the warning seemed to have been cut off, probably due to the wear and tear of the old book.
Grim [y/n]:
A. “Grim, first of all, how did you mess up a spell like this? We just learned ancient language in Trein’s lecture in ancient magic class!”
B. “I don’t even use magic and I can tell you mess this up badly. Is this even considered a mistake at this point when you said so confidently?”
y/n [Grim]: “Okay okay, so I made a tiny mistake. You see, I was really hyped up for this. And I may have paid too attention to Trein’s class yesterday…that it kinda influence me”
Grim [y/n]:
A. “…that’s rare of you to pay attention to class”
B. “Paid too much attention huh?”
y/n [Grim]: “Okay okay, um…um…ah! I got a great idea! What if we visit Heartslabyul to talk with the upperclassmen? Maybe they can help us talk with anyone that fix this. How about it?”
Grim [y/n]:
A. “Grim, that’s a good idea! Let’s go!”
B. “Grim, for once you come up with a decent idea.”
y/n [Grim]: “Okay well, let’s hurry up and get going! We gotta get this fixed before it’s too late!”
You both run out of your dorm, hoping that this can fixed quickly by tomorrow.
Rough Translations: (these were written in Latin but please try to not take it to heart because I used Google Translate so its probably not right...)
