Ok, so movies you watched as a kid?

Run-down time

Major spoilers for certain movies so I'll cut

BEVERLY HILLS CHIHUAHUA

I loved this movie, and still do. Delgado's character is *chef's kiss*. I think the first movie is better than the sequels. The human cast for the first one was great but they changed the cast for the second movie.

Aunt's niece stays to dogsit for her rich aunt while she's in Europe. Rachel takes the dog with her and her friends to Mexico. Chloe is dognapped. Brought to the dog fights. Introducing Delgado's character. Depressed middle-aged brooding ex-cop. Opens the cage(though if he could do that why didn't he do it a long time ago??). Saves Chloe from el Diablo (the Doberman) but not before letting all the other dogs escape. Carries Chloe -scales barbed wire fence and hauls over it- in what can only be described as the coolest dog move ever. A roller coaster of emotions and then El Diablo finds Chloe and Delgado helps her hide in a museum until they're clear and he takes her to a pier where he goes to talk with his police dog cousins. The landscaper (Sam) and Rachel(the rich woman's niece) team up to find Chloe, and end up finding homes for two strays from the dogfights. THE TRAIN SCENE. Delgado takes Chloe to a train yard where they meet a coyote. No, seriously I love the detail where the coyote is a literal coyote. Delgado puts Chloe on the train and tells her he isn't coming with her. The train leaves. 'don't turn around don't turn around' *turns around* 'Delgado!' 'Chloe!' 'Delgado!' *jumps on - slips* 'Hold on, I'll pull you up' Delgado, scrabbling around trying to push himself up, 'STOP HELPING STOP HELPING' They end up jumping off the train and walking in circles in the desert. Chloe realizes Delgado has no sense of smell. Cue the backstory about how he lost it to Diablo. They're attacked by mountain lions(I'm pretty sure cougars are solitary so I'm not exactly sure why a pride/band was hunting them, I think it was just for plot reasons). THE ABSOLUTE DUSTSTORM OF CHIHUAHUAS. Love Montezuma. The Chihuahua City. Also Papi. These movies were not so vaguely racist.

The rest of the movie was great.

2. Bolt

I LOVED this one.

A TV show in a movie.

Bolt's nose is like the size of Wyoming. His superpowers are so cool. PENNY!!! (she got captured in the show) The cats. *Escapes*

STYROFOAM -- IT WEAKENS ME

Mittens.

The scene where he runs straight into a fence.

The pigeons helping him.

No, you got to twist, then pull.

I can confirm this is a method I use for stuck things all the time and it does work.

Where he gets the leash stuck around him and Mittens. *Holds mittens over the side of a highway* Another great train scene.

Jumps out the back of a truck.

'What is this red liquid oozing out of my paw?'

'It's blood, you idiot'

*Stomach growls*

'You evil agent of the green-eyed man poisoned me, where is the antidote?!!'

*Brings him to a campground/Trailer park/cookout* 'There's your antidote' (it's food)

Mittens has to teach him how to beg.

RHINO (I love him)

The journey scene was amazing.

The carboard boxes.

The song.

The trailer.

Playing with the labrador.

Dude when they get captured by animal control.

They literally blew up the pound.

When Bolt gets to Hollywood and thinks Penny replaced him.

Mittens going to 'get back in there'

The fire scene

twas perfection.

The mom quits and throws the agent out of the ambulance.

And then domestic life.

'I thought I lost you when you ran away and tried to find me'

3. Moana.

absolute bops

4. THE AIR BUDDIES MOVIES

My favorite characters were Rosebud and Mudbud

5. Shark boy and Lava Girl

6. Spy Kids

7. Homeward Bound

8. Balto

9. Call of the wild

10. A dog's purpose

Literally the only time I ever cried during a movie was when the dog got shot protecting the little girl as a police dog

11. Any one else remember Dolphin Tail (was it tale?)

12. HTTYD

13. White fang (the animated one with the golden brown wolf put in the dog fights)

14. SPIRIT stallion of the cimarron

One of the greatest masterpieces

15. My Little Pony the movie

(the one with the storm king and tempest and sia lol)

Anyways, I’m finally done with what I've been working on for the past couple of weeks! Based on the posters from a previous drawing I did a while back I wanted to take the posters I had used for the background and make them actual posters! Each one also has a freeze frame from their cartoon correlating with the poster!

I’ll put little descriptions for each one under a readmore if you’re interested; I hope you guys like these, they were fun to make but oh man my hand hurts lmao. Feel free to use to posters (not the cartoon frames) as long as you give credit! :)

1. Tales of Trails

Deciding to see what’s at the top of ‘Mount Doom’, Bendy decides he’s not scared of the challenge; but he quickly finds that hiking isn’t as easy as it seems, especially with a mountain named appropriately!

2. Curtain Call

Finding himself on the wrong stage in a place he certainly doesn’t belong, Bendy has to carefully perform for an audience of angels! One wrong move and he could be facing holy wrath; it’s a good think Alice is there to help guide him!

3. Flower Fever

To Bendy, spring fever has a whole different meaning; it’s time to grow and prune some monster plants that are sure to cause chaos in an already buzzing season!

4. Killer Coaster

Bendy and friends take a trip to an amusement park in Hell, only to learn there’s a reason nobody’s entering willingly; as the coaster tries to torment them, will they make it to the end in one piece?

5. Runaway Roadie

Based on the episode of nightmare run, Bendy stiffs a certain cab of their well-earned pay; as a result, he has to run for his life as the sentient taxi tries to get him to pay the tab… with his life!

6. Western Wild Ride

Everybody loves a good cowboy adventure in the wild west, but when it comes to being partnered with a bad spirited stallion, Bendy has to learn how to survive both the harsh desert and his harsh companion!

7. Star Struck

When a shooting star falls from the heavens, it really hurts! Hit by a falling star, Bendy soon finds strange things are happening to him because of its magic; if he could make a wish, it’d be for less of a concussion next time!

8. Spotlight Envy

Hogging all the attention, Bendy doesn’t realize he’s taking away Alice’s love of being her own star. As the two push a feud for who gets to perform, tensions rise in a battle of talent!

9. Hell on Highwater

The dastardly butcher gang are up to no good this time as a pirate crew who have kidnapped the lovely siren Alice and are using her as a mast piece. The daring buccaneer Bendy comes to save his friend and set her free, all to the frustration of Captain Charley and crew!

10. Angel Wings

Every angel has their story as Alice recounts her fall from the heavens; she longs for her wings to fly again but doesn’t mind her new life too much. Still, it’s hard to walk on land when you’ve touched the sky!

11. Bar Bender

Getting a part time job at the bar to sneak in some mayhem, Bendy torments patrons by purposefully mixing demonic tonics that cause all kinds of weird side effects! The butcher gang are no exception in Bendy’s list of victims!

12. Miracle Maker

Sometimes, being a famous demon with an infamous reputation gets you more than you asked for. Bendy soon learns that the cult following he’s gained is more work than luxury when having to repeatedly perform miracles for them!

13. Museum of Mystery

Having snuck into an exhibit after hours, Bendy longs to snatch a rumored prize diamond from its security. However, the diamond has powers nobody was prepared for, and certainly not the little devil either!

There’s this kid, Riley, he’s been surfing for four years... since he was 14; he’s 18 now, and this is him yesterday in Australia. His coach @rickyschaffer and I have been having him really focus on hammering the fundamentals I.e. off the bottom off the top, holding rail, single line long arcs fully committing and staying on the tailblock. The latest board we did is this 5’11” x 19 1/8” x 2 3/8” 28L #Zipstajet with sluiceboxes made in teamlite epoxy with a high density foam stringer. This hull design is surfed differently than most boards; it’s like riding a wild Persian stallion without a saddle...you hold on loosely to the reigns and you don’t need to whip it or kick it you just set back and let it run. And it goes towards the places on the wave it ought, but how you steer is not by breaking its will, but by working with all that horsepower that already is engineered to power out long arcs. You don’t need to walk the board or roller coaster it, just stay on the tail block and set it on rail cause it will hold through an arc as long as you commit to it. And it drives deep and long off the bottom in a single swoop and same off the top for however much energy and commitment you put in, it gives back the same amount. As I’ve been watching the tour this year at venues like Bells and the surf ranch and seeing three even four stage bottom turns 2/3rds up the face by even the worlds’ best struggling to drive hard into the lip from a slopey trough. I’ve been wondering how to get a hull design/ an engine into boards that will allow surfers of all skill levels to draw single line arcs way out off the bottom out in the flats even where the pull of the wave does not typically allow the natural energy to generate speed out of that part of the wave. I feel the jet stream and sluiceboxes has the potential to usher in a new approach...less dull edges on ice and jello, and more sharp iron on v-8 rails is the vision I see of where I’d love to see things go.
