The man you’ve been avoiding since that blessing in disguise of a day off. When you woke up that day it had become apparent what happened the night before. The moment you had realized that you rushed out of bed, left some cash/snails to pay for the inn bill and left. But little did you know the certain coven head was already awake. 

Next few days were filled with paranoia. You served as guard captain under Belos so you had no reason to be paranoid that much but for some reason, you felt so insecure, like you were being watched. 

One while doing you rounds, kikimora you were called down for whatever reason. So you head down to her office and greeted with the one the only Adrian Fucking Graye Vernworth. 

“Holy fucking shit, no way.”

You think, as you enter. Kikimora gives a quick relay on why you were called here, “If you had not heard, the illusion head master was recently attacked, and has asked emperor Belos for a private guard, you have received that pleasure” She pauses to look at papers “Your shifts begin... tomorrow. You will receive a new schedule tonight. Do you understand?” You say yes in fear of what would happen if you refused. 

The next few days were anxious to say the least. “Does he like remember what happened on that day or like no?” you pondered. You were doing rounds around his area, until accidently running into a corner. You go to turn back but you are greeted with a looming shadow of none other then the coven head himself, Adrian

“Hello sire, how may I be of service of you as of right now.” You say with a bit of a quiver in your voice. “Yes, you can be of service of right now” “How so?” You question “Give me a kiss” He says bluntly with a smile “Excuse me sire?” 

“Did I not make myself clear? I said give me a kiss, not much maybe a peck on the cheek” At this point you’re trying to excuse yourself, without making it uncomfortable “Would you excuse me sire I-” “I said give me a kiss, not much, at least a peck on the cheek. After all you wouldn’t want a little lie about you sleeping with coven head for benefit running around now, would you?”  Well shit, you were stuck now. 

With no other options, you give him what he wants, a small peck on the cheeks, he waits for a moment then, moves out of your way, letting you know that you’re off duty for the rest of your day. He follows to your quarters, and lets you rest there. “Maybe a nap would do me some good...yeah that sounds nice.” You head to sleep. 

Meanwhile with Adrian, he feels like he’s just coming down from heaven. A kiss from his beloved. That night he saw you being cool in solitude and had a taste of you was when he fell in love for sure. He had been stalking making sure you were okay for quite a while and with that little sob story of him getting hurt and a illusions of bruises and such. He had scored the jackpot. With that little kiss of yours, you had just confirmed his delusions. 

You did love him, he was going to make sure of it. He has no intention of giving up.

You knew what you had to get out of there so you jumped from your window after getting rope so you don't brake any bones. You've jumped down your window so many times and always came back but this time you weren't going to. You looked back at the house only to see your dad staring right at you through the window. You saw him run down stairs and that was you're que to also run. "(Name) get back here! You don't know how to live on your own and some one might kidnap or even worse kill you!" You heard your dad yell while trying not to cry "No! Leave me alone!" You yelled back "oh... I see you didn't get it out of your system... not to worry just come back home with me and you won't be grounded anymore, okay?" He said in a soft voice. "No! I said leave me alone!" You yelled "(name) don't make me drag you back... just come back home then all will be forgiven and I'll even give you your scroll back. How dose that sound dear?" He said in a soft but yet firm voice. You were so tired of him so you made an illusion that made you look invisible and ran as fast as you could as quietly as you could. You ran all the way into the woods. The deep parts of the woods were no one really goes to. You then sat down to catch your breath. "Now dear I was being nice but you have left me no choice but to drag you back... a shame really, I don't want to be doing this." You suddenly hear your dad behind you. You then feel a hand tighten around your hair and then dragging you it hurt a lot and he knew that. You then see an oh so familiar house. You started to cry you felt so helpless. He dragged you inside the house and to the basement. "You did this to your self! Quit trying to make me feel bad!" He yelled as he threw you down the stairs. He closed and locked the door. You ran up to it and banged on the door and yelled "No! Please, I'll be good just give me another chance! Please! I don't, I don't want to be alone again!" tears ran down your face and onto your pant/shorts/skirt. "You did this to yourself! I tried to be calm and nice but you left me no choice!" He yelled at you. You felt very angry with yourself after all you were so close!

He had found you when outside of Bonesborough. He had been trying to find Caleb after his brother walked too far from him.

He stumbled upon you who was perched on top of a rock and putting on a little show for yourself. You seemed to not really notice the human until you felt the feeling of eyes on you.

Once spotting Phillip you practically begged him to sit down and watch the show. Phillip isn't a man who can easily be persuaded by looks but how could he saw no to those eyes?

He talked with you after the show and was rather shocked to find out that you were rather a creepster. Your laugh sounded like one that was a bit too happy for any normal witch to have, as well as your shrunken pupils that looked as if it's seen every war in existence. You weren't rude or angry or any of that. It was more so that you just had a crazed look to you that brought chills down the humans spine.

In some way, he had to respect that you weren't hiding your crude-ity like other witches do. He might even find himself going back towards these little shows of yours, even if it's just to talk to you.

It was rather nice to have private little shows waiting for him just out of town. If he's feeling kind one day, he might even bring Caleb with him to one of your shows one day.

If anyone else finds out that you exist though, you might have to get sued to doing those shows in his home.

He wasn't really the type to leave Bonesborough but after the golden guard went on a mission that caused him to get a sprained ankle, he decided to take up some of Hunters shifts so the poor kid can rest.

He was on his way back from the mission when he spotted you. You were just kind of sitting out in the middle of nowhere entertaining yourself when he walked up to you and not so kindly asked what the fuck you were doing.

You were quick to ask him to be a part of the audience and watch the show. He almost laughed at such a proposal. This weird little...thing asking him to sit on the dirty floor and entertain them as they played with dolls? Well...he ended up complying. Mostly because he thought you were like a rapid animal and would bite him if he said no.

He actually ended up enjoying the show and when he came back to the castle from the mission, he proposed that they take you in and keep you to entertain the Scouts to keep their moral and loyalty high, like a jester!! Rebellions had been heightening from their scouts ever since that human came into town after all.

It wasn't long before he decided to privately take back his offer though. After some of the scouts seemed to be enjoying your shows too much for his liking.

Don't you worry your little head though!! You'll still be able to do your shows and have a roof over your head. Just, instead of doing it in the castle, you'll be doing it in a dormitory.

His, to be more specific.

He didn't find you outside of Bonesborough, unlike the others. He most likely saw you after Darius brought you in as a jester of sorts.

Despite him being a man who adores shows and plays, at first he wouldn't even so much as entertain the idea of your shows. Why should he do such to someone of such low rank? For Titans sake, even the scouts were higher ranks than you!!

He ended up accidentally catching one of your puppet shows though when he was searching for some of his scouts for a little mission at the hexside academy. And you know what? He actually loved it! It wasn't a normal type of theatre, but it was still theatre and you were much better at acting than his scouts. Why, under his wing he could even see you becoming the perfect actor.

So he started to stick around more and more. He got into some shit with Darius for that but as if he was going to stop just to please him. He knew Darius wouldn't do anything. Not unless he wanted to get replaced for the day of unity.

Unlike the others, he didn't wait for jealousy to kick in before scooping you up. He's a bit of a brat and will just take what he wants before anyone else can.

And ultimately, you should be thanking him in his eyes!! Under his wing, not only will you be protected but he is going out of his way to heighten your abilities. Though, worry not! He won't use that against you...at least not yet

Mmmmmmmmm great job on that yandere Adrian Soulmate Au piece! Could I possibly request a continuation where reader does meet their actual soulmate? Like it’s a few years down the line and yandere Adrian still hasn’t gotten over the mismatched marks, and is not a happy camper when he finds out who ‘stole’ his soulmate from him. (Who the intended soulmate might be is entirely up to you, writers choice)

You're walking down one of the many hallways in the castle, files clutched tightly to your chest as you try and stay focused. You were on your way to meet your soulmate so when you feel a familiar sensation brush across your shoulder you stiffen confused. Shivering your eyes widened at the feeling before the touch shifted and gently brushed over your arm. Turning in surprise wondering if it's really him you stop as something wraps around the opposite arm.

"Wha- AHHH!" Falling into the strangers arms your eyes widen seeing the familiar blue eyes as various papers flutter around you. Oh, he was always one to make an entrance wasn't he? "Adrain!" Smiling your arms wrap around the back of his neck for balance as he smirks down at you, his fangs gleaming.

You hadn't seen Adrain in years! His style had changed but he was still the same man you'd cared about all those years ago.

"Hello (Y/N). Long time no see." He states tail still wrapped tightly around your arm as he dipped you. Giggling letting him hold you like that for a moment you pull him in for a tight hug. Pulling away he hums giving you a slight nuzzle before giving you your desired space. "So darling what are you doing here? Come to see me?" Your eyes suddenly widen in realization.

"Oh my papers!" Pulling away from him Adrain frowns before signing helping you to your feet before letting you go. You notice his tail stays tightly wrapped around your soul marked arm but you don't say anything as you frantically pick up the scattered pieces of parchment. Adrain makes little effort to help you but he doesn't leave as you do the task either, simply watches and waits.

His tail slowly unwinds from your arm as you pull away to get more of the files but not before his tail end flicks against your nose playfully. You smile at him and Adrain smiles back tail swishing behind him as he watches you.

Picking up what you thought was the last of the papers you pause seeing ones missing.

"Looking for this?" Turning Adrain hands you the last piece making you smile. Always the hero.

You nod and reaching out for the file his free hand suddenly holds yours intertwining your fingers. Blushing at the contact, Adrain lets out a content purr. His tail suddenly wraps around your leg and as he leans in closer your face begins to go red before you feel two silky hands pull you back.

"Ahhh Graye I see you've met my soulmate." Darius turns you away from Adrain and smiles down at you. He cups your cheek letting his thumb brush over it and you melt into his touch leaning into his hand with a happy hum.

Adrains tail pulls away from you at the harsh tug. It lashes behind him snapping like a whip as he looks at the two of you, blue meeting green in a glare above your head as Darius tucked you beneath his chin.

"Excuse me?" Adrain asks perplexed by the situation Infront of him. Darius? Darius Deamonne was your soulmate? The abomination head? The emotionless purple goop man?

"Oh right! Adrain did you ever find your soulmate after we split from Epiderm? Me and Darius met recently." You state pulling away from Darius to turn and look at Adrain. His cloudy blue eyes focus on you studying your face, your happy smile and shining eyes before turning towards Deamonne. The fellow covenhead holds out his arm with a smirk and pulls his glove down to show off his mark. Sure enough it was a mark that perfectly mirrored yours.

"... Yes." He responds lying through his teeth as he studies you two, imagining himself in Deamones place.

He hasn't even looked, he wasn't interested. All he wanted was you after all. You were all he needed. Even After all this time he'd wait for you, he'd make you see you belonged together. Or he'd make Deamonne have a terrible accident so he could have you all to himself crying and sobbing in his arms as he comforted you.

As Darius cups your face going to kiss you Adrain stepped forwards wrapping his arm around your waist and his tail around your leg. "(Y/N) we simply must catch up. Please allow me the pleasure of buying you lunch, it's been so long. And I did bump into all your papers let me pay you back for the trouble." He hums leaning against your shoulder and looking up at you with puppy dog eyes.

"Oh alright, Darius and I know a few places." You offer as Adrain hums. He had meant privately but he supposed this was fine as well. As long as he got time with you he didn't care. "Let me drop off these papers then we can go." Nodding at that a bird suddenly flew into the room and began to peck at Darius. Annoyed Darius sends Adrain a glare before he answers the bird only to frown much to Adrain's delight.

"Another time perhaps love." Darius says softly as he gets squawked at by the Emperor. Kissing your forehead goodbye before he leaves Adrain smirks squeezing your arm closer as his tail tightens. Darius takes the papers and leaves you two alone much to your disappointment.

That's alright love. He'd show you a better time than Darius Deamonne ever could anyways.
