Fusion theory

So this is my first post and I don't know if Steven Universe has confirmed this so don't hold this against me if it's already been proven or if someone's made a similar theory. So instead of the dances causing fusion it's instead a strong emotion all participants are feeling at the same time this would explain why some people fuse with out the dance. So I've thought of the feeling each fusion was feeling when we first see them ( for Garnet I'm going with the first two times she did in the episode The answer). Opel was formed out of worry for Steven safety, Sugilite was formed out of excitement, Stevonnie was formed out of love, Alexandrite was all of the love the gems felt for Steven, Malachite has formed out of hatred Lapis's towards Jasper and Jasper's towards the earth and the gems which would explain why they fused but looked deformed because they shared the same emotion just to different things, Garnet's first one was out of uncertainty and the second was love and curiosity, Smokey Quartz was sadness and love and since that emotion was so strong they didn't need to dance, and finally the corrupt Jasper fusion it was formed out of fear Jasper feared not being strong enough to win and corrupted gem feared Jasper so again same feeling towards different things that plus the fact it was corrupted explain why it didn't last long. There's bound to be more fusions and I personally think Pearl and Lapis fuse over a shared feeling of saltiness.
