[Drama of the Week] Good Job & Jung Il Woo
[Drama of the Week] Good Job & Jung Il Woo
Good Job replaces EAW and nothing compares to the awesomeness of EAW.
EAW has made my Wed-Thurs so fun. Now I am constantly feeling the sense of loss while waiting for the second season of EAW.
Not sure, if Good Job is watched by many to be honest. I decided to pick it up because of Jung Il Woo. I have loved this man since 49 days and The Moon Embraces The Sun. He plays the characters so wellâŚ

The 5 currently watching dramas
The 5 currently watching dramas
K dramaland is churning out the dramas faster that I could ever catch up.
I am definitely not complaining now I have a reason to cozy up to my couch every night and waiting for the dramas to start. It buffers alot of separation anxiety I have waiting for the new episodes of dramas that I am faithfully watching to start.
This is of course on top of Extraordinary Attorney Woo!
Since there are soâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Extraordinary Attorney Woo
[Drama of the Week] Extraordinary Attorney Woo
I love love love this drama.
Itâs lighthearted yet leaving you with a warm and a fuzzy feeling like a good old blanket on a super cold day.
I started this drama by chance, didnât expect much out of it. But, I was definitely drawn to the premise of the storyline. Itâs a clever story line and I am heartened to see that the Korean writers are exploring territories that were previously unacceptableâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Doctor Lawyer
[Drama of the Week] Doctor Lawyer
So Ji Sub is back after his last project, My Secret Terrius in 2018.
He also got married and has been living under the radar. Even before this, he seems to be an elusive superstar, he doesnât use social media and he doesnât put his life in the limelight at all. This only makes him more endearing to the fans.
I have been a long time So Ji Sub fan since watching the Phantom in 2012 where he actedâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Why Her
[Drama of the Week] Why Her
Two episodes in, I am in love with this drama.
There are so many dramas coming up this summer and I couldnât keep up with most of it but I must I am spoiled choice. I am toggling between Kiss Sixth Sense which I did 4 episodes and absolutely love it too. I was halfway through writing Kiss Sixth Sense until I watched Why Her and fell totally in love.
Seo Hyun Jin is killing it in this drama. IâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Crazy Love
[Drama of the Week] Crazy Love
This drama started off boring and slow and it didnât help that it has the same screening time as Business Proposal. Business Proposal was so entertaining and got everyone talking while Crazy Love didnât have that impact.
There was just too many things going on with this drama.
The story line is not the most original and creative. Some parts of it was fun and funny. Others were justâŚ

[Drama of the Week] I Wanna Hear Your Song
[Drama of the Week] I Wanna Hear Your Song
A fun summer drama took a dark turn quickly.
Kim Se Jong plays Yi Young, a cheerful and bubbly girl who was seemingly carefree and I am not surprised that her cheerfulness rubs people the wrong way.
Yi Young lost 3 years of her memories after she was met with an accident with her then boyfriend who turns up to be Jang Yoonâs brother. In the accident, her then boyfriend died. There were manyâŚ

[Currently watching] Forecasting Love and Weather
[Currently watching] Forecasting Love and Weather
I started on the Netflix drama starring Park Min Young and Song Kang, the most anticipated drama of 2022.
While office drama is nothing new to Park Min Young, she continues to shine in her role and her chemistry with Song Kang is definitely something. Park Min Young always delivers. She was so good with Park Seo Joon in Whatâs Wrong with Secretary Kim, Kim Jae Wook in Her Private Life. BetweenâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Single Inferno
[Drama of the Week] Single Inferno
I am late to this inferno game.
I have seen its trailer on Netflix and has been putting it off, reasoning I am not a fan of reality tv shows. These shows usually lack substance and full of airheads that I didnât want to waste my energy on.
After reading about the drama, and having everyone talking about it at dinner table from Christmas through the Lunar/Chinese New Year, I have no choice butâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Bulgasal
[Drama of the Week]Â Bulgasal
A supernatural drama on Fri-Sat run on Netflix.
The first things that struck me the most when I first started on this drama was how good looking the entire main casts are. Donât believe me, see for yourself.
The second thing that struck me was all the OSTs are so nice. Itâs so well composed, sang and paired for this drama. Almost as perfect as Goblin. Every single OST is perfect. Needless toâŚ

[Movie of the Week] Miss and Mrs Cop
[Movie of the Week] Miss and Mrs Cop
Old kickass police now a customer service agent at the local neighbourhood police station.
A new rookie police too anxious to make a mark in her police career.
Then you have a super hacker from KAIST somehow demoted to customer service agent as well.
A trio that we didnât know we need when I first started this movie. I didnât give it much thought when I first started, I am a fan of policeâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Now, We Are Breaking Up
[Drama of the Week] Now, We Are Breaking Up
I am not sure how to feel about this drama. I was looking forward to this drama and with so many anticipation, I dive right in, but this drama doesnât live up to its hype.
I donât want to come here and shit on this drama. I tried giving this drama a try and I actually watched a few episodes before giving it up altogether.
I stopped at the part where Jae Kook disclosed to Young Eun that Soo WanâŚ

Anything Jun Ho is worth watching. Yeah yeah I knowâŚhe is a k pop idol. Before he was an actor heâs an idol. But, please! Take a listen. He is damn good actor.
Have you seen his drama? And of course the most iconic one of all is Good Manager or Chief Kim where he and Nam Goong Min won the best couple award.

[Oppa of the Month] Wi Ha Joon
[Oppa of the Month] Wi Ha Joon
Wi Ha Joon is not exactly new to the silver screen or small screen, but he didnât quite catch the attention until his recent drama with Lee Dong Wook; Bad and Crazy.
The dramaâs premise is not new but itâs rather creative for Lee Dong Wookâs alter ego, K to be introduced and incorporated. I almost gave up within the first 30m of the first episode because it was so confusing and I have no ideaâŚ

[Favourite Ahjussi] Kim Won Hae
[Favourite Ahjussi] Kim Won Hae
This is the most prolific ahjussi in korean dramaland.
You see him everywhereâŚin almost every single drama.
He always played the most interesting character.
His comedic timing is not just good but he is quite a natural at comedy. There is no way you can hate this ahjussi, each time he appears on screen, itâs like a meet up of an old friend whom you havenât seen in a while. Thatâs how impactfulâŚ

[Oppa of the Month] Nam Goong Min
[Oppa of the Month] Nam Goong Min
Despite being one of the most hardworking actors in dramaland, he is also one of the least celebrated. He seems comfortable quietly doing his craft and not draw attention to himself.
My early acquaintance with Nam Goong Min were the dramas âI See Smellâ, âRemember: War of the Sonâ, where he played the most iconic and chilling psychopaths in the Korean drama history. It was so chilling that IâŚ

[Drama of the Week] Witch at Court
[Drama of the Week] Witch at Court
I got to say I like this drama very much.
In fact, I have watch this drama twice, the first time being a few years ago and the second time very very recently. I am a sucker for any court room drama and the like so this drama is really up my alley.
This drama while heavy in theme but itâs definitely one of the easiest dramas to watch and follow. The flow, direction and storyline are all neatlyâŚ
