Note
important information :)
Can you explain the difference between Non-binary and Agender please?
Nonbinary: It's an umbrella term for anyone whose gender isn't 100% male or 100% female. The person using the label can just be nonbinary, or they can use some of the smaller labels that fall underneath it, like demiboy, agender, etc. It's very vague on purpose, so just knowing that a person using this label is not 100% a female (but could still be partially, like being a demigirl) or 100% male (the same applies) is the easiest way to think about it.
Agender: There are few ways people decribe being agender. 1) Not feeling a gender at all; totally genderless. 2) Rejecting the concept of gender for themself 3) Feeling completely a neutral gender. The most common one is feeling completely genderless though. it falls under the nonbinary umbrella, but an agender person doesn't have to also call themself nonbinary.

fun fact!! it turns out that now when u make a new blog, tumblr forces you to follow 3-4 people before you can change your icon or modify your blog in any way!! this, of course, means that, yes, some of the "potential bots" many of us have been automatically blocking could have possibly been genuine new users who were only just seconds in to having an account!!! tumblr is literally screwing new users over!!!!

For screen readers, this is a tumblr poll.
Which do you prefer in stories and media?
If a protagonist is in dangerous situations and gets badly hurt, do you prefer:
1)The protagonist's injuries heal with no lasting effects and no visible scars once the dramatic battle is over. There is maybe a chapter or a few pages dedicated to their "recovery" period, but after that they're good as new, it's as if the injury never happened.
2)The protagonist's injuries heal, leaving only cool scars behind; these scars are not painful, and only are there to make the character look badass and cool.
3) The character's injuries are initially lasting and impactful, but magically healed after a book or two-- they may cause chronic pain, seizures, muscle weakness, or fainting spells, but only when it's relevant to the plot and to create drama, but as soon as it's no longer useful, the character is magically healed back to the original state, or they're even given improved or superhuman physicality to make up for their previous disability.
4): The character's injuries are lasting, and they use disability aids -- their injuries actually have an impact on their lives, and they are not brushed under the rug or magically healed; if they lose a limb it does not get magically grown back; if they get a badly broken bone that didn't get prompt and proper treatment, it doesn't heal correctly, or they have chronic pain, etc.
Characters are actually impacted by the injuries they sustain, and it is allowed to impact their lives, because disabled people deserve to see themselves represented, and abled people need to realize that becoming disabled is not the worst thing that can ever happen to you. Villains should not be the only characters who are disabled or scarred in media.
Characters are allowed to be vulnerable, and stories and battles have stakes.

that moment where omnisexual is so hated on and underrepresented that you just tell people you're bi to stop them trying to correct your sexuality
i have come out to 2 people so far who have responded like this: me: I'm omnisexual, so I like all genders but I have a preference them: so you're bi another one I've heard is: me: i saw this hot guy today but then i also saw this hot girl and i had omni panic
them: why call yourself omni, that's too confusing, just use bi or pan more people understand that
what i'm trying to say is:
stop correcting people's sexualities, it's THEIR decision
Omnisexuality is valid and not biphobic whatever you might think

thank you for coming to my TedTalk
