My Breakfast for today is a papaya mango banana smoothie 😊😊 I added the seeds from the papaya, threw in some hemp seeds, Sea Moss, walnuts, chia seeds, and added spring water then blended to 32 oz of perfection ❤️❤️

Definitely decided it was time to go back to the basics.. meal prepping for me is accountability to myself.. I know if I don't pack a lunch, I'm getting waffle fries from chick Fil A -then looking crazy when mid day 3:00 comes, malnourished & HANGRY AF.. In my previous post I had similar bowl made with Brussels Sprouts, I'll be alternating Bowls this week.This bowl however was made with carrots, snap peas, broccoli, red bell pepper, and chick peas. Made homemade soy sauce dressing:: 1 tsp of maple syrup 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove and pepper to taste! #latepost but here's some footage of me making some buffalo cauliflower tacos. ☝🏾First you want to toss the cauliflower in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic salt . 👉🏾Then heat in the oven for about 10 min while you make the batter. For the batter I used.. 2 cups of brown rice flour, 1 tsp of ACV, 1 cup of almond milk then whisk til perfection.. Next 👉🏾toss the battered cauliflower chunks into the brown rice flour and then pan fry over them stove until they are golden brown. 👉🏾Next you toss them in the Buffalo Sauce. Ta-Da!
