WIP of a what if scenario with nino helping chat blanc instead of marinette

Pauvre Minou (Pauvre Chat Blanc)

Nino, currently Carapace, lept from the rooftops as his mind drifted to today's events. In retrospect, it was probably a really stupid idea not paying attention to where he was jumping, but he's in costume so what's the worst that can happen.

He landed on the Eiffel Tower Summit, leaning on the railing as his mind reviewed the events of today.

Flashback - No POV

He'd spent a good 30 minutes seated on a bench in a random park not to far from the collège françoise dupont just thinking about how he was gonna tell Adrien he likes him in a way that was subtle enough so if Adrien was to reject him Nino could pass it off as something platonic and not ruin his and Adrien's friendship.

Although Marinette also had a crush on him and would honestly be a better choice for Adrien to be with.

Before his mood could dampen from the thought, he stomped it down and started making a mental list of ways to tell him.

Ice cream? Maybe, I could try using Google to see if Andrè was spotted and we could go together. But what if the soulmate magic junk acts up and we get matching ice cream? Or mine matches him but he got something else?

A different ice cream shop? Yeah but Andrè's is cheaper and being a DJ isn't exactly a full time gig.

What about a coffee shop? Adrien looks like he hasn't slept in ages so coffee would probably do some good. But what if he's not allowed to have caffeine? His dad would totally-

Before his mind could scrap the perfectly good idea he looked up just in time to see Ladybug zip by above, and she looked really determined.

What's going on? Is there an akuma attack? No, that can't be it cuz wouldn't Alya be vlogging it? Also where in the world is Chat Noir?

He decided not to think about it, deciding she was probably doing something important, like donating to charity or something else Ladybug-esque. Seems like something she'd do.
