I know there aren’t a whole lot of people who enjoy Adam Young/Warlock Dowling

(that i know of)

But, i dunno, i like the dynamic of Warlock leaving his shitty parents and moving to London where he meets Adam and they just bond over things. Warlock meets The Them, he gets pulled out of his comfort zone to go on adventures with the group and learns to like it a bit more than staying inside on his phone all day

Then he finds out that Adam used to be the antichrist (ik some people write him to still be the antichrist even after the Armageddidn’t and i like that as well). And he also finds out that the demon and angel who had helped (i say helped loosely) stop the end of the world from happening also happens to be his old nanny and gardener

Then there’s just some feels and smoochin’ and all that good stuff.

And on an unrelated note, WHY IS IT THAT WHEN I LOOK UP THE TAG “Ineffable Bureaucracy” ON AO3 ITS JUST SEX

[Home rant bc they are boggling my mind rn]

As a monster house and the witch's house enthusiast I say we should speculate about Home more than we do now because like,, not only is Home sentient, but they can also respond by making noises and stuff

So what else could they possibly be able to do within the confines of themself???

It could be like a paranormal activity, where they can just open and close drawers and cabinets at will and move stuff around

Or it could be like the witches house where everything is just fucked up in there and it's actively trying to kill you (if you're not Wally)

It could also be like the monster house where it's not only sentient but also has "organic" matter inside it (like that very audible heartbeat in that one phone call with Wally)

Or it could break the laws of physics and occasionally change its layout however it sees fit

There are so many possibilities because we know little to nothing abt Home, and it's honestly more horrifying considering that Home is sentient and can just do these things because it would be silly!!
