I feel like this place, it's my only safe place to vent, i feel so lost at the moment, I am going back to therapy on wednesday I am al excited because I have Lost the sense of myself, my happiness, my strength, idk WTF im doing with my Life, my purpose, like literally everything, i feel awful, my birthday is this month, i don't want to bring a new year of life like this .
