~~ SELF CARE SUNDAY~~ Going to try a new weekly thing. It is so important not to overwhelm yourself. I am a 'yes' person. I take every extra job project, every extra shift, every little thing to help my friends whether I can feasibly commit or not. It has messed me up big time in thr past and I am slowly learning how to balance doing things I need to vs overcommitting.
