Mapleshade apologists in the year 2024... i never thought I'd see it in a modern day... Anyways Mapleshade's vengance is a great book with the POV of an unreliable narrator and we're not supposed to take anything Mapleshade says at face value. Mapleshade is a victim but also HAS victims so she's not out of the wrong just because she was also wronged. She's a massive hypocrite and none of the cats she killed were actually ones who did anything wrong- her murders were petty and were built on some false narrative she made up in her head to justify herself
