"The Clean up" (reposting for my new blog) for SladeRobin Week 2022 Day 4 I went for an artwork for today's prompts: Mafia/Mob Boss AU and First Time Here is a bit of context for the picture: 

Adopted into the Wayne family, the wealthiest and most powerful mafia overlords in Gotham, Dick wants nothing to do with every single one of their affairs. He's not like his step-father, not like his step-siblings; he adamantly refuses to take part in the family affairs as soon as he's old enough to decide, and he's not happy when Slade Wilson, a mercenary on the pay of the Waynes, is tasked with following Dick around to be his personal bodyguard. Not that Wilson ever confirmed it, but Dick knows how it works - he knows Bruce and how much of a control freak he is, he knows there are rival families who would try to get leverage on him by going for one of "the kids", and he knows Wilson sticks around to avoid that circumstance from happening. 

Then one day Dick's house gets broken in. Dick has sworn not to aim a gun at a person, ever; he's told himself not to become what his step-father wanted him to, that the one act of defiance he could continuously make is that of never taking a life. But that day Slade won't manage to get to him in time, and Dick is left with the choice of either take that bullet or protect himself.

Slade will deal with the clean up, though. And with the aftermath of Dick's choice.

Hi folks - some of you might have seen this art before tumblr nuked it as it was considered in violation of the guidelines or some bs like that. If you've seen it you might recall that the post was not displaying penetration, and every suggestive bit was adequately censored with a watermark.

I appealed the post explaining the issue, and I was told by the kind staff that the post was indeed in violation of the guidelines DESPITE NOTHING WAS SHOWING. It would seem that for whatever reason tumblr is trying to kill this blog, so to avoid further complications I'm going to start using the other one as I'm under the impression that this will keep happening.
