Another comment on Hualian.

One thing that I find so wholesome about them is the level of trust in their relationship. Xie Lian never doubts everything Hua Cheng tells him is the truth, also he never conceives the idea that Hua Cheng might do him any harm, even when others try to trick him into thinking that. In turn, Hua Cheng never lies to him and has spent all his existence trying to protect Xie Lian. There's a mutual trust in each other, very deep I must say, and also none of them have ever thought of betraying the other in any way.

Also while binge-reading TGCF these thoughts came to mind.

That Hua Cheng, in becoming a Ghost King, was born of the unconditional love he felt for Xie Lian, while other Ghost Kings were born of hatred.

That as he evolved from a weak ghost, to a savage, then to a Ghost King, he grew stronger due to that love, and the desire to protect the one he loved. A story in which love (in this case for one person) makes someone stronger, instead of weaker as it's usually seen.

Zhou Zishu and Xie’er poems from the WoH artbook

In the Word of Honor artbook there is a short poem for each character. 

Interestingly, all poems for various pairings have the same number of syllables. Sometimes there are also phrases in rhyme, and lexical and/or thematic parallels. (I began to pay attention to this after I read a comment on weibo that the poems about Du Pusa and Qiao Luohan look like paired verses, complementing each other.)

Also the poem about Gu Xiang seems to hint that she is bi, and the description of Qiao Luohan - that she is agender. xD

Most of the poems in the artbook are meh but the ones for Zhou Zishu and Xie Wang I like very much.
