Good morning lovelies 💕
I’m sorry I didn’t post yesterday.
For breakfast this morning I had protein pancakes with banana and strawberries with a drizzle of honey (1/2 cup of kodiak pancake mix, 5 small strawberries, 1/2 a banana and 1 tsp of honey).
So I went to the doctors yesterday and he told me that my blood work is all good and my heart is good, so that’s pretty good.

Dinner is a scrambled egg (1 egg and 1 tbsp of almond milk), sourdough toast (2 small slices), salsa (2 tbsp) and broccoli (1/2 cup).

For lunch I had a mini wrap with avocado (1 tsp), egg white, tomato slices (2), spinach (1/8 cup) and a mushroom with 3 cucumber slices.
I’m having a really hard time not moving and stuff. I feel disgusting and awful.

Good morning lovelies 💕
I’m back at home now, the doctors did a chest X-ray and my heart and lungs are okay. This screen shot is what is wrong with me. I’m in a lot of pain still, and I’m not dancing this week which is hard.
So for breakfast I had a small apple and peanut butter (I didn’t have all the peanut butter, I only had about half) and 2 slices of zucchini carrot loaf.
I’m filled with guilt and It’s hard not dancing this week.
