⭐️ 2 YEARS SOBER ⭐️ Yesterday I kept meaning to post this but I was too busy enjoying the day and the gifts this life has to offer! Quitting drinking was the best decision I ever made. For me, alcohol was a distraction, a diversion from my focus and true purpose. I’ve never been more creative, centered and serene. This year has expanded, broken, softened and strengthened my heart in so many ways. And through everything I have not found it necessary to drink over it. Every day I am in awe of growth and miracles that occur. I have so much love and gratitude. I miss my friend, the great pianist Angelo Di Loreto, and am, like everyone, overwhelmed at the magnitude of this year’s events. And yet, I am committed still to following my dreams, making my art, and spreading love and compassion as much as I can in this world. We need our artists.
