Zhongli/Furina has been one of my favorite crackships since November, and i'm glad that it's finally getting a few fans, now that they're about to (probably) get their first interaction during Lantern Rite 😊🙏

that said. since i HC Zhongli as aro, and i believe in Neuvifuri endgame (lol), i imagine that Zhongli/Furina would only ever have some fun with no strings attached. they'd attract each other because Zhongli would like Furina's dedication to fulfilling "her contract with herself", and Furina would admire Zhongli's vast knowledge about human history and culture. i also think they're both charming and good conversationalists, so they'd be able to get some things going... until it eventually escalates from a conversation with words to a conversation with bodies ;)
