Apple Seed 15: Mommy's Here?

16 Hours In

Charlie: (demon mode as she screams in agony and continues to crush Vaggie's hand, pulverizing the bones to dust) FUUUUUUUUCK!!!!

Vaggie: (biting her tongue so hard she's bleeding as the bones in her forearm begin to snap and break, holding Charlie's leg up by the bend in her knee with the crook of her elbow with her free hand, and trying to breathe despite Charlie's tail constricting her waist)

You're doing great, babe. (kisses Charlie's sweaty hair) Just a little more. You can do it.

Demon Charlie: (slumps against the pillows with a pitiful sob) I can't. I can't. I can't do it. *sob - hic* I can't.

Rosie: (on Charlie's other side, holding her other leg up with one arm and petting her hair with the other - mostly trying to make sure Charlie doesn't rush forward and poke out anyone's eyes with her horns)

Of course, you can! You're doing wonderful, darling! Isn't she doing great, Carmilla?

Carmilla: (sitting at the end of the bed with her hands hidden between Charlie's legs) It's Carmine to you, Rosie. But, yes, she is doing well. The baby's head is almost out, then the biggest problem will be the shoulders. Push on three, Princess. One.... two.... three.

Demon Charlie: (growls ferally as she pushes again, pressing her legs against Vaggie and Rosie's grip for leverage, and spewing fire out of the sides of her mouth)

AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! (slumps against the pillows again)

Carmilla: That's it, Princess. (grabs a warm, wet towel and starts wiping the baby's face and hair) Esta bebé se parecerá a Vaggie, lo juro. The head is out. Now, all you have to do is get the shoulders. Charlotte, you'll have to give a really big push to get them out. One more should do it. Can you do it?

Demon Charlie: (panting and whimpering as she nods) U-Uh-huh....

Rosie: Two....

-In the Foyer-

Lilith: (sitting on the couch and seething as she downs her fifth cocktail) That self-entitled, boorish, sorry excuse of an angel dares to tell me, ME, the Queen of HELL to wait outside while my daughter gives birth!

Angel: Honestly, I'm not surprised, bitch. Vags has no clue who the fuck you are. She's never met ya. You weren't there for Charlie when she opened the hotel, you were mysteriously missing during the fight against heaven, gone for the hotel rebuildin', didn't show up for their wedding, missed out on all the pregnancy bullshit. Shit, if she had let you in, I woulda been insulted!

Lilith: (horns grow in anger) Why you pathetic sex worker-

Lucifer: (boops Lilith's nose with a rolled up magazine) No. Mm-mmm. Not today or any other day. Angel has a point. You decided to go off galivanting in Heaven during all of this, so you have no right to be mad that you aren't in there right now.

Lilith: (blinks and black shadows swirl around her) HOW DARE YOU?!?!?!

Lucifer: (boops again) No. Down. Bad, Lili, bad.

Husk: (pours himself another drink) Never in a million years would I have thought that this was the relationship the King and Ex-Queen of Hell would have.

Lilith: I am STILL the QUEEN!!!!

Angel: Hardly. No one cares about you anymore. Everyone's all about Charlie after the war against the Exorcists. Your reign is done, your ex-highn-ass.

Lilith: (opens her mouth to refute only to be cut off by Charlie's growling, scream of a screech)

-Fire explodes through the hotel without burning the inhabitants-

Exile

For their disobedience, God expelled Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden.

Their physical condition changed as a result of having eaten the forbidden fruit; and just as God had promised, they became mortal beings.

God also told Adam.

"In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the land, for from it you were taken; for dust you are, and to dust you will return."

God also told Eve.

"you will give birth to your children in pain"

That's how they left the comforts of paradise.

After influencing Eve to eat the forbidden fruit, Lucifer began a rebellion in heaven.

However, Lucifer was arrested and expelled with Lilith to hell by the Archangel Michael.

Destined to live in the shadows of hell for their entire lives.

Since the exile, Adam and Eve had gone through many difficulties at the beginning.There were days when they did not eat, because in the Garden of Eden they fed on the fruits of the trees.

Adam couldn't let Eve go through that situation, maybe he could live like that but she couldn't.

Adam had to learn to harvest the land in order to grow crops on it.He also had to look for a place that could provide them with water,although Eve was the one who managed to find a lake near the place where they settled.

They had built a small and simple home to shelter themselves and after a while things got better for them.

Everything was going well and they finally got peace.

Adam returned home where Eve was waiting for him. He had been hunting all day and now he was tired.Hunting in this place was not as easy as in Eden because the animals no longer saw them as their superiors and also wanted to eat them.

Finally he arrived home and entered looking for his wife.

"Eve, I'm back where you are."

After a tiring day Adam enjoyed coming home and snuggling in the arms of his beautiful wife.

Eve, who had heard her husband's voice from the back of the house, ran inside to receive him.

"Adam, you're back."

She threw herself into his arms to hug him with a smile on her lips, Adam returned the hug and kissed her head lovingly.

"I missed you too, darling."

After a moment they separated and Adam gently took her face so he could kiss her.He planted a small kiss on her lips to which she responded with the same affection as him.

They separated and he looked at her with total adoration.

Eve moved away a little and took his hand.

"Let's go eat Adam so you can rest"

Adam nodded and let himself be guided by his wife to the place where they ate together every day.

While they were having dinner, Eve talked to him about everything she did that day, although it wasn't anything too interesting, Adam paid full attention to her stories.

After they finished dinner they went to a tree near their house that gave them a nice view of the stars at night.

It was the time of day when they were together without interruptions and they took advantage of it to sit together and look at the sky while Adam played for her.

Eve enjoyed listening to her husband as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"We should go back before it gets darker."

They weren't usually out when it was too dark because they knew there were animals lurking in the dark.

They walked home holding hands so as not to be separated.

They entered their home and entered their improvised room.

They lay down next to each other to sleep.

They wished each other sweet dreams and closed their eyes trying to sleep.

Both had arranged themselves so that they had their backs to each other so as not to see each other.

Although neither of them could fall asleep, the atmosphere between them felt uncomfortable and they did not know why.

It was too quiet until Adam turned to see his wife who had her back to him.

"Eve"

His voice was barely a whisper that caused her a small shiver that he noticed.He didn't want her to be scared so he made her look at him.

She looked at him with a small blush on her cheeks and her breathing hitched with nerves.

Adam noticed this and smiled, bringing his face closer to hers. When she didn't move away, he brought his lips to hers to kiss her.

That kiss was not like the others, it was desperate and needy although full of love for the other.

They separated slightly so they could breathe and looked at each other lovingly before joining their lips again, this time more passionate.

Adam positioned himself over her to look at her, she had red cheeks that made her look more beautiful, he caressed her cheek and joined their lips again.

Eve took his face in her hands to bring him closer to her while Adam stroked her hair.

Adam's hands began to descend to her waist making her tense.He pulled away to look at her with concern, he didn't want her to feel uncomfortable.

"Eve, calm down, I'm not going to hurt you, I can stop if that's what you want."

Eve looked away but Adam made her look him in the eye.

Eve caressed his cheek lovingly.

"Adam"

Her whisper was enough for him to join their lips again in a kiss, this time slower and full of love, although little by little it increased in intensity.

When he placed his hands on her waist again he felt her tense but this time she didn't push him away, yet he caressed her as if she were the most fragile and was going to break.

The silence of the night was invaded by small sighs of two people loving each other who felt safe in each other's arms.

In my Adam Queen of Hell fanfic the Exorcists are led by Lilith and instead of Lute, the Lieutenant of the Exorcists is Lilith’s husband Steve who is basically the male version of Eve. Steve like Eve is fiercely loyal to Lilith much like how Eve is fiercely loyal to Adam. But Steve doesn’t have Eve’s compassion and will do anything to see Lilith smile. Steve also hates Adam and wants to present his head to Lilith because Adam dared to leave Lilith for Lucifer and the couple convincing him to eat the Forbidden Fruit. While both Lilith and Steve are extremely cruel, they both love each other very much and are devoted to each other.

What if, instead of Lilith being the one who left Lucifer, it was Lucifer who agreed to break off their relationship because God cursed Lilith with the curse of all of her relationships being onesided once she left Adam, and so Lucifer agreed to divorce Lilith privately but still acted like they were together in public because their image as a royal family couldn't take the hit of them actually being divorced.

Basically, Lucifer stopped loving Lilith after a while and that led to their separation and Lilith's eventual rise (?) to heaven. It would also make sense for the "Lilith owns Alastor's soul" theory because Alastor isn't a good guy at all and he would much rather kill everyone in that hotel and take their souls than protect them, so maybe it's Lilith still doing everything she can to protect Lucifer and Charlie out of a futile attempt at them reconnecting and falling in love again (romantic for Lucifer, familial for Charlie because Lilith has been gone for so long that Charlie has forgotten her love for her). Alastor is just Lilith's tool, and he knows it which is also why he had that breakdown at the end of episode 8
