It's time to rewire the brain. Recovery starts now!!! While #neuroplasticity may be a culprit in the creation of #addiction it also holds the key to #recovery By harnessing the moldability of the brain and abandoning the #neuralconnections fed by #addictivebehaviors new pathways can be formed via the development of healthy behaviors and thought processes. Through carefully created treatment plans, people suffering from addiction can be released from its grip to move toward stability, insight, and self-awareness.

Exercise is like miracle grow for the #brain 🧠 . Have you heard about #neuroplasticity ? . Neuroplasticity: The brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neuroplasticity allows the neurons (nerve cells) in the brain to compensate for injury and disease and to adjust their activities in response to new situations or to changes in their environment. . And Exercise is the #1 way to create that #neuralconnection . E X E R C I S E 👈🏻 . Your brain will thank you!! 😍 . Do you need help starting a routine? Christianity Is An EXTREMELY Self Centered Thing To Believe In via /r/atheism
Submitted December 15, 2018 at 09:29AM by NeuralConnection (Via reddit https://ift.tt/2QNsvnd) Christianity Is An EXTREMELY Self Centered Thing To Believe In
Now what I am going to say applies to most theistic beliefs, but for the sake of argument Ill talk about christianity specifically.
The bible seems to imply that we are the most important aspect of the universes existence. It implies that we are basically the center and the reason god made the whole cosmos. If you are scientifically literate at all, or have simply seen a video showing the scale of the cosmos compared to earth ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iy7NzjCmUf0 ), you know that we and our planet are an INCOMPREHENSIBLY tiny part of the universe. You must admit that we are not the center of creation, and we are merely a very very tiny part of existence. But if you are a Christian, you basically must hold the belief that we are in fact at the center of the whole universe (figuratively). You must believe that we are the main point of the universes existence. To me a claim like that has to be the most egotistical, full of yourself claim I have ever heard.
Also, why the fuck would a god create a universe in which humans and planet earth is the main point of, yet make ua extremely extremely extremely small. That makes no sense. It would hold more merit if everything orbited around earth or something, but it doesn't. We are a tiny planet in a tiny insignificant corner of reality. So I ask to Christians, why would you believe we are the main point of this universe. And furthermore, why would god create a universe 10^200 bigger then us if we are the main and most important part of it.
