Trespassers will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on January 7 via Scream Factory, in conjunction with IFC Midnight. Formerly known as Hell Is Where the Home Is, it’s currently available on VOD.
The 2018 home invasion horror-thriller is directed by Orson Oblowitz (The Queen of Hollywood Blvd). Angela Trimbur, Janel Parrish, Jonathan Howard, Zach Avery, and Fairuza Balk star.

Two couples working through relationship issues rent a gorgeous house in the desert for a sex-and-drug-fueled escape from reality. Orson Oblowitz, Filmmaker/Photographer: I had a college professor that used to say Making art is to incite discourse. I truly think that’s all that matters at the end of the day. Good or bad that’s your Chinese dinner. Was the food good? Was the food bad? Films are much more complicated than that, even films that don’t seem to be that way.
All art is asking you to just dig a little deeper. Nothing makes me happier than hearing or seeing people talk about my film. I don’t care if you hate it. The worse thing I could do (and I think any filmmaker or artist can do) is be mediocre. We die in mediocrity.
I think right now in this crazy content-laden world that we’re in, I think our biggest enemy as artists is mediocrity and that’s my goal as a filmmaker. I don’t necessarily think I make great movies. Some people hate them and I’m okay with that because if you’re going to talk about it, if it’s going to bring up conversation, if it’s something that in any way incites you to discuss anything, I’m happy…(Watch the video interview on Youtube here).
