I think people don't give due importance to Izuku being compared and associated with All for one, hori wouldn't put that down for anything

Thats right, izuku was compared to afo and acting similar as him (which he does!) multible times and for some reason most people stay quite about that or ignore it. And not only was he compared to afo quite often but also called "looking like a villain" by a lot of people and EVEN BY VILLAINS! And on top we hear the afo theme playing for IZUKU of all people, when he fights chisaki in the anime. Not the all might theme, not his own theme or some other heroic sounding theme... NO! The theme of the MAIN VILLAIN plays for izuku the moment he beats an actual villain up so badly while HE DOES look villainous in chisakis AND the audiences eyes! As if hori is saying "be glad he is on the good guys side. That boy would make a TERRIFYING villain believe me!"

And personally I think afos original plan was to turn izuku into a villain when the time was right. I know, you have the theory that afo actually planned for izuku to be a possible vessel for him similar like tomura and I do believe thats indeed very possible. Personally I just think it makes more sense if izuku was supposed to be a vessel for YOICHI! Afo wants yoichi back! Not just as a vestige inside his head but ALONGSIDE him!

And I think now that was his original reason to father a child. To put yoichis vestige inside his child which then would be raised by him like he did when he and yoichi were kids, acting as a surrogate parent. Only that this time afo wanted to make sure that the "new yoichi" would turn out more villainous which obviously failed. Either because izuku turned out as even more heroic then yoichi was, or afo could not finish his planns with him thanks to all might potatofying him and giving ofa to izuku.

Based off the recent manga chapters where AFO constantly brings up All Might. Thinks about All Might. Compares other heroes to All Might. Fanboy behaviour 👏👏

All For One gasped as he made it in time to see All Might barreling down a hall toward the large vault door at the end. He’d come as fast as he could when he’d heard All Might had found his most secret location. He felt panic as All Might drew back an arm to deliver a punch that would smash through the door.

“WAIT!” All For One yelled, running to catch up. That vault held his most important things! He couldn’t let All Might get in there!

All Might paid him no attention. He broke the door right off its hinges with vengeance, stepping into the vault with his hands on his hips just as All For One made it to the no-longer-existing door.

“Fear not!” All Might announced. “I am here to rescue—” He cut off as the dim vault lights finally flickered on, revealing the vault’s contents.

There was a long moment of stunned silence, in which All For One felt colour begin to rise on his cheeks. Especially as All Might turned around and stared at him incredulously.

“What is this?” the hero asked, voice strangled as he gestured to the vault.

The vault. Which was basically a fan shrine to All Might himself.

The entire room was filled with All Might merchandise: posters, clothing, figurines, toys, stuffies, mugs, and other such paraphernalia. Some of it was limited edition and collector’s items, while some was common merch. But there was so much of it that it was practically an eyesore.

All For One felt his blush deepen. This was the worst! He really wished he’d been able to keep his collection at home, but Inko had insisted on clearing out the spare room to make it into a nursery for their unborn baby.

“I-It’s—It’s, uh…” All For One shifted awkwardly. He was hyper-aware of All Might’s piercing blue gaze on him, and had to work to contain the boyish glee at having the undivided attention of his idol. “It’s a, um. For my son.”

All Might’s brows furrowed. “…You have a son?”

Well. All For One didn’t actually know their baby’s gender yet, but Inko insisted it was going to be a boy. “Yeah,” he lied.

All Might’s face hardened, and he stomped towards All For One menacingly. “Where have you trapped the boy? Are you keeping him in a different vault? Was this a trick vault to prevent me from rescuing him?!”

All For One’s heart fluttered with excitement as his idol—the only hero who’d ever been able to match up to him—got into his personal space. “Wha—? I wouldn’t put my son in a vault! My wife would kill me!” he blurted out.

All Might’s jaw went slack. “You’re married?!”

Oops! He’d revealed more than he meant to.

“No,” he quickly lied again.

All Might backed him up against the wall, slamming his fist next to All For One’s head. The concrete cracked behind him.

All For One had to bite his lip to prevent himself from asking for All Might’s autograph.

“Don’t play games with me, All For One,” All Might growled.

All For One pushed down a squeal of excitement. All Might was so cool! How intimidating! No one else had ever been able to make him feel this way!

“I’m confiscating all of that merchandise for police investigation.”

The statement was like cold water poured over his head. All For One gasped. “No! You can’t!”

All Might snorted derisively and glanced back at the vault.

All For One’s hackles rose as he sensed a threat to his precious collection. “Don’t you touch my stuff!” he shrieked.

All Might’s eyes widened. “Your—?”

He didn’t get to finish his sentence as All For One went on the attack, fanboy instincts haywire to protect his hero merch.

Maybe it's just my speculation, but it seems to me that AFO has a soft spot for a certain type of person.

That moment when Mineta talks AFO out of stealing Tokoyami's quirk always struck me as very strange. AFO really had no reason to pass up the opportunity to steal a powerful quirk, but he looked into Mineta's tear-stained eyes, while also remembering Jirou's tear-stained face, and suddenly changed his mind. We don't know what AFO was thinking at that moment. All we see is a meaningful "…", after which he leaves, because "every precious second counts now".

Although, to be honest, it seems to me that this whole situation looked like he was looking for an excuse for himself not to steal Tokoyami's quirk. He pretended that he just didn't have time to get a quirk, but I think that's bullshit. AFO is definitely fast enough to steal multiple people's Quirks in a matter of seconds. He had already done something similar when Eri's quirk first started affecting him.

He definitely could have taken Tokoyami's quirk, but he decided not to.

I suspect that the students reminded him of Yoichi when he was still a child: a weakling with tear-stained eyes. The reminder of his brother made him feel uncomfortable, so he hurried away.

Maybe this weakness for people who remind him of Yoichi will play a role in the near future. After all, Izuku has a lot in common with Yoichi: Izuku is small and weak/worthless (according to AFO), but more importantly, Izuku is very stubborn and he is hopelessly kind, just like Yoichi. Izuku, like Yoichi, is a gentle person, but he has strong moral principles that he will stand up for if he has to. They have similar personalities, and I think Izuku is really very similar to little Yoichi.

I don't expect AFO to get redemption or anything like that. Unlike Tomura, who was manipulated from his birth, AFO committed evil knowingly and deliberately. AFO is the real villain and after everything he's done, he doesn't deserve to be forgiven. However, I believe that until AFO accepts his brother's death and admits that he regrets the way he treated him, he will not leave Japan alone. Even now that AFO has accepted that Yoichi's death has left a hole in his soul, he still views his brother's death as a tool for achieving power. "It is tragedy that makes people stronger" is what he said.

But at the same time, AFO spent nearly a century trying to bring back his dead brother, only to lose him again, this time perhaps for good. Regardless of what AFO says, this is indeed a major blow to him. And as long as this wound bleeds, he will be a threat to heroic society. Someone needs to help him heal this wound so he can leave.

I'm guessing that Yoichi might return at some point to talk to his brother one last time, but I'm not sure how that could happen considering Eri's quirk failed to return OFA to Izuku.

Even if Yoichi doesn't end up coming back, I think Izuku will still make an attempt to talk to AFO to help him. Whether this attempt will be successful or not.

Since Aoyama is together with Deku, AFO will probably use DFO to hit him by table

Espicially because aoyama is taking izukus hand in his own (aoyadeku canon 😁) and wants to run with him together. The same thing kudou and yoichi did which made afo lash out in jealousy. We have seen that afos focus has turned completly on izuku, now that yoichi is presumably gone (which I dont think. I believe he is still inside izuku) and aoyama trying to "steal" izuku could trigger a similar reaction from afo like the one he showed in the past. Maybe at this point afo would use a dfo reveal in the hope for people to abandone izuku out of shock and hate for his person.

Look, say whatever the hell you want about AFO but don't you ever say he's not a good villain. That motherfucker is down right DEVIOUS! He's sinister! He's the most evil piece of shit, bro listen...

I cannot stand him. As a villain fucker, I wouldn't and couldn't have him in my roster for favorites. That being said, in my book he's truly what a villain should be: PURE FUCKING EVIL. Dawg just out her fucking stuff up for the hell of it at this point.

No spoilers, I just wanna say from what I've been seeing here lately with the manga he's absolutely the number one best villain (in terms of: he knows how to make you hate him).

If I had a gun with only 2 bullets and I was in a room with AFO and Danzo from Naruto (*another villain I absolutely fucking hate), I'd shoot AFO twice...

Fun fact: Izuku and Yoichi have the same eye color.

I mean, it's not weird that some characters have the same eye color (for example, Miс in the anime also has green eyes), but Izuku and Yoichi's eyes are literally the same shade of green!

In fact, the shades of their eyes are slightly different in this picture, but I'm pretty sure it's due to the different drawing style of their eyes and the lighting because these frames are from different anime episodes. You may not even notice the difference in color the first time.

I wonder why they have the same eye color. Studio Bones changed the eye color of some characters in the anime (for example, changing Iida's red eyes to blue), but I doubt that they would arbitrarily make Yoichi's eye color exactly like Izuku's. Did Horikoshi really ask Bones to do this? Did the animators ask Horikoshi what color eyes they should make for Yoichi, and Horikoshi told them to make Yoichi's eyes the same color as Izuku's? Why? What's the point of this?

Perhaps it's just a matter of symbolism, as was the case, for example, with Bakugo and Kudo. Horikoshi made Bakugo look very similar to Kudo to show that Bakugo is the embodiment of Kudo's will in the battle against AFO. So perhaps Yoichi and Izuku's eye color being the same is also to show that Izuku carries Yoichi's will.

However, I can't help but wonder if there was another reason for giving these two characters the same eye color. After all, we all know about the DFO theory, and since AFO's brother has green eyes, that means AFO has green eye color in his genes, which could be passed on to potential children.

Although, I ask you not to take my reasoning too seriously, because it is based on what we saw in the anime, and the anime is not the original source. It's still an interesting detail, though, and I'd like to see it play into the story in one way or another.
