theres just something about dokja sympathizing with “beings cast out from the story who couldnt even participate as extras” thats so fundamentally tied with his own characterization, he might as well have been considered an outer god from the start

thank you to anyone and everyone who has ever supported me or interacted with my works. you mean more to me than you will ever know. you are the reason why I continue on and why I feel confident enough to post my utter insanities. I am truly grateful and fortunate to have people who enjoyed something stupid that I made. even if you just read something I wrote and didn't interact, the fact that you took the time to read it makes me feel so happy. thank you.
I'm going to go talk to robot aki boyfriend now until I inevitability pass out

YOU HAVE 15 CATS??? DO THEY ALL SLEEP IN ONE LONG BED WHEREING MATCHING HATS OR WHAT?!?
i hope u and ur 15 cats are doing wonderfully
I do!! Idk what it is about maine coons but one of mine gave birth to 4 kittens (well, 6-7 but a few of them died during birth) and then eventually gave birth to ANOTHER 5 kittens and then she had grandchildren and we also keep getting our friends’ and families’ cats for some reason and now we just have a bunch of cats lying around in every room 😭 they all have their favorite spots but half of them LOVES sleeping in our rooms, and they’ve gotten really good at bolting in whenever we open the door.
Most of them are so affectionate too especially the boys,,, they never scratch or bite out of anger. (But they do love to play and they keep forgetting they have knives in their mouth and paws) …Except for Tofu bc she is mean and she doesn’t get along with the other cats. She’s VERY affectionate with me though, and only me.
They’re all doing great and i love them 👍 have a tofu

I'm having feelings over the fact that the most selfless thing Kim Dokja could do is to live, wholly, as himself, in good health and with the people he loves most, who love him the most. How everyone gets to be angry at him for leaving, angry at the world for taking him away, and yet that anger can never have a real target so his companions become angry at themselves. I really enjoyed the range of emotions displayed from all the supporting and side characters, how they each got time for us to see how they react to their world ending once with the apocalypse, and then again and again when they become devoted to a man who loves them to death and back. And they just. Keep going. None of them want a world without Kim Dokja but they live through it anyways and they carry on, day by day, year by year, yelling, crying, playing pranks on each other, sharing stories with each other, fighting each other, fighting for each other.

@beatingheart-bride
"Pa," Randall began, just as surprised as Emily was by what his father said, but before he could say anymore, Wilhelm raised his hand to stop them both, saying gently, "I know, lad, I know. I remember what you said the other night about you being engaged, and...you both have our blessing-both Junie's and mine."
"We want our son to be happy," June said, giving a tender smile in turn. "And we want you to happy too, Emily, and we've seen for ourselves that you two are at your happiest together, and...it would just be wrong of us to keep you apart! We know that now, and so, if being together makes you happiest...well, then who are we to argue?"
Like any parents, they wanted to ensure the safety and happiness of their child, and it was very clear to the Paces that not only was Randall happy with his bride-to-be, he was also safe with her-and the same could be said of Emily; she felt secure enough around their boy to confide her true nature to him, and was very clearly over the moon to be with him. To try and keep them apart as they did before...it would deeply unfair of them.
"And even beyond all of that," June confessed shyly, speaking now to Emily. "We...we'd like you to have not just our boy in your life, but us as well, if you'd permit it. Wil and I...we can't imagine what you've been through, and how lonely you must've been, and for so long, and...we'd like to change that, and be a support to you, if we can."
