My take on a human Applejack
-> is not a student currently, works full time at her family's farm (might like to try out agricultural science once Appleboom is older)
-> is the oldest of the bunch (24)
-> is close with Fluttershy since she lives close to the farm and likes to check on the animals there
-> her and Pinkie Pie are cousins
-> gay ; is preoccupied with work to make moves though
-> met Rarity through Fluttershy. She often brings her resources from her farm or around town. She met Rainbow Dash and Sunset Shimmers through Rarity
-> met Twilight and Sci-Twi through Pinkie (it took her some time to realize that they were twins)
-> is the one in charge of making deliveries in town with her truck (designated driver most of the times)
-> is close with Starlight Glimmer
-> hat is from late father ; hair tie was part of her late mom's headband (it was divided into three and shared among the siblings)

[ OC ] gaia
a demon adept in mimicry who escaped from hell and slaughtered a magical girl. she wears her skin and uses dark magic to preserve the image of her host in order to trick unsuspecting victims.
age: 70000
mimic form: 5’1
true form: 12’0 (including horns)
species: mimic demon
sexuality: aroace lesbian
in her mimic form, she uses a variety of weapons to dispose of innocents she doesn’t deem “worthy” to inhabit. her favourite is the chainsaw due to its messy tendencies. being stuck in hell for hundreds of centuries and only now escaping to the surface, she is fascinated with man-made weaponry, and finds it satisfying to kill humans with their own creations.
in her true form, she has sharp misshapen teeth, sunken eyes, long thin hair, sharp horns and claws. she is not made to be comprehended by humans, so to mortals, her body is a thin, constantly altering and pulsing mass of black vines. this is used to disorient victims.
gaia’s mimicry can be identified by the blurry/muddied, almost glassy eyes of her hosts. she has yet to find a way to disguise eyes properly. this detail is almost unnoticeable to mortals, however to other demons and hunters from hell like lynne, its very easy to spot.
as gaia is a runaway sinner, she is actively being hunted by lynne. however, despite lynne’s orders, she seems to have formed a strange bond with gaia. whether it is genuine or simply a form of deceit to lure in and dispose of the mimic is unknown.

A parallel of Colin’s smug look except one is real smug and the other one is fake
It’s the same smug look except that it’s not at all the same, like one is so much more genuine, and almost alive than the other. The other is literally just a mask and you know who’s single handedly responsible for the shift?
This queen and mother right here

I think the reason Charles never refers to Hawkeye by his name is because it’s a nickname, because he’ll call BJ, Margaret, and Klinger by their names without issue, and I could write up an entire post about Charles’ approach to names and nicknames and I might come back and do that tomorrow when it’s not so late
For now I just want to make the point that there’s a scenario in my head where Charles tried one (1) time to call Hawkeye Benjamin in casual conversation and the entire conversation ground to a halt because they both got incredibly uncomfortable about it because it sounded so WRONG and they agreed to never talk about it again

I'm once again thinking about the missed opportunities to have Klaus and Kol bond more. Part of Klaus' whole motivation as a vampire is to get his werewolf part back and to finally be stronger than Mikael (sort of, I'm simplifying) both of which can be obtained by breaking his curse. But Kol? Kol is the only other original that can relate to having a fundamental part of themself ripped away from them. Klaus might not have known he was a werewolf until he killed, but he likely still had a connection he couldn't explain, as evident by him going to watch the wolves transform. And something he'd never been able to explain was now gone. He might only be able to realise the connection afterwards through its absence.
Kol though. Kol had grown up with magic, a connection to nature and the world around him in a way the rest of his siblings supposedly didn't have. And then he gets turned. And not only has his baby brother died, his father has just murdered him and the rest of his siblings after forcing them to drink human blood, which he'll later learn. Now, not only does he have to deal with the grief of Henrik's death and also his own but also the loss of his magic. A loss that's likely only worsened by Kol being a self-proclaimed child prodigy.
Kol is pretty much the only one who could understand what Klaus is going through with the binding of his wolf. We know Kol searched for ways to get his magic back/carry on practicing magic in the same way that Klaus was looking for ways to break his curse. While Klaus likely could still feel his wolf there despite being bound, Kol has no access to his magic anymore. I just think they should've been able to bond or connect over their shared loss of an intrinsic aspect of their selves at the hands of their parents

The writers have such a good way to really give wyldfyre some major backstory here, explain why she acts the way she does, but also why she was so defiant on being a ninja! And basically becoming a part of the family. We know from her that she has witnessed many dragons pass from the wasting sickness. To the point where heatwave is the only one she had left.
she is so scared of witnessing the people and things she loves suffer, of experiencing great loss and grief, she was too scared to become a ninja. She didn’t want to join the family. Not because she’s selfish, not because she’s doesn’t care for them, But because she’s afraid to be apart of a something again. She finally decided maybe it was worth it, she really bonded with Kai, she saw him as her family (I don’t think she’d know what a dad is ??) then he gets ripped away from her as quickly as he came. She didn’t even get to say goodbye, she witnessed it with her own eyes and couldn’t go anything to stop it.
It could be a really good learning arc for her, that loss is apart of life, it hurts ( she probably didn’t have the usual talk all kids hear when their first pet dies, because she wasn’t raised by humans. And from zanes experience with grief. I don’t think robot’s completely understand it until it happens. So she probably wants taught it) But that shouldn’t stop you from loving people, that shouldn’t stop you from being apart of something, of being loved. Loss is the reason you love those people so much, because eventually you won’t be able tell them anymore, so you do it as much as you can now. Not hide away from that feeling, don’t push it down.
*this next part is spoilers for pt 2 s2 of dr*
It could also play really well into her having her love interest (bf, because rn I refuse to believe this is the wyldfyre who is getting one 😭 ) she’s gonna be scared of getting close to him, of the feelings she’s experiencing.
Maybe he helps her with he grief of loosing Kai, so they bond quiet well, but she doesn’t want to do anything about her feeling for him because she doesn’t want to get hurt again. Nya could help her, talk her through what she’s feeling. Tell her about how Kai and her lost their parents really young, she found love really young, and they faced many challenges together in their relationship. No matter how hard it was for nya and jay to love eachother they always did. Because love IS worth it. Platonic or romantic. Hopefully Wyldfyre will realise these, want to be a family, want to love people. she will learn to embrace the hurt and the pain it brings.
Wow this felt like s rant but I have so many ideas for this, they can’t hint to wyldfyre angst and not do anything with it!! I really really hope they pull something like this off. It would be so good for her as a character.
