(final relaxation pose at the yoga class)" How many times have I heard after lessons at my yoga class! I had to say all the time "Oh I am so sorry." Therefore, when I started planning to launch an online class, I was excited, "Their dream can come true online!" So, this class is the very first program idea in my online class. Heading into a real "gird your loins" stretch at work, so @adrienelouise's "yoga for psoas" couldn't have come at a better time. I took a two-month break from yoga while I got back on the treadmill. I've been stiff and sore for two months, with the additional benefit of all my running-associated traits: namely, competitiveness and impatience.
