What a blessing yesterday was. I got to spend the day with some of the most amazing people and watch one of my best friends get married! It was a beautiful, simple event filled with love, laughter, great food and drink, and just plain good vibes. 😊 Congratulations Mikey and Ashley! I love you so much and I wish you all the love and luck in the world as you start this next part of your journey together 💜 I was thankful that Nina was with me because she I forgot to bring my medication and she ended up alerting to an oncoming panic attack during the mother son dance. I had enough time to make it outside and before Nina started escalating her alerts and was able to sit down while Nina gave me #deeppressuretherapy. She ignored everything from applause, being bumped into, and even a few kids that were trying to distract her while I was having my panic attack (thankfully my sister was there to tell them to stop).
