Mom and Dad! Do a little dance!!
I made these little silly puppets to give to Chili and Bandit’s voice actors since they were guesting at a local convention. I was able to hand them off and they were the sweetest people ever!
After making these puppets I’m dying to make more silly little guys!

I made a shirt.
Tada!
Lol it's just two rectangles sewn together.
This is my first time (that I can remember) using chenille yarn.
Like pretty much all the yarn I own, I picked it up second hand; this time from Goodwill. Got 4 skeins of the same yarn and they all had sleeves/labels . A rare opportunity so I had to grab them.
Decided to experiment. I wasn't sure if the fabric I was working up would be wide enough or long enough but hey, f*ck around and find out I guess.
I used a large gauge, 41 peg loom.
Only used 40.
Slip stitch the end pegs. E wrap seed stitch the rest.
Just worked away at the yarn, using 2 skeins for each rectangle.
Sewed the side seams and shoulder seams.
And done. New shirt acquired.
It's cozy.
A bit short but crop sweaters are in style right?
Posted pics of the label from the yarn I used if anyone wants to hunt some down for themselves.
(Sidenote: I finished this last night and my husband wasn't aware I was making it.
I was wearing it today when I opened the door to welcome him home from work...then we sat together at the table...then chatted...he hadn't noticed...at allllllll....
"honey, i made a new top."
"oh?" He looks around then down at the shirt I'm actually wearing right in front of him. "Oh! It looks good."
🤦)

Hey! Just a reminder that if you're bored and want to do art but feel you have no artistic skills, you can make paper snowflakes. I just remembered that's a thing I can do and it was very fun. All you need is paper and scissors! Check out the ones I made.

What you'll need
Stones
Activated charcoal
Potting soil
Pebbles
Glass vessel
Gardening tools (small ones, ones used for bonsai's would be very helpful)
Plants
Guide
Cover the bottom of your terrarium with stones. Make sure the layer is about 1 1/2 inches thick.
Add a very thin layer of activated charcoal. This help prevent bacteria to grow.
Add a layer of potting soil. Recomended thickness of about 2 1/2 inches.
Add your plants. Start with your largest plant first and prune the roots as you go.
Complete the look with a layer of pebbles. Add any additional trinkets for extra personality.
Pro Tip: Water base every two weeks. Place in bright, indirect sunlight.

I made a series on Tiktok a while ago, and decided to turn it into a compilation with chapters, so you can follow along easily! I use simple computer paper, elastic thread, beads, foam, fake-leather and recycled leather. I would love it if you left a comment or like on the YouTube video!
