Late blog post! Hump Day was thoroughly dominated. 馃挭馃徑 I felt strong and accomplished after this one!
-I ran through a 55 minute weight-training and cardio HIIT routine (heavy n the weight training). My range was 5-15 lbs for compound and static exercises. I did metabolic strength moves and mixed impact moves for the cardio.
-I then tacked on another 10 minutes of weighted leg work on the mat! Plus a deep stretch.
Total calorie burn = 412 kcals 馃挭馃徑

Francesco Ridolfi, Patrizia Cagliani, and Luca de Padova, architects, designed a 'martyr's corner' - a workout area - in the bedroom of de Padova's Milan apartment. The outsize door is actually a panel that turns the room into a secret chamber.
