Why is no one talking about Caleb starting the Clawthorne family traditions?

Like, I read many theories about the Clawthornes being this bird and palismen carving family that Caleb marries into, but it was most likely the exact opposite?

Caleb:

Likes to carve since childhood.

What happens if you are left alone in the Demon realm after your brother left to make plans on how to kill the whole witch population? You go and maybe get into an old hobby.

...It moves

You start up a shop and meet a nice which, date her, start a family. You get killed by your brother for it. Your wife continues in with your trade and starts a tradition of palismen carving.

Caleb is being depicted with birds all the time / is represented by birds.

Also:

Notice how the gravesfield logo has bird and wings

While the Emperor's coven is sword and wing and no bird.

Back to the Golden Guard sigil

No sword no wing only birb

So wing(s) and sword are Belos.

And bird is Caleb.

So we got Caleb who's been carving wood since childhood, is represented by birds and is probably The Clawthorne ancestor.

And we got a nameless which who was never even implied to have anything to do with carving or birds.

From a storytelling viewpoint, place your bets who the whole "Birds are a Clawthorne thing" and "Palismen carvers for generations" thing is for / coming from.
