Club soda is more sweet and tonic water is more bitter #They can be used interchangeably most of the time. This is one of those times #If you want to make it a COCKTAIL and not a mocktail it’s pretty much a lemon drop with extra steps so just go with vodka #This recipe image has less flair to it because this is a less. Its a light cake this time, with vanilla sponge cake, white chocolate and almonds cream, strawberry jello, strawberry mousse with slices of fresh strawberries

And its gonna be a simple white cream on top, with strawberries as decorations on top, and on the sides chocolate shavings in two colors 🤭

Last cake was 22cm (8.66 inches) in diameter, 9cm (3.54 in) high, while this one is 28cm (11.02 in) in diameter and 11cm (4.33 in) high
