The first thing I thought of when seeing Boothill was "Save a horse ride, a cowboy" 🤠 But then I thought it would be adorable if his s/o took that literally and they enjoy getting piggyback rides from him all around the place.
Does he care that people give you guys looks? No. Do you take his hat and wear it while you're there? Occasionally. Does he particularly mind? Of course not, cuz it's not his hat anymore it belongs to both of you if you wanna borrow it.
I’ve seen the Boothill playlists, lol.
But ohhh my gosh that’s so cute.
“Boothill! Carry me.”
Doesn’t matter where. Doesn’t matter when. Sure, he’ll carry you. He’s your Favorite method of transportation. And he’s sooo strong too, given he’s a cyborg so…he has no problem carrying you whenever you’d like.
And yeah he doesn’t care at ALL what people think, why would he?
I ended up on the “how to lift someone using the bridal or fireman carry” wikihow and I’m sobbing imagining him just…slinging you over his shoulders. You wanna be carried? Fine. This is easiest so that’s what you’re getting.
But yes this leads me to the idea of really physically affectionate Boothill. He can’t keep his hands off of you.
One of his favorites is to just pull you into his lap while he’s sitting. He tends to just rest his chin on your head, holding your hand…KING of CLING.
And yeah that is no longer his hat. That is OUR hat. I bet if you have piercings the two of you can swap around earrings. Oh you have cutesy earrings exclusively?? He doesn’t care. He’ll wear whatever earrings you’ve got, very proudly too.

shoes in FMA rated on how comfortable they'd be to fight in
Edward Elric
Tumblr media
considering Ed's uhhh very distinct taste in aesthetics, these could be a lot worse. they look relatively comfortable and don't seem like they'd be difficult to move around in. they are platforms though, which I imagine makes things more difficult. I'll be generous and give these a 7/10
Most of the Amestrian military
Tumblr media
pretty much everyone in uniform wears the same shoes, so I'm lumping them all together. these are Roy's, if that matters. they look fine. I imagine that because it is part of a military uniform, it's designed to be moved around in and worn for hours on end, so ideally they're relatively comfortable. it doesn't look like there's much traction, but they're usually fighting on flat surfaces so whatever. 8/10
Fu and Lan Fan
Tumblr media
these shoes fucking rule. the picture I've included is Lan Fan's, but they wear p much the same shoes. I fucking love these things. they have spikes. Edward Elric fucking wishes. considering this seems to be part of the bodyguard uniform, I'd imagine they're as easy to run around in as the military shoes, if not better since they're expected to be doing martial arts in them. but most importantly, they have spikes. 10/10, no notes.
Ling and Mei
Tumblr media
on the topic of doing martial arts, both Ling and Mei wear these.... I'm not sure what they are. flats? slippers? it's unclear. (EDIT: they are apparently Kung Fu shoes!) they seem relatively easy to move around in I guess since they're not very cumbersome and both Ling and Mei rely on being very nimble. they look like they have absolutely no support in the soles though, which is gonna get painful after a certain point. also depending on what fabric they're made of, they could definitely start chafing. I've worn flats. I know that hell. 7/10 for the potential blisters, but at least they're designed specifically for martial arts
Greedling and Bradley
Tumblr media Tumblr media
it's hard to get a good shot in this scene because neither of them stop moving, but I swear to god, they're fighting in dress shoes. I cannot stand them. this CANNOT be comfortable. I know Greed prioritizes aesthetics over function so this was probably a compromise between his and Ling's tastes but ohhh my god. he was probably wasting so much of the philosopher's stone just passively healing the million blisters on his feet from running around in these things. there's a chance Bradley is wearing the military uniform shoes but I think he was in more formal dress when he got blown the fuck up, so I don't think so. no wonder he complains about being sore, quit running around in dress shoes you fucking moron. 4/10.
Greed
Tumblr media
THESE FUCKING THIIIIIIIINGS. WHY ARE THEY POINTY AT THE END. WHY DOES IT LOOK LIKE SOMEONE HIT HIS FOOT WITH A MALLET AND FLATTENED THEM. he's so dumb. I love him. looking at these things tells me he would probably wear goth cowboy boots if he could, and tbh that would probably look better. 3/10 for Greed's overall silly as hell fashion sense
Lust
Tumblr media
okay. the heels make sense considering her whole vibe. however. these are part of her fucking BODY. when she gets incinerated, they grow back. can she even take them off???? I'm scared to ask. I guess if theyre part of her body, she doesn't have to worry about adjusting to balancing in them like you would normally with heels, but oh my god. she can never wear normal shoes. I would also be murderous if I had to wear heels all the time. 4/10.
Father and Izumi
Tumblr media Tumblr media
guys. these are sandals. it has been four hundred years and Father is still wearing the same outfit he was wearing in the damn desert. find a new outfit man. Izumi is apparently wearing bathroom slippers (hence the WC) so idk why she's even wearing those out of the house. Father gets 0/10 and Izumi gets 1/10 because she still manages to kick everyone's asses while wearing these, so respect
Envy
Tumblr media
PUT YOUR FUCKING TOES AWAY. -10000000/10

Reader who’s turned on by Matt’s little cowboy act!!!
Save A Horse
Tumblr media
Pairing: Matt Sturniolo X Female Reader
Synopsis: Matt’s little cowboy accent gets Y/N going, and he takes notice to it. He takes matters into his own hands🐎
Warnings⚠️: Suggestive at parts, but no actual sex in this one🫡
Song for the imagine: Wicked Game- Chris Isaak
The world was on fire and no one
could save me but you
It’s strange what desire make foolish people do
I’d never dream, that I’d meet somebody like you
At first it started as a joke, Matt's stupid little country accent. I found it funny and cute in the beginning, but now it made my cheeks flush and my brain race with inappropriate thoughts.
I never told him this because that was embarrassing. He literally did the weird voices for his brothers and to make the viewers laugh. But here I was getting all hot and bothered by it….I needed to get a grip
He started to do the accent more once he realized my head would perk up and a sheepish smile would grow on my face. I just figured he thought I liked it and found it funny. I mean I did, but these dirty ass horny thoughts would pop into my head.
Right now I was at their house sitting on the couch with them as we scrolled on our phones, and talked here and there. I kept hearing weird cowboy videos and country songs coming from Matt’s phone. Was he really taking this country act serious? I laughed to myself at his foolishness
“Matt what the fuck are you watching” Chris asked him
“Cowboy videos….these guys are cool as fuck” he said as his eyes were glued to his phone
“Matt is this going to be your new lifestyle?” I asked him laughing
“Would you like that?” He asked me finally looking at me
I felt my cheeks grow hot at this question and my throat began to run dry
“What? What do you mean” I said stifling out a laugh
“Like eventually if we move to like the countryside and have like a farm and horses and shit” he said
Why did I think he meant something else? Lord get your head out of the gutter Y/N….
“Ohhh uh yeah that would be cool. It would be very different, but I’d like it” I said smiling at him
“And then we can get horses, and hay and a tractor” he said doing the country accent
“Shut the fuck up with the accent” Nick said smacking his brother
“Heyyy be nice I like it” I said to Nick
“This motherfucker won’t let it go like I’m tired of hearing country boy Matt” Nick said rolling his eyes at Matt
“See my lady loves it” he said doing the accent
I felt myself fighting a smile and a blush on my face
“Yeah she’s smiling and blushing like a freak” Chris said
“Fuck off” I said kicking him
“What can I say my woman has great taste” he said winking at me
A few days had passed and Matt did the accent here and there. I was fighting myself not to just jump his bones anytime I heard him.
I was laying in his bed when I heard him come out of the bathroom and walk into his room. Immediately looking up my jaw dropped.
Matt had a plaid shirt on with his chest exposed, a cowboy hat on and denim jeans that fit him just write. My throat ran dry and I felt my pupils dilate
“Matt what is this?” I said sitting up
“I know how much you love cowboys…I figured I try something out for you” he said shutting his door behind him
“Oh really?” I said scooching off his bed
“I see the way you squirm when I do the accent, and I’ve seen the TikTok’s you reposted….I turn you on as a cowboy” he said biting his lip
“What….I do not” I said avoiding eye contact
“You don’t?” He said tilting his head and looking at me
“No I don’t” I said
“Mmm your body language tells me otherwise and so does the blush on your face” he said walking over to me
“Okay fine, maybe I find it hot” I said rolling my eyes
“I know you do baby” he said pulling me in by my waist
“Matt” I whined out
“Just teasing you” he said rubbing his hands up my sides
“That’s not nice” I said looking up at him
He pouted at me before pulling me in smashing our lips together. A much needed make out happening. Our teeth clashing together and our tongues fighting for dominance as we fought to breathe.
He slowly began to kiss down my neck causing me to moan out at the feeling.
Matt pulled away to take his cowboy hat off, and I ran my hands up his chest and wrapped my hands over his neck pulling him back into me
Our tongues once again fighting for dominance. His hands running down my back and squeezing my ass before bru bringing them back up to squeeze my breast
“Oh Matt” I sighed
“I know baby, I know” he said kissing down my jawline and to my neck again
I turned us around and laid him down on the bed as I straddled him running my hands up his torso and grinding down on him.
“Just like that baby” he moaned out helping me grind down on him
I slid my shirt off and leaned back down to kiss his neck and chest, his low pants sending me to the moon and back.
“You know what they say, save a horse, ride a cowboy” I said leaning back to remove my bra
“Today is my lucky day. I’m a cowboy and I love when you ride me” he said biting his bottom lip and running his hands up to my breast to squeeze them
I melted into his touch allowing my head to roll back. Matt pulled me down towards him by my neck and continued to kiss me as I grinded on him
Matt lifted up slightly to remove his flannel when we heard the front door open
“Were backkkk where yall at” Chris yelled
“Are you kidding me” Matt said his face dropping
“Ughhh why” I said laughing and leaning my forehead on Matt’s forehead as I laughed
“I guess we’ll continue this later” he said letting out a sigh
“I guess so my love” I said slipping off of him to put my bra and shirt back on
Later that night his brothers left again, and we sure did take care of business. The save a horse ride, a cowboy had nothing on me. Matt was spent by the time we were done.
I loved cowboy Matt….
The End
I hope you guys enjoyed this one. I felt ehh about it, but also wasn’t too sure what to write for this😭😭. Love yall tho 🤭🖤🖤

This is the answer about the izuku cowboy idea
Reader being a big city girl who moves to a country town, (for whatever reason) and Izuku, that when he sets his eyes on you, it's almost the same as planting a target on your back. He will tease you about anything and everything at any opportunity he gets. Initially you are a little confused, because you always see him being nothing but loving towards everyone else in town, but he's never been like that with you since you moved away.
Izuku was born and raised in this city with his mother, he loves his city and all its residents and always does his best to help everyone there. He is a little hesitant when you arrive because the other girls he had met were not of the best nature, they were always petty and freeloaders. So that's why he always teases you, almost as if he's testing you, but in the end he ends up realizing that you are a strong and admirable person, who deserves nothing less than respect.
(I imagine that the Midoriya family would have a business, but it wasn't doing very well and only started working again because of Izuku, thus ending up attracting the attention of neighboring cities and starting to export to them. Everyone in the city was very happy and grateful about this.)
This is just a random idea I had, but if you like it you can take it so you can elaborate and write about it better, I would be really honored.
For some reason the post from which I was inspired appears in my likes but I can't access it anymore, I think the author deleted his profile or it was taken down unfortunately.
ohhh Anon, I love your brain and this is such a cute idea!!
I would totally feed into this idea, but I'm sure somewhere I read a post like this for CowBoy!Izuku x City Girl Reader, and I don't want it to seem like I'm coping them. However... I am now very keen into the idea of writing something for our green haired cowboy.

if you want to
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing: chad meeks martin x fem!reader
word count: seven hundred fifty two!
about: chads so shy to speak to you, after anika giving him some advice he might just speak to you ><!
Chad liked you, a lot, you were in a few of his classes in blackmoore. You were known to the friend group of his since he couldn’t get your name out of his mouth. You knew about Chad, he was the cute jock you always saw around campus and around passing period.
He was shy so that was the core reason why he didn’t talk to you. Mindy laughed at him and she told him that it was so silly of a reason why he hadn’t talked to you yet. Anika told Mindy to be nicer to her twin and tried to give the shy jock some advice. ¨Maybe try to introduce yourself during passing period to her, there is that party this weekend so you could ask her if she is going to go.¨ that is a good idea chad thought to himself.
Chad thanked Anika for the advice and went on his way to his next class which coincidentally you were going to be in. There you were, you held two books in your hands. Chad walked faster to catch up to you, ‘’Hey you´re y/n right?’’ He had the biggest smile on his face currently that you couldn’t help, but notice. ‘’ Yes, that's me! I know you you’re that guy named Chad in my economy class if I’m correct?’’ You started to smile without even realizing it. For a while you were speaking until he kept smiling and forgot you guys were even speaking for a moment until you said, ‘‘Chad??’’ He then noticed that you kept saying his name to him, ‘‘Wait what were we talking about?’’ He scratched his head. ‘‘ You were asking me if I wanted to go the party with you?’’
‘‘Ohhh right right will you?’’ He was hoping that you’d say yes. ‘‘Of course I want to go with you! Come on we’ll be late to our next class!’’ You were telling him as you took his arm with you. He was totally all there for that.
After all the events it was Saturday and it was four pm and you still hadn’t had an outfit for the party. It was a costume party and you’ve heard that Chad was going as a cowboy so you decided to go as a cowgirl. It was reasonable since you guys were going together!
Your roommate had a cowgirl hat and you already have a top as well as some shorts that could totally blend in as cowgirl shorts if that was a thing. Now it was time to put on some light makeup or so. After you were done you received a text from Chad saying ‘be there in five’ you smiled. You had gotten his number on a piece of paper handed to you in your hands
You heard a knock and you opened it and there he was. ‘‘Wow you look amazing y/n’’ he smiled, putting his hands towards your waist. ‘‘So do you Chad,’’ You were blushing so hard. ‘‘ Come on lover boy we can’t fool around for so long or we’ll be late to the party!’’ He nodded taking your hand and leading you to the car, he opened the passenger seat for you, ‘‘ My lady’’ You couldn’t help but giggle, ‘‘You’re quite the gentleman.’’
You guys finally got to the party. He got you guys some shots. After them he couldn’t keep his hands off you! ‘‘Y/n you’re the prettiest girl I have ever seen did you know?’’ He grinned making eye contact with you while having his hands on your waist, there was a relieving tension between the two of you. You giggled, ‘‘ I’m quite flattered by that pretty boy.’’ Chad wanted to break this tension between the two of you so he pressed his lips on to yours while grabbing your face.
You had never kissed anyone before. You were worried you were a bad kisser, but in your eyes Chad kept kissing you. Suddenly he broke the kiss, he could see the worried expression on your face. He started to say, ‘‘ Listen y/n, I’ve liked you for a while now and I want you to be my girlfriend.’’ He was holding hands with you at this point, ‘‘ Chad I’d love to.’’
He smiled holding your waist as you began to kiss him, Mindy caught on along as well as Anika, Mindy started to say, ‘‘ I didn’t think he’d have the guts to do that.’’ Anika looked at the two of you, ‘‘Me either.’’

Down the Rabbit Hole - ch 9
Jack ‘Whiskey’ Daniels x female reader Co-written with @absurdthirst
Tumblr media
When Jack accidentally shoots a civilian on a mission he takes on not only the guilt of the man’s death, but inherits his soulmate as well. To you, it’s a dream job with more perks than you can imagine - but for Jack it’s a nightmarish complication. Even more so when he starts to develop feelings.
Rating: Mature - but this blog is always 18+! Word Count: 12.3k Warnings: *Blanket warnings - mentions of deceased spouse, a lot of food and alcohol consumption, family recipes, age gap, cursing.* Family being family, brief mention of previous physical abuse/ptsd, playful and sexy flirting Summary: Your family arrives in Louisville and inevitable shenanigans ensue. Notes: Hardcore shout out to my godparents and their kids (my surrogate siblings that I love and adore) for being the inspiration for Sugar’s family. One day I’ll write about the time my godmother and I got day drunk and went traipsing through historical houses for shits and giggles.
Ch 1 ~ Ch 2 ~ Ch 3 ~ Ch 4 ~ Ch 5 ~ Ch 6 ~ Ch 7 ~ Ch 8 ~ Ch 9 ~ Ch 10 ~ Ch 11 ~ Ch 12 ~ Ch 13 ~ Ch 14 ~ Ch 15 ~ Epilogue
Tumblr media
The morning is busy, despite the laziness of waking up in each other’s arms again, and includes a pit stop at Ginger’s lab to have temporary versions of your Curiouser and Curiouser tattoo applied for your family’s benefit and check in with the Statesman doctor. Standard procedure, apparently, for soulmates who have had their ink removed to accommodate their agent spouses. Your family will see the proof that you are soulmates, and Jack can wash away the evidence to go back to work after they leave. In jeans and t-shirts, you and Jack amble down to the Statesman airstrip with the Bronco and your little car to bring everyone back to his house for a few days. His three guest rooms edge out your one, so you had brought over a bag of clothes and personal items this morning to stash in his room. His place seemed enormous after leaving your little cabin, but it’s cozy in a very western cowboy kind of way. When the jet lands, the Silver Pony is right behind it. Jack’s beloved fighter will go back to the hangar, but your focus is entirely on the jet as your family disembarks. The last time you saw most of them was your cousin’s wedding, and that was months ago, so you’re itching to jump forward on the tarmac and hug your sister.
Jack stays back, not because he’s wary of meeting your family, but this is your reunion. You’re aware you can tell them things up to a certain point and he knows that you don’t want your family to know the true extent of your ordeal, but family is going to smother you. It’s their way. “Go on, sugar.” He urges you, grinning when they all shout in unison when they see you.
These are hugging people, every single one of them, and it takes better than ten minutes for the fussing and first round of hugs to die down, but you end up with your niece in your arms and grateful tears in your eyes by the end of it. Your mother, for all her lifetime of journalism, is at least keeping the questions to a minimum for now. Mostly just repetitions of “But you’re okay now?” whenever you remind her that you can’t talk about an ongoing investigation - the ‘easy out’ line that Jack had taught you.
It’s only when your personal hoard finally migrated towards the cars does Jack step forward. “Hey folks, I’m Jack.” He’s going to leave it up to you to introduce him if you want, and he’s not sure if you’ve said anything about him before.
“Ohhh, you’re Jack.” Your little sister smirks, reaching out to shake his hand.
“Kind of expected Tex to be here with you, honey. Not going to lie.” Your father, meddlesome king that he is, is occupied with caring for your nephew otherwise you’d probably smack his shoulder much harder than strictly necessary.
“No, Dad.” You focus on loading their suitcases into your trunk so you don’t murder him with your glare. “Actually, I’m really excited for all of you to meet Jack, but you have to promise not to freak out.” Your eyes glide to your right. “Mom? Promise.”
“I would never act inappropriately with your friends, sweetie,” she promises, fully ignoring the many times she has done so before today.
“Liar, but okay.” An affectionate roll of your eyes is well earned, but you stop loading bags for a second to do introductions properly. “Jack, this is my brother Matt, my sister Eliza, her husband Ed, their kids are Nate and Eleanor. And my parents, Jeff and Sherry.” Taking a deep breath, you can’t help the broad, nearly giddy smile that spreads across your face. “Guys…Jack is my soulmate.”
He can’t say that he was expecting the red carpet, but it’s almost funny when your dad’s eyes narrow instantly. “He’s older than you.” Are the first words out of the man’s mouth and honestly, he doesn’t blame him.
“Thank you, Captain Obvious.” You roll your eyes out of frustration that that is the first reaction from your family on something so important. “Yes, Jack is older than me. And you’re older than Mom. It happens all the time.” Granted their difference is a year not a decade, but it really doesn’t matter to you.
“Sorry.” Your dad shakes his head and shuffles forward, holding out his hand to Jack. “I was expecting her to announce that Tex was her soulmate and they had just kept it under wraps at the wedding to not steal the spotlight.” That stings, especially because he was supposed to go to that wedding, but he shakes the man’s hand firmly. “Sorry about that. But I assure you that your daughter is in good hands.”
“Actually, Tex only came with me as a stand-in. He’s a good friend.” You can see Jack flinch slightly and you don’t like it, feeling the way your heart clenches at any sign of discomfort from him. “Jack got caught up with work.” That clench becomes a swell, and your chest puffs up a little with pride. You can’t tell them what Jack really does for work, but his other title is just as impressive. “He’s the CEO of Statesman, so he stays busy.”
That seems to resonate with the family, making Jack the recipient of several reappraising looks. “So that’s why we get flown down on the corporate jet?” Your mom asks and Jack shakes his head.
“No ma’am. That’ll be Champ's decision. I might be CEO, but I answer to him.” He jokes before he takes your hand. “At Statesman, we take the welfare of our soulmates and their families very seriously. We like to think of ourselves as our own little family and that now includes you folks.”
“You’ll see how seriously they take the ‘family’ thing when you see where we all live,” you tell them honestly, shifting your niece carefully in the arm that wasn’t loading suitcases. “We have all the stuff for grilled cheeses and the carrot soup that the kids love back at Jack’s house.”
“Jack’s house?” Your mother cocks her head at your wording. “You aren’t living together already?” She knows how you feel about soulmates so it is surprising to her.
“No, but he has more guest rooms and he offered. This way we can all stay in one place together and no one has a hotel bill.”
“Purely practical. Got it.” Teases your sister, who is the only one who has heard the entire saga of back-and-forth with Jack.
“If you all want to get loaded up.” Jack offers. “We’ll get you back to the house and the makeshift family reunion can start in a jiffy.”
Getting everyone back to the house takes a little finagling but it works, and your brother rides with your parents and Jack in the Bronco to make sure they behave. The kids are fussy when you get to the house but your sister sets them up to nap with the monitor on once everyone’s bags are upstairs and - as is the custom with your family - everyone congregates in the kitchen without discussion. In fact, the biggest discussion right now is what to do with the kids while everyone is here. Touristy things like Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby Museum, the Louisville Zoo, and the amusement park Kentucky Kingdom are all on the list, according to your mother. “We’ll drive out to Dollywood sometime without the kids,” she tells you, glancing at your father with a grin. He’s a legendary Dolly Parton fan but the little ones would never survive the drive without totally melting down.
“If that’s something you want to do….” Jack hums. “We can always drop the kids into the Statesman day care. I’m sure they wouldn’t mind. Or I can stay back and watch them.”
“You guys can always add a few days to your vacation,” you offer, already bustling around the kitchen to get everyone something to drink before you start making lunch. “The jet is already reserved to take everybody else home on Saturday morning, instead of going home you can hop a commercial flight to Tennessee and check out Dollywood. If dad likes it, we’ll make it the next family vacation?”
Jack listens to the conversation, trying to get a feel for your family and he doesn’t miss the way that they are looking at him, judging him. It’s been a long time since he’s had to worry about what people think of him.
The rolls you all fill get to be obvious after a while - your excitable mother and nosy father, generally troublemaking sister and her easy-going husband, punctuated by your brother who likes to poke and make trouble sometimes or play the peacemaker at others, depending on when the mood strikes him. At the moment he is being good, just watching your brand-new soulmate to see how he deals with your parents. Right now it's a roundabout while your father pretends he isn't dying to go to Dollywood under literally any circumstances and everyone else provides him with various ways to make it happen, until he finally grins at all of you and takes a sip of his sweet tea. "Your mom and I will go for a few days this weekend," he agrees, looking around at the group of his three kids with two of their soulmates and feeling a little like the king of the castle. "I'm sure we'll love it, and we can all go back again together." He raises an eyebrow at you. "You're still gonna be able to get away for family vacation this year, right kiddo?"
"As long as you don't schedule it for the week my restaurant opens, of course I will." It's not something they would ever do, but you can't help getting excited about the opening with it being so close.
Jack leans against the counter. “It’s gonna be a big affair and we’ll have the jet standing by again to bring everyone down.” He tells them, wanting them to know that it’s going to be taken care of. “You’re doing it that Saturday or Sunday, sugar?” He asks, looking back at you.
"It's Saturday." There's no reason to hide that you love the little pet name, and you practically beam at him. "Sunday will be special because it's the first day we're doing brunch." The Sunday brunch menu was Diana's brain child originally, when you made eggs benedict for the two of you one day in the kitchen. "Just three more weeks." Your brother hovers a little, still feeling guilty for losing track of you when you came to visit him, as if the Rollins brothers wouldn't have just grabbed him, too.
Jack nods. “Some of the best damn food to be had will be available at the Statesman tea room.” He sends you a small wink. “And the sweetest desserts.”
"We heard you fell for the coconut cake just like her granddad did." Your mother grins. "There's no way around it. That cake is the best thing in the world."
“The coconut cake is to die for.” Jack nods in complete agreement, already anticipating when you make that confection again. “But her crawfish salad was what threw in the towel for me.”
“I don’t think you’ve made that for us, sweetie.” Your father eyes you with a pout as you move around the kitchen.
“You don’t like shellfish,” you remind him with a laugh. “It’s the recipe I used to make shrimp salad tea sandwiches for Eliza’s bridal shower with a few little tweaks.”
“Best damn sandwich I’ve ever put in my mouth.” Jack boasts. “This tea room of hers is going to be a success.”
“I’m gonna have to put a padlock on the fridge to keep you from sneaking into the kitchen.” Teasing him has truly turned to being second nature, and it’s gone further than it had during that first tentative week of knowing each other. There’s so much affection there that it warms you through time after time, making you duck your head when you smile at him. “Put up a picture of you in back for my staff to warn them.”
“Wanted: Sandwich Thief.” Jack snorts, shooting you devilish grin, “considered armed and dangerous but can be bribed with a cupcake.”
"You'll fit right in, in this family." From the other side of the table, your brother-in-law laughs. "Food is their love language."
“Be honest, I think it just might be her cookin’.” He jokes, sending you a small wink. “Showed her a pizza place, she didn’t like it at all.” He chuckles, watching your face morph from shock to outrage.
"You wouldn't dare keep Tony's from me." Your jaw is practically on the ground, eyebrows pinched and a pout painting the rest of your features as you freeze in the middle of peeling a carrot. "Not after truffle pizza. I dreamed about that pizza."
His chuckle turns slightly mean, so sinister – though everyone can tell he’s joking. A sound similar to the evil antagonists in every spy movie they put out, and he’s watched them all for the irony. “Then my evil plan worked.”
"So mean, threatening to keep the good pizza away." There's no heat in the way you huff at him, and if you had looked over at the table in that moment you would have seen your brother and sister exchanging amused, knowing expressions.
“Keep it all for myself.” He adds, enjoying the pouty look you’re giving him. “Do you want me to help? Get out the bowls or something?” You’ve already inspected his kitchen and grumbled about needing to bring some of your stuff over if you’re cooking here, but he just assumed that was what every chef did.
"Can I trust you with the grilled cheese?" It's barely a real question, since the man has been feeding himself for decades, but you like the small moments of domesticity that you've been sharing this morning.
“I don’t burn ‘em, if that’s what you’re askin’.” Jack moves over towards you and his hand finds your waist as he moves to your other side. “How do you make your grilled cheese?” He has a feeling it’s a little more involved than two slices of bread, a slice of American cheese and some butter.
“No reason to get complicated today.” Everybody at the table is chatting away merrily about something that happened back home, and you take the second to lean into Jack’s touch a little. “When it’s me, I do apple and bacon and a Muenster cheese. But classic American is a great sandwich to do in bulk.” He’s warm and feels safe beside you, a feeling you’re learning to relish. “This isn’t too crazy for you, is it?” You whisper, worried that on day two of your precarious relationship, he might change his mind after remembering what dealing with another person’s family can be like.
“It’s….a lot.” Jack admits quietly, unused to the large family feeling that had descended on his house. But it’s not an unwelcome one. “But it’s okay, sugar. I grew up in boisterous bunkhouses on the ranch when I was old enough to be there. Which was as long as I could sit on a horse.”
“If it gets to be too much just say the word and I’ll ferry them out to whatever tourist spot they want to see. Or I’ll bring them back to my place. Whatever you need, okay? This is…it’s new.” You sigh gently, leaning into him a little more. “I don’t want to scare you off before we even get started.”
“Don’t worry about that.” Jack uses your willingness to lean against him to curl around you. “I’m tired of runnin’ from you, sugar. I’m too damn old to be actin’ like a young buck anymore. You’re my soulmate.”
“Can’t say I’m ever gonna get tired of hearing you say it.” You hum softly, turning your head to press your lips to his cheek.
The warmth that spreads through his whole body at the simple gesture would have made him run for the hills a week ago. Now he just makes a small sound of appreciation and squeezes your hip again before he slides over to start making sandwiches for everyone.
“So this is new.” When Jack moves to one side, your brother appears between you with an unreadable expression that only hints at curiosity. “When she showed up at my place Friday night she was definitely not glowing like this.” In fact, you had been miserable and in tears, so the change has him about ready to offer to be Jack’s best man someday.
“That’s my fault.” Jack isn’t going to shy away from his mistakes, not when they have affected you so deeply. He owns who he is to the marrow of his bones. “I couldn’t get my head out of my ass long enough to realize I was scared.”
“I know she’s a pain in the ass,” Matt smirks at you and you glower in response. “But she’s not that bad once you get used to her.”
Jack chuckles when you turn around and throw a piece of carrot at your brother and stick your tongue out at him. “Mature.” He teases as he lays out the bread for the other half of the lunch.
“Middle child.” Matt tells Jack, as though that explains every ounce of your behavior. “Anyway…whatever this is…she looks happy. And she’s got her sense of humor back. So keep doing what you’re doing.”
It says something that just acknowledging the fact that you are soulmates makes you happy. Jack nods, and levels a genuine look at your brother. “Your sister's health and happiness are my top priorities.” He promises seriously.
"Glad to hear it." He may give you both shit, but Matt takes his role as older brother to two younger sisters very seriously. If your little sister hadn't met her soulmate-now-husband in high school, there would have been a lot more intimidating of boyfriends. "Like I said, she's a pain in the ass. But she's our pain in the ass."
Jack chuckles quietly, noticing how you look like you want to die, melt into the hardwoods to never be seen again. “I’ll keep that in mind.” He nods towards your brother and the unspoken agreement is arranged. The one that speaks to if Jack hurts you - again - he will sit and take the ass whooping he deserves.
"Jack, honey." Your mother looks over as your brother moves away and smiles. "Will you tell us a little about yourself?" It's an innocent effort to get the ball rolling, but she's trying to do it gently. Any little tidbits to get to know her daughter's soulmate better.
Nodding, Jack decides that it’s best that he puts his hands to use while he answers that loaded question. “Well, ma’am, I was born and raised on a ranch. Decided it wasn’t the life I wanted anymore when I – lost my first soulmate. I went into the military and then when I was done with that, I joined Statesman.”
"Military?" That makes your mother tilt her head in interest. "What branch? My father was a Navy man."
“Air Force.” Jack gives a small shrug. “I have a love of planes, but didn’t get to fly ‘em when I was in because of not being an officer.”
“It’s never too late to get your pilot’s license,” your sister volunteers, her cheery optimism on display as always. If you and Jack are finally giving things a try - which it seems you are - then she wants him to be happy, too.
"I fly now." Jack assures her, giving a peacock proud grin. "That plane that was being pulled into the hangar after you landed is mine. Brought back from New York."
“You were in New York?” Your mother asks, clearly asking why without saying it.
“Jack came to bring me home.” You turn around at the counter, one hand pausing in stirring the soup on the stove. “He’s been taking care of me since everything happened.”
"And he flew a…fighter plane there…" The obvious questions are there, bubbling under her tone as if there is a piece to the puzzle that your mother can't see but wants to find out. It makes Jack grateful for the fake tattoos that are on your bodies in case someone wants to see.
"Quickest way to get there." Jack says breezily, like it was standard operating procedure to fly it. "I'm sure you understand the need to get to your soulmate when something happens."
“You almost got arrested for reckless driving the day Dad broke his leg,” you remind your mother with a raised eyebrow. “And he was already at the hospital. I’m just glad Jack had a way to get to me that wasn’t an eleven hour car ride.”
Your mom nods her head in agreement, but he can see that she knows that there is more to the story than what you’re telling. “I don’t know if I woulda survived an eleven hour trip.” He tells her.
“Hell, I might not have.” The mumble under your breath is only loud enough for Jack, but you offer your family an apologetic expression. “We can’t talk about it,” you remind them. “But I promise you, Jack is taking care of me until I’m allowed to go back to work.”
“It’s not going to affect your opening?” Your dad asks. “I don’t know what happened, but if they aren’t letting you go back to work– that’s just a precaution right?”
“Purely precaution. Champ wants me fully rested and in the best possible shape for the opening, so we’re being overly careful.” Deciding you can leave the soup for a few minutes, you go over to the table to pour a glass of tea for yourself and squeeze your dad’s shoulder reassuringly. “I’m okay, and my team is amazing. The opening is going to be perfect.”
Jack finishes assembling all the sandwiches, sticking to a mixture of cheeses and smearing some of the garlic butter that he had made from your cabin on the outside of the bread. The griddle in the middle of the stove is already waiting, but he waits for you to tell him when to put them on to toast so they can be ready when the soup is.
It’s when Jack is passing by your father at the table with a stack of plates in his arms that your father hrrmphs, and you turn around at the stove to frown. “What?” You ask, knowing that sound all too well.
“He has it.” Your father huffs, pointing at Jack’s arm.
“Yeah, Dad. We’re soulmates. I told you that.”
“Sure,” your father crosses his arms. “But he also said he had a first soulmate, and second soulmates only exist in fairy tales.”
"I thought so too." Jack admits easily. "It's– that's one of the reasons why I was–" Jack stops and turns to look towards you. "I denied it. I didn't want it because I didn't think it was possible. But it is, and we are soulmates - whether or not I wanted it or thought it was possible."
“How do you feel about it now?” Your mother asks, obviously actually asking how he feels about you, and eyeing you seriously when you try to stop her from finishing her sentence.
“I would die for your daughter.” Jack tells your mother honestly. “Her health, her happiness, are the most important things in the world to me.”
“I think we can stop the interrogations on that note, don’t you?” The question may be for your mother, but it’s Jack that you put your arms around and murmur “I love you” in his ear. It’s enough that he’s not fighting it anymore. Enough that he’s willing to face the fear inherent in loving deeply for a second time. You don’t want this entire visit to be an interview.
“It’s okay.” Jack assures you, just as quietly. He had expected this type of interrogation, especially because of his actions and you fleeing to New York in the face of your last argument.
“Doesn’t mean I have to like it.” You whisper back, leaving a brushed kiss on his cheek before stepping away to grab the stick blender and purée the soup. “Everybody having grilled cheese?” The bright question for the group is meant to change the subject and distract. Everyone, especially you.
Your brother-in-law snickers, obviously onto your meaning and he nods. “I want one of course, but I’m gonna go check on the kids.” He stands up and sends Jack a nod of encouragement. “Be right back.”
Thankfully the air clears while you and Jack finish cooking lunch, and by the time everything is on the table the kids are up from their nap and wanting to talk about the horsies that Mommy and Daddy promised they could go see – meaning you will absolutely be taking a trip to Churchill Downs tomorrow come hell or high water.
“Don’t understand how you can make carrot soup taste good.” Jack groans as he spoons up another bite and rolls his eyes at the taste.
“She’s magic.” Your sister points her spoon at you in between mouthfuls. “I swear I gained so much weight while she was in culinary school. Everything she makes is amazing.”
Jack sends you a proud wink, nodding. “I can just imagine.” He tears off a bite of his sandwich to dunk it into the soup to meld the flavors together.
Normally ready to dive face first into a bowl of your carrot soup, your nephew is completely demolishing his half of the grilled cheese that your sister put in front of him, practically cackling about how much he likes it. “It tastes like garlic bread!” He gasps excitedly, as though the rest of you aren’t eating the very same thing.
Jack chuckles and nods. “I always like garlic bread best, how about you, buddy?” He asks your nephew with interest.
"Daddy says I can't ever be a vampire." The little boy declares, chest puffed up proudly as he rips off another bite of his sandwich.
That is definitely the comment made to a person that loves garlic. “That’s good.” Jack raises his brows seriously. “I’ve heard that being a vampire is no fun. No beach days.”
This seems to make the little boy pause, and think about the consequences of vampirism incredibly seriously. "That's good," he says, imitating Jack's tone the way only a child can. "I like the beach. Being a vampire does not sound fun."
All of the adults laugh and nod in agreement as the sounds of eating give way to amusement. Jack winks at the younger man. "You'd rather be a cowboy." He tells the boy seriously. "We eat garlic bread all the time."
"Cowboys ride horses." At nearly four years old, Nate's love of horses is already so well established that it has rubbed off on his baby sister - who squeals and giggles and babbles with delight whenever there is anything on the tv at home that features the large animals. "Horses are super cool."
"Horses are cool." Jack shoots a glance at your sister and brother-in-law. "There are horses here." He offers, the southern edge of the property behind the distillery is lined up with the neighbor's horse farm. The horses love to come hang out by the fence line and scarf down scraps the visitors bring them. "I'm sure that if you are really good and listen to your parents, they might let you visit the horses, feed them some apples?"
Nate's little eyes go round as saucers, immediately turning to his parents with desperate pleading painted across every inch of his face. "I'll be the best boy!" He promises, clasping his hands over his heart in the most dramatic fashion possible. "I promise, I promise!"
Jack knows that he might have put your sister and her husband on the spot, but it could also be something that the kids enjoy. The tours end around five but the horses are going to be waiting around because a lot of the staff also enjoy feeding them. The neighbor didn't mind. Hell, his feed costs dropped after people started feeding the horses.
"There are horses on the property?" Your sister asks, looking to Jack with curiosity. "Like as a gimmick or something?"
“Nah.” Jack shakes his head. “At the property line. Neighboring property is a horse farm.” He explains. “The horses love to come to the fence line and beg the tourists for the fruit.”
"And the owner is okay with that?" She glances back at her son and over at your parents, collecting reactions when Jack nods.
"Why don't we take a distillery tour this afternoon?" You suggest, thinking this might be the perfect middle ground for a family afternoon activity. "We can enjoy some samples in the saloon after and then go bring the horses some snacks?"
"That sounds good to me." Jack agrees. "I can make sure you get the extra special tour." He chuckles. "More samples and no other tour groups with us."
"Perks of knowing the CEO." Your father chuckles, raising his tea in salute. "Sounds like a plan, kids."
This is going to work. The nerves that had bounced around in his belly start to settle and Jack leans back, smirking at you as you murmur to your sister quietly. Obviously talking about things that only sisters do - or when a group of friends get together. He doesn't mind this at all.
Under the table, your hand finds Jack's thigh and squeezes gently, the quiet signal of support and happiness speaking loud and clear in the moment. You're going to make this trip a good one.
******
It’s a few hours before the tour happens. The younger kids are easily entertained at the pond in the small park nearby after the adults get everything unpacked in their guest rooms, and ultimately the large group is ready to explore the sprawling Statesman campus. Jack smirks as they start all talking at once as you field questions.
“Okay, you guys have to chill.” You’re laughing despite the admonishment, poking your sister in the arm playfully and waggling another finger at your curious father. “I asked Diana to do this tour for you herself and she’s the best, but she’s also my very closest friend down here, so you have to be nice.”
“Smart business.” Your mother teases, winking at you. “Always make friends with the boss’s wife.”
“It wasn’t sneaky or anything, she’s just really cool.” If anything, you get special treatment for being Jack’s soulmate - like your entire restaurant, for example.
“Then I think I will like this woman.” She decides, wanting to learn about your life here. Especially because your soulmate is now here. She hasn’t missed the way that Jack hovers over you and she approves of it.
“Who are we likin’, sweet darlin?” Diana has the uncanny ability to seemingly appear out of nowhere, but this time it’s completely reasonable as she strolls out the front doors of Statesman’s main offices with Champ in tow to throw her arms around you. She’d been to see you while you were healing in Ginger’s lab and Jack has filled her in on the details of the mission that he could manage to speak about.
“You, love!” You return her embrace eagerly, glad to see smiles on the faces of people you love again. “Thank you so much for doing this, Di.”
“No problem at all!” She waves away your thanks and tuts. “Your family is our family.” She promises before she turns towards the group and puts on her friendliest smile to introduce herself to your family.
“You may regret that,” your father jokes, knowing that all of his children like to bust him about being a handful.
"When you deal with the egos I do, anyone is easy to handle." Diana jokes, throwing a wink back at her husband as she ushers him forward. "This is my husband, Champ." She introduces him. "Technically Jack and your daughter's boss."
“Technically both, but only one of ‘em listens.” Champ chuckles, shaking your father’s hand and accepting a hug from your mother. “Jack’s stubborner than a mule in March muck.”
"Now Champ, I wouldn't be your best employee if I just marched to your tune and you know it." Jack shoots back, hooking his thumbs in his belt loops and grinning at the older man.
Narrowing in on the way Jack says employee instead of agent, Champ shakes his head and chuckles before looking back at your siblings. "Don't ever hire your best friend, y'all. They'll drive you up a mountain, and worst of all they'll be so good for business that you can't fire 'em."
Everyone chuckles and Jack slides his arm around you. It's been a few hours and he wants to make sure you aren't too tired. He knows that even though Ginger's technically healed you better than new, he still sees you broken and unconscious when he closes his eyes. "You doin' okay, sugar?" He murmurs in your ear.
"I'm okay." You're a little tired, but all things considered it's a miracle that you feel as good as you do. Grateful just to be on your feet, you lean into Jack's side and smile encouragingly.
"Good." He hums softly. "If you feel tired, you slip away and I will make sure that your family is all tipsy by the time we walk back into the house."
"If I'm tired I'll find some coffee." You promise him quietly, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "I'm not leaving you alone with this group."
He appreciates that you aren't ready to throw him to the wolves, but as the two of you walk behind them, he lets you lean against him as you stroll. Enjoying the way that you are trusting him.
Diana knows every brick and every blade of grass on this campus, and she’ll tell their stories without reservation. You stay snuggled into Jack’s side as Diana regales your family with stories as the whole group of you slowly make your way through the maze of buildings.
"I bet they are all eager to see your restaurant and the tasting rooms." Jack jokes as he leans into you.
“They’re eager to eat and drink,” you joke back, wishing you felt normal enough to be in that kitchen working with your staff. “Not that I can blame them. A cup of coffee sounds heavenly right now.”
"I don't know how you could be tired." He chuckles quietly. "You managed to sleep most of the day and all night long."
“If you’re gonna tease me about it, I won’t cuddle you tonight.” Wrinkling your nose and forehead at him as determinedly as possible just makes you look silly, but it’s not exactly a serious threat in the first place. Waking up with Jack has been amazing, and you’d hate to give up that privilege.
“Hmmmmm, that sounds like a threat.” Jack hums, smirking at you. “Does that mean I need to tie you to the bed?” The words come out playfully before he realizes you might not appreciate that considering you had been tied to a damn chair and tortured. His face falls and he tightens his hold on you. “Shit– I’m sorry, sugar.”
“It’s okay.” You turn into him completely, hanging on to him tightly as your family follows Diana down the path and you and Jack hang back together for a moment. “It’s okay…you meant…you were teasing. And I love that you tease. But maybe…” It makes you shiver a little, the memories like flashes of a movie in your mind. “Maybe no bondage stuff. For at least a little while.”
“Doesn’t have to ever be a thing if you don’t want, sugar.” He promises you. “I know that it can be tough to get over it. I just didn’t think.” He rubs his hand up and down your back soothingly.
“I used to like it.” But now the specter of what happened hangs over something that used to be pleasurable, and you wonder how many other things might have been accidentally ruined by the Rollins brothers. “I honestly don’t know about it now, though. We’ll have to wait and see, I guess.”
“Therapy.” Jack murmurs quietly, pressing his lips to your forehead. And he knows that if it’s something you never want to do again, he would be okay with that. Your comfort was more important than a kink.
“We should see when the doctor is available.” You tilt your head back to silently ask for a kiss, appreciating the comfort of having him close. He hasn’t left your side except to be in the next room since he brought you back to Kentucky and you’re so grateful.
It’s an easy press of his lips to yours. Keeping it gentle and soft. Still, he keeps his arms around you and breathes you in. “Anytime you want sugar.” He promises. “You want to wait until they have gone home?”
“You still planning on holding out on me like a responsible adult who wants to have open channels of communication before we’re intimate?” The eyebrow you raise at him, even while you’re murmuring quietly, is fully teasing. He’s right to want to make sure you’re talking through things before you start sleeping together. Even if you are already sleeping together in the literal sense.
“Believe me, sugar.” Jack groans quietly, kissing your ear. “I’d rather have had your tight little walls around me instead of my fist in the shower this morning.”
“As-soon-as-possible.” Mumbled together like one long word, your forehead drops to Jack’s shoulder to avoid groaning out loud. “We’re starting therapy as soon as possible.”
He chuckles, the only response he can have in a situation like this. “Of course, sugar. Whenever you want.”
“Oh god.” Your sister’s voice breaks the spell, jostling you and Jack out of your cozy moment. “You’re really in the gross lovey-dovey beginnings stages still, aren’t you?” Like you and Jack teasing each other, she doesn’t mean a word. She’s grinning the whole time and practically giggling behind her dramatic pout. “Come on, Diana says it’s time for tasting and you know nothing is going to keep Dad and Matt away from all that whiskey for long.”
Jack snorts and taps your lip when you start pouting. “We can kiss later, sugar. Right now, let’s go get drunk with your family.”
“Gross.” Eliza snorts, pinching your arm before turning back to trot up the block to promptly kiss her husband and take the baby back from him. The picture of domestic bliss teasing you about having feelings is laughable and both of you know it. “Fiiiiine,” you sigh dramatically to Jack and take his hand instead. “But I’m gonna hold you to that. Save that kiss for later.”
“I have a lot of kisses stored up.” Jack waggles his brows. “Depends on where you want them.”
“Everywhere.” Fingers threading together, you tighten your hand in his. “Absolutely everywhere. Please and thank you.”
“Think my tongue would be a good replacement for my fingers?” He teases. “With your parents in the house?” He gives you a shocked look but his smirk is smug.
“I will make literally anything you want for breakfast tomorrow.” Whatever he wants, because you know that what you want is him.
Jack chuckles and arches a brow at you playfully. “Anything?”
“Anything.” At first you were just playfully bargaining, but now you’re intrigued.
Jack senses that you see it as a challenge and he grins. “Okay, how about aebleskiver?” He asks.
Starting to walk along the path, you raise one very impressed eyebrow at Jack and hum in thought. “Do you have an aebleskiver pan somewhere in that mansion of a house?”
“Maybe?” That Jack doesn’t know but he’s collected a lot of shit from missions over the years.
“If you do, then you’re on.” Loving the fact that he’s willing to be playful, you press a kiss to his cheek and follow your family inside the building at the end of the walkway to the distillery’s tasting rooms.
The taste testing is a supreme success. With Champ there, the normal bottles that are available are quickly shoved aside for some of the more precious liquors Statesman offers. “Show off.” Jack huffs under his breath as Champ produces a bottle of ‘61 double barreled blend.
“Just wantin’ to make sure these fine folks have a good time.” Champ leans back against the bar to survey the room as you and your family enjoy the tasting. He isn’t blind to the fact that you’ve barely had a sip from your early glasses so that you could take the baby from your sister, or that your nephew’s apparent love for popcorn is currently being satiated by his own wife and one of the bartenders who provides snacks in this particular room. Diana is taking delight in sharing a basket of the salty snack with her new little friend. “She seems to be doin’ okay,” he murmurs, not nodding to you because he knows Jack hasn’t taken his eyes off you.
“Stronger than half our agents.” Jack muses, not for the first time. “Damnest thing I’ve ever seen, Champ.”
“Think I should get her to swap jobs?” Champ chuckles softly, not meaning a word of it. He had read the complete report that Jack typed up while sitting beside your pod, as well as Rye’s report and Ginger’s updates on your health. Admittedly he was pretty impressed, but he would never expect Jack to be okay with making you even a junior agent.
“Only if you want to put me in an early grave.” Jack huffs, fully aware of how hypocritical it sounds but he couldn’t take you putting yourself in danger. Hell, he doesn’t want you near a mandoline if there’s the possibility of you getting hurt, though you would fight him on that. “I just hope it’s not a front and she cracks.” Jack admits.
“You’ll keep an eye on her.” He knows Jack well enough to know that he won’t rest for a second if he thinks you might not actually be okay. “Since y’all are getting along so much better now.”
Jack cuts his eyes over to Champ. “Plannin’ on sayin’ ‘told you so’?” He huffs, fully aware of the smirk hidden under Champ’s bushy mustache.
“Do I need to?” He will, of course, at some point when it’s amusing to all present. Today he’s just glad to see you up and laughing with that smile you beam at Jack every now and then.
"No." He rolls his eyes and grumbles under his breath even as he shuffles slightly. He knows now that Champ had been right but damned if he just wants to concede right now.
“I’ll save it for my best man's speech at the wedding.” Champ chuckles, looping his thumbs in the pockets of his jeans.
Jack blows out another huff, wanting to comment that maybe you wouldn’t want to get married but Champ knows that isn’t true. You are the type to want a marriage and whatever else comes with a soulmate.
“Cat got your tongue, Jack?” The chuckle turns to a puckish giggle and Champ claps his best friend on the shoulder. “I’m just happy for ya, is all. You know that.”
“I know.” Above all else, he knows that Champ is in his corner.
“You gonna come back to work soon?” Now that you’re safe and mark-free, Jack is technically free to do that. Champ just wonders if his friend is up to letting you out of his sight.
“At least not until after her grand opening.” Jack frowns as he watches you laugh with your brother and sister, taking another sip of the whiskey you are tasting and debating the different notes they are tasting with them. “You know how it is when you are out in the field. I don’t want to put that on her with her opening so soon.”
“God forbid you get wrapped up in something and miss it.” Champ nods solemnly, knowing it would devastate you if that happened. He’s had enough conversations with his wife to understand how much you care about Jack. He clears his throat though, quietly, wondering how Jack will react to a bit of news. “That kid Kingsman sent us - Yvain? He’s headin’ back to London. Adjustment just didn’t happen, so they’re sendin’ somebody new over.”
Jack frowns, brows knitting together. “They sending the kid back?” He asks, wondering how you would take it now if Tex shows back up. His jaw still aches sometimes but damned if he would ever let him know it. It had been well deserved.
"Yep." The older man doesn't shift, just watches Jack carefully as they talk, with the casual air of someone discussing a shopping list. "With the new Kingsman agent. We're gonna send Bobby over. He's chompin' at the bit to flex his muscles and he's done well overseas." While he isn't thrilled to be sending his only child to a different continent for work, Champ knows that Bobby's future means more than his own comfort does. His boy is bright and clever and deserves the chance to grow.
Jack’s frown deepens slightly, born of his own mistakes and insecurities, but that can’t be helped. The only one who is to blame for Tex having intimate knowledge of you is him. It’s not at all arrogant to believe that if Jack hadn’t played fast and loose with your emotions that you wouldn’t have given the boy a second look. “They’re sendin’ two back?” That surprises him, knowing they are light in manpower. “But Bobby’ll do fine. He’s a good agent. Real good.”
"We're sendin' Yvain and Bobby back, they're sendin' Tex and this gal Isolde." The code names of the Kingsman agents give his lazy Southern tongue a little trouble, but he likes the girl well enough. "Had a call with her this morning. I think she'll fit right in."
“Haven’t seen many that will fit in.” Jack grumbles, still slightly peeved by Galahad shooting him in the fuckin’ head.
"Think you might be glad of this one," Champ shuffles slightly to face Jack. "Seein' as she's the kid's soulmate and all."
A riot of emotions rides over his face as he absorbs the news that Tequila has found his soulmate. Relief being the primary one, hoping that with that discovery, his little crush on Jack's soulmate would settle down. "How did they find that out?" He asks, trying to seem like he is completely casual and not having a mini celebration inside.
"Photos." There's a twist on Champ's lips as he sees Jack's shoulders tense then deliberately relax like he's forcing himself not to have a reaction. "That scar left from his broken arm, back during the rodeo days? He saw it in some old photos of her." Obviously when Tequila had reached agent status the mark had been eliminated from his skin and therefore from hers, as well. In the years since, the boy had nearly forgotten it ever existed. "Accordin' to Eggsy, they're a hell of a team."
“Well that could mean anything.” Jack grumbles. Wondering what this soulmate of his looks like and if he’s good for the kid. Despite his own issues with Tequila honing in on you, he still cared about him.
"We'll find out this weekend." Chuckling over the fact that Jack's protective instincts never waver, Champ shrugs his shoulders and claps him on the shoulder again. "Bobby's goin' away party is Saturday. He'd hate for his Uncle Jack to miss it. Ya hear?"
“Of course.” Jack nods immediately, smirking slightly. “Kid will be disappointed we didn’t get a chance to work together.”
"No way of knowin' what will happen in the future." Better men than them have tried to control it and failed, so Champ is even going to try for a prediction. "For now, though, this is a good choice for him. Let him learn from somebody besides his old man and his uncle. Get a new perspective."
“It’ll be a good thing for the kid.” He chuckles. “Let him get laid without a report goin’ to his old man about it.”
"God help me," Champ huffs, wiping one hand down his face. "I'm hopin' he takes after his mama in that and not you or me."
Jack grins, knowing the boy the is already a lady’s man, even if Champ hasn’t realized it yet. “Hope you don’t take it too hard when you realize he was raised by all of us.”
"Just hopin' he has his mother's brains about it all." Knowing damn well that Bobby Rogers is the same sort of man that he and Jack are, Champ ends up chuckling. "You and I? We talk a big game but we fall head over heels. That woman of mine has such a clear head that I swear she's never even heard of fog."
“She’s smarter than all of us put together, Champ.” Jack jokes. “That ain’t exactly fair.”
"And look at who her best friend is." He's seen other friends come and go from his wife's life over the years. People she could and couldn't be absolutely honest with, people she could or couldn't relate to easily. The only other friend she's ever made so quickly and completely was Ginger. Watching you and Diana laugh and chat together with your family is such a soothing balm over his soul. Champ would give anything to make his wife happy. It was worth it to bring you here for that alone. "She said it's like finally gettin' the little sister she always wanted."
“Oh god.” Jack huffs, rolling his eyes. “That means they are going to gang up on you and in turn that means you gang up on me.”
"Already have." The older man laughs again, shaking his head fondly. While Jack was off being a miserable lump over the last few weeks, Champ had been seeing more and more of you around the house as you and Diana grew closer. "I'm lettin' them hire an event planner to start doin' parties and weddings. Technically it's all part of Diana's domain, but your gal will be doin' the catering out of her restaurant."
Jack muses over the idea for several minutes, remembering how you had talked about just that idea right from the beginning. "Hopefully she doesn't overextend herself and by extension - Diana." He does think you would be fantastic at it though.
"I told 'em they had to hire somebody to do the actual planning." Champ nods, having had the same worry. "Di can work magic on anything, but doin' all the tours and weddings would be too much even for my Wonder Woman. And I know your gal wanted to do these from the beginning, but she was the first one to mention hiring a planner. So it'll work out." He chuckles though, glancing at Jack. "Only question is if it's gonna be you or Tequila that gets married first."
"Shit Champ." Jack huffs, propping his hands on his hips as he contemplates that idea. "Do you know how long it's been since my first weddin'?" He asks, remembering the small, ranch wedding he had with Abigail. He had been so goddamn happy and eager to put a ring on her finger. Still a wet behind the ears virgin who wanted nothing but his soulmate. This time - and he's already admitting there will be a 'this time' - he has no idea how he will feel. He's older, more experienced and still completely out of his depths.
"Yes I do." He knows exactly how long, but he also knows that Jack needed that distance. "And when y'all do decide to make a go of it, we'll all be glad to celebrate with you."
"We are takin' things slow." Jack admits quietly. "I want to go to therapy with her. Because of what happened to her and because of my own shit I dumped on her."
If Champ is surprised, he doesn't let himself show it. He nods, rocking a little on his heels, and leans back against the bar counter behind them. "I'll make sure Doc makes space for you," he promises, lowering his voice a little more to match Jack.
"Thanks." Jack keeps his eyes on you, alert for any signs of fatigue or discomfort. Maybe a little overzealous but it has been less than 36 hours since he had held your limp body in the back of that SUV. "I appreciate that. I know I'm fucked up, have been for a long time but I don't want to hurt her anymore."
"Jack Daniels is a changed man." He can't resist teasing just a little. After all, they are friends. "From emotionless ladies man to considerate and caring partner. Can't say I ain't impressed."
"I've always been considerate." Jack puffs up, offended by that comment. "Considerate enough to let women run while the gettin' was good."
"I said 'considerate and caring partner'," Champ reminds him. "Been a long time since you had a woman who you thought of as an equal, that's all I'm saying. Never meant to imply you had no manners."
"What if I'm not good at it?" Jack's eyes tear away from you for a moment, meeting Champ's watery blue eyes before he looks away in embarrassment again. "Bein' a partner? What if I'm too goddamn bad at it and make her more miserable than she was before?"
"You're not gonna be perfect every single day." He says quietly, shifting so he's imperceptibly closer to his friend and refocusing his attention fully on Jack. "If you try to be perfect you're gonna end up a ticking time bomb of stress and urgency. Do the best you can. Support her. Be there for her. Let yourself love her in the best way you can, and when you fuck something up you make sure you goddamn apologize. And when you don't know what to do? You talk to her. Talk to the doc with her. Can't fix a problem if you don't admit somethin' is broken."
Jack has to admit that Champ gives damn good advice. He knows that even as happy as him and Diana have been over the years, there have been nights where Champ was banished to his couch in his office or Diana wasn’t talkin’ to him. So it’s obviously advice he’s used himself over the years. “I never want her to look that broken ever again.” He doesn’t mean just physically. That was horrible, but nothing could match the horror at seeing the utter defeat in your eyes. The light extinguished, the joy vanquished and luckily it had returned. He never wants to be the cause of it fading again.
"Then you're gonna have to learn to talk without just runnin' your mouth." It makes Champ chuckle a little, and he shrugs one shoulder as he looks back to you with your family - sitting now, watching the baby yawn in the double stroller. "And if you get it figured out, you let me know? I still can't quite get the hang of it, but I'm tryin'."
Jack chuckles and shakes his head, reaching out and slapping his friend’s shoulder. “Be sure to file an after action report as soon as I have mission success.”
Champ's reply is stifled when you turn your head, smiling back at Jack and stifling your own yawn. The man beside him seems to respond instantly and Champ is of no mind to keep him from you. Especially not today.
Jack doesn’t even excuse himself, just pushes off the bar and starts walking over towards you. “I need to get you back.” He murmurs before he looks over at Diana. “Our wonderful tour guide will take you folks out to see the horses, but I’m going to take this one back to the house.”
"Of course." Your mother reacts before anyone else can, watching Jack with you for a moment before looking back to Diana. "Maybe you could recommend someplace for a big group to go for dinner in Louisville? It would be nice to see some of the city while we're here."
"Of course!" Diana cuts in so you don't protest. No one is going to let you cook or play host tonight. Not if you're not up to it. "I'd be glad to give you some recommendations. Let's take the kids to the property line and we can chat?" She puts one hand softly on your shoulder and smiles. "You get some rest, honey."
The caretaking instincts have kicked in, in everyone around you, and you know that you don't have a prayer of winning when they're all dead set on looking after you. "Okay." You nod after a moment. "But I'm just a little tired, that's all. I'm fine."
Jack smiles triumphantly at Diana and your mom before he winds his arm around you. "Come on, sugar. We'll go have us a nap so you can spend some more time with your folks when they get back." He suggests, fingers stroking your skin right at your hip, easing under your shirt automatically so he can feel your warmth.
He gives you enough time to exchange a few hugs before bundling you out the door, and you tuck your hand in his back pocket as you head back toward the neighborhood. "You don't have to lay down with me, Jack, it's okay," you murmur, allowing yourself the chance to lay your head on his shoulder. "Unless my folks have exhausted you. Which I would totally understand."
Jack snorts, aware that he could continue to do whatever for hours but the opportunity to hold you isn’t one he’s willing to give up. “I’m not going to let you nap without me.” He pouts at you playfully.
"Afraid I'll leave your sheets smelling like me?" You tease, raising your head to smirk at him. As slow as you've agreed to move, there doesn't seem to be any shortage of attraction between you. Thank goodness for that.
He chuckles and holds you just a little tighter. “More like I don’t want you to be lonely in that big bed all by yourself.”
"Mmm." If you tried to claim that you wouldn't be, it would be an awful lie. "We shouldn't sleep too long, though. If they're going to go out to eat, we should think about dinner, too."
The chuckle that escapes his lips is filthy but he nods. “Baby, I’ll be perfectly happy making a sandwich for you.”
"You're not gonna let me lift a finger, are you?" Sure you smirk at the suggestiveness in his laugh, but you just pat his ass with the hand that is tucked into his back pocket.
“Are you going to complain?” He asks, lifting his brow at you. “You don’t want me spoiling you right now and taking care of you?”
"I'm not complaining at all." You shake your head, searching his face to make sure he's just teasing and not upset at all. You had seen him talking to Champ but couldn't hear what they were talking about. "I just...I don't want you to feel like you have to take care of me. I can always curl up on the couch or grab myself something to eat if you have other things to do."
“I have nowhere else that is more important than being right here.” The worry that you’re feeling smothered hits him and he looks back at you seriously. “Unless you need some time to yourself? You need me get lost for awhile, sugar?”
"No." As if to prove it, you squeeze him tighter to your side. "I just didn't know if Champ was talking to you about work or something." Looking up at him, it's easy to tell that you're both worried in different ways. "I want to spend time with you, Jack. But if you have work to do, I don't want to keep you from me. I'm a big girl with plenty of patience."
"I'm not plannin' on going back out into the field until after your big openin'." Jack admits with a small shrug of his shoulders. "I want to make sure we have time for a few good sessions with the doc before anything."
“Really?” Despite how well you’ve been doing this last day and a half or so, you really did expect Jack to run for the field as soon as he was able. It’s been his whole life - why would you ever think he would do otherwise? “Well,” you offer him a shy smile. “I can’t say I’m upset about that.”
"Listen, sugar." Jack stops in the middle of the gravel path that leads towards the employee housing and takes a hold of your shoulders gently. "I know that I've acted like a horse's ass, but I–" he sighs and tries again. "I want to be here for things that are important to you, and I want to make sure that you are good before I step back into the field." He rubs your shoulders gently. "I love you, sugar."
“I love you, too.” Since the shock of hearing him say it for the very first time yesterday, this time it warms you through and seeps into your bones with comfort as you put your arms around him. “And I’m grateful that you want to be home with me while we’re working up to the opening. Just like I’m grateful that you’re spending time with my family and having us at your place.” He watches you intently, you’ve found, and you keep your arms around him. “I guess I just want to make sure that you’re taking care of yourself as well as you’re taking care of me.”
"I'm getting used to...to caring about someone like this again." Jack admits quietly. "It’s different than caring about the people I work with or friends. But I don't mind it."
“There’s no rush.” No matter what, you’re always going to want to give him the respect and support he deserves, which means letting him come to this at his own pace. “If you want to coexist and spend all that free time together? Baby, I’m in. But I’m not going to be offended if you’re the kind of person who needs alone time to recharge.” Placing a kiss on the tip of his nose, you smile softly and lean into his arms. “We’re still learning about each other, but I love what I’m learning.”
“I’m afraid you’re going to disappear.” The words slip out of his mouth unbidden, and he wishes he could take them back. It’s a fear, a real one. That if he takes his eyes off you for a second you will be in danger or worse again.
Frowning, you pull back again and search his face. “What do you mean?”
“I–” Jack reaches up and runs his hand over your hair and down your back. “She asked me to go to the store that day.” He admits quietly. “When she realized she forgot the candles. But I was fuckin’ with the grill. We were havin’ the boys come up from the bunk house for a barbecue and cake and beer.” He shakes his head, reminding himself that he wasn’t to blame. If it hadn’t been that day, Rollins would have found another day to ruin his life. “I let her out of my sight and she died. I pushed you away and let you out of my sight and Rollins got his claws into you. Tried to take you from me too.” He leans forward and presses his head against yours again. “Only thing I can think of right now is that as long as I have you near me, you’re safe.”
“Oh honey…” Instantly tightening your arms around him, you press a reassuring kiss to Jack’s lips and hold onto him for a long moment. “I’m sorry. You keep your eagle eye on me for as long as you need to feel better, okay? I’m not going anywhere with you for at least the next few days. And if next week you want to come and make yourself useful at the restaurant while we get ready to open, you’re more than welcome. Just—” Your hand gently cups his cheek and brushes over the stubble on his jaw. “You saved me, Jack. You did. And Rollins is gone forever. You did that for me and for her.”
“Tiny little pieces.” Jack reminds himself quietly. “He’ll never hurt you again, sugar.”
“Why don’t you take me home so we can have that nap?” It makes sense why he doesn’t even let you sleep without him curled around you, knowing now that he’s working through fears of his own. You would never criticize him for not. Not in a million years. “We can make some sandwiches for dinner when we wake up, and see what everybody is feeling up to when my family gets back tonight?”
“I can light a fire in the outdoor fireplace.” Because his house is larger, his back yard is larger too. He had let Diana create a relaxing atmosphere out there with Adirondack chairs and stringed lights around the stone fireplace.
“Sounds perfect.” You start to walk again, arms around each other with your pace at a stroll. “Fair warning, though. My mom’s already figured out what part of your yard would make the perfect place for me to plant a garden.”
Jack laughs and the tension he hadn’t realized he had been holding in his shoulders about why he is hovering. Or the tension about how you would react to it. “Raised beds or no?”
You nod, laughing with him as you turn the corner into your neighborhood. “Raised beds for some of it, to create contrast. I swear, that woman is where I get my planning genes from. I bet if you asked her tonight she’ll have the whole thing mapped in her head.”
“Well, when you want to get planting, you let me know.” Jack muses. He doesn’t use the back yard for much and if you wanted to grow things, it would be yours to use.
“I’m not gonna take over your yard, honey.” If you lived together it would be one thing. It would at least be a conversation to have. But it’s very nice of him to be so open and welcoming. “I’m just saying it would be a chat that would make my mom happy.”
He snorts. “I hardly ever go back there.” He tells you. “If you wanted to put a pool in there, I wouldn’t care. Though I might use it then.”
As you turn the corner off the main street to head toward his house, you shrug slightly. Is not a big deal, and it shouldn’t matter. But here you are being shy about it. “It’s still your house,” you remind him. “If it were like months or even years from now and we were living together, that would be different. But this is your personal space.”
“Maybe it won’t be my personal space soon.” Jack muses. “Your little cabin is smaller than mine and we do have two agents coming in.” He says it casually, like it’s not a big deal. “It wouldn’t be much different from the last two days.”
“Did you j—” Stopping dead in the middle of the sidewalk in front of his large house, you’re practically gaping at him for how casually he just tossed out the option like he was saying you should have BLTs for dinner while your heart pounds a mile a minute. “You want us to live together?”
Jack stops and turns back towards you, slightly uneasy. “You don’t have to. I know it’s a step. A big one. But don’t feel like I’m pushing.”
“No, I do!” You blurt out, flustering at how quickly you jump on the invitation once you realize it’s sincere. It feels like your chest could burst from the happy way your heart swells and you reach forward to grab his hand again. “You’re not pushing. You’re offering. I’m just…” You exhale softly, looking embarrassed. “I’m still getting used to the idea that you want me — that you love me — the same way I love you.”
“I understand.” Jack does, and he’s grateful that you are as compassionate as you are. Otherwise he would have been out on his ass. “I spent plenty of time loudly telling you that I didn’t. I don’t expect you to – I guess understand – right away.”
“How about we make this something that we talk to the doc about?” You step closer to him to put your arm through his and start to lead him up the walk to his own front door. “In the meantime, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I wanted to accept without thinking.” It’s silly to admit, but having him be so open and eager is like a balm for your soul. “So what would you think about having an extended slumber party for a while? Even after my parents are gone. Like a trial run?”
“I was planning on that anyway.” Jack admits with a grin. “The only way you are sleeping alone is if you lock the door or when I go back to the field.” He doesn’t mention that he has dreamed about how you looked on that floor several times.
“Hmmm.” The shrewd hum through your lips is just a cover so you don’t giggle in delight, and you walk up to the front door with him arm in arm. “You’re gonna have to have my thumb print added to your front door scanner.”
“Done, sugar.” Jack grins. “You did say you wanted to cook in my kitchen.”
“Got any other surprises for me while we’re at it?” He pushes inside and you follow him, letting that buoying feeling of joy float through you.
Jack bites his lip and considers not mentioning it, but he doesn’t think that would go over well. “What Champ and I were talking about…Tex is coming back. Apparently his banishment is over.”
"Oh?" It smacks your system with a hit of anxiety, knowing that the whole situation was over you and how poorly all three of you handled it. "Soon...or? Have you talked to him since he left?" Just because he hadn't reached out to you – or answered any of your texts – doesn't mean he hasn't spoken to anyone else.
“He’ll be here this weekend.” Jack tells you. “I haven’t talked to him, but I don’t know if he’s forgiven me yet. He–” Jack wipes his hands on his jeans. “He apparently found his soulmate over there. She’s an agent too. She’s coming back with ‘im.”
“Well…that’s great, isn’t it?” The door shuts behind you and you keep moving automatically, up toward the master bedroom. Though you don’t really feel like napping anymore. “Hopefully that should…it should make things easier for all of us. To be able to put what happened behind us.”
“I don’t– I’m not jealous of what happened.” Jack grunts at his own lie. “I mean, I am, but it’s because of myself. I don’t judge you for being with the boy. I practically set that up, bein’ a dumbass.”
“If you judged me for a relationship I had when I was single, we would be having a whole other conversation.” At the top of the stairs he turns left and you stick to his side without hesitation. “But like I said, that’s in the past. And whoever his soulmate is, I hope he’s head over heels and exceedingly happy.” You flash him a smile that clearly says: like I am.
“I know.” Jack grins back at you. “Just want you to know I’m not going to act like a bull during mating season. I won’t try to keep you from being friendly or anything.”
“That’s a very vivid image you paint there, babe.” You can’t help but laugh, and flop down on Jack’s enormous bed with a sigh. “Because I do want to be friends with him, and I know you two are close too. I don’t want to be the reason that that ended.”
“Nah, it’ll take more than a puny punch to the jaw for me to stop saving the fool’s ass in the field and keeping him out of trouble when we’re at home.” Jack jokes with a wink as he peels off his blazer and starts to unbutton his shirt. “You gonna get comfortable, sugar or are you gonna watch?”
“I’m not gonna deny that I like the view.” Despite raising one playful eyebrow at him, you shift on the bed to pull off your boots, socks, and jeans first.
“Mmmhm.” You yawn again and he chuckles. Your reaction to the chamber was being sleepy. It wasn’t a bad thing but it does take a few days to get back to normal, according to Ginger.
“It’s a good view.” Your bra joins the small pile of your clothes in the bedside table so you can sleep in your panties and t-shirt. “You gonna nap with me, handsome? Or just snuggle?”
“Probably just snuggle.” He admits, not that he has any problem with that. He could hold you and be perfectly rested.
“Okay.” The two of you climb under the blankets together and you sigh contentedly when he opens his arms for you to get comfortable in the circle of their security. “Snuggles are good.”
“Yes they are sugar.” Jack kisses the crown of your head and sighs, breathing you in and reminding himself that you are here. That he needs to relax and not believe that every time he looks away something bad is going to happen. “Get some rest. I’ll be right here.”

Derek Takes Me Out For A Special Treat
After our shower together we laid on my bed naked for a little bit cuddling. Derek held me tight and whispered about how much he enjoyed having sex with me. Most girls can't handle my size, he explained. I love your big cock Derek, it makes me cum so hard, I reassured him. He squeezed my body tight, I can't belive I put your dick in my mouth and swallowed some of your cum, I've never done that before, he admitted. I'm not gay, he said with uncertainty. No, I responded, playing with a gurl cock doesn't make you gay, you can do anything you want with me, anything. He reached down and grabbed my little pink cock and stroked it, I've always wondered what it feels like, having one inside you, he asked softly. I turned around and started kissing him, it feels fucking amazing, I replied. I grabbed his hand and said, you're going to make me horny again if you keep playing with my clitty.
Let's go get get some dinner, he suggested as he stood up next to the bed. I rolled onto my tummy and stared as his big black cock, it was just inches away from my face. After we eat can I have more of this, I asked as I reached out and pulled his cock to my face and kissed the head. I took the tip into my mouth and then pulled it out making a loud popping sound with my lips. Now who's making who horny, he responded.
Fair enough, I replied as I hopped up and walked into the closet to get dressed. I put on my cute little pink cage and a garter belt with pink stockings. I pulled on a teal, tight fitting 1 piece and put on my cute new vans I had just got. I picked out a sexy butt plug and went out to the living room. Derek was dressed and sitting on the couch putting his shoes on when I walked up to him. He looked up at me as I put the plug into my mouth and got it wet. I pulled it out and handed it to him, will you help me with this, I asked in a sexy voice as I turned and lifted my dress, sticking my ass out. He gently slid it into me, ahhh, I gasped a little as it popped in. He slapped my ass and said, damn, you are so fucking hot. I looked back over my shoulder and smiled as I walked to the bedroom, my ass still hanging out of my short dress.
We held hands as we walked to this cute little sushi place less than a block away from my condo. Dinner was amazing and we had a few drinks. As we were leaving Derek got a message from Thomas asking if he wanted to come over for drinks. I agreed that sounded fun and Thomas lived a few floors down from me so it was super close. As we walked into the building we passed the cowboy that I had fucked on St. Patrick's day and he immediately recognized me. He winked as he held the door and said, ma'am as I walked by. What a gentleman I thought as I lifted my dress flashing my cute little ass and bright pink butt plug to him.
Derek knocked on the door and Thomas greeted us. Ohhh fuck I thought to myself as Thomas leaned down to hug me, you must be Jessica, he said, wow, you are beautiful. He was young and very cute, his body was similar to Derek's, very tall and a little more muscular. He had to be at least six foot six. What was I going to do? I had two fucking hot black guys together and I was so horny.
Thomas made us a few drinks and told some funny stories about them growing up together. It was cute seeing them laughing together. I asked to use the bathroom and Thomas took my hand and led me to the master bath. I sat down to pee and looked around, it was not a typical bachelor pad, it was very clean and organized. I bet Thomas took care of himself I thought. I wondered if he shaved his cock like Derek, I played with my butt plug a little as I thought about getting fucked by both these studs.
I came out and Derek was laying on the bed, Thomas was standing against the wall and they were talking about how Derek and I met. Are y'all talking dirty about me, I asked as I climbed up onto the bed, the alcohol was starting to kick in. I straddled Derek and stuck my ass up in the air as I reached down to kiss him. Thomas had a full view of my cute little butt and caged sissy cock. Ohhhh fuck he exclaimed. I kissed Derek's ear and sucked his ear lobe as I whispered, can I fuck your friend too, I want both of your cocks, I reached down and grabbed Derek's dick and just as I suspected it was hard. Does this mean I get a special treat tonight, I asked sexually as I continued making out with his ear.
He rolled me over and got up, they both stood there and looked at me as I pulled my dress off and laid there on my back rubbing myself between my caged clit and my butt plug. She's fucking sexy Thomas said to Derek, I told you he replied. Knowing they had been talking about what a cum slut I was made my sissy cock swell inside my cage. I slid off the bed and down to my knees as they both stripped and stood in front of me. My ass was throbbing around my butt plug as I stared at the two biggest cocks I've ever seen.
I reached out and grabbed Thomas's dick and pulled him into my mouth. I sucked his cock as I stroked his thick shaft. He had a small patch of pubic hair that looked so cute, I relaxed my throat and took his whole cock shoving my nose right into his little patch of hair. It smelled so good. I pushed my head back against the bed and Thomas leaned over putting his hands on top of the bed, he started jackhammering his cock down into my throat. I wrapped my arms around his waist and held him as he thrusted into me, the loud gagging muffled by his big black balls slapping into my drool covered chin.
I released my grip on him and he pulled his cock out of my mouth leaving a stream of thick saliva pouring out of my mouth. Ohh fuck, he exclaimed, you are fucking amazing. I reached up and started stroking his dick as Derek moved in front of me and drove his BBC into my wet mouth. He did the same thing and leaned onto the bed and throat fucked me while Travis climbed up on the bed behind me.
Derek pulled his big dick out of my throat and dropped it onto my face smearing thick saliva all over me. He pushed his balls up onto my mouth and I started licking them. He lifted his cock up and thrusted his hips forward letting my tongue reach his asshole. I rubbed the tip of my tongue back and forth across his ass as he moaned.
Derek pulled me up and tossed me onto the bed where Thomas was waiting. I crawled on all fours over to him and grabbed his cock guiding it into my mouth. I held the base of his cock as I bobbed my mouth up and down on his swollen dick head. Derek got behind me and slapped my ass as I arched my back. He pulled my butt plug out and put his mouth on my ass driving his tongue deep into my ass. I moaned loudly and took more of Thomas's cock into my mouth letting the tip hit the back of my throat. Thick white drool started running down his black shaft and over my hand. I stroked him and smeared my spit all over his balls as he pulled his knees up and spread his legs wide.
Derek was fucking my boipussy with his tongue and it felt so fucking good. I moved my other hand under Thomas and started playing with his asshole, it was a mess of thick creamy drool from my mouth and my fingers slid easily over his ass. He lifted his hips a little and I pushed my finger inside him. He gasped in excitement and dropped back down forcing my finger all the way inside him. He grabbed the back of my head and drove my mouth down to his balls pressing my finger deeper. He held my head as he thrusted up and down fucking himself on my finger and pumping his big cock in and out of my throat.
Derek pulled his tongue out of my boipussy and lined his swollen cock up. He slid easily into my sopping wet hole, my little clit throbbed as he pushed inch after inch into me until his balls pressed into the back of my balls. I stuck my ass up as high as I could and tried to beg him to fuck me, but my voice was muffled by Thomas who was fucking my throat. He pulled my hair lifting my head off of his cock so I could talk. What was that sweetie, he asked nicely. Fuck me, I replied as I looked Thomas in the face, I want Derek to fuck my pussy, please, I begged. You want Derek to destroy your little pink pussy with his big black cock, Thomas asked. I looked up at him as I pushed my finger against his prostate, the harder he fucks me the harder I'm going to suck your cock, I said. I rubbed his prostrate and slid his throbbing dick back into my mouth and waited for Derek to make a move.
Bro, fuck her already, Thomas begged. Derek grabbed my hips and thrusted his cock as deep as he could. I moaned in extacy and pushed my lips down to the base of Thomas's cock. Derek pulled all the way back and I did the same. We went back and forth like this slowly and it was driving me crazy, two big black cocks stretching my holes. My boipussy was throbbing from the slow fuck and Thomas's cock was rock hard, I could tell he wanted to cum so bad.
Thomas said to Derek, let's trade, this bitch wants to get fucked, you play too much. Derek laughed and they both pulled out of me leaving me feeling empty. Derek kneeled in front of me as Thomas pushed his rock hard dick into my gaping ass. He grabbed my hips and pulled as he stretched my ass further. I looked up at Derek and asked, same deal? Derek stared down at me and replied, baby if you deepthroat my cock again I'm going to fucking nut.
Thomas wasted no time as he gripped my hips tightly and started fucking me. He was slamming his thick cock into my ass as hard as he could. I screamed in extacy collapsing down onto Derek's cock taking it all the way down my throat. Thomas had full control over me now as he destroyed my boipussy with his big black cock. The harder he fucked the harder it made me deepthroat. Derek held my head as the cock in my ass forced me back and forth.
I felt Derek tense up so I reached out and grabbed his balls as they started contracting, his big cock spasmed and flooded my mouth and throat. I was moaning so hard that I couldn't swallow so his thick cum just spewed out around his cock as my head bobbed back and forth smearing his sticky seed all over his shaft. He pulled out and sat back on the bed, his big black cock and balls coated with thick cum and saliva. Seeing the mess I made on his big dick made me feel like such a cum dumpster.
My eyes rolled back in my head as a massive orgasm shot through my body, I'm cumming, I screamed out as cum started pouring out of my limp caged cock and all over the bed. Thomas started fucking harder into my limp body, holding my ass up in the air by my hips as my arms collapsed and my face landed right in Derek's crotch covering my face in cum.
You like this big black cock, Jessica, he yelled as he thrusted. Yes, I moaned, I love big black cock. My balls retreated inside causing my cage to fall off and my leaking clitty shrank even smaller as cum continued to pour out. He grabbed around my chest and pulled me up to him driving his throbbing cock up into my bladder, fucking it over and over forcing me to start squirting.
He grabbed my cum soaked hair and pulled my head around, I'm going to cum in your fucking pussy, is that what you want, he asked. Ohhhh my God yes, please daddy, I want your cum, I want it inside me, I begged him. Thomas moaned loudly as he slammed me down on his cock, hot cum erupting inside me. He shot jet after jet of thick cum flooding my pussy.
Thomas shoved me back down on the bed and pulled his cock out of me leaving my gaping pussy overflowing with his cum. He grabbed my plug and slid it into my ass. Ohh damn, he exclaimed, that might fall out, your little boipussy is gaping open. He put his cock between my legs and rubbed his tip over my shriveled little gurl dick, you have a sexy little clitty, he said.
I crawled up to Derek and started licking him, cleaning the cum from his balls and his still throbbing cock. I slurped the pool of cum from his belly button as I kissed my way up his chest and he wrapped his arms around me and held me tight. Thank you baby, I said softly, I love being your little cum dumpster.

Seven(ish) Sentence Sunday

Ohhh I am feeling so loved, kisses for you all! 💖
Breaking news, I am still chipping away at first son au. I'm about to get through a really pivotal scene and then there shouldn't be too much more before the ending (but I can never shut up so take that with a grain of salt). Anyway, anyone up for some heated moments leading up to sexy times??
Eventually they burst through Buck’s door and into the bedroom, blindly kicking off their shoes and socks in the doorway and tripping over themselves to get to the bed.
Eddie buries a laugh in Buck’s neck, the sound and action so unbelievable sweet and cute Buck thinks his heart just might burst from it, like a star that is collapsing in on itself, the gravity and heat of its core too much to bear anymore, spreading its light and dust through the universe, splattering its remains over things both near and far.
He thinks Eddie would look good covered in the remnants of his heart, all of the gooey stickiness of his love and scarred pieces of the abused muscle sliding down Eddie’s skin and sinking into his body, his blood, his soul.
Buck grasps at Eddie’s arms, sliding his hands down to cup Eddie’s elbows to hold him up as Eddie’s laugh sinks into the skin of Buck’s throat before fading away. A kiss soaked in loving adoration is pressed beneath his jaw, delicate and soft and brief like Buck is something precious and deserves more than rough, ragged, raw desire, like he is worthy of a love that is gentle and appreciative and serene.
A shaky sigh bursts out of Buck’s quivering lungs, his entire being shaken by one kiss and further wrecked as Eddie slowly drags his hands down Buck’s chest, his fingers tapping out a small, short rhythm when they pass over his pecs.
Buck’s heart leaps, like it wants to escape the confines of his chest and stretch out in Eddie’s hands, held in a soft and rough cradle, covered and protected by hands that build and hold up and caress and soothe. Those hands shake as they shift to the buttons on Buck’s shirt, like anticipation and fear is buzzing in the bones beneath flesh, as if the prospect of having his hands against Buck’s bare skin is a privilege Eddie isn’t sure he’s ready for, always so afraid of the things he loves most breaking under his touch.

I just love reading stories where the main character is built well. I'm a very very very novice writer, so pls shoot me a message on how I can improve my writing!
"So you two aren't together?" Phoenix leaned into the counter, asking about you and Robbie (Bob).
"I mean we did try that one time." You scrunched your nose.
"Oh, it was horrid. We were kids that were pressured into it. Holding hands felt fine, but when we tried to kiss, it felt like I was kissing an actual sister I had." Robbie explained further.
"I'm sorry if I was given the wrong idea. Bob absolutely adores you and talks about you endlessly. I can't see why he wouldn't though." She winked as you laughed.
"Oh, you should have seen Robbie back then. He was a little ladies man back in high school! The bad boy with that cowboy hat and curly hair."
"Ohhh, Bob being a ladies man, huh?" Phoenix raised her eyebrows teasingly at him, him scowling at you for bringing it up.
Smiling cheekily, you reached over to poke him before going back with your rag on the counter. You knew he missed you, it was quite a while since you've seen each other. They had been assigned out of California for a while. Today was the first day you met all of Robbie's friends and you were quite excited. Him you saw back home last Christmas, so you cared less about his face. It was refreshing though, how you felt like you five were friends for years. The other two, Micky and Reuben, running off to the bathroom from drinking too much at the bar across.
You worked at The Greasy Spoon, a diner right across the popular Navy bar. It was where some of the guys would hang out after the bar had closed. As all the places near the base were mandated to only be open Wednesday to Friday until 8 PM, Arthur, your 65-year-old veteran boss, was able to fight to be opened until 12 AM.
The bell by the door suddenly rang meaning the door had opened. You shot up from the counter and immediately got the menus, quickly shuffling your way over to the entrance door. It was Arthur's request that the diner would feel like home, servers would be dressed like 50s wives and husbands, greeting soldiers at the door like his wife did for him when he'd come home. It sounded a little misogynistic but the way Lucinda had clung to his arm giggling while he told that story had you swooning. Tonight, you were the only server left since service was usually slow at night. Most patrons of the Hard Deck were either going home or getting lucky.
You softly winced as your hip had come in contact with the slightly misaligned table.
"Are you good, sweetheart?" The brunette asked concerned, his hands hovering above your waist that got hit.
"Welcome to The Greasy Spoon. How may I be of service today?" You said winded from the pain, slowly straightening yourself up.
Your face was still somewhat smiling to keep up your cheery retail personality. Rooster's mouth was unable to hide the smile that was growing on his because of your cute pained expression.
Like Pavlov's dogs, you associated the bell ringing with a straight posture and turning on your biggest smile but that was blocked by the brunette's head, both of you wincing. With the blonde that had just entered backwards, laughing and pushing around with his buddy that have yet to step in the door, bumped the Hawaiian shirt wearing man forward into you.
You flinched, head tilting down, shoulders rising up, as he stumbled forward knocking you off your balance a little.
"Woah there." He held onto your waist, stopping your from completely tipping over. "Sorry 'bout that. I promise I don't go knocking pretty girls around to get their attention."
"I promise I don't go bumping heads with pretty brunettes." You laughed.
"See? Rooster's already picking up- Siren?" Your head whipped to the blonde that was standing behind. Siren, a nickname you haven't heard in a while. After pranking Robbie (Bob) and his brother, everyone who knew you would soon enough learn of it.
"I knew I recognized that big head somewhere." You smiled coming close to hug him. Jake Seresin was a piece of work but he was a lovely country boy you met back in Texas, him having 'special relations' with your cousin, Carlos (or Caloy as he was known in the family). No one really knew that he was gay, he mentioned when you sat down to talk to him about him sleeping around. The pretty girls he took home were all just for show. Well, at first it wasn't, until he finally accepted that he was for the other team. The over masculinized persona was just hiding a man who really wanted to be loved by another man.
You laughed as he picked you up. "I missed you, momma bear." He muffled onto your shoulder. Another nickname that stuck after you practically ate him alive when he and Carlos had broken up about a million times. After accepting how they weren't gonna work out, they decided to lay it off and hook up whenever the other was in town. "Just as long as everyone's on the same page and no one's getting hurt." You said.
"I see you've met Rooster." He said as he put you down.
"Oh yeah, we're very well acquainted." You turned to look at the boy.
"That's Coyote." 'Rooster' pointed to the other tall man standing next to Jake.
"Oh yeah, I know him. Double cheese, triple patty, ketchup on the side, and a slice of banana chocolate chip bread?"
"Tastes almost like home." Javy smiled, patting Jake's shoulder who made their way to the counter to join the two, with Mickey and Reuben walking back to their seats from their trip in the toilet.
"Well, seems like you know everyone already." The brunette said with a sheepish smile scratching the back of his head.
"Oh yeah, you're practically useless, chicken." You laughed at his taken aback expression as you tugged him over to join the group.
The night was just starting for the group as you learned. They had just come home from their detachment, holiday plans were being discussed by the group. They explained how they spoke about holiday plans early into the year, helped them keep sane while they were away from home, thinking about what was waiting for them when they did. Everyone was excited, talking about how they were going to come home while Rooster, the man you still didn't catch the name of, kept quiet.
"Hey, what about you?" You asked softly, making sure not to overstep.
"Hm?" His eyes drifting behind you, staring at the multitude of candy syrups for the shaved ice.
"Any holiday plans or you're not much for the holiday spirit?"
"Ah," His eyes travelled up to your face, smiling sadly. "I guess not, no."
Both of you had gotten close, with him staying in Fightertown much longer than the others. Being tired after hours, he'd come around The Greasy Spoon to eat something before he went home. You staying to accompany him in his booth as he ate.
It was late, so you were shocked when the bell on the door rang. "Arthur! Lucinda!" You smiled, rushing over to hug them. They weren't the typical bosses, you almost felt as if they were your grandparents.
"Hey, sweetie. We'll be staying upstairs for tonight, Arthur and I wanted to lay down on the beach tomorrow." Lucinda referred to the little suite they had made on top of the restaurant for when they visited.
"Oh, and who is that young man there?" Arthur asked, walking towards Bradley who was doodling on a piece of tissue.
Arthur and Lucinda meeting Bradley was nerve wracking. For some reason, you had this feeling that you wanted them to approve of him, and it was easy for them to. Bradley was smooth and respectful, the night ending with the two owners practically pushing you out to "be kids, have fun!" and you whining about how you're 28 and not a kid. Your mustached friend offering to accompany you home when you started walking, him trailing close by. You told him how much you loved passing by the beach as you walked home, the humid air and the cold breeze reminding you of how it was back at home, back when you were a kid in the Philippines. With Rooster glistening with sweat, and you laughing at how he looked, you invited him in to stay the night.
"You said your apartment was nearby."
"Old man, I said my apartment is at Kingby which is a street that is a 45-minute walk from the diner." You laughed, handing him a glass of water. "I'll get you some of my cousin's clothes and a towel. You stink. Just get your jeep tomorrow."
It happened more often as time passed that he stayed late until you closed up. You figured he stayed because it was lonely being without the rest of his friends back at the apartment he had near the base, but he did it so he could make sure you got home safe after learning that this was your nightly routine. On nights that you were more tired than usual, he'd drive you but sometimes he'd walk you 'forcing' him to sleep on your couch for the night.
You had known each other for 10 months before you thought to ask, ensuring that Rooster wasn't absolutely going to murder you and your family. You didn't know how you managed to get Bradley to actually come with but it did work after hours and hours of pleading. And that's how he ended up at your family house back in Wabang, Wyoming where you had originally met Robbie (Bob) and his brothers, where all of you had grown up.
Rooster heard you coming in the room when you switched the lights on. He just kept his eyes closed, listening to what you were up to while you came in and out of the room. You went around the bed getting your phone that was charged which was connected to the mini JBL bluetooth speaker that Kuya Caloy got you last Christmas, playing a calm OPM Christmas song.
Rooster took note of how the song sounded. It was pretty, it sounded exactly how he thought what you'd like to listen to. He couldn't understand the lyrics but the melody of it was enough to bring a soft smile to his face before immediately turning it neutral again to feign his sleep while you softly padded back outside. The little shuffling of your feet that he has memorized came shortly after with the scent of warm milk sifting through the air and the sound of the door clicking close followed by a sharp locking sound.
He felt you looking at him, the warmth of your gaze burning on his cheeks. A soft smile growing on your face when you saw how his face had relaxed that the usual stress that you read on his face. He was the responsible one of the group. Always tense, always on-guard, even as he had fun and laughed with the group, his eyes darted around to make sure everyone was included and everyone was okay.
"Bradley?" You shook him softly. He kept his eyes closed so you wouldn't know that he was awake all this time. "Bradley, come, wake up." You knelt down infront of him, hand touching his face. "Bradley, wake up, caro." Your thumb rubbing on his cheeks, his eyes finally fluttering open.
"Hey."
"Hey." He smiled back.
You looked at each other for a while before you took your hand off his face. "I'm sorry." You smiled sheepishly, standing up and sitting on the edge of the bed facing Rooster. "I wasn't sure how to wake you up, I didn't want to be rude and be loud."
"It's okay. It's nice to be woken up without yelling and whistles for once." He stretched himself and sat up.
"I wasn't sure if I should wake you up but it's tradition for everyone in the house to wait for the clock to strike 12 for Christmas. We don't get to have New Years Eve together so we decided to do it for Christmas instead." You shrugged looking down at your hands.
"It's lovely, chick. I haven't been part of any Christmas traditions in a while so I appreciate you for letting me be a part of yours." He said softly reaching your hands to squeeze them lightly, making you feel warm.
It wasn't usual for you to feel shy around him. If anything, you were the one who took joy in teasing him and making him flustered. You didn't know where these feelings came from so suddenly. You did quite like him already but something about him being in pajamas and looking so casual made your heart flutter. Everything just felt somewhat domestic.
"Good thing my mom would absolutely murder me if she learned that I let someone spend it alone or else you would've been all alone this Christmas." You smiled teasingly at him to try and ignore the feeling in your stomach that was growing.
"Well, I'll make sure to give her some special lovins when I get down then. Heard she and her husband were separated, possibly might need someone to fill the spot?" He teased back.
You gasped, grabbing a pillow and smacking him in the face with it. "If you wanted me to call you daddy, you don't need to do all that." You rolled you eyes, mouth running before you could even think, suddenly blushing.
Rooster couldn't respond, instead he hit you back with a pillow too. That went on for a while until he accidentally hit your head with full force. Your jaw dropped looking at him.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" He apologized looking at you, pulled your head onto his chest and rubbing it.
You pushed him hard, his back falling onto the bed as you grabbed a pillow to smack his head with it. "You don't." Smack. "Hit a girl." Smack. "That hard." Smack. "In pillow fights!" Smack.
"I'm sorry!" He said as you both started giggling as you attacked him with the pillow. You were straddling him, your short frame needing to be high up on his torso so you could even hit him. You didn't realize it but Rooster was flushed by how close you were.
"Okay, okay, enough." You said seeing the clock with a bright LED white 11:50 PM written on it. "I got you a little snack to wake your stomach up before we join everyone downstairs." You reached over the bed, one hand steadying you near Rooster's head to get to the bedside table and getting what he presumed was what he smelled the first time you went up. "I brought you hot chocolate balls too but I thought that maybe you'd want to pour the warm milk yourself. I didn't know how much cream and syrup you wanted either so I just brought them up." You unlatched yourself off his torso and on the side of it so he could sit up. He found it cute, how you sat on your feet eager to see him try everything that you brought for him.
He got the fork from the little plate and ate something that was like bread on a leaf. It was sweet but a little salty. It felt like cornbread but it wasn't. You giggled as you saw his confused face getting a second bite.
"Oh, I failed to mention. You should get ready for the aunties downstairs. Everyone came while you were napping." You said while fixing how you were sat.
"What should I get ready for?" He asked as he took more bites of the bread-like thing in front of him.
"Just the comments of how tall you are, possible touching of your arms or shoulders, possible assumptions that you might be my boyfriend." You blushed. "I'm not sure how inappropriate they might get. I haven't brought home a boy. Well, except, Robbie— I mean, Bob. But that's different, he's been coming here since grade school so that doesn't count."
"I always wondered about you and Bob." He wondered.
"Hm, what about us?" You asked. His eyes widened realizing that he did say it out loud.
"At first we thought you were his girlfriend with how he spoke of you." He said eating his next bite.
"Ahhh." You laughed. "Robbie and I go way back, we met in grade school when we first moved here. Mom was having a hard time going through the divorce and I was alone at a potluck. He had his brothers, and they wanted a little sister so they took me under their wing, seeing all the bullying and stuff at school. They were the cool kids so being attached at their hip protected me too which was nice. His family practically treated me as their own."
"Ah, well, Bob and his family seems like a nice bunch then." He smiled softly, slightly jealous at how close you both were.
"So much so that our family spends time with them a lot. Anyways, how's the food?"
"The first bite was a bit weird but it's somewhat addicting. It's sweet and salty but it's nothing I've tasted before. It's delicious." He said, shovelling a bigger bite into his mouth.
"It's bibingka- coconut cream, cheese, and salted egg, all together. No one would think that it would taste good at first glance but weirdly, it does. Tastes delicious dipped in hot chocolate too." You motioned your lips towards the table.
He looked at you confused, you could practically see question marks floating on top of his head.
You laughed, picking up the mug. He took it, smiling at how cute it was. There was a literal hot chocolate ball in it.
"Ah, the hot chocolate. I thought you were kissing some Christmas ghost in the air or something."
You got the warm milk and handed it to him. "Why, you rather it was you?"
He laughed at your response, taking the milk from your hands. Both of you watched as it melted the ball. Completing the cup, you held it as he added a tower of whipped cream and a bit of chocolate syrup on top.
"Oop!" You exclaimed as a bit of the hot chocolate spilled out as you passed it back to him. Out of habit, you swiped your finger up the cup and stuck it in your mouth, you didn't even realize how he stared at you in adoration. She's so cute, he thought as he brought the cup to his lips to sip. You giggled when he pulled it away, cream stuck on his moustache.
"What?" He asked, oblivious.
"Nothing!" You smiled, cheekily. "Now try it with the bibingka." You said excited, getting the plate and dipping the bibingka into the hot chocolate, holding it up to his mouth.
He stared at the fork, hesitating for a second before taking a bite. "Mmm! That is good." He said with his mouth full. He wasn't kidding. It was great.
"It should be. I made everything." You teased.
"Well, now it isn't as good." He said jokingly, getting a glare.
"Shut up, pornstache. I'm trying to be nice for Chrismas here." You whined.
"It's good, Y/N. It's really good." He smiled which you returned. You fell into silence, clinks of the fork and the plate, and his sips were the only things heard. You sat there to watch him finish, stealing a few sips of the hot chocolate as well, blushing, thinking about how the scene playing out between you felt. You thought of how your lips touched the same cup his did, your cheeks reddening, something that Rooster mistook for just warmth from the hot chocolate. It was such a middle school thought, indirect kiss.
"I'm sorry I couldn't really get you anything expensive but I still wanted to get you a gift, so here. I've washed it so wear it when you come down if you want." You said, handing him a paper bag. "I'll be downstairs, okay? Come follow soon." You took the dishes leaving him in the room.
You opened the door again before he had opened his gift, smiling at him as you did. "Oh, and wipe your damn face."
You secretly wished he'd wear it. It was a sweater you've been knitting for him with a special message inside when he'd take it off. It was designed with a scene of a story told by Maverick, told to you by the other members of the squad which you found hilarious. He laughed when he saw it. It was a vague scene of pine trees, snow, and a little Mav pushing him in anger during the uranium mission. You didn't sew on a full face on him, but he knew that it was him by the pronounced mustache you gave the man in the sweater.
He hasn't gotten a real Christmas present in a while. I mean the cash was nice during his teenage years, and a few beer bottles were appreciated from his teammates when they invited him out for a Christmas drink, but this was really thoughtful.
You blushed as you walked down, thinking about how you would've kissed Bradley's cream-stache away if you could. You shook away your thoughts, busying yourself in the kitchen with your mom and aunties. You were the one making sure everything tasted right. Everyone assisted in cooking but it fell on you how everything tasted. There was a wide variety of food that were Noche Buena classics with a couple of just general Filipino event classics— honeyed ham, lechon, fried chicken, pansit, spaghetti, rice, buko pandan, bibingka, puto bumbong, and mango graham. It was more than enough for everyone in the house but somehow with all the takeouts for other people who took food home, there was always nothing left.
"Ay anak, where's Bradley? He should come and meet everyone." Your mom asked. "Ay, my child, where's Bradley? He should come and meet everyone."
"He'll be coming down soon, mama. Just getting ready. He went to nap, remember? He's used to sleeping early." You smiled towards your excited mom.
"Uy! Sino si Bradley? Am I gonna finally gonna get an apo sa tuhod?" Your lola exclaimed. "Uy! Who's Bradley? Am I gonna finally gonna get great-grandchildren?"
"Ay mama, ang pogi pogi, ang tangkad, at ang bait pa jusko!" Your mom said to her mother. "Kung ganyan ang magiging manugang ko, aba, bakit hindi?" "Ay mama, he's so handsome, so tall, and so kind, my goodness!" "If my son-in-law would be him, gosh, why not?"
"Mamaaaa, please, he's just a friend." You whined as you wiped your hands off at the small hand towel attached to your pants, removing it and setting it on a hook, moving out the kitchen into the dining room where you saw Bradley interacting with your little cousin.
"You know, I fly planes too!" He exclaimed to Sasa, who was listening to him intently. He took her plane toy and explained to her with it how they'd fly up and down. You smiled at how cute they looked, Rooster looked up and noticed. He ruffled the little kid's hair before making his way to you.
"Starting the propaganda on the youngens, I see." You teased.
"Have to get the recruits somehow." He nudged you back, as you rolled your eyes. He was fucking impossible. Always had a comeback for you.
You walked him towards the table where all the food was. The food filled the table so no one ate there except for the elderlies who you've taken note to make space for. Most people were either standing while they were eating on whatever flat surface they could find, in the living room, or just sitting on the floor— talking, laughing, eating.
"Mama, lola, Bradley's here!" You yelled as the two came rushing out of the kitchen giggling.
You leaned over the table to get a piece of puto bumbong to stuff in your mouth while the two approached them.
"Uy, Bradley, what are your intentions with my apo, ha?" Your lola had said to Bradley making you choke on your snack. "Hey, Bradley, what are your intentions with my granddaughter, ha?"
"Lola—"
She shushed you. "Bradley, my apo, she may be dense but I'm not. She's beautiful, and she cooks well. Not so good at the love department, but she's smart in other things."
"Lolaaa." You whined as Rooster smiled at you cheekily.
"Ma'am, I assure I have nothing but pure intentions for your apo. She's a lady, and I am a gentleman." He nodded, satisfied with what he said.
"Mhm, yeah, my daughter, a lady? That's new." Your mom laughed making you whine and pull Rooster away by his arm, but he resisted wanting to hear more.
"Ay anak, jusko, you can't blame me. How can I think of you as a ladylike woman when you play the most with Robert and that bull rider brother of his? Hay nako, Bradley, my daughter here. As amazing she is at swimming, she's a little troublemaker."
"Mama, that was one timeeee. They were teasing me."
"Sus, I know you did it more than once. Gave the town a heart attack each time." She grumbled. "I'm so sorry, Bradley, you don't know the story." She reached over to hold his arm as she continued, "Y/N, here, decided to fall off the boat and fake drowning to scare the two."
"They were rocking the boat to scare me, mama. I just wanted to scare them back."
"The water was freezing, anak, and you were down there for long enough that even the lifeguards had thought you'd drowned too."
"Scared them enough to stop teasing me though." You smiled cheekily at your mom who squished your face in annoyance.
"Hay nako, Bradley, you have to forgive me for raising such a little stubborn girl. Gladly you've been able to put up with her."
"Oh, Ms. Degamo, you have no idea how hard it's been." He feigned, charming your mom by using Miss and her maiden name.
"Ayayay, you come with me and take time away from her then. Come get some food then let me introduce you to the rest of the family." She grabbed onto his bicep.
As he was getting led away, he mouthed teasingly, "I'm gonna be your dad." which you responded with a middle finger.
"Y/N." She warned even as her back was turned.
"Sorry, ma!"
With that, you started packing some lumpia for Robbie and his brothers- Rhett, Harrison, Miles, and Luke, all practically the same person but in different fonts. They'd kill each other at the Christmas table, but they'd kill for each other if someone outside the family had said something bad about the other. Their father was a sweet man, Bill, who was the town's livestock veterinarian. It was absolute hell when you stayed over because of all the whining animals that you heard but it was fun because of your silly little girl crush on their dad.
"You know, with how much food you pack for them during Christmas, one would think you were sweet on one of the brothers." Carlos came around to tease you. You were both the eldest cousins in the family, the next one who came after you was still in high school going through the 'I hate my family' phase.
"As long as they didn't know I was sweet on their dad." You shushed him as his jaw dropped, you laughing out loud which caught Bradley's attention raising an eyebrow at you. You shrugging him off and going out to meet the boys who always arrived exactly at 11:55 before heading to the bar. Since Mrs. Floyd left, the boys and their father head off to the bar and made new traditions ending the night with a good ol' line dance (or rather, the boys getting their father drunk enough to dance with them as they kept him from sobbing through Christmas Eve).
"Mr. Floyd!"
"I told you, Y/N. It's Bill."
"And I told you, Mr. Floyd, you're too prominent in the town for me to call you that."
Hearing shouts and mumbles, he sighed and rolled his eyes looking back at the truck filled with the rowdy boys.
"Fine, 30 seconds, boys!" He yelled as everyone unloaded and rushed to you.
"Merry Christmas, Si!" Everyone took turns in giving you a hug and a little kiss on the head. From the outside, it would look like you were getting mauled by a pack of wolves. They opened the door and rushed in, saying hello to everyone and giving them a holiday smooch on their cheeks. Bill had come in to join them, giving the kids a fist bump then giving a kiss on the cheek to your grandma before they had to leave. Robbie (Bob) stood next to you while everyone said their quick goodbyes.
"You like him, don't you?" He said.
"Wha- who?"
"Bradley, not my father, you idiot."
"Who knows, maybe I'm sweet on your dad."
"You're disgusting."
"You're the one who gets their dick sucked off in their father's truck every Christmas Eve. That truck would light up like the town's Christmas Tree if I even get close to it with a black light."
"True."
You laughed pushing him out the front door, Bill coming to say goodbye to you with you giving him a kiss on the cheek. He said a quick thank you to everyone, the boys coming and going like a hurricane.
You had one more gift for Bradley that you forgot up in the room which you ran up to get.
"So you and Mr. Floyd, huh?" Bradley teased, you slightly jumped at his sudden presence.
"I like experienced men, what can I say?" You shrugged, focusing on searching for the little box. He choked and spilled his drink on his sweater. "Oh no, honey." You laughed, rushing over to take his drink and pat his back.
"Let me get you a shirt and get that in the laundry, it'll stain." You walked out to get a shirt from Carlos' room. Walking back in, everything got suddenly quiet with Bradley holding the sweater inside out.
"You got quite a type, Ms. Bressett." He teased, referring to your crush confession sewn on the inside of his sweater, sipping on his drink again.
"Oh yeah, it's the daddy issues, old man."
"You're such a fucking headache. Always got a comeback for me."
He was leaned on the random dresser near the door, his body blocking you from fully entering the room. You looked at his bare shoulders, your breath audibly hitching as his grin grew wider. You took the dirty sweater and stepped closer, his smug face dropping.
"How do you think I feel when your annoying ass mouth keeps running, hm?" You said just lightly above a whisper, you could feel his breath on your face now. Your heart sped up at how close you both were, his breath matching yours. He closed his eyes, his arm wrapped around your waist, gripping harder as if it was the only thing stopping him from closing the gap between you. "You never listen to me, Bradshaw." You muttered.
He hummed confused, eyes opening to meet yours that were smiling.
"Wipe your damn face, chicken." You laughed, shoving the sweater onto his face trying to run past as he smiled and rolled his eyes.
He grabbed you with one hand and pulling you closer to him as he rubbed his face onto you, smearing the whipped cream on his mustache on your cheek. You shrieked pushing your hands onto his chest but he was stronger and kept you there.
"Now, we're fair."
"10..." You heard downstairs the countdown to Christmas started.
"Bradley, come on. We're gonna miss the count." You whined, pulling him, simultaneously getting the tissues to wipe both your faces. Wiping yours first, then his, he still stood there like an idiot, not moving an inch.
"What? Do you want me to get you dressed t- mmmph!"
"1..."
His lips crashed down onto yours, a sigh falling off your lips. You could hear his breathing slow down as your hands fell onto his shoulders, feeling the dips and rises that his muscles had provided. One of his hands kept exploring while the other stayed to cup your cheek. His hands got lower gripping onto your thigh making you gasp, letting his tongue make it's way in. His hands were so big on your body that even just him holding it felt good.
He walked you backwards onto the wall, shutting and locking the door as he did. You pushed yourself forward, trying to deepen the kiss, whining when the hand that was softly cupping your cheek seconds ago wrapped around your neck to give a gentle squeeze. He pulled away kissing your flushed cheeks that he found cute.
"You ass, you made us miss the count." You whispered, eyes still closed, head floating.
"I did." He laughed, kissing down to your neck.
"I don't wanna have sex. Not yet. Especially not when my family's around."
"I'm not in a rush, chick. All at your pace." He held your face, his forehead nuzzling onto yours. "Besides, I'd love to wine and dine you before I do."
"What a gentleman." You rolled your eyes.
"Did you just roll your eyes at me, missy?"
"Get changed, pornstache. I'm hungry." He chuckled as you threw the clean shirt to his chest, putting it on himself following close by as you walked back to the living room.
The inside-out sweater that had 'I have a crush on you. Kiss me, if you like me back.' sewn on it was forgotten on the floor along with the gift you'd have to give sometime else instead.

when the destiel wedding anniversary is addressed in an episode of season seventeen of supernatural, it goes a tad like this.
cas is out of the house picking up his gift for dean. dean is working very hard on a big beautiful meal for the two of them. sam stops by the house.
he's like, "dude, this is intense. what's the occasion?" without looking away from the peanut butter cake that he is carefully piping strawberry frosting onto, dean points at the calendar. "OUR ANNIVERSARY!" they have written, surrounded by a bunch of hearts and some "XOXO" action. sam says, "ohhh, right! forgot that was today. happy anniversary, man!" dean says, "yeah yeah. whatever you want, get to it quick, 'cause cas is gettin' home soon, and things are gonna get weird fast."
just as sam mutters, "gross," they hear cas unlock the front door. dean perks up like a dog whose human has been away for several weeks. castiel enters. things are now happening in slow motion. "love is in the air" starts playing. he changed his clothes while he was out to surprise dean. he is wearing cowboy boots, a velvet cowboy hat, dark jeans, a blue button up, with half the buttons undone, that makes his eyes, and his pussy, pop, and a belt buckle with rhinestones. he walks towards the kitchen. dean is wearing his ridiculous surprised and horny face. sam rolls his eyes and gags. the slow motion ceases.
dean and cas just start hardcore making out. sam is like, "um, guys." no response. "GUYS! HEY!" no response. sam grabs two pots that were hanging above the sink and starts banging them together. dean and cas separate, startled. "WHERE IS OUR COPY OF THE SWORD OF MOSES? I CAN'T FIND IT AND I NEED IT FOR A SPELL."
cas sighs and grabs sam's arm. he leads him to the bookshelves in the living room, and grabs the book. he then leads them to the front door. he opens it, pushes sam out, shoves the book into his hands, slams the door, and throws the lock. sam does not hear from them for three days.

S1E08: Dear Max
S1E07
Steve looked unimpressively at how they’d spread out over his living room. “How many times have I said, I’m not playing your dork game?”
“We’re not here for you”, Dustin said.
Steve was about to question that when he saw El get comfortable next to Mike and take out a paper with a character drawn on it.
“No….”
Eddie grinned. “Ohhh the betrayal! Your own flesh and blood goes against you!”
“Please tell me you’re still sane?”, Steve pointed the question to Max, who was lounging in what was usually Jim’s chair, magazine in hand.
“I’m here to make fun of them.”
“Thank god”, Steve put a hand to his forehead.
“Still room for one more though”, Eddie offered.
“I’ll pass. I’ve got plans”, Steve said.
“No you don’t”, El said. “You said Robin was visiting relatives this weekend.”
“I’ve got friends other than Robin!”
“Such as?”, Mike asked.
“....Jonathan.”
“Then you can join him in the kitchen”, Will said. “He’s making us snacks.”
Max patted the armrest next to her, the only seat left, as Steve sighed and resigned himself to a Saturday spent doing this.
—----------------------------
“Why are you dragging me to the rodeo?”, Eddie questioned as Dustin and Lucas tried pulling him from his trailer home.
“You’ll see when you get there”, Dustin said.
“I like westerns as much as the next guy, and a dude in boots as much as the guy after that but-”
“Dude! Just get in the van and drive!”, Lucas shoved him the rest of the way.
They got to the rodeo that had rolled into town the day before, a crowd of cowboy hats, jeans, and huge belt buckles greeting them when they got to the fairgrounds. Dustin and Lucas talked amongst themselves, figuring out which way to go before Will and Mike found them. With the combined strength of all four, they guided Eddie to a corndog booth that sat between the lemonade stand and one that sold deep-fried oreos. And standing there, handing out meat on a stick, was Steve Harrington.
Robin was there too. But it wasn’t her legs in jeans that Eddie was interested in. He didn’t even know what it was about it that got him going. He’d seen Steve in jeans before. But apparently the combo with the hat and deep blue button up did it for him. He was pretty sure if Steve walked out, he’d be in boots too.
His hearing went in and out but when Dustin nudged him, he figured he was supposed to be making fun of the new job and the new get up that the unlikely pair of Buckley and Harrington had.
Eddie cleared his throat and walked up to the counter. “You two seem to have the worst luck with jobs.”
“You gonna order something Munson, or just stare?”, Steve asked, hands on the counter.
Eddie looked at the menu, which had about five things on it. “What, no deep fried butter?”
“Two booths down”, Steve jabbed a thumb in the direction.
“Steve, stop flirting and help me with these boxes”, Robin called.
It was just as well because Eddie was then dragged away to something else by the boys. He counted two heads missing from their usual group though.
“Where’s El and Max?”
“Max really didn’t wanna come for some reason”, Lucas said. “But El wanted to see the horses, so they’re at the pony rides.”
They ended up meeting all up at the arena set up for the competitions. Eddie was an appreciator of the culture and the feats of athleticism, even though he appreciated it for reasons different from the others. It wasn’t hard to imagine Steve tossing a lasso around and hogtying something down.
“Your brother got any talent for this kind of stuff?”, Eddie asked El.
“Steve? No way”, El giggled.
“He could”, Dustin said in Steve’s defense. “He’s pretty good at most sports.”
Then the announcer presented the next sport. One that Eddie had actually been waiting for. Because what was more fun than seeing guys try and stay on a bucking horse and then seeing how far they flew?
Of course there were quite a few good ones, these guys trained for it. But then the person on the mic announced the next competitor and nearly all of their jaws dropped.
“Give it up for Billy Hargrove!”
“He’s pretty good”, El said as she watched him keep his hold on the horse. “...What? Why isn’t anybody saying anything? Is he not good?”
“This is why you didn’t wanna come”, Lucas said to Max.
“Yeah, and you guys brought me anyway”, she crossed her arms.
“How were we supposed to know?! You never told us!”, Mike shouted.
“Hargrove’s in the rodeo, whoda thunk?”, Eddie said.
“Who is Billy Hargrove? Max? Where are you going?”, El called out as Max stomped off.
“Billy is Max’s stepbrother”, Dustin explained. “He left before you guys moved to town.”
“And he’s an asshole”, Will added context.
“He threatened all of us a bunch of times just for being friends with Max”, Lucas said. “But then one day he just disappeared. Max never told us where he went.”
“Gonna be honest, I kinda just assumed Mayfield ended him”, Eddie said.
They all went in search of Max, splitting up to find her. Eventually, Eddie went back to the corndog booth to see if either Robin or Steve had seen her, only to see Hargrove’s back leaning over the counter, chatting up Steve. His stomach dropped. Steeling his nerves, he walked up and tapped Billy’s shoulder.
“Pretty sure the rodeo clowns are about to go on and the show can’t start without its star.”
Steve raised a brow at Eddie’s sudden rudeness, but didn’t say anything just yet.
“Munson, as I live and breathe. They haven’t run you outta town yet?”
“Oh I think they’re saving the pitchforks for someone else”, Eddie said.
“Look, I’m just trying to find Max, have you seen her? I saw her in the audience, so I know she’s here.”
“You know Max?”, Steve asked.
Billy turned back to Steve, smile cordial. “She’s my stepsister. And it sounds like you know her too, so she’s probably been around this way, right?”
“Are you here to mess with Max?”, Lucas accused, arriving with the rest of them.
Billy gave pause, looking at each of them in turn, seeming to consider something before speaking again. “I just wanna talk to her. It’s been a while and I think I’m owed that at least.”
“You want to talk!?”, Max shouted, shooting up from behind the counter.
Robin appeared behind her, hand on her shoulder. She’d been around for Billy’s reign of terror, though she hadn’t known Max and the other kids yet. He’d made quite the name for himself at school. Steve was getting a better idea of the situation brewing and crossed his arms.
“I sent you a letter”, Max said. “And you never responded. So what the hell do you have to say to me?”
Billy looked around. “Can we talk in private?”
There was more than one ‘no’ and that was enough to get people staring. There was the potential of a small crowd forming to watch the spectacle. Billy huffed, bristling a little.
“Fine”, he bit out, then stalked off.
There was a collective sigh of relief and Steve put a hand to Max’s shoulder. He didn’t need to know the details to know that had been a tense situation. That evening, the group hung out at the Hopper home. Steve and El didn’t ask any questions. And Max revealed nothing. They didn’t go to the rodeo after that, besides Steve and Robin, who had to finish up their stint while it was still in town.
On the last day, Billy came up to their booth and put an envelope on the counter. “Please, can you make sure Max gets this? Tell her I’m sorry about not replying, but I couldn’t.”
“You think I’ll actually give it to her?”, Steve asked, having half a mind to rip it up.
“She trusts you. That’s enough for me.” Billy tipped his hat and then left without another word.
Steve looked down at the letter, wishing he had more info to make a better decision, but in the end gave it to Max. She could decide for herself.
He handed it to her in the middle of a hangout when they were chilling in the backyard and she immediately went up into El’s room with her. Feeling a bit useless, Steve went into the garage to work on his car. Wanting to ease the tension, Dustin brought up a question he’d had for a few days.
“I feel like Eddie should’ve laughed at the cowboy get up more when he saw Steve. Did he seem distracted to you?”
Mike and Lucas shared a look, wondering if now was a good time to share what they knew.
“Remember the baseball game?”, Lucas started.
Mike put his hands together. “I found this diary in the dugout and…”

This is super angsty but you can always change the plot to make it fluffy if you want lol! But you know how in episode 2 Lilith's tear falls on Hooty and he's able to speak? Imagine an x reader with that but Darius. Where the reader is in the castle for whatever reason ("helping" the collector, etc) and they find Darius and walk up to him & cry because they miss him sm/pains to see him like that and Darius speaks to them and it's all lovey but sad omg :(
------
I changed it a LITTLE bit to be happier, but there's still crying, in traditional Owl house episode fashion.
Y/N is Odalia's brother for plot reasons only because Odalia deserves to be treated like a bratty little sister you dropkick from your room.

Y/N had a very hard time pretending to eat the pretend treats the Collector had "set out" for the tea party. The floating was pretty cool, though. He sighed, and King flew over, curling in his lap.
"You don't have to eat anymore if you're full Y/N." Y/N caught on quickly and let the cake go as Collector spun immediately, eyes widening. He silently thanked King, petting him before the Collector could start talking.
"Full? Already? Okay! What else should we do? Oh, I'll get Mamadalia to clean up the dolls. MAMADAL-"
"Oh, no, Collector!" Y/N butt in quickly. "I'll clean them up. Why don't you and King start brainstorming? That way it'll be a suprise. For me."
The Collectpr looked unconvinced for a moment before grinning.
"Ohhh. Okay! Come on, King! Dad-N/N needs a awesome suprise!"
"OKAY have fun, bye kids. Yeah I'll be right there. Yay!. Alright. Odalia?"
Y/N called, helping all of the puppets drift down and stand carefully. He was very paranoid about them breaking. "ODALIA!"
He called again. His hands lingered over Darius before he rushed over to catch Raine before they fell unceremoniously to the ground. Adrian landed on Odalia as she came quickly around the corner.
"Yes, Y/N- Oh!"
"HA! You alright, Blight?"
"I hate it when you say that." She grumbled.
"I know. Take those ones to the room and I'll take these ones."
"You're taking the easy ones!"
"'You're taking the easy ones!' Don't complain, do your chores, Mamadalia."
"I'm going to kill you."
Y/N opened his mouth to retort, but the puppets started moving automatically, drawing accusing spell circles at the green-haired disappointment.
"Threat detected."
"Ease. Line up, heads, I'm herdin' ya to yer holes." Y/N put on a weird cowboy accent and Odalia grumbled.
"I hate you."
"I love your husband!"
She stomped off, toting the other Coven Heads with her. Y/N usually only took Darius, Raine, and Adrian- these ones never caused any trouble. Hettie loved to poke at whoever was leading her, even going as far as to bubble them. Odalia would hate that.
"Alright, Darius in the back and Raine up front. Adrian, middle. You are no longer allowed to lead."
Last time, he tripped and made Y/N land face first and almost break his nose. The Collector was livid and Y/N pretty much had to bargain for Adrian's life.
The puppets shared a look, then did not move.
Raine fell to the back, letting Darius lead.
"Nope, D. Get over yourself, babes, I need you at the back to do the abominationing thingy if Adrian falls. Again."
Adrian smirked slightly, but fell back into a neutral position just as quick. Darius continued staring ahead, and as Y/N started to protest he simply scooped the witch up and started walking. Y/N inhaled sharply through his nose.
"Stop." The puppets froze. "Set me down."
Once he was back on the floor, he crossed his arms.
"Come on. Raine, why are you letting him do this?"
The witch shrugged, smiling slightly. Y/N grinned, clicking his tongue in mock disappointment.
"Alright, problem children. Just walk in a line."
Darius immediately started walking sideways, just to annoy Y/N, and the other Coven Heads followed suit, making subdued expressions of joy. Y/N rubbed his temples.
"Next time I'm letting Odalia take you. Alright, since you're all INCAPABLE of basic things, I'll show you." He gripped Darius's hand, and soon all of the Coven Heads were connected.
"Follow the leader, bitches." He muttered. Darius openly laughed and Y/N almost jumped out of his skin from the echoing, almost otherworldly change. He spun and Darius grinned.
"I've been waiting for you to do that."
Y/N blinked, genuinely stumped on what the hick-hack paddy wack was going on.
"What the f-"
"Come on, Odalia's coming back. Let's follow the leader."
His entire body went rigid again and Y/N found it hard to force the shocked expression off of his face. Tears were building up in his eyes, and Darius smiled softly before staring ahead again. Y/N inhaled shakily and kept walking, his shaking hand gripping onto Darius for dear life. Odalia looked disheveled and angry.
"Stupid Hettie. She bubbled me! How did she do that? The healing Coven was useless!"
"Ah, ah, Odalia. The Collector helped make the Covens. It'd be a shame if they found out his 'Mamadalia' hated them."
She grumbled something and quirked an eyebrow at his makeshift, kindergarten-style line.
"Couldn't reel in just three of them?"
"I'll bubble you next if you Don't stop talking."
"Sure you will! Your magic is practically useless against mi-" She was cut off screaming by Y/N bubbling her and downright kicking her towards the open window-arches.  Sure, maybe Odalia was stronger than him at magic. Didn't mean he couldn't beat her ass either way. Darius chuckled again.
Y/N walked in quick steps, practically dragging the line behind him to the Archive Room. Luckily, neither of the children were in here. He made sure everyone was lined up nicely before inhaling and turning back to Darius.
"Oh. Hey. Why are you- Y/N."
Darius sighed, accepting the hug happily as his boyfriend practically fell against him.
"You're joking." He laughed, feeling idiotic. "I could've just done this the whole time? Talked to you? Instead of ordering? Titan, strike me down."
Darius sighed, helping Y/N ease to his knees. Y/N sniffled, trying not to start sobbing over Darius.
"How am I supposed to know that this can happen and still order you around like that?"
"I Don't know. Don't worry, darling. I'm not going to leave you again. Never."
"Never ever?"
"Never Ever."
"Y/N? You alright? I heard crying-"
Eda jumped when she spotted him and Darius, and Y/N quickly pulled himself up, trying to hold himself together again. Darius stayed on his knees, resting the side of his head on Y/N's leg comforting. Eda was silent for a moment before stepping closer carefully. Then, she grinned, placing her hand on her hip.
"Good job, N/N. Woke your man up. You alright?"
"Yeah." Y/N's voice cracked. "Just missed him."
"Okay, kiddo. I'll leave you alone. Call out if the Collector is coming, per use."
She pronounced "use" as if it were the first part of "usual", bobbing her head and flapping her hand dismissively. Y/N nodded, helping Darius up.
"Yeah yeah, Eda."
She walked off, back towards her cage and behind it as Y/N stared at Darius again. He cupped Darius's face, hopped on his feet for momentum, then smashed their lips together. Darius flinched slightly in suprise, but was quick to wrap his arms around Y/N and press them close together. Y/N sniffled, then pulled away before he could start crying into the kiss. He pressed his forehead to Darius's neck, and the Headwitch lifted his chin to rest on top of his boyfriend's head.
"I love your new outfit." Y/N laughed. "I know that's random. I'm procrastinating saying it so I don't have to wake up or something. But really, it's amazing."
"Of course it is. The Collector put me in it. Y/N?"
"Yeah?"
Darius pressed a kiss to Y/N's forehead, picking him up and twirling with him.
"I love you."

And they all lived happily ever after and Camila made the Collector apologize and they get married. 😌

ohhh the orange drawing turned out so beautiful!! do you have any tips for adding to the eroticism of a drawing thats not explicit? theres artwork ive come across where i feel like its so subtle that it instantly makes it 10x hotter and. i want to achieve that 😔
alright well this is just gonna be me going based off of personal experience but also. ive been a painter for over 14 years now so i think i have the qualifications to back it up
under read more because it ended up being a bit longer than expected, click for the opinions of your local gay artist
the line between erotic and explicit can be blurry. i think of it as kind of like a venn diagram. something can be erotic but not explicit or vice versa, or it can be both. when it comes down to it, i think what makes the biggest differences are 1. intention 2. the power of implication
ok so intention. if you are looking for eroticism, you have to go about it thinking and planning for eroticism. i cant really help much there because what entails eroticism (or planning) is up to you
the power of implication is the most important part of eroticism in my opinion. im gonna include some works from my senior thesis to demonstrate as well.
Tumblr media
this one is called "pearl necklace." its a visual metaphor for ejaculating onto a mans chest. the painting is erotic and not explicit because of its implications. the smeared lipstick, the lipstick marks, the pearls themselves, all imply sex without showing the actual sex acts. the intention aspect of this one comes down to how the pearls are arranged in their attachment to the canvas; a bit splattery, a bit drippy, while still being recognizable as a necklace
Tumblr media
this piece is called "rhinestone cowboy." i got the title (and the idea) from the glenn campbell song. the implication here is that gay cowboy blowjobs are happening. BUT YOU CANT SEE THEM!! they are implied to be happening just beyond the edge of the picture plane though, and doesnt that make you want to know what is happening where you cant see it? intentions once again came down to composition. i wanted the kneeling figure, the hands on the legs, to give this implication of blowjobs
Tumblr media
so what makes the orange erotic? well, the same thing that makes any "sticking your fingers in a fruit" image erotic. the implication of penetration, of visual metaphors, of genitalia. i intentionally went for this shape of orange (whole) because it has less... vaginal connotations. what i was going for here was. well. to look like anal sex.
so anyways in summary, it largely comes down to intention and implication when drawing (ha) the line between eroticism and the explicit
