it's so funny that they're actually making shows gay now. Why do I even need to be here anymore I don't need made up scenarios they're out there kissing each other on the face on my actual tv screen. gonna pack up my little kerchief and stick with a chunk of cheese and piece of bread

Cellbit: Yeah, [Bobby is] our son.
Roier: What?
Cellbit: He's our son, no? Or not? Am I not?
Roier: I mean… he's already dead. [...] By the time we got married, he was no longer around. So in theory, in theory-
Cellbit: But in my heart, he is my son.
Roier: Oh, that's fine, in your heart, yes. In your heart, yes. But actually-
Cellbit: He could have been my son, he could have been.
Roier: But actually, he is my son and Jaiden’s.
Cellbit: Yes yes, definitely, of course.
Roier: [Smacks him] Exactly. Well, you're the step-father, you know?
[ Full Transcript ↓ ]
Cellbit: Hey Tina, have you met Bobby? I don't think you did, right?
Tina: I met him a little bit earlier, he's so cute!
Roier: Aww
Tina: I told him I like StarBobby.
Cellbit: Yeah, it's our son.
Roier: What? But-
Cellbit: He's our son, no? Or not? Am I not?
Roier: I mean... he's already dead.
Cellbit: That's true, that's true.
Roier: By the time we got married, he was no longer around.
Cellbit: That's true, true.
Roier: So in theory, in theory-
Cellbit: But in my heart, he is my son.
Roier: Oh, that's fine, in your heart, yes. In your heart, yes. But actually-
Bagi: Am I the auntie?
Cellbit: He could have been my son, he could have been.
Roier: But actually, he is my son and Jaiden’s.
Cellbit: Yes yes, definitely, of course.
Roier: [Smacks him] Exactly. Well, you're the step-father, you know?
Bagi: So I don't think I'm your auntie, sorry. Unless you want to!
Cellbit: Yes, fake dad, fake dad. Fake father.
Roier: But it's ok. It's ok.
Cellbit: It's ok, it's ok.
Roier: It's this dumbass' fault he died anyways.

sometimes being aroacespec is confusing. what do you mean, most people can tell the difference between platonic and romantic and sexual attraction? what do you mean people don't "choose" crushes? what do you mean that people can imagine themselves in a physical situation with someone else?? isn't dating just Friendship Plus??? hell, isn't marriage just Friendship Plus?????????
what do they mean??????????? what are feelings???? why am i so confused????????
*edit: changed "aroace" to "aroacespec", since several aromantic people felt that this was not an Aromantic Feeling. i see you, i hear you, and so i changed it to be more accurate to me personally, since i am Confused About Feelings Always

Bewildered at people being upset over how s2 ended (namely aziraphale denying Crowley and running away) just as I am bewildered at people being upset over how ofmd ended… do people not understand we are getting more story and that conflict is what makes a story compelling? Hello… they have just created room for these characters to grow, that only means there’s more interesting story to tell. It simply isn’t sad to me because I can tell the future

Helluva ships - featuring Radioapple
Mammon does in fact tattle to Lucifer about Asmodeus and Fizz's relationship. Let's say the Helluva timeline lines up with Lucifer and Alastor getting closer sometime after season 1.
Lucifer doesn't know why Mammon bothered, even if Lucifer didn't have whatever was going on between him and Al -- he still wouldn't give a fuck. And he'd give even less of a fuck considering Mammon was still committing copyright infringement for his park, the audacity of that man was astronomical.
Still, Mammon calls a meeting to spill the tea because even he knows Lucifer is a hermit who does not keep up with the drama of Hell's so-called elite.
Asmosdeus finds out and therefore Blitzø finds out. So they all crash the meeting to give Mammon what-for. Fizz and Blitzø because they've never met Lucifer and think he's going to be pissed. Moxxie and Millie because Blitzø lied about where they were going and refused to let them leave. Stolas for moral support (and he's also never met the King, sue him, he's excited despite the circumstance) and Ozzie because he couldn't stop them so he might as well join them.
Following multiple very unnecessary pit-stops and shenanigans, they finally arrive at the palace---and it's too late.
Alastor has already kicked Mammon out and now he and Lucifer are doing paperwork, gossiping, and fighting over the (according to Alastor) tacky interior design of the palace.
The Helluva gang bust in (Blitzø is on a horse for some reason, he's very happy about this) and it's very anti-climatic.
Asmodeus: so you...don't care that I'm in love with an imp?
Lucifer, dad mode: You're in love? I'm so proud of you!
Blitzø: Just to be clear, I'm fucking this bird, there's nothing you can do about it
Lucifer: Okay??
Alastor: Darling, they think you care about hell's hierarchy
Lucifer: Oh! Yeah, uh-no. That'd be pretty hypocritical of me considering [gestures to Alastor]
The Helluva crew leave the palace once Lucifer and Alastor start bickering again looking like they've escaped a hurricane, wondering if they should be sending the King of Hell a 'Congratz on the Divorce' card.
Moxxie: ...does this mean we have two Kings now?

so this might be a controversial opinion, but i really hate the interpretation that herlock knew everything all along, and that his deductions were entirely him messing around to help ryunosuke learn.
a massive part of his appeal - to me, at least - is that he isn't just a blueprint of your stereotypical genius detective. like susato says, he can see to the heart of a matter instantly, but because he makes these logical jumps, he fails to correctly identify the minutiae, the details leading up to his conclusions. and so he always notes the first thing that comes to his mind - again, all about these rapid logical jumps.
a lot of people cite the partners' deduction as evidence of herlock knowing everything, but to me, it just highlights the significance of his partnership with mikotoba. herlock is still going on his usual tangents, but passes the baton to mikotoba in the crucial moments, who identifies details necessary for the proper conclusions, so herlock can then take his cues and run with them. they work like a well-oiled machine. whereas when it comes to ryunosuke, he's not on that same level with herlock, so instead herlock jumps to his outlandish conclusions before ryunosuke cuts in. herlock is rather impressionable and flexible, the way i read it; whatever detail he identifies is the reality he becomes convinced of - until a new detail is brought to light, and he quickly adjusts his view.
i'm not saying herlock is not smart - he's still a genius, by all means. just not in the way people tend to read it. cause remember...he's still extremely goofy. he gets mad when no one pays attention to him. he kicks down doors for fun. he dyed his hair red, thinking it would disguise him enough to get money. he mistook his violin for a beaten-up viola. he worked at a wax museum as one of the figures. he thinks every case people reference around him is "the one with the snake", and the snake wasn't even central to the one with the snake. he's eaten soap.
part of his appeal is that he's always just a little bit stupid and to me that means he did fully believe, however briefly, that the garridebs kept a lion in their room and that a time bomb was an anti-gravity device and that mikotoba laying on his couch was the king of germany. this is all perfectly in character. you can appreciate his genius without diminishing his silliness

ngl im fucking terrified of how the fandom will act when the asian ccs get added and they are confronted with asian customs such as honorifics, asian cultural norms, and the language itself (ie words that are common in one language that sounds like a slur in another) and i know most of the fandom will be open and welcoming but idk im probably being way too pessimistic as someone who is asian and has seen the bs that people can spew esp regarding things like stereotypes

Alhaitham and Dr. Ratio aren't same, they are actually each other's antithesis. They couldn't be any more different once you look past their bluntness and smart brains.
Alhaitham doesn't care about people as a collective, just very much about those he has a close relationship with -> Kaveh (and Cynari after the archon quest). He wants to live a simple, comfortable and easy life without overexerting himself (based tbh). He doesn't really care much about his own achievements and the moment he got promoted to acting grand sage he already couldn't wait to leave that position.
Dr. Ratio is someone who dedicated his whole life to spreading knowledge across the universe to cure people from ignorance. He believes everyone has the potential to achieve amazing things and he made it his life goal to help them and give them a push in the right direction. He get's frustrated with people who believe only geniuses can leave their mark on the world and don't acknowledge their own potential.
Ratio got 8 PhDs, 1 First Class Honor degree, solved a planet's energy crisis on his own, cured lithogenesis whicb was called the king of diseases and achieved a lot more yet was never recognized by Nous which hurts him.
Do you think Alhaitham would feel similarly? He wouldn't. He just wants to do his own thing. He's secure in who he is and doesn't need anyones praise or approval.

I'm going to sound like such a smartass but I'm glad I'm seeing more people express that "Huh, maybe this girl who has an entire song repeating to herself over and over again that her murder was not her fault meanwhile she-
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
portrays herself as a giant grotesque bug in her headspace with her victim, who she clearly still holds a high opinion of, being the only human in said headspace looking at her with visible disgust and fear,
Tumblr media
Making this expression upon realizing what she just did
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
These being the lyrics that follow right after, having a moment of reconsideration
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Before jumping back to trying to convince herself that she was in the right, because she put her trust in us to tell her if what she did was right or not, and the answer that came out was yes... That maybe, just maybe. She thinks that what she did...

Might have been her fault."
