so sorry if this is too invasive of a question but did you ever start an antidepressant that didnt affect your ability to nut or did you just discontinue your meds entirely ? asking bc i started a new antidepressant recently and have been afflicted with the same condition but im like so embarrassed to bring it up to my doctor idk if theres even anything they can do or another medication that wont do this 😭

OH Man yeah okay, I haven't been Thoroughly cataloging my medication journey but like... first of all, I Did Not Tell my doctor about the nut curse. I just didn't. so you can definitely get around that if you don't want to bring it up as vehemently as I did. but, after I went off lexy, I started on bupropion. which does not impede my ability to nut. in fact, ever since my dose on it got raised, it's doing the opposite of that.

#I think it's bc SSRIs have the potential for the Nut Curse and most antidepressants are That #but bupropion isn't. it's a (tabs away to google) #NDRI. #so the list of side effects seems to be different #I can't in good conscience Recommend bupropion to you bc I'm not your doctor but it Is a medication that (for me) doesn't Nut Curse. #but yes!! there are in fact medications that don't do that!! #or I am pretty sure that if you are on an antidepressant that's WORKING very well for you- BUT- it's giving you a nut curse #then you can stay on those meds but maybe take some other thang to counteract the undesired side effect. butttt that would require #having a conversation with your doctor about specifically your ability to bust a big one. which... #some ppl are stronger than others. i am weak. i did not wanna have a conversation like that #and also lexapro didn't work for me AT ALL it actually made me worse. so just switching meds was the smarter option #sergle answers

i dont trust any big scale production of animal products but i think free range organic eggs is the best i can do cause i dont know anyone with hens that can sell me eggs on a regular basis. Why did you get doxxed?

Are you still accepting commissions at the moment? Would someone really go after me if I purchased a commission from you?

So long story made slightly less long: I'll call the person behind the dox Angery since I don't know their real name and they have multiple accounts and burners.

There's a blog on here who said something Angery disagreed with and thought was distasteful. I have no idea what it was, I just know about it because Angery has been sending dox of this blog and other users who reblog from her in the hopes that we'll spread the message and believe them at face value that this user is a rape apologist. Again I have no idea where the accusation comes from because all I and others receive is JUST this person's dox and accusations from Angery.

So I don't post the dox of someone I barely know online that was given to me by a total stranger. I also make a post saying that doxing as a weapon of self righteous retribution over Tumblr beef is cringe. And because I "supported" the blog Angery didn't like instead of mindlessly spreading their dox and grabbing a pitchfork, Angery doxed me and are spreading MY dox to people saying without any meaningful evidence that I'm a supporter of a rape supporter. Supporter-ception, if you will.

I don't live at the address posted but that doesn't matter to me. I still believe doxing as a weapon is cringe, and I still don't even know where the fuck the accusation comes from of the original blog being a rape supporter. I try to ignore all the messages Angery sends from their sock accounts unless it's to archive them in case they decide to do something illegal, even when they're funny. Like I can't confirm it's them since they're on anon and usr a VPN, but I think one time they sent an anon request about a topic I said I wasn't comfortable covering (I want to say it was about eating disorders or suicide or smth). I don't know what reason they'd have for that and I don't know it was really Angery who sent it, but the idea is kind of funny lol.

I don't know if they'd try to go after someone who commissions me, since they have enough info to potentially find what accounts I use for transactions and go after anyone associated with it. Though in order to get a look at that info they'd be crossing the line into illegal activity by accessing a financial account that isn't theirs, and they're not reckless enough to do something that blatantly illegal (as opposed to doxing and email harassment which is much more of a grey area). But I'd rather not risk it so for the time being I'm not comfortable soliciting commissions.

Anyway remember to use a VPN whenever you're online just out of basic safety and be careful about what info you post publicly! Don't be lazy and complacent like I was lol

So first I want to preface this by saying that I don’t really interact with media solely for shipping, and I also generally prefer servant/servant pairings as I find them more interesting than master/servant pairings (in the case of the Chaldea master)

arjuna canonically is in love with the fgo mc, and the fgo mc specifically. Like I got embarrassed thinking about saying it at first, but if you put his behavior on a girl people would be more than willing to say that he was in love with them.

This is even more obvious when you compare his relationship with fujimaru to his relationship to hakuno: while he gets along with both of them, his relationship with hakuno is much more distant and you get the feeling he’s keeping them at arm’s length

this is especially interesting bc it’s an inverse of what usually happens with servants who contract to both fujimaru and hakuno-by nature of the extellaverse’s format and smaller cast they’re able to devote more time to the relationships, building them up so they feel more natural and real than fujimaru’s, who often will have a few semi-flirty lines of dialogue thrown in in order to help the unit sell. That isn’t the case with arjuna-he’s much more closed off to hakuno than he is to ritsuka!

And in regards to ritsuka: even before his lines updated, he has some…interesting dialogue that suggests some interest in them

He also straight up gives you the arrow he killed karna with for valentines, which while a completely insane thing to do on the surface is meant as a show of trust, to give you the part of himself that he is the most ashamed of, to give you permission to see it and hold onto it. It’s also probably a great backup catalyst if you ever needed to resummon him or even karna like hmmm. Trying to say something? Like you want us safe???🤔

Then in his second interlude we descend deep into his dream and confront his ‘dark’ side, who isn’t his dark side so much as he is a manifestation of the guilt, jealousy, and pain he feels as a regular human being that he couldn’t accept as part of trying to be a perfect hero. Notably, arjuna persistently tells both fujimaru and hakuno that he doesn’t want people getting close to him (bc they might see this side of him) and that if they do he would harm them.

He doesn’t. He doesn’t even TRY to attack the master, only fights himself. And you help him come to better terms with himself as a person who feels ‘unsightly’ emotions, which deepens your bond even further, leading to this:

he changes his bond 5 line from a fearful, anxious one about you seeing him to one where he expresses his joy and happiness at having met you, and his wish on the holy grail changes from wanting eternal solitude to wanting to stay by your side to the end. This is about as explicit as you can get for a game: we have a few random servants who will throw out explicit ‘I love you’s’ (hektor, osakabehime summer), but he changes his line of view from not wanting you to see his true colors to expressing relief and happiness at having met you, and wishing to stay by your side forever. That’s love! That’s character development close to the lines of what melt or jalter had, except his didn’t get events dedicated to it, only interlude and bond lines. If a girl like jalter can be considered in love with the mc by their actions despite the vagueness then his behavior absolutely can count

something that annoys me in the asoiaf fandom is that people constantly base their opinions on what-ifs.

to begin, i see that this happens a lot in regards to one of daenerys very controversial actions.

daenerys antis, please understand that “what if the slave masters daenerys crucified treated their slaves really good” or “what if the slave masters daenerys crucified were secretly against the other slave masters” isn’t the great gotcha moment you people seem to think it is.

(1) there is no evidence to suggest that any of the slave masters treated their slaves well, on the contrary, the slave masters are always depicted as cruel and merciless, (2) there’s no evidence that any of the slave masters wanted to better the lives of their slaves, if anything, the fact that there’s an organization like the Sons of the Harpy actively going against daenerys should show people that the slave masters do not want to change.

furthermore, even tho i’m not comfortable with the crucification of the 100 slave masters, at least i have the reading comprehension needed to understand that there’s no way in hell that these men were “innocent” or didn’t deserve what happened to them because i base my opinions of characters on the text, and the slave masters of meereen have never been depicted as anything less than horrible.

additionally, the fact that the slave masters become slightly nuanced through the books shouldn’t change the actual facts. slave masters have wives, they have children, slave masters can be kind. however, how can nuances like these completely change someone’s perception of these characters who are shown time and time again to want to go back to the original power structure where they treated their slaves as wayyyy less than human? i have zero pity for the slave masters and i don’t feel any pity for the slave masters who were crucified. i feel some sympathy for their wives, but for them? absolutely not.

in conclusion, please stop trying to demonize daenerys for this act by using “what-ifs.” if it’s not in the text, then it’s not canon.

Okay so, here's how I read into the Nuts and Dolts dynamic:

Ruby: "I love Penny but I don't know if she feels the same way and everything is so chaotic and I don't want to make her uncomfortable so I'll just keep this to myself and focus on other things!"

Penny: "Ruby is such a good friend! I want to make out with her! That is TOTALLY a thing good friends do, right? I'm pretty sure Blake and Yang make out, and they ALSO seem like very good friends! Weiss, are you okay? You look like you are trying to ease a headache."

I feel like that really doesn't give enough credit to Penny tbh. I get that it's funny to treat her as super naive on how everything works, but especially in v7 and v8 she's just... not.

Penny not realizing her feelings for Ruby are romantic? Sure. Penny not realizing that making out is a romantic thing? That just seems a bit infantilizing to me. And I'm not really blaming you because it's a common thing in the fandom, but I'm also not gonna gloss over it. That reduces Penny to a joke about how she has 0 social understanding, when v7 very clearly moves waaaaaaay beyond that.

Anyways, the way I read them is that up to v3, Ruby may have had a bit of a crush on Penny, but never really thought about her feelings long enough to notice. Then after v3, she thought Penny was dead and it didn't matter what exactly those feelings were, it just hurt. Then v7 happens, and she's between "too much work to think about feelings" and "no clear time limit to figure this out so whatever" again with regard to her feelings. In v8 she of course has even less time to think about it, but a lot of opportunity to notice how important Penny is. How much the thought of losing her again hurts. That leaves her in v9 with a very clear understanding of how deeply important Penny is, with it only being a matter of time before the quarter drops and she has her realization that the feeling is love.

Penny I think has the very specific problem of not having a reference point. This especially goes for v3. The people she's close to are her dad and Ruby, and so the difference between the feelings is easy to think of as family vs friend. And that's how things stay. Sure, Winter becomes a friend of sorts, but that's still... different. It's only really in v8 that she ends up briefly surrounded by friends, as everyone tries to save her. Everyone is willing to take risks for her. This is when she gains a reference point for how the feelings she has for Ruby are different from friend-feelings.

I also think either of them may have noticed much sooner if the concept of kissing was on their minds, but it's not, and that's fine.
