there’s something so personal about the scene in fantasy high s1e7 where gorgug calls himself stupid & fabian, who up to that point had basically entirely been acting like the bad kids (especially gorgug) were beneath him & had also been the one calling ragh stupid two lines ago, instantly says “okay, do not put yourself down like that. don’t you dare do that to yourself.” like it was obvious he liked the bad kids at that point but the instinct to protect his friends manifesting as an immediate strong refusal of gorgug’s self-deprecating talk kills me. that boy loves his friends so bad oh my god i feel sick.

Honestly can't get over the three springs quests, in that link and hylia held multiple, actual conversations, where hylia asked him to check on the mother statue, he explained the situation, and she thanked him and asked for a dragon piece again, that the offering might boost her power and she could send it through to the big statue. That, and the bargainer statue possessing her plateau statue, implies a really weird relationship between hylia and her idols.

Like anyone listening to link about it would be like,

like if there were more to this idea than ten sentences i would write a fic about it but there isn’t so. here’s the idea. at harvard stewy was mediocre at some rich boy sport like tennis and his teammates made up most of his non-kendall friend group. and one year the roys just completely dropped the ball on kendall’s birthday, no well wishes, no gifts, just like one phone call from gerri or something. kendall gets all macho and is like “no it’s fine i’m 20 i’m not a little kid i don’t need some stupid birthday party” but stewy can hear him sniffling into his pillow all night long. over the next few days guys in kendall’s classes keep offhandedly wishing him a happy birthday, but they’re just acquaintances so kendall honestly isn’t even sure how they know it’s his birthday. he thinks it’s weird and it takes until like the fourth or fifth person that says it for ken to realize all the well wishers are on the tennis team.
