Summary: Lewis Hamilton is part-time Formula One driver and full-time fashion icon. And so is his girlfriend, Y/N Y/L/N, who's also known as a real life Barbie.

Warnings: None... but a lot of pink XD. Also this story is set in December 2023, so no broken hearts over Lewis going to Ferrari... actually maybe just a little teaser.

Author's Note: Hi Anon! This request is great and thank you so much for it, it definitely is good enough! :) I had fun writing and creating this, even though at the end it's kind of different than what I firstly intended to do. The original idea was to make Y/N very Barbie coded, but at the end I'd say she's Barbie inspired and I focused more on the fashion icon part of the request. Though there's a sweet storyline about why her nickname is Barbie, so I hope you won't be disappointed! :)

Update on Y/n Y/l/n and Charles Leclerc!! Y/n has posted with Charles in Singapore a few hours ago. She captioned it “heard you missed me?” And yes, yes we did miss her!!!

There have been a few new photos as well of Y/n with Isa at the Ferrari Paddock during qualifying and practice. The pair are practically inseparable, getting food together, posting pictures, and supporting their boyfriends together.

We are so happy to see more of Y/n after a few months of her at university. Hopefully she will post again soon. We all missed you, Y/n!!!❤️

au. hogwarts, duh + idiot best friends to lovers, mutual pinning🫡 + i wrote it with intention of ravenclaw reader but it’s never really mentioned so it can be read as any house reader ^_^

summary. you’re friends with soobin, a friendly but a bit confused hufflepuff ever since you stepped a foot in hogwarts. while trying to figure out what did he smell in an amortentia potion, he discovers he likes someone.

word count. +- 2127

you were sitting on the bench, next to taehyun, deep in your lecture. munching on some bertie bott’s flavour beans. the sound of beomgyu and yeonjun’s screams and screeches filling the peaceful silence.

“don’t eat this one” taehyun murmured when you grabbed a random bean. you shot him a curious look “we’ll leave it to soobin”

“how do you know it’s a bad taste?” you scoffed and looked up, looking at the gryffindor boy screaming and chasing after yeonjun for no reason.

“a gut feeling” he shrugged and his big eyes sparkled “kai and soobin are coming”

you looked down from the stands and noticed your friends entering the quidditch field. they looked so tiny from up here, like bowtruckles.

you managed to finish a chapter before they arrived to the top, where you were sitting. soobin was panting, cheeks flushed.

“why do you always have to pick the seat at the very top? there’s so much stairs” he grunted and sat next to you. you looked up and noticed his black and yellow tie was all over the place, loosened up and mere moments from untangling. you sighed and leaned forwards him, swiftly fixing it.

kai grinned, whereas your ravenclaw friend just rolled his eyes with annoyance.

“thanks. oh, beans! which lesson do we have next?” soobin smiled softly and leaned over, his head brushing against your shoulder as he picked a bunch of beans.

“potions” you hummed and exchanged amused looks with taehyun. bad flavour incoming in 3… 2…

“ugh i hate potions” soobin sighed and popped a couple of sweets into his mouth. you looked into his eyes as he leaned away. he chewed on them, nose scrunching up.

beomgyu and yeonjun flew up to you when suddenly soobin spat out the beans.

“ew!”

you all started laughing, the hufflepuff trying to get rid of the awful taste in his mouth. you patted his back in a comforting manner.

“poor soobin” you hummed and leaned your head on soobin’s, trying to hold your laugh. taehyun snickered, whispering something to kai.

being this close was nothing new, you and soobin constantly hugged and physical contact was common in your friendship. you could smell his hair, vanilla overtaking your nostrils. it sounded weird but you liked soobin’s smell – his hair usually smelled like vanilla but his skin was citrusy. maybe it was because of all the lemon tarts he loved so much or maybe because of the amount of citrus trees and plants in hufflepuff dorm.

“don’t tell me you plotted this! y/n!” he whined and smacked your arm.

“sorry!” you giggled and soobin scoffed. he didn’t mind, as long as he got to hear your cute laugh.

kai cleared his throat and stood up.

“can we go?”

“oh. sure!” soobin smiled, standing up gently too not to hurt you accidentally.

“need a ride, ma’am?” beomgyu offered you in a dramatically deep voice, chivalric manner.

soobin pouted and reached his hand out, to help you stand up.

“uh, no… i think i’ll pass” you smiled politely and grabbed soobin’s hand. not letting it go, you started walking down from the stands as yeonjun and beomgyu raced on their brooms.

you stared at the cauldron, heart thumping in your chest like crazy. snape gestured to come closer.

“so, um. what is it? i kinda spaced out” soobin nudged your arm, causing you to jerk in surprise.

“amortentia, mr choi” snape grunted, his gaze shifting to you and piercing your soul. it’s almost as if he knew “miss l/n, could you care to repeat to your friend what i just said?”

“well it’s a love potion, basically. the most powerful in the world. it causes a obsession in the drinker, for example for the first person they see after drinking it. and um… its smell is different for each person because it will have a scent like a thing… or a person you like” you mumbled shyly. the potions professor nodded.

“correct. we won’t be learning how to brew it yet but i want you all to take a whiff. what do you smell?”

the rest of the lesson passed with people sniffing the pearly-shining potion. when it was your turn, you weren’t surprised to find out it was citrusy, with a scent of vanilla. maybe a bit of caramel too? but it left no doubt that it was soobin.

beomgyu whined when you wouldn’t tell them and carried on about smelling chocolate and cologne – something that apparently smelled like himself. it did not, in fact. the closest beomgyu smelled like is grass and rain from all those days spent on a quidditch pitch. and smoke from setting things on fire.

“what about you, soobin?”

the hufflepuff boy shook his head.

“i don’t… i don’t know” he whined, adorable pout forming on his lips.

“what do you mean you don’t know?” yeonjun laughed, patting his back.

“it smells familiar but somehow i don’t recall it? i can smell coffee for sure but other than that… i don’t know” he huffed, crossing his arms.

your lips parted. is there someone soobin likes?

you send him a soft smile, trying to look amused. only taehyun could read the sadness glinting in your eyes.

soobin was miserable. all he could think of is why the scent of amortentia was so similar? the only smell he recognised was coffee because, hello, it’s coffee. everyone drinks it!

it’s not like he didn’t know the other fragrances. he knew he knew what are those but just couldn’t recognise them and separate from the strong coffee smell. it was almost like a word that you have on the tip of your tongue.

he sighed and entered the library, hoping to find you. he had enough of the boys’ loud chatter and awful jokes, he needed some peace and quiet. which you were. and with you, he could always allow himself to loosen up and be himself – even without speaking a word.

he noticed you’ve been acting weird too; you also didn’t tell them what you smelled. he brushed it off, guessing you just probably didn’t smell a thing and didn’t want to admit it.

walking further into the quiet room, already spotting you at one of the tables, he took a deep breath. he liked this smell, of books and leathers.

“hi” he mumbled, plopping down next to you. you hummed in acknowledgment he’s here.

“smelled anything similar today?” you asked, a bit tauntingly. ever since that potions lesson, he’d go and sniff around everything and everyone like a dog.

“no…” soobin’s voice died in his throat when you placed a book next to him. he sniffed it and his eyes went wide. that’s it.

you looked at him, amused. he opened the book and took a whiff of the old pages.

“that’s… this! this is the–“ the hufflepuff boy yelped in excitement, causing you to move a hand to cover his mouth. blush dusted his cheeks in embarrassment (and maybe because of the prolixity).

“that’s a nice smell, i have to agree. one of the reasons why i like spending time in the library” you hummed, taking your hand back. he liked it too.

“there is still something missing, though” he sighed, watching you use the dried lavender flower as a bookmark.

“so coffee, books and something else?” taehyun asks, playful smile dancing on his lips. obviously it’s you. anyone would have known that – not even because of the ridiculously well known fact you are addicted to coffee and spend half of your life in library. but also because you and soobin are so painfully blind to the fact that you have crushes on each other. the way your hands brush, the way you blush when soobin compliments you, the way he stutters when you fix his tie… so on, so on.

anybody, apparently, except soobin.

“it’s driving me insane” the hufflepuff boy whined and smacked his books against his forehead. taehyun was curious what’s the smell, though. something connected to your shampoo? or perfume? or something completely different?

“where’s y/n, by the way?” soobin asked, blinking slowly.

“she went to pick some flowers and give them to hagrid” taehyun hummed, recalling your excitement this morning. “should we go find her? maybe the rest is there”

soobin nodded eagerly and they went into the direction of hagrid’s hut. they could spot you, rummaging through purple flowers. taehyun said he’ll go straight to the keeper, to ask him for some tea. soobin called you and started going your way.

as he got closer, a pleasant smell filled his nostrils. the purple flowers tickled his legs, he placed his steps careful not to destroy them.

“oh, soobin! hi” you breathed out and turned around, a full bouquet of hand picked lavenders in your hands. your smile was so bright that it outshined the sun behind you and that’s when it hit him.

lavender. that was the smell.

“–because it smells horribly in his hut, seriously. so it’s kind of a cover to sneak some flowers, especially those since their scent–“ you babbled, reassuming to pick the flowers.

so coffee, books and lavender. it’s funny, now that he thought about it.

you like coffee. he remembered the time when he visited you during summer and since your family enjoys the warm liquid too, you had some coffee beans in the kitchen. you popped one or two into your mouth and laughed at his disgusted face. while offering him to do the same and handing him the beans, all he could remember was the delicious smell lingering in the kitchen.

and the books too! he realised it when he was in the library… with you.

and now lavender. which you also said is your favourite flower. duh, you even use a dried one that he picked for you as a bookmark–

oh.

oh.

“–bin?” you asked, the hufflepuff boy’s eyes going wide almost as if he saw an acromantula.

“you” he breathed out, blinking slowly

“yeah?” you frowned, tilting your head. he definitely didn’t listen.

“it’s you!” soobin gasped, leaving you flabbergasted.

“soob, is it about the beans thing? i’m sorry i left you all the bad flavoured ones but taehyun just has this seventh sense when it comes to the bad ones and we thought–“ you started and soobin suddenly stepped closer, taking a sharp and deep inhale “huh?”

“it’s definitely you. i smelled vanilla and coffee in amortentia. and books too but it wasn’t that strong so… i didn’t figure it out at first” he said, pink dusting his cheeks. you almost dropped all the flowers.

“you smelled me in amortentia?” you asked, throat going dry. if he smelled you then that means… he likes you?

“yeah, i guess! weird, huh?” he giggled, scratching his neck. slowly his smile dropped, almost audible gears turning in his head

“wha… soobin” you stepped closer, heart thumping so hard against your ribcage you thought it may jump out any second.

“y/n” he said goofily, eyes pacing around nervously. everywhere but your eyes.

“soobin, does that mean you like me?” you asked, noticing taehyun and hagrid in the distance.

“well, i like you so…” he shrugged.

“soobin”

it was more stern this time so he looked up, noticing your flustered cheeks and anxious gaze.

“i think? maybe? i never knew! i always prefer to be with you than with the guys, you’re so sweet and funny. and so smart it’s driving me crazy… and beautiful too but… it would be kinda awkward, wouldn’t it?” he started rambling when you suddenly grabbed his hand.

“soob, you dork. i smelled you in amortentia too. but the difference is that i have a crush on you for a while now. and you are driving me crazy too! with your stupid dimples and how clueless you are… and with your pretty eyes and…” you stopped, looking how his eyes widened even more “soobin?”

“you. you have a crush on me?” he stuttered, pointing at himself. as if there was another choi soobin.

“yes” you laughed, letting go of his hand. “if you don’t want anything happening between us, i’ll understand”

“are you crazy?!” he yelled out, causing you to frown “i could never ever dream of even going out with you and you think i’d deny it?”

“well…” you chuckled nervously. soobin stepped closer and placed a quick, shy peck on your lips. freezing in shock, you tightened the grip on the lavenders. the aroma of citrus and vanilla filled your nostrils pleasantly.

he pulled away, blinking in awe. he just did that.

“i… i wanna be yours. but please for the love of merlin, don’t feed me the bad flavoured beans” the hufflepuff boy mumbled, causing you to laugh out loud. oh, soobin.

Author’s note: Zadakael’s debut! He’s going to show up in a couple of different AUs.

Summary: Zadakael falls in battle on Holy Terra, and awakes on a planet he doesn’t recognize, not realizing he’s on Ancient Terra. Yet. After nearly dying, and waking up he’s starving and thirsting and goes hunting.

Zadakael had been fighting at the Siege of Terra, fighting the Traitor Legions, when he had felt his beloved Primarch Fall. Had felt the pain, the rage, the heartbreak, the beginning of what would become The Curse of the Blood Angels and their successor chapters, they'd always had the Red Thirst, but the Black Rage started as a parting... gift? Curse? Of their Gene-father to his sons. Zadakael, like many of his brothers who fought alongside their Primarch on Holy Terra it's self-had either buckled to their knees and howled out their grief and rage momentarily before rising to their feet as the First of the Black Rage turned them all into a Frenzy they saw Horus in all enemies that were in front of them.

Their blows becoming stronger, as the please and words of the Arch Traitor are but words on the wind and they'd not heed his treacherous words. Zadakael bellowed out his rage and sorrow as he continued to strike down the Bastard and howled is rage and fury as the tears that flowed down his face blurred his vision momentarily. He cared not for the wounds he received, for his blade will strike with mighty fury that will deal blows that slay more than what he received will ensure that those that caused his beloved Primarch's death will die and have the same amount of mercy extended to his beloved Primarch.

He doesn't really feel it when a lucky blow from an enemy sink through his broken Ceramite armor and pierces his armor. He glares at them with hate filled red eyes, even as his final breaths he tries to do just a bit more damage to the Arch Traitor.

"Die!" He spits out at the Arch traitor as his vision fades to darkness and he welcomes the void of death, and to rejoin his beloved father in the afterlife.

He wakes up with a gasp, and lets out the softest of pained whimpers as tears fall down his face. Somehow, he was alive, even though he'd thought he was dying at the blade of an enemy. A small part of him had been glad of it, that he'd be able to rejoin with his beloved Primarch. But he'd heard a loving murmur from his father who'd said that his Duty had not quite yet ended, and that he'd be needed as one of many in a new duty, a new station, a new planet. He'd wanted to say something as he clung to his most holy father, who'd glowed most beautifully in the light of the afterlife.

With those tears he'd allowed to fall he'd bowed his father and obeyed his Decree and he is still alive. He's not on Terra- these trees that he sees are not ones he recognizes. He continues to stay where he lies as his body knits back together with his enhanced Healing. Focusing on his hearts first, and as his lungs knitted together as well his breathing became easier the healing energy focuses on his worse injuries first. By the Throne he is so very thirsty. He'll need to find something to drink, especially with how much energy he's used in order to heal, and in order to heal fully he'd need more blood.

He grimaces a little, as he slowly gets up, careful of his injuries as he tests how his body is reacting and flexes his fingers and toes, slowly, gingerly moving his arms and legs, noting what sings with pain, and the lack of it. His Ceramite armor is completely fucked, and his Vox is busted, but it's still useable enough to wear as he pulls off his helmet and closes his eyes and takes in a couple of deep breaths, trying to see if he can smell any animals nearby. Opening his eyes as he starts to look around, his keen red eyes alighting on a quadrupedal foot track, and as he carefully tracked the prints, hoof prints, likely some sort of herbivore as he follows the tracks and finds scat and tufts of fur.

He continues to track the herd of quadrupedal herbivores, they have bone protrusions from their heads, antlers of some form. He tracks them, a patient hunter as he scares them, into running and carefully chases after them, the slowest of them he’s going to feast upon. Biding his time until one of the creatures’ collapses, tries to get up and collapses again. He carefully angles his approach and pounces on the creature. He ignores is bleating cries as he drinks from the creature, salty-iron flavor of a carbon-based life form.

He’s so thirsty as he drinks, and drinks and drinks, making sure not to spill a drop of the thirst-quenching life’s blood, easily able to hold the creature that slowly stops thrashing in his arms as he drains it dry of blood. After he’s not entirely filled his belly, but has had enough blood that the Red Thirst is no longer something that is a Need, but a Want that he can ignore he takes one of his long knives and thanks the creature for it’s life’s blood as he starts to prepare the animal, carving the hide carefully from it’s flesh.

He’s not going to waste the flesh, bones, sinew, and hide of the beast that he drank from, as that would be wasteful and the meat, he can cure with a pouch of spices that he’d always carried with him, just in case he needed them. Starting a fire was easy with the wood and brush around him as he cooks the meat and starts to cure the hide with what limited resources he’s got to him. He uses all pieces of the carcass that he can, calculating how long he can use what he can, for his own purposes, and his head snaps up as he hears rustling in the bushes, growls softly but stops as he sees a couple of Scout-aged cousins come stumbling out of the bush and stare at him wide eyed and startled.

“Sit, eat, then talk,” He orders the young ones, one of them isn’t wearing armor for some reason and is wearing strange black and white heraldry that he doesn’t recognize, while the other is clearly wounded from the way he’s limping.

“Th-there are Chaos Marines, nearby sir,” One of them says with a stutter.

“Chaos Marines?” He asks with a frown as he shoves food into their hands.

“Traitors,” The one in Black and white clarifies with a twitchy, low growl in his voice.

“You two, stay here, tend to the fire, eat,” He scowls at that, “I’ll deal with them.”

“Uh- when did you arrive Here?” The one in Black and white asks.

“Several hours ago,” He replies, “Do you know where we are.”

The two scouts look at each other and at him, the other Scout, who’s armored seems very Confused. While the one in Black and White Fidgets, “Can you comm anyone on your Vox, sir?”

“It needs to be repaired first,” He says with a shake of his head.

“Uhm… some of the other older brothers- and cousins of the Loyalist chapters say that there is an alliance between Traitors and Loyalist.” The one in black and white reports, while his expression shows his concern and disbelief.

“… That sounds. Not right.” He says with a frown. “Stay here. I’ll handle the Traitors.”

He heads off in the direction the Scouts came from, starting to hear voices, that are twisted as he readies his weapons. “I Shall bring you death Traitors!”

He snarls at them, sending the mixed group of traitors scattering and swearing at him as he hisses and growls at them, chasing after them with his bolter and blade. The cowards flee before him, not in the direction of the confused young Scouts.

The sun began to set, the sky mixed with all lovely shades of pink, purple and orange, and you and your lover Emu made your way to the exit of Phoenix Wonderland. Both of your hands’ were filled with stuffed animals that ranged in different colors and sizes, along with a few bags filled with candy.

You both continued walking, Emu sometimes breaking the cloud of silence with occasional chit-chat about how much she enjoyed today. You didn’t mind it, of course. Listening to her rambles never fails to make you smile.

By the time you finally arrive at Emu's home, it had already gotten dark. Nothing in the sky other than the moon, in which the stars accompanied. Emu comes to a halt once she reaches the stairs that lead to the front door.

“Is something the matter, Emu?”

“Nono, i just wanted to tell you i had a lot of fun today, and i wanna thank you for that” she claimed.

“I see-“ you were interrupted by her.

“And i wanted to add that i loved today as much as i love you!!” She said, followed with a giggle as she rang the doorbell.

You whisper, “I love you too, Emu,” just before her sister opens the door, greeting the both of you.

You bid your goodbyes for the night, then continue to walk home with a smile stuck onto your face and butterflies that fluttered around in your stomach.

Aggressive clicks can be heard echoing throughout the room as you continue to try your hardest to beat Nene who sits beside you, concentration set on her face which mirrors yours. Game Over flashes onto the screen and announces that player 1 has won which only causes you to sigh in defeat. From being both a little tired of staring in front of a screen and feeling like a sore loser, you ask,

“Nene, would you like to take a break?”

“Sure i guess’

“I’ll go grab us something cold” you add, bringing a hand to the crown of your head, trying to wipe away some sweat, followed by a fanning hand motion to cool yourself down.

You both sat on your bed, the sound of the air blowing from the A.C covers up the silence that emitted from the both of you. Both of you were comfortable, though; accompanied by each other's presence even without each other speaking.

Until you hear a mutter from her, something along the lines of “I love you.”

You chuckle, and ask “Nene, did you say something?” While turning your head to look at her.

You could see her cheeks turn a bright red while she tries looking somewhere else.

“No, i- um..”

It’s been around 30 minutes since Nene ran off, and you’ve devoted that time to searching for the girl.

“Nene?” You called out, likely the 10th time you’ve said her name, in hopes of a response.

You looked in the last room in your house, rummaging through the majority of the items for even a single clue of her whereabouts, looking behind the furniture and so on.

You stare at the sofa, shrug, and resume your search.

Then that’s when it clicked

She’s behind the fucking sofa!

You facepalmed at yourself, and approached the piece of furniture.

Leaning over, you saw a girl with grayish-green hair behind it. Her face was buried in her hands as she still mourns the moment of embarrassment from earlier.

“There you are!” You announce. You hear Nene wince in response.

Approaching her spot, you lent an open hand to provide support as she got up.

You guided her back to the bedroom, while being bombarded with a load of apologies.

All you could really do was giggle in response, you didn’t mind what she said before, you found it endearing.

“Nene, don’t apologize silly. I love you too!”

It had been around lunchtime, students crowded the halls chatting with their friends. Rui had planned to spend this period brainstorming a few ideas for the upcoming show for his trope on the rooftop, since it wasn’t as packed up there today.

He’d been jotting down whatever came to mind, satisfied with the overall progress. Until he overheard something from a group of students at the corner.

“You guys see that kid over there?”

“Yeah, I heard he’s a freak!”

His brows furrowed at the comment. He knew better than to let words like those get to him so he tried to bring his focus back to the page of ideas in front of him. But the whispers then erupted laughter from the group were all too loud. The thoughts that were once ideas only turned into repeating the words 'weirdo' 'a freak' and hush warnings to 'stay away from him.' He sighed, deciding to close his notebook as he concluded that he had enough ideas for today.

You trail behind a rather quiet Rui who seemed to be lost in his thoughts. It was quite unusual knowing that every other walk to his place to complete the project that you were partners on was filled with his chatter about his robots, ideas, the trope or anything that seemed to pop up in his mind.

Once you both reach Rui’s house, you settle down to begin any assignments that were given during previous classes. But all that seemed to plague your mind was Rui; he had been acting differently today, he was much more silent than normal. So, you chose to simply check in on him.

“Rui, are you feeling alright? you're acting differently.”

“no, dear. I'm just a little busy with schoolwork, and I still have to think of some ideas for an upcoming show” the alchemist claimed.

“In that case, let’s take a break from all the work then!”

Both of you were on his bed, you had sat up against the headboard while Rui rested his head on your lap. You ran your fingers through his purple tufts.

“Rui, would you like to hear a story?”

“I don’t see why not, please, do tell.”

“Once upon a time, there lived a rather tall alchemist who had an aspiring apprentice. Although the apprentice was previously warned about his weird experiments by the villagers, the apprentice paid no mind to the warnings since the apprentice knew those words said by others were perhaps not the truth.

Rui interrupted;

“I think this ‘alchemist’ you speak of seems a bit weird, a freak even.”

"And I think you are mistaken.” You replied, with a grin.

You resumed the story,

"The apprentice was right all along, if they listened to those words they wouldn't have met the most admirable alchemist there ever was. The apprentice appreciated even the slightest efforts he put into lifting someone’s mood when they felt as if they were at their lowest. All the alchemist wanted was to make the village happy. Perhaps this trait among many others made the apprentice fall for the alchemist and while the alchemist made others happy, the apprentice wanted to make him happy."

You looked down at Rui who glanced elsewhere, knowing he’d been listening, you continue;

"The apprentice tells this story in hopes to remind the alchemist that they like the alchemist the way he is and they wouldn't want to change him for the world. So be like the apprentice and don't listen to other's words as they are not always true."

Rui redirects his stare to you,

“Say, do you think that story is about us?” He asked with his iconic cheshire grin, his tone was soft.

“Perhaps” you reply, a small chuckle came after.

The boy took your hand, intertwining it with his. He had debated whether he should share the conflict he came to terms with earlier in the day, given the story was based off of you both.

“Darling?”

“Yeah?”

“Do you mind lending an ear?”

“Of course, what’s on your mind?”

“I encountered a few people at school today, and ended up overhearing them talking about me.

Holding onto something stupid that people claim about me isn’t something I'd normally do, but I can't get the things they’ve said out of my head.”

You could hear the dreary tone through his words.

“Rui, I…”

It took you a moment to think of the right words to choose. Whilst realizing why he had commented on the alchemist during your storytelling.

“I don’t know what they’ve said, and I don't think I wanna know, for their sake. But one thing I can tell you is I don't think you’re a freak at all. You’re nothing near one, either.”

“If you are, well then, perhaps your difference from the world is what makes me love you.”

He smiled at your response. Bringing your hand closer to him, and planting a kiss onto it.

“I love you too”

You sat there on the bench idly, taking in the scenery around you, hearing the chatter and laughter of people in the background leaving the park as the sun dipped down into the horizon. Yet you remain seated in your position, not wanting to leave yet so you have a breather to yourself in hopes to improve your currently low mood.

"Y/N!!”

You look up, knowing exactly who the owner of the voice is. Both of you stared at each other for a while, although Tsukasa was unusually silent observing you while you tossed him an awkward smile in return.

"You wanna see my new poses?" He asked promptly and rather proudly. With a small nod from you, he suddenly starts posing, changing them every few seconds adding in a "ha!" with each pose. You couldn't help breaking into a laugh which caused Tsukasa's face to light up, unable to contain his growing smile. He continued, hoping you'd laugh more, gladly doing whatever it takes just to cheer you up. Embarrassment meant nothing if he got to make you happy. A big smile is now plastered on his face as he watches you bubbling with laughter, his heart swells, eyes filled with adoration. The only thought running through his mind is just how much he loves you.

"Y/n! I love you!" He yells ecstatically.

You stopped laughing from the shock, hearing him loud and clear. Confusion hits him upon hearing your abrupt stop of laughter, he was frozen mid-pose before he realised that his thought wasn't just said only in his head, he perhaps accidentally said it outloud. Tsukasa erupts into a flustered and blushing mess, covering his face with his hands. You get up from the bench to stand in front of Tsukasa, grabbing onto his hands and pulling them away to reveal his flushed face. With your stomach bubbling and your face starting to slowly match the color of his, "Tsukasa I love you too."

Now both of you were flustered and blushing messes, but you smiled to yourself, knowing that whenever you're feeling down you can always count on Tsukasa to cheer you up in the most unexpected ways.

five LOVES comforters, he just tucks himself in and just. sleeps so quietly you’d think he’s dead but he just. does not snore. (you’ve tried to worriedly wake him up once… all you got was an annoyed groan and a painful smack to the lips—)

he hugs himself in his sleep if he doesn’t have blankets (unless you’re in the picture, he’ll definitely just CLING on you) it started when he was in the apocalypse, sleeping by a wrecked mattress store with no blankets, he dusts off the dirty mattress, not bothered to find any pillows or etc, so he just tries to sleep through the cold night with his own warmth, too tired from the chaos… not ready for the days laid out for him

he seems like a cat person, but he actually not so secretly wants a dog (specifically a herder dog for a farm), its in his bucket list for retirement, he wants to play with the pup and have someone by his side after his family fell further apart (s3 ending), then he can go on peacefully knowing he wasn’t rlly that alone, at least fulfilling one want of his

^ however if he could get a cat, he would get a sphynx cat… reason? he wants to match suits and sweaters with the cat (his excuse to you is that he doesn’t want the cat to get lonely being the only one wearing the ugly sweater.. and the sweater is just a plain blue turtleneck.. not even your typical xmas atrocity….)

as a kid, he had a teddy bear named mr pennycrumb, which prompted him to decide to name his soon-to-be pet mr pennycrumb in the future

my boy kins “a lots gonna change” by weyes blood, especially the first stanza, give it a listen and you’ll see.. y o u ‘ l l s e e (though disclaimer, the singer sings the song in 1st pov and uses feminine descriptors… but for the sake of five, just switch it out in your head w masculine coded words)

now- with his identity, as a kid, what awakened him to discover that he truly feels more like a guy is when he saw addam’s family— let me explain myself: he resonated with gomez- as even though gomez is considered “weird” he’s still a perfect husband/gentlemen, his charisma and charm could leave some in pure awe- and all five could think the first time he watched the movie was “i want to be this guy” rather than “i’d want to marry this guy”

with gomez and morticia’s dynamic from the movie, he will definitely incorporate their relationship on how he wants to treat his own s/o, like how he acted with delores, he was all in love and sappy, speaking italian just for her, he definitely took inspo from gomez with all of that, i just know it!!!

in a relationship with you, he would also try to know everything you like, your fixations, hobbies- he appreciates your intellect with your interests, always making sure to listen as you ramble on as your own eyes twinkling with pure interest and he only smiles softly, smitten by the sight of your love for this, how knowledgeable you are, even if its a ‘stupid’ interest or just something so niche others wouldn’t understand, he would try to fully comprehend it- as if it were one of his equations, he would study it just so he can talk to you about it, and see the excitement that radiates out of you when you realize he’s actually interested in knowing, that it wasn’t just a lie to keep you talking as they did something else- no, you notice it- his genuine interest that you see when he talks about his own theories peeks out so clearly, even if he tries to not let it out

if you speak other languages, he will try so hard in learning them just so he can somewhat impress you (for fellow filipinos however…. he cannot pronounce manananggal for the life of me…. you once had him try to say it but it ended up taking half an hour full of his tongue twisting from both his accent and the amount of “n” sounds w the word.. so basically he almost chucked a translator book to the wall— so uh… take that headcanon and r u n)

with his type (romantically), i think he doesn’t have one honestly— its more on the idea that he cherishes anyone who would care for him and vice versa, for example, he finds his siblings ‘annoying’ from their actions, personalities, likes, goals, ideologies and etc, but he still cares for them becos they’re important to him, with you, he could care less if you were rough, brash, shy, not so outgoing as others or something ‘normal’ society wouldn’t appreciate, he isn’t normal either— he’s a guy with a bloody background and superhuman powers, why would he care that much? if anything he would only appreciate you, even if you’re the polar opposite or almost carbon copy of him, if he truly cares about you, he accepts everything about you, just like how he accepts how his family is just dysfunctional as he is

in the topic of relationships and sexuality— i also think that he’s in the aroace spectrum- specifically demiromantic and aceflux (for those who don’t know- demiromantic means that he feels romantic attraction once he develops a strong emotion connection) (as for aceflux, its when someone sometimes feel sexual attraction, but in other times they don’t feel attracted that way, its fluid; changes even)

^ with that said- though its a well-known headcanon, i think he discovered it when he feels uncomfortable with the handler’s flirtatiousness, knowing it was fake— he likes sincerity that are peeking through the mask— not just soft smooth words that sway everyone else, he wants to feel truly loved, especially with everything he’s experienced atp

and now for cough cough scenario headcanons… drum roll please……

five successfully going back to 2019 with ONE (giant) mishap: he’s back in his 13 yr old bod, pre-transitioned AND… he was technically closeted too so.. oh brother….. at least…… he was a late bloomer as a kid so he’s pretty okay that he doesn’t need a binder again.. yet.

HOWEVER, he definitely stole school boy shorts from the other boys’ childhood closets cos his old closet only has uniform w the skirts

he also mentioned that he refers himself as a boy to the rest of the umbrellas so bluntly his family just goes with the flow (they’ve witnessed far more bizarre things atp, they don’t dare try to question this cranky little shit)

five being so ANNOYED with his higher pitched voice again cos he hasn’t took testosterone yet at 13 (he took it once he was in the commission as part of ‘extra’ stuff in his insurance (cough the privilege of being the handler’s favorite cough))

he always— painfully itches himself every time, his fingers scratching his own skin as if he’s trying to get out of his own body, because he doesn’t feel right— he feels like he’s found himself in the different room; it felt wrong to him

with the body change in s1, when handler said he’d give him a better body, she definitely tries to poke him the fact that its a cis male body as a manipulation tactic cos she she knows about his gender dysphoria :”(

speaking of gender dysphoria, it makes his annoyance for being back at his 13 yr old even more prominent cos frankly, he feels like he’s not himself again, especially after finally being so euphoric fully transitioning and all- he has do it all over again, including the insecurities

the euphoria of him wearing his first binder, his first suit, being finally referred as sir and he/him for the first time— right after- when he gets to look at the mirror, he feels so manly, and for once- he felt right in place, not as if he were a missing piece in the wrong puzzle

you referring him as your boyfriend, or husband even, he won’t admit it, but it puts the most giant smile in his face, and his ears go red just from it, not just he feels so honored, but its also cos he feels so validated by you, someone he cares about so much that he swears he could kiss you right then and there <33 (he doesn’t, but in closed doors, he slipped a little peck or two) (i just love this man sm i cant)

Simeon woke up with a gasp.

His trembling arms wrapped themselves around his body to soothe his heart which was beating erratically after the terrible nightmare he just had.

Not a nightmare...... but a vision.

A vision of Mammon's death. The next thing he saw was a war, the remaining six demon brothers against the human world. 

Solomon was fighting as well. Up in arms against the brothers.

He exploited his pact with Asmodeus and used him in the fight. When he slowly began losing authority over Asmodeus, he brutally ended Asmodeus’s life before he got a chance to escape.

Asmodeus was not the only victim.

This war between the two worlds had left thousands of wizards and millions of innocent people dead from the human world, and Belphegor and Leviathan dead among the brothers.

The war had been started by Lucifer, again, only this time it was because of Mammon. When Mammon's body had been found in the human world, Lucifer wailed while clutching the limp body of his younger brother. A sight no one could believe.

Not able to come to terms with Mammon's passing, Lucifer had gone berserk, his fury uncontrollable, equivalent to his rage during the celestial war.

Blaming the humans for somehow being responsible for Mammon's death, Lucifer decided to bathe the human world in blood.

Lucifer’s actions were supported by the rest of his five brothers as well. Though, the prince of hell and his butler didn’t. They were the ones who ended the war, taking the humans’s side by subduing the brothers and dragging them back to hell.

It was a war that only lasted thirty minutes.

But it was a haunting massacre that would leave a permanent scar in history.

Simeon’s head was spinning. He didn’t want to recall what he saw, but it kept replaying in his head like a tape.

Visions were not a part of his powers, yet he was seeing one, every night.

It was not just the fear of the war that had clouded his mind, but confusion about a lot of things he saw as well.

All Simeon knew from his vision was that Mammon’s body had been found with his heart ripped out in the human world. But what was the cause of his death? Who was the cause of his death?

How can mere humans, who did not even hold a pact with Mammon, kill an Avatar Of Sin? The second strongest Sin? And wouldn’t Mammon have called for help if he was in serious trouble?

Simeon also couldn’t understand why it took the Demon Prince and his butler thirty minutes to take action. They could’ve ended the war almost immediately or they could’ve prevented it from starting altogether?

There were a lot of unanswered questions in Simeon’s mind, but one thing was clear. His vision was a prediction of the future, and Simeon was determined to do something to prevent it.

He was going to speak to Michael about his visions and also contact the demon butler so that he could confirm a few things.

Simeon had a feeling that something very wrong was happening in devildom. Him and Luke had to return to Celestial Realm for some urgent issues a few weeks ago, and he has not been in contact with anybody except Solomon who is in the human world. He knew, only Barbatos would be able to provide him with the answers he was looking for.

There was no time to waste. Simeon only had two days left.

Before this nightmare manifested into reality, or rather, history re-emerging into present as the nightmare that it always was.

“Father,” Simeon prayed. “Please protect everyone.”

fanfic-wise i’m rereading Broken Clocks by Gin_Juice on ao3, they are one of my favorite authors and definitely my favorite in the tua fandom. they have a very distinct writing voice and incredible dialogue. the most impressive thing about their writing imo is how they incorporate original characters in a very skillful way, where they don’t feel out of place in-universe. sorry for the rant lol i just love their stuff

in terms of actual books, i’m in between books right now and trying to focus on summer work (:/) but i hopefully will get back into the swing soon.
