Xenon 2: Megablast (Atari ST) - ALL LIVES LOST ...  Before my sit-down with the Fulton brothers for our Atari ST Rocks series chatting about this classic Bitmap Brothers game, I had to get some serious gameplay in. Here's me attempting to get as far as possible and score as many points in Xenon 2: Megablast but not really doing as well as I hoped I would. Jeez, this is one tough blaster - it's a good game, but really, really difficult.

Personal opinion on webtoons and vertical scroll format:

It sucks.

Not just from a personal preference standpoint but also from a creative standpoint.

I’ve seen many creators who work on webtoons originals comment on how they miss doing regular comic page formatting and I honestly think the vertical scroll CAN be used creatively… artists just don’t have the time to do it.

They expect 70+ panels every update (which is ridiculous btw, at most 1 standard page comic would have 10 panels at most to give you an idea, so basically webtoons is asking for 7+ pages per update which is insane) which can be stressful but they also expect you to somehow do that many panels in a week!

When I see people complain about the background art in some of these comics I IMMEDIATELY come to their defense because would YOU honestly be able to draw over 70+ backgrounds in that time? The story is more important at that point! So I really don’t care.

Not to mention that workload is KILLER on an artists drive, motivation, and overall health (mental and physical) I don’t see how any of that is okay.

Regular comic artists who don’t use the webtoons format have expressed their own problems with all these issues and they make a single page a week!

Unfortunately, the draw back from doing a regular page a week means less exposure to an audience so there is a draw back but this consumer mentality when it comes to comics is disheartening.

Idk what or where I will be posting my comics in the future (maybe tapas? They allow regular page formats I think) but I don’t intend to bend to the webtoons gods will on this matter either if it means I can finish a story reasonably with my squirrel brain.

making comics be in webtoon format is the compositional equivalent to corsetry that distorts one's organs

#not that vertical scroll is in itself Poison to good compositions #however it is 1. much harder and #2. sooo many webtoons just fall back onto using SO much dead space because they can't really figure out... transitions #ive also been told that webtoon themselves has some really strict guidelines on how much text/panels should be visible at one moment #although i can't find any hard evidence on this right now so that might just be hearsay

What is your opinion about the Piece ring? What I understood larries basically say it´s a kind of an engagement ring and there´s no doubt H got it for Louis.

Another H´s accessory - the cross necklace. Read theory that it´s a symbol for LT. Do you believe in it? Like it kind of makes sense because H also has a cross tattoo on his hand (on the exact spot as Louis has his E tattoo which is meant as the stunt tattoo but read somewhere it could also stand for Edward aka H´s middle name

Yes, some fans believe the peace ring to mean something special, since it's the only one he's worn regularly over several years. I don't know if i believe it's an engagement ring or a promise ring. It might be a gift from Louis. If it's just a ring, they both know what the fandom thinks of it, and how much attention it gets when he wears it. He's continued to wear it to this day. I tend to think it's H signaling to us larries.

The cross necklace i don't remember. Wasn't it gifted to him by Gemma who got it from their grandma or something? Or did she buy it? I can't remember the details. Either it an heirloom or it's Gemma who bought it, or it's just a fashion piece. He's not religious, so i think it's sentimental (family). It doubles as an LT sybol, but i don't think that's the main reason he wears it.

I'm not sure which particular m&g you're referring to. I don't think H is scared of cooties or anything. He's just uncomfortable when females show obvious attraction and he has to show affection back, like hug or kiss them. He doesn’t want them to think their attraction is reciprocated or for them to mistake his show of affection for attraction. 1d was usually very silly behaving during the m&gs and H has no problem being affectionate with girls/women when he gets the right vibes from you. Louis is just the same. H is still gay and not attracted to women.

Harry_Styles did like a nsfw post on twitter. I don't think it was an accident at all. It was up for hours and hours and people notified 1d's team about it to make them take it down. It was up hours after that. It played right into his womaniser image and it was clearly to enforce an image. He tweeted "Sooo....the weather?" right after, making him sound guilty. There were also loads of "hacking" at the time, which were in line with his image, so i think it was an attempt from hq to fool people into believing he's into women. It was done on purpose.
